Great welcome, the restaurant is really very pretty, real comfort, the room is well air-conditioned for the summer, the toilets are clean, the staff is very professional, the dishes are delivered quickly and the taste is succulent! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved the service would get again from here lovely people to be around also

Slow service waited 10 minutes for table when restaurant was half empty & never got asked how food was , got ignored by staff

It was my first time going to a Nando's and I have to say it certainly lives up to the hype! I ordered a Butterfly Burger and Fino Pita and both were delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The portions were decent and the unlimited soft serve was certainly a nice thing to have. The service was courteous albeit a tad slow. Overall, I would definitely come back!

As always if you have the munchies this is the place for good chicken at reasonable prices . The food is tasty and the place is nice

The food was great. Service was great at the door and ok on seating. No plates or spoons had to keep trying to find a Nandos representative to get bits and pieces. Staff were great just looked like they were all very busy so less staff to cater for bigger numbers in the restaurant I would say.

Typical Nandos. Precooked chicken, chuck some sauce on it and hey presto it's Nandos. Only pleasant surprise was that the price was pretty co parable to other non london locations.

We came last friday (was that the 5th july) it was the service that made our night. Food was well cooked but the base ingredients and quantity lacking for the price. The atmosphere was lacking the spice nandos used to have. The service was exceptional. I wish I'd taken their names now. So upbeat, kind, patient and attentive. They were so young too, I expected a lot less. Thanks for a great night !

To make matters worse, the toilets were filthy, vandalised, and covered in excrement. When I raised my concerns with the customer service team, my complaint was dismissed without any effort to address the issues. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I will not be returning.

The burger is delicious, the potatoes too. The price is very good considering we are in London. The service was SPECTACULAR! My husband mispronounced what he wanted and another sandwich came, the waiter, by surprise, then sent what he really wanted (as a gift from the kitchen), I thought it was very delicate! Congratulations.

One of my must see places in London! Food never fails, even their vegetarian is very good! You can try halloumi cheese, which is super tasty and followed it up with a vegi wrap - med hot..add more sauces based on your spice tolerance. The cloudy lemonade was fab too. Soft beverages are bottomless. Ambience is just fine and self service so people can leave it messy towards end of day. But do go hear for lovely spicy food..!

Lesser Staff in the store , also Waited long even though There are many empty tables. Half of the items are unavailable

Nice place for lunch near Covent Garden. Basement room. Order via a QR code then we will bring your order to you. You have to collect the cutlery, sauces and fill your drink yourself. Allow around £30 for main course, drink, starter.

Nando's serves the best-tasting, value for money peri-peri chicken. Restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Top picks include medium or extra hot chicken, lemon and herbs chicken, and corn on the cob.

The attention from the staff is scarce, since you order yourself through the website and they only bring you what you have ordered. The food is good, the chicken was quite juicy with a variety of sauces. The atmosphere is familiar and it is next to Covent Garden.

We went to Nando's yesterday at dinner, the decoration was lovely, good music and nice reception from the staff. However, the food took almost 1 hour to be served and did not match the expectations. Worst than this, was the situation where a drunk/high couple next to us, while we were eating, started to throw up and spit on the floor, and no one took care of what happened.. we had to move to a different table in order to eat properly. We left after almost 45 minutes and they did nothing about that. We had high expectations, but finished the dinner very disappointed.

I really like this Nando's. The atmosphere is great. Love the decorations, simple and modern. Unfortunately it could get crowded and this time there's was a few basic things missing from the menu. (Rice + and the wrap)

Nandos is amazing. My chicken wings were perfectly cooked, the olives delicious, with the garlic 😋. The service is fast and kindly. Love Nandos staff. The atmosphere was nice, nice with its typical african music and with a tidy and clean restaurant. I really enjoyed my sagres, it was cold and 😋.

Usual top quality for food and good customer service! There was no wait and the food came fairly fast. One side feedback: gutted to see that the "3 sharing plates for £10" is gone from the menu :/ I truly believed it was a great offer!

I came here to dine alone I took it has take away. I had ordered 1/4 Chicken with Peri Chips. Took it to my hotel was still hot. Great food. The staff were very friendly. Great food.

First meal in London & it was better than I expected. Location in safe area & atmosphere was nice. Noticed the servers used a combination of providing menus vs telling others to just use the QR code to self-serve. Should be provided with silverware & straws as you're seated but instead we had to go back upstairs to ask for it. Sprite tasted like diet Sprite but the Coke sufficed. The food: good for the value. Wings are very small so order accordingly. My meal came with 2 sides so the 5 wings were sufficient but I was going to originally order 3. I would have had more sides than chicken lol. I ordered hot but they were pretty mild, but still good. I'm from TN, so it's hard to beat our wings. Overall, it was decent.

The space was clean and lively, the food came really quickly, it was a bit crowded but that’s cause it was a Saturday. The food was good, but the coleslaw tasted weird.

The food is good although everything revolves around the chicken. The restaurants are cool and there are in quite a few places in London. Friendly service and correct prices for what London is.

Very busy but we'll organised and the food and staff were lovely. Restaurant was lovely and clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and served really quickly, it was a busy lunchtime but we were served almost immediately.

