Quick and easy service, tables clean and presentable. Was busy night but staff very helpful and polite, the Manager Cassie was very helpful with allergy information. Will come again.

Not a bad place for a dinner if you get stuck in Hatfield as I did. There’s quite a few options with actual veggies to accompany traditional Portuguese chicken and beer.

Really disappointed me and my partner got food poisoning straight after the food we ordered today. Bad stomachache and throwing up, food felt undercooked and tasted like it’s been out for a while. I’m a chef myself so I know what I’m talking about. I won’t ever eat here again and We definitely get a inspection done by the council.

Too many occasions raw chicken, need to send your chefs to get some cooking classes. Won't ever be eating here again

My recent Nando's experience in Hatfield was unfortunately a bit of a let-down. I ordered a chicken wrap with pineapple online, and while the flavors were there, it was absolutely drenched in sauce, making it a messy and challenging eating experience. To add to the inconvenience, my order arrived without any napkins or cutlery for the sides of chips and veg. While the server was helpful in bringing me some extra sauce, the sides themselves were cold, which was disappointing. I'm a big fan of Nando's, and I've consistently had better experiences at their London branches. They usually provide napkins and even a complimentary bottle of water with online orders, which are thoughtful touches that enhance the overall experience. I hope Nando's Hatfield takes note of these shortcomings and makes improvements to their online order service. Providing napkins and cutlery should be a standard practice, and ensuring that sides are served hot is essential. Despite this less-than-ideal experience, I remain hopeful that Nando's Hatfield will take steps to provide a more consistent and enjoyable experience for its customers in the future.

This restaurant had the best service I've ever experienced in any restaurant! Each and every member of staff that I interacted with were extremely friendly and welcoming and just made a positive atmosphere. On top of that, my food arrived quickly and was delicious! A big thumbs up to this Nando's and all of the staff that were working there on a dark and rainy Sunday!

I've been a regular at Nando's Hatfield for years, and it consistently delivers. The flame-grilled chicken is always cooked to perfection, with the PERi-PERi sauces adding a delightful kick. The sides, like the peri-peri fries and coleslaw, are fresh and complement the main dishes well. While the service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially during peak hours, the friendly staff always make up for it with their smiles and helpfulness. Overall, Nando's Hatfield is a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the vibrant atmosphere instantly set the tone for an enjoyable evening. The food was delicious! Every dish, from the perfectly grilled Wrap / Chips, was prepared to perfection. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients truly stood out, making each bite a delight not to forget, the variety of hot/medium chilly sauces....does the spice up :) Moreover, the staff Cassie and Drew went the extra mile of customer service they brought free ice cream in their goodwill, as it was my daughter's birthday eve, what a personal human touch :-) Their crew even sang a short bday song....wow Thank you for making our visit memorable, much appreciated // Keep up the great work!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I ordered a whole chicken, and when I cut into a piece, I noticed it was not properly cooked; the inside was completely red, indicating the chicken was not safe to eat. I immediately took the piece to the counter, expecting a proper solution. To my surprise, the staff rudely told me that since I had already touched the piece, I had to eat it, and they couldn’t cook it again It is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant to undercook chicken, putting their customers' health at risk. Additionally, the treatment I received was deplorable, with no effort made to fix the issue or ensure my satisfaction. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The service was completely deficient, and the lack of professionalism is evident

We ordered Nando’s for lunch. I do not know what is going on at Nando’s Hatfield but they do need to step it up. If I wanted to cook my chicken I would not have ordered take away. Please take pride in your work

Service was great but I asked for my chips to be well done. I basically got par-boiled underdone chips and extremely dry tasteless chicken. Not a good experience.

We went to nandos for dinner. It was really nice, we were served by Ben, who is a really lovely young man. He was very attentive and friendly. He should definitely get a raise.

Everything was fine, we had a typical Nandos experience. Service was good and food came quickly and was as expected.

