Not the same experience as most people have said. Staff were excellent- in fact a bit over the top cautious when I told them my allergy but I told them I know what to order. Food came quickly. No issues at all. It was quite expensive for what it was, but Nando's are expensive everywhere and I can treat myself when on holiday.

As out-of-towners, we were unsure where to eat. but then, we saw it.... like the aurora borealis in the northern night sky, Nandos East End Leisure drew us in. From seats to service, the experience was out of this world. Special to the MVP Michael, whose service was 6 stars from till to grill. The vocals from the kitchen not only sang my favourite song but sang it amazingly, to the point i felt i had dinner and a show. Simply outstanding experience, would recommend & will be returning.

absolute joke of a place, company need to find better staff to run their business before this shop ends up shutting down. Honestly, manager who was working at 6pm 19/10 was an absolute joke. Arguing with customers as there was a 25 minute delay since my friend and I got our food till my boyfriend got his that we all ordered at the exact same time. manager asked the girl in the kitchen where his food was and got the response of “oh i forgot.. give me two minutes” would’ve honestly been better putting the apron on and doing it myself. bunch of morons honestly.

Worst nandos service i have ever had in all branches i visited before No body came to seat us to the table one came after 10 minutes although no waiting and not busy The food was ready and sat on the kitchen bench only needed some one to bring it to tablethe kitchen bench was full of ready dishes more than 10 dishes were waiting The chicken came burnt and overcooked so dry and chewy You need to hire a good supervisor to run this branch well as all other Nandos branches

We visited here with some children. The server made a mistake when delivering our food to the table and when we questioned this he continued to be ignorant. The rest of the staff were fine.

Attended here on a Friday afternoon with family including an autistic child. The restaurant was really quiet and we were seated right away. I was then dismayed to see it was an order on your phone service which I am not a fan of. We placed an order for our food, then waited and waited. 25 minutes later we asked a waitress if we could at least have our drinks glasses. She told us there can be problems with orders going through and I had to show the order on my phone. 40 minutes later people who had came in after us were served their meals while we were still without food. 45 minutes later we finally flagged down a waitress who didn't know what had happened. She then said the manager would be over. The manager arrived at our table to say that some orders go to the wrong part in the system. This had happened to both our table and the table next to us and our food hadn't even started to be prepared. The manager was completely unapologetic. By this time the child in our company was very upset and I asked for a refund so we could leave. The manager did it through her tablet and then said the refund was done. She was not pleased that I asked for some proof as I didn't want to just take her word for it. She then showed me her tablet showing the meal was refunded. Later that day I received an email from nandos confirming my refund and that it can take up to 10 days. It is now 13 days and I still haven't received my refund and I am still waiting on a reply from nandos to get this sorted out. I will definitely not be returning to any of their restaurants for both their restaurants service and their customer service.

spring rolls were freezing and food Luke warm and got fried rice I don't like I ordered Steamed. I shouldn't have to microwave food I've had delivered. roll went in bin. not happy. however when food is reasonably hot I do like it. Also I expect at least a smile I did tip before on line next time no tip till I know it's correct order and on time. I should have just cooked this isn't a treat

As a German I found that the Kebab they offer has absolutely nothing to do with German Kebab. Little spice, little salad, bad meat quality and boring sauce. Don't buy.
