We got the chance to meet Oli, the best waiter we have ever had ! He is very nice, funny and helpful. The food was very good and the place is great. It was a very good experience ! We recommend! Mélissa, Nelson and Mariluz

Terrible. I ordered a wrap. I got mostly bread. Where is the salad, where is the sauce and actually where is most of the chicken. What are Nandos doing and why is this determined to be ok. I'm not sure who manages this restaurant but they certainly need to ensure that those who work here understand what acceptable looks like. Someone needs to explain to me why serving this thin rubbish is acceptable. Nandos should be embarrassed that they charge 14.50 for this rubbish.

Very good place for lunch, the chicken is delicious, the only thing is it is a little expensive for the quantity and size of the food. The service and attention from Ollie is exceptional, an attentive person willing to resolve concerns.

Ordered and paid online via the qr. It was so smooth and fast. Excellent service. Ordered whole chicken and it was really tasty, except the chicken breast part was little dry. Atmosphere is great and overall, superb!

The coleslaw salad was horribly bad quality. The rest of the food was okay. There‘s very loud and desturbing music and the airconditioning blew ice cold air during wintertime.

The only thing I would change would be the potatoes, for natural potatoes

This zone 1 Nando's takes the brand and concept to another level. It's beautiful in here - great art on the walls, subtle lighting, cosy booths. Not just a post-work peri-peri but a little piece of Portugal in the pretty streets of Holborn.

Been to this Nandos a couple of times now and it's what you'd expect from a Nandos, great food, great price and lots of spice. Staff are helpful and approachable and as it's a little tucked away it's not too noisy outside. That matters as the front door wasn't closing properly which kept letting in a wickedly cold London night time breeze, minor issue but if you can get a table as from the door as possible I would.

I don’t usually leave reviews for Nando’s, but this location stands out compared to others I’ve been to recently. With plenty of tables, the wait time is shorter, and the larger table sizes make for a more comfortable dining experience. The service is fast, the food is exactly as it should be, and the environment is clean. The only downside is the restroom, which was in poor condition—possibly due to high traffic or lack of attention. Still, as I mentioned earlier, this is the best Nando’s I’ve visited in the area.

I visit this Nando’s regularly because it’s close to my office and I just say the service here is always so good and helpful, the front of house female who is so welcoming and always so nice and also the manager on the 8th of Jan was extremely nice. Just makes the whole experience so much better when the service is nice

Had an amazing experience at this Nandos, the manager JK was so friendly, he made sure my experience was amazing! The food came out quick and all the sweet potato wedges were crunchy which is exactly how I like them! Please Nandos give JK and the rest of the Nandos Holborn team a raise!

You can't leave Londom without visiting a Nandos, and this one in particular, Holborn-Nandos, here we had an amazing experience. We were led to the table by an extremely polite young man who made sure we have an amazing experience. I have never seen an employee that worked so hard for a restaurant, and between me and you, they are definitely not paying him enough. He was joking, asking as if the food is great, and he looked so presentable, we were so impressed that we askes for his name to put in the review. Koren is the name. A very polite and special individual. Every employer would love to have a Koren. Thank you Nandos, we will definitely try your chicken again soon! Expected to pay per person: around 20 pounds, maybe 25 if you order dessert.

We arrived on a sunday evening and staff came up to us multiple times saying there’s a fault in their system that requires a restart and will be down for 1 hour so we need to order quickly. There was only 1 vegetarian option available so we order chicken thinking they have this in stock. After ordering, they inform one of us that there isn’t any chicken portions or wings left. First they say it’ll take a long time (30mins at least), then they say there isn’t any. Odd as it’s not even the end of day. The staff repeatedly points to the menu in front of me and asks me to choose an alternative. I ask for 2 minutes and end up picking a chicken breast burger (not something I even wanted tbh). This was cheaper than what I hard ordered and ask for the rest to be refunded. The server urges me to go for the double - he didn’t want to refund which is ridiculous given the circumstance. When the double chicken breast burger arrives, it was cold in parts and overcooked, probably quickly re-grilled and served. The burger was difficult to eat, I just used a knife and fork. Did not enjoy the meal. Other than that, the floors were unclean. Chips squashed on the floor, menus on stands toppled over and left thrown on the tables. Terrible service overall. Questionable hygiene and food standards. Wouldn’t trust this nando’s in the future to be honest, the staff seemed like they just wanted to wrap up early to go home. First there was a system issue, then there was a long wait for chicken which turned into no chicken at all. Staff working the tills was wearing a hoody walking around rushing. Probably was home time for him 😂

Food was really good but knocking off a star due to 30min wait for the food.

I tried to eat their 2 times in 2 weeks, both of those times I was turned away for different reasons. One of them was due to a fire Alarm but no one was being evacuated and the people already there were being served.

Restaurant is spacious, staff are very friendly and food is Nandos quality

As always, Nando's food is delicious. But what I liked most about this location is their service. The lady who helped me was very sweet and lovely, checked on me if everything is all good and if I need anything else. The location was clean as well.

