We went to Covent garden nandos and was served by kane who waw really polite and friendly and provided excellent customer care 😀

Great Nandos. Decor fabulous, no phone signal, but you get free wifi access. We ordered our meal via the app, so we didn't really need much interaction with staff, but the food was amazing! Would recommend!

Was interrupted and told to immediately leave the premises half way through our dinner as my friend had his french bulldog sat next to him. Why were'nt we told to leave when waiting 30min for a table in the reception. I think it was handled inappropriately just expecting us to get up and leave halfway through our dinner. Did'nt even want to allow us to finish our plate then leave. Terrible customer service only from that one individual with blue hair.

Great food, great location. Massive shout-out to Cane who made our trip to London much better. Was able to get us seated in ample time & delivered all round good service. Colleagues were also very professional and kind. Would recommend this branch. 👍🏾

Disappointing Experience at Nando's Covent Garden My recent visit to Nando's in Covent Garden left much to be desired, despite initial hopes for a pleasant dining experience. From the moment of arrival, the service fell short of expectations, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and customer care. Upon arrival, my family was asked to wait for a mere 5 minutes, only to find the restaurant significantly underoccupied upon descending the stairs. The disregard for safety, particularly evident as staff engaged us in conversation while navigating narrow stairs with a young child in tow, was concerning and detracted from the overall experience. Opting for table service via QR code, we encountered further disappointments as our order arrived with notable delays and several items missing. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff, only two out of the three missing items were rectified upon inquiry. The insistence from the staff that we had not ordered the third item until presented with the receipt was particularly disconcerting, suggesting a lack of accountability and professionalism. As a patron of a renowned chain like Nando's, one would expect a higher standard of service and attention to detail. Regrettably, my experience fell short of these expectations, leaving a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment. It is my hope that Nando's Covent Garden will take steps to address these shortcomings and uphold the reputation expected of such an establishment.

Great restuarant. Great food. Ordering food is confusing. Ltd space.

Nando’s is a traditional place to enjoy some nice chicken and chips, prices are affordable and the quality of the food is good. However, in my visit the location is clearly understaffed, there were 2 people running the entire floor, dirty tables everywhere plenty of tables empty as they have no capacity to serve more customers. Staff was trying really hard to do a good job (well done to all of them and my sympathy!!!!) 45 min waiting time to be seated (with half the tables empty). Losing money!

The food was incredible delicious. If you like spicy food this is the place to be!!

Ordered Butterfly chicken with two sides. Delivery driver got lost so food got cold. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Don't see how this justifies the price.

Nandos never disappoints, and this is no exception. Don't be deterred by the empty looking entrance, it's huge nandos in the basement! Good vibes, good food, and so many good veggie options.

Good service, good food and even better atmosphere. The music that was played was such a vybe, had me dancing.

I arrived with a group of 4 people. We were given a wait time of 20 mins which was fine. However after ordering our food, only one plate came to the table and we had to wait until the other 3 arrived. By this point the first plate was eaten as we were told we could not get new one to come out with the rest. Then when the rest of the food came out it was all cold, then after which we complained and told them to prepare warm food they returned it completely wrong and the orders all mixed up.

Didn't really like the restaurant itself. Downstairs and seated in an area at the bottom of the stairs. In between the doors for staff only, the bottom of the stairs facing us, so everyone coming downstairs is facing you. Dirty raw concrete walls and the corners of the floor and a funny smell(like bins). It's not my idea of eating out. Felt like I was eating in a multistorey car park! If we hadn't had a child with us that needed to eat, we would not have stayed. The food was ok, but it was a bit of a wait. When my husband asked, they thought that it had already been served, but it was still on the pass. You could hear the staff messing about in the kitchen. The waiters were lovely, and the young man organising the seating list upstairs was nice, but that really isn't enough to tempt me back there ever again. Felt like, pack them in, with no care about the customers' eating experience. Very poor Nando's, very poor.

항상 대기가 있는편이나 실내에 대기공간이 있어서 편합니다. 음식맛은 좋습니다. 특히, 치킨 굽는 소스 정할때 special source를 고르는게 좋습니다. 일반적인 매운 소스보다 더 맛있읍니다. 비용도 다른 런던의 식당보다는 저렴한편. 인기있는 이유가 있네요

My 1st time Nando‘s in a few years, the sunset burger still tasted as delicious as I remember. It was great that they have baby broccoli as a new side (healthy) option, only it was a bit of tasteless. The chips were a bit disappointing as they weren‘t crispy finish on the outside. Decent customer service and food were served in about 15 to 20 minutes, which is okay for me. I wish the burger would be slightly bigger.

Generally a good Nando’s however I’ve noticed they never fill all the tables downstairs and often leave customers waiting for a long time upstairs for tables to open up, when there is really no need to wait. Aside from that, the quality of food as what you’d expect from any Nando’s, absolutely fantastic!

Our first visit to Nando's Covent Garden, we were greeted quickly and told there was a 10 minute wait. We waited upstairs for less than 5 minutes before being shown to our table. The waitress explained how to order and where everything was. We ordered via the app and our glasses and food arrived quickly. We enjoyed our meal, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great! We had a lovely meal, thank you.