Fikayo served us from start to finish and was amazing. The food came promptly and she was very attentive. This isn’t the first time fikayo has delivered great customer service when at Nando’s!

Visited the Hatfield branch for the first time and there were no problems. Food arrived very quickly, our server, Poornima, was very polite, and our meals were great.

Portion size is way too small than any other Nando's. Me and my family Are regulars with nando's but this one I Felt like I Wasted my money. I even asked one if they could address the portion size and they said due to Nando's new policy, they have been overportioning customers.Now we have to focus on cutting that down by half.So that was the result.

We got seated at 2 separate tables as they couldn't move tables around for 6 of us to be together. Beyond that all was great and service once at the table was brilliant.

Friendliest Nandos I have been too. The place was very busy, but the staff were great. Update - went here a 2nd time. We were taken to the table, and someone jumped the queue and just sat down. Instead of asking the person to move, I was asked to wait 10-15mins for a table.

When you want chicken, you can go wrong with a cheeky nandos. Service is normally pretty quick here and prices have gone up but that's really the pattern at all fast food places.

I went there with my south african friend and she told me that food is not as good as in south africa. Also we had rubbish table in the middle of restaurant / no privacy at all. Finally weitress forgot my cider..

Unfortunately not very good wouldn't return to this franchise 😞 didn't have what I wanted on the menu and after ordering as it's self service the order was wrong when brought over to the table and was incorrect. sticky table didn't feel clean.

If you like your chicken dry and hard then this will be perfect for you. It's not hard cook chicken properly but both mine and my son's dishes were rock hard. If you're looking for something better prepared then try elsewhere. Luckily it takes more than drab overcooked chicken smeared with spicy to ruin my birthday.

Ordered off of Deliveroo, avoid on Fridays as apparently too busy to insure no meat in a vegetarian meals. Haven’t eaten meat in over 42 years and ordered a vegetarian meal and someone’s put a big chunk of chicken in the wrap. Wasn’t even a whole piece of chicken so have no idea why it was put in the vegetarian wrap. Called the store and they said “ sorry it’s a Friday night and really busy” this is not good enough. Didn’t seem bothered at all. My body is no longer used to eating meat so this has caused me to throw up instantly.

I recently visited the Nando's restaurant in Hatfield and was really impressed with the food options, especially for vegetarians like myself. Nando's is known for its peri-peri style grilled chicken but they offer much more than that on the menu. For meat eaters there's the delicious chicken of course, ranging from a quarter chicken to wings, thighs and breast pieces. The chicken can be ordered in a variety of heat levels and flavors like lemon and herb, medium, hot, extra hot peri-peri and piri-piri. If chicken isn't your thing, Nando's also has really tasty burgers, ribs, pitas and salads. But as a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the plant-based options. There was a grilled veggie burger, veggie pita, veggie stack salad, halloumi and veggie skewers and more. The veggie peri-peri rice bowl was incredibly satisfying too. It's often hard to find varied veggie choices at casual dining spots, but Nando's delivered. The food came out fast and hot and fresh. And the service was friendly. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I really enjoyed my meal and would highly recommend this Nando's location for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. It's great to have a restaurant that caters so well to both tastes. Next time I'm in Hatfield, I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been to many Nando’s but at this one everyone is so nice, service is better than usual, everyone is so polite and stations are very clean. Food is on point, as always.

Poor service. I was very disappointed with my visit to this branch on Saturday 2nd September at around 8.30pm. We had to wait 20mins to get a table and once I had ordered and paid for our food there was a further 35 mins before we received our food. I had to go up to the counter twice to see what was going on. The staff couldn't explain what was happening. Totally unacceptable.

Came here with work colleagues 🙌 All ordered via app, was easier than expected and no faffing about with sharing the bill, calculate etc...food came relatively quickly! Great menu and quality 👌 maybe a tad overpriced ? Atmoaphere needed something more ...music latino style! Decor was good but looking like it needed a refresh tbh, loud latino music next time please. Waiters and waitresses friendly ! Pleasent experience overall 👏