Nando’s is always a great go to, especially on a Sunday afternoon, great and tasty food and a 5 star service by all the staff members, big shout out to Esther she couldn’t do enough for us today. Well done Nando’s @ Holborn

I eat from this Nando’s every week, love the food unfortunately can’t say the same about the people that work there (not the chefs) the food is amazing. In particular the assistant manager she’s one of the most unhelpful and lazy people I’ve ever met to work in a restaurant. I politely asked for sauces as I always do and was received with a straight up no after insisting for a explanation she said that Nando’s has this new apparent rule that you can’t give delivery customers any sauces because they have no sachets. All my life I’ve eaten Nando’s with sauce now I can’t apparently even after paying a delivery fee I have to come and get it myself. Not being funny but they weren’t even busy everyone else who works there has kindly always done this for me and given me more than what I asked for - therefore this review is purely and only for the assistant manager who wears glasses for clarification.

Everything was great but the reason 5 star was not given is because I had to wait for a waiter to come seat me instead of having a waiter at the door.

Last week we had dinner at this place based on a recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. Good food at a good price, something that is appreciated in London since the prices are usually very expensive. They have a varied menu, although I think what characterizes this restaurant chain is the "peri peri" chicken and it is no wonder. I ordered the butterfly chicken with salad and mashed potatoes, the breast was tender and tasty with the sauce they put on it. Special mention for "Ollie", one of the waiters who treated us very closely and made us feel at home since he has a house and family in Spain. A big hug, Ollie!

It makes a difference with its delicious chicken menus. We would especially like to thank our waitress Ms. Gülsidal, who took care of us, for her guidance. 🙏

You eat very well and at a good price. Without a doubt, what they do they do well. A very good option.

At noon lunch on Monday in August, the dining atmosphere was not bad, the tables were a bit old, but still clean. The service was good, but there were one or two flies flying around during the meal, which somewhat affected the impression.

The food isn’t as great as other Nando’s I’ve had, service is alright.

I was surprised by the good price, but slow service. The serving counter is filled with dishes to take to the tables and they stay there while the waiters chat.

The greeter was lovely and let us request a spot. We ordered the boneless sharing platter with 4 sides. Ordered on app. Food was out in 4-5 mins. Great food, lovely atmosphere. If you’re looking for Nando’s and your west end for a show…. Recommend 😁😁

My worst Nandos experience so far. We had to wait for 45 minutes for butterfly chicken with 20% occupacy of the place. When food arrived, mashed potato didnt look fresh. We asked to replace it and they took it away, mixed the same thing, and brought it back.

The chicken piece was very small for the price (£11). I also asked for it seasoned with Lemon and Herbs since I can't tolerate spiciness and it was spicy, why do they have the option if they still make it spicy. The Creamy Mash was not creamy at all. The only good thing is the attention.

The food other than the chips was cold. Rough and ready place. However, the wine in the can was unbelievably good.

The stock standard Nando's UK experience. Delicious food at reasonable prices. The service here was really slow even though the restaurant was half full. The music was excessively loud making it hard to speak to each other. Otherwise all good and I'm sure we will visit again.

Stingy portions compared to other Nandos

We visited Nando’s Holborn when we were on a short break in London . We were heading off to the theatre and dropped in for a quick bite to eat . Ollie served us promptly with delicious food and drinks , regularly checking that we had everything we needed. Service was the best I’ve ever experienced . Staff were efficient , friendly and welcoming . We enjoyed our meal and your kindness made my holiday Ollie. Wishing you the very best in life . You certainly deserve it.

The food was incredible. The service was god-given, and the general exteriors was worthy of Olympian Gods. Would definitely recommend. Nay, you MUST go!

The chef with the black haired ponytail gave me exactly what I asked for a lot of base and well-done chicken I couldn't thank him enough and the Indian waiter was so lovely too, excellent service all round!

Fairly quiet Nandos for a Saturday but only a few minutes from Tottenham court road

Massive gratitude to Ollie & Demi. Served us so amazingly. They had good energy!! Peri tamer was on point as well.

Staffing and kitchen issues meant they had to turn me down from offering a table. Was disappointed as I was with family and couldn't wait for 45mins as requested by the staff

It's not like me to give two stars, but I was really disappointed with this Nandos for the first time ever. Stood waiting to be served whilst the staff members were just standing around and talking. Really couldn't understand why one of them couldn't serve as there was a queue forming, onto my next point, the food arrived, I ordered my very first wing roulette and I will never be purchasing this again. I'm not sure if they were running out of sauce or what each wing tasted so bland. They all tasted the same! Then I saw all of the staff sitting down in the seating area literally having a chat. I mean guys, as customers, we can see everything, at least do nothing behind closed doors! Definitely wasn't worth what I spent!

Just WOW! This isn’t any old Nando’s, this is a Michelin star Nando’s! I worked as a Nandoca for 4 years and I can confidently say that this Nando’s lives up to the Nando’s values of family and community. Sachin, the manager, was exceptional. I told him it was my birthday in passing and he kindly brought out 3 complimentary starters and free bottomless drinks. As I got up to leave the team surprised me with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. The atmosphere was so special! The whole team on shift that day were super attentive, friendly and I genuinely felt like I was being treated as a member of the royal family. Would 1000% recommend!

Have never been to a colder Nandos, had to keep coat in through eating! If I wasn't on my work lunch and catching up with a friend would have left

Went here with my work colleague for lunch. We ordered the standard chicken, my colleague had to complain as the chicken was undercooked. In order to detect this my colleague had to pull apart the chicken, the head cook came out he was confrontational with us saying my colleague had eaten some of the chicken if ignoring the fact they were serving undercooked meat. He did replace the chicken after having a go at my colleague. The serving staff were good not sure about food safety at this place, as when questioned their immediate reaction is to blame the customer.