Visited once. Food was delicious for the people who love to have a bit of spice and garlic touch. African ambience with some blend of western.

Waited about 25 minutes to find a table but worth it. Very reasonable prices and delicious chicken as always. Can’t fault it. One of the most reasonable priced restaurants to eat in Covent Garden.

Fomos experimentar o Nando’s ao jantar. A comida é boa, mas nada de especial. Não gostei da parte de ser tudo feito pelo próprio cliente desde o pedido ao pagamento através do qrcode. Não gosto do método de funcionamento do restaurante.

Best Nando’s I’ve been to in London. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, in particular Mohammed who walked us to our table and when leaving asked about how we found the food. Simply the best service I’ve received in a while at any restaurant in London

有各種辣度辣醬可以自行加，也有喝到飽的可樂。烤雞偏乾，米飯偏硬。平價可接受。

We made a reservation and we were assured we could leave and return around our booked time. It was not the case. We arrived and had to go back to the end of the line because the new person doing the reservation said that we should have stayed there (for 1,5h).

Nice restaurant, most of the seating is downstairs.

Would recommend you to start the restaurant in Netherlands please as most of us who have shifted from UK really miss your delicious food

모든게 QR로 이뤄지는, 개인적으로 상당히 신기했던 시스템. 음식 맛은 뭔가 먹어본 거 같으면서도 외국음식 느낌이 있다고 해야하나, 개인적으로는 만족스러웠다.

When you enter the premises, it can catch you off guard. However, once you roll on downstairs, it has to be one of my favourite Nandos setups (so far). Expect the usual Nandos fare but in a spot that oozes a little more atmosphere than your typical one. Try to score one of the holes in the wall for a more private experience.

Ziemlich lässig dort. Getränke kann man sich unbegrenzt nachholen, mit Frozen Joghurt ist es dasselbe. Bissl wuchtigere Burger, bitte!

This has to be the best Nando’s you can have in Central London. The food was 10/10! The chicken and sides are well flavoured and portion sizes were big! The decor of this Nando’s is very spacious, with great interior ambience. The staff are very friendly with great customer service. Thank you Mohammed for great customer service during our dine in! You were very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this branch of Nando’s to everyone!

As expected for the location long wait times, for table and food. Portions are not the most generous. Otherwise all ok and as expected from Nandos, always delicious.

Everyone should have a Nando’s at least once in their life. It’s popular for a reason and it’s always good! ;) Short 10 minute wait for a table and another 10 or so for the food to arrive. Delicious, honest, unpretentious food most people would enjoy and so did we! ;) Friendly staff, up for a laugh, cosy atmosphere and good value for money at less than 25£ per person and that includes sharing starters, mains, drinks! Can’t go wrong with a Nando’s! ;)

Bit of a wait but everything else as expected

Fake chicken veggie wrap was near empty. Could have had 3-4 times more filling.

We went as a party of 8 and were lucky enough to get seated ahead of a room full of waiting people! They happened to have a table for 8 available just as we entered. Great service and great atmosphere. I do enjoy Nando's rainbow salad bowl and vegan garlic bread

20 minutes wait. ladies toilets smelled like piss. they ran out of all the sides apart from chips. overall unlucky experience i guess nandos is usually good.

Food was very good, not had Nandos in ages due to some bad past experience. Chicken breast was cooked perfectly, very moist and tasty. My order was for take away and when we arrived home I realised they did not added my extra halloumi which I paid 1.95 for and my friend did not get his rice for his order.

Food and service was fast but the tables are so close together I was basically eating with other people and listening to their conversations.

It was cold. And we waited a lot of time. IT was almost one hour Terrific:(

We wait upstairs while they organise place in downstairs. During 30 minutes we keep waiting downstairs were empty. Anyway we gave order after 35 minutes entered to Nando’s; we waited again another 35 minutes till we got our order. Poor customer service and very poor management. Peak time they had only 2 waiter for all saloon. Food were ready on kitchen service area but nobody served them. Waste of time and money…

Tasty chicken chain, restaurant conveniently located in the heart of the market, even though the redtaurant was half-empty we were squeezed in between tables and that was not really enjoyable. Good food though!

Food was very flavorful, but I had to give 3 stars because the roll for my sandwich was just old, hard and broke apart. NEVER GET the ROLLS Always get the wrap! Other than that the rest of the sandwich was very tasty!

Mixed building, but I'm confused. The waiters don't take your order? So after you walked downstairs, found table, YOU gotta get up again n walk to til to place your order?? I thought I ordered quinoa salad. Couldn't see in the low light, it salad with very little quinoa sprinkled on it. Sorry, won't be visiting here again.

It’s your typical Nandos. I am a big lover of a cheeky Nandos so I love any restaurant I go to. This restaurant however had a very nice layout downstairs which made it feel spacious. The food was amazing as always. It may be busier than most due to the area, but you should be able to get a table(potentially may have to wait, but not that long).

The place has a lovely African themed bamboo decor. The service is super slow but I understand that they grill to order. I loved the bottomless coke service. The chicken is rather dry.