The staff have an attitude problem here, I sat down with my family of 4, and instead of being welcomed, the waiter greeted us with an attitude. With both floors of the nandos empty, the waiter, Joao, wanted to squash our family in a corner instead of allowing us to choose where we want to sit to eat comfortably. He then continued to reprimand us when we moved to a bigger spot, arguing that it's only for more people. I want to reiterate that this place is EMPTY. This is a South African establishment and it's sad to see how it is being represented, it is very disappointing.

You have to help yourself, 1 hour to receive a cake. Small portion. They spat on my cake. Degeulasse sauce. Ketchup doesn't flow.

Was waiting ages, but we had to go as we were going to see a show, and couldn't wait any longer for our table to be ready as it was busy.

Host was a bit brusque when we came in but once we had sat down it was a pleasant experience.

Was interrupted and told to immediately leave the premises half way through our dinner as my friend had his french bulldog sat next to him. Why were'nt we told to leave when waiting 30min for a table in the reception. I think it was handled inappropriately just expecting us to get up and leave halfway through our dinner. Did'nt even want to allow us to finish our plate then leave. Terrible customer service only from that one individual with blue hair.

Disappointing Experience at Nando's Covent Garden My recent visit to Nando's in Covent Garden left much to be desired, despite initial hopes for a pleasant dining experience. From the moment of arrival, the service fell short of expectations, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and customer care. Upon arrival, my family was asked to wait for a mere 5 minutes, only to find the restaurant significantly underoccupied upon descending the stairs. The disregard for safety, particularly evident as staff engaged us in conversation while navigating narrow stairs with a young child in tow, was concerning and detracted from the overall experience. Opting for table service via QR code, we encountered further disappointments as our order arrived with notable delays and several items missing. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff, only two out of the three missing items were rectified upon inquiry. The insistence from the staff that we had not ordered the third item until presented with the receipt was particularly disconcerting, suggesting a lack of accountability and professionalism. As a patron of a renowned chain like Nando's, one would expect a higher standard of service and attention to detail. Regrettably, my experience fell short of these expectations, leaving a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment. It is my hope that Nando's Covent Garden will take steps to address these shortcomings and uphold the reputation expected of such an establishment.

Great restuarant. Great food. Ordering food is confusing. Ltd space.

Nando’s is a traditional place to enjoy some nice chicken and chips, prices are affordable and the quality of the food is good. However, in my visit the location is clearly understaffed, there were 2 people running the entire floor, dirty tables everywhere plenty of tables empty as they have no capacity to serve more customers. Staff was trying really hard to do a good job (well done to all of them and my sympathy!!!!) 45 min waiting time to be seated (with half the tables empty). Losing money!

Ordered Butterfly chicken with two sides. Delivery driver got lost so food got cold. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Don't see how this justifies the price.

I arrived with a group of 4 people. We were given a wait time of 20 mins which was fine. However after ordering our food, only one plate came to the table and we had to wait until the other 3 arrived. By this point the first plate was eaten as we were told we could not get new one to come out with the rest. Then when the rest of the food came out it was all cold, then after which we complained and told them to prepare warm food they returned it completely wrong and the orders all mixed up.

Didn't really like the restaurant itself. Downstairs and seated in an area at the bottom of the stairs. In between the doors for staff only, the bottom of the stairs facing us, so everyone coming downstairs is facing you. Dirty raw concrete walls and the corners of the floor and a funny smell(like bins). It's not my idea of eating out. Felt like I was eating in a multistorey car park! If we hadn't had a child with us that needed to eat, we would not have stayed. The food was ok, but it was a bit of a wait. When my husband asked, they thought that it had already been served, but it was still on the pass. You could hear the staff messing about in the kitchen. The waiters were lovely, and the young man organising the seating list upstairs was nice, but that really isn't enough to tempt me back there ever again. Felt like, pack them in, with no care about the customers' eating experience. Very poor Nando's, very poor.

My 1st time Nando‘s in a few years, the sunset burger still tasted as delicious as I remember. It was great that they have baby broccoli as a new side (healthy) option, only it was a bit of tasteless. The chips were a bit disappointing as they weren‘t crispy finish on the outside. Decent customer service and food were served in about 15 to 20 minutes, which is okay for me. I wish the burger would be slightly bigger.

항상 대기가 있는편이나 실내에 대기공간이 있어서 편합니다. 음식맛은 좋습니다. 특히, 치킨 굽는 소스 정할때 special source를 고르는게 좋습니다. 일반적인 매운 소스보다 더 맛있읍니다. 비용도 다른 런던의 식당보다는 저렴한편. 인기있는 이유가 있네요

Generally a good Nando’s however I’ve noticed they never fill all the tables downstairs and often leave customers waiting for a long time upstairs for tables to open up, when there is really no need to wait. Aside from that, the quality of food as what you’d expect from any Nando’s, absolutely fantastic!

Our first visit to Nando's Covent Garden, we were greeted quickly and told there was a 10 minute wait. We waited upstairs for less than 5 minutes before being shown to our table. The waitress explained how to order and where everything was. We ordered via the app and our glasses and food arrived quickly. We enjoyed our meal, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great! We had a lovely meal, thank you.

Waited about 25 minutes to find a table but worth it. Very reasonable prices and delicious chicken as always. Can’t fault it. One of the most reasonable priced restaurants to eat in Covent Garden.

Fomos experimentar o Nando’s ao jantar. A comida é boa, mas nada de especial. Não gostei da parte de ser tudo feito pelo próprio cliente desde o pedido ao pagamento através do qrcode. Não gosto do método de funcionamento do restaurante.
