Quite noisy tonight when we went loads of kids unfortunately, but when we left most had gone and it was a lot quieter

Food was really late, they got our order mixed up, we had to move tables, customer service was blunt, no roll in toilet had to fiind a roll myself - not acceptable for how much you pay

A smaller Nandos, staff were helpful with our questions and food was as good as any Nandos.

Amazing service from this Nando’s very quick service and food was nice and hot our server mustafa was very nice aswell

I rarely leave a review, but today’s experience stood out and I wanted to give recognition. Halley was so proactive, aware, genuine and good with her communication. These basic skill sets are rare and valuable in today’s market. I take my staff to this location for lunch on occasions and always get consistent service, Halley was above that and raising the standard. I pointed this out to my colleague as an example of how going above and beyond can win and retain business.

Sahal was very polite and helpful when he found a table for me. Jerome on the till who took my order was also knowledgeable about the menu and he helped me claim my reward. Although this restaurant is quite small compared to the restaurants in London. This Nando's makes up with excellent customer service. I like how the Manager George is constantly helping his staff and team on the floor. The ladies toilets were clean. The garlic bread was tasty but slightly hard. Other than that all the food was delicious. Thank you

The things are very tasty, but the burger is not big at all, even though I bought the Butterfly burger!!

Good spicy chicken restaurant! Very delicious and not so expensive! If you like spicy, definitely come here.

The Mediterranean salad with added chicken breast and halloumi is nice, but it’s still lacking in comparison to the old salads that also included quinoa and grains mixed in, and which were also a much more generous portion. As always, the weakest part of Nando’s is the fries. It’s like time-travelling to the early 90s when Mccain oven chips first came out and were dished out undercooked across the nation. They’re really poor and pretty much nobody fancied trying theirs. Staff were pleasant, the QR code was easy to navigate.

My chicken was quite spicy and the flavors were really good, but the chicken is very dry. The grilled halloumi was pretty good, but the fries were so-so. I went to the bar to ask for a couple of water glasses and the cook looked at me several times and straight up ignored me. Never asked if I needed something. Finally someone else came by and was able to help. Overall the food was average and the environment was loud. Probably would not come back.

Very disappointed! Ordered a takeaway from Nando’s, and the bread I received was stale and moldy. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. The store really needs to improve the quality control, or it’s risking customer health.

Love the sauces. The chicken was perfect. The roll wasn't my favorite.

The food came very quickly, was cooked to perfection, and was utterly delicious. All of the staff, especially the Manager, were professional, polite, and went above and beyond (especially with catering to my Nut and Pea allergies). The store was kept clean, the music was atmospheric, and I look forward to my next visit!

Sticky tables, staff at best ambivalent to customers, only the food gets this place above 1 star.

I ate my heart out and will miss this place with my whole heart beyond what is reasonable. However, it Was a little bit loud, but I much prefer a loud restaurant to a silent one.

We thought we'd visit before visiting the theatre, arrived an hour and 15 before our show started thought that would give us plenty of time. I appreciate it was very busy I think alot of guests had the same idea as us. We were shown very promptly to our table, within 5 minutes we ordered our food, small queue but fine. Host was very friendly and happy to help. We waited an hour for our food, with 2 small children as you can imagine. Nightmare. We actually ended up trying to give them the ice cream while we were waiting, however, the machine was broken. When we pointed this out to a staff member it took 3 people to have a look to try fix it. At this point we had been waiting 50 minutes for our food. A table of 2 came in after us, browsed the menu and ordered. Within 5 minutes they had their food. We were still waiting. I decided to speak to someone as we were now very pushed for time. We had 15 mins to eat, and walk to the theatre before the show started. The staff member (didn't get her name, but she was wearing red heart shaped glasses) was lovely couldn't have been more happy to help us, sorted our food and 5 minutes later we had our meals. She came and did a check back to ask how the food was but we were now in such a rush to eat. She was very apologetic and asked how she could help and try to better our situation. I explained we had been waiting an hour and I could appreciate they were busy, every table was taken. But still an hour waiting is really excessive in my opinion. She was so nice, understanding, couldn't have been more apologetic. Our food was nice, just a shame we had to eat so fast to make our show so we couldn't really appreciate it as we would have liked, making it a not very nice experience. Such a shame as we do enjoy nandos. We had the sharing chicken fries. I was eating quite fast, so we weren't late. One of my chips was frozen! The rest of the fries were piping hot and I bit down on one, it was freezing and rock hard, hurt my tooth. 🙈 Unfortunately I don't think I'd return to this venue again in a hurry, but if I did and it was busy I think I'd avoid as I'd hate to have the same experience.

The food was cooked but it wasn’t charred enough. It looked really pale and just didn’t have the flavour a usual Nando’s would have.

Good food, good service, good location. My burger was a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but the other food portions on the table was good. Service was good and the location close to university buildings and town was convenient.

Okay, this place was fun before I stepped foot in the door. My friends (who are from the UK) had to tell me about having a "cheeky Nando's." We "happened" upon it after a walk through Queen Park and seeing Banksy's Well-hung Lover. I was happy to see that its base is peri-peri chicken. I had heard about it in South Africa, but I never tried it. You order and pay through the app. I had a bit of trouble, guessing because my card was foreign 🤷🏾‍♀️ My friend ended up ordering for me. I opted for the five wings with two sides. They were out of Mac & Cheese, so I opted for spicy rice and rainbow slaw instead. You choose the sauce/heat level for your chicken. I opted for hot because I love spicy food. They have the sauces for the table, so you can try them prior to ordering if you aren't sure. I wish I had tasted the Saka sauce before ordering. It was my favorite! Lovely, tasty combination of sweet & heat. I gave four stars because the rice wasn't spicy at all. Also, heat levels were inconsistent. My friend's hot was crazy hot but mine was almost mild. The slaw is a great choice because it smoothes out the heat. Staff wasn't unfriendly, just sort of a non-factor.

A very generic casual restaurant - the staff was nice and they responded very quickly. The food was okay - standard food. The only complaint that I had was the portion of the greens that I ordered - there were just several pieces or stems of leaves in one portion of greens.

Chicken was really tender and juicy. My kids and I were enjoyed

One of the best Nandos, chicken was well cooked. Friendly and prompt service. Marked down one star as floor by the kitchen and steps leading to toilet were quite greasy.

Great food and excellent service. I was greeted and assisted by a team member called Preksha at my arrival, that was really helpful, which made my whole Nando's experience a lot more enjoyable.

Food OK, but I was expecting better. One meal 10 mins, the other 30 mins, suspect the crash from the kitchen just after first meal served was the second one hitting the floor! No apologies for delay.

Staff are really lovely but no table number given to us, no knives or forks in the buckets and no napkins. All the food was sold out but it was strange because you could order 1/4 chicken but not 1/2? Just put 1/4 x 2 together. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff though as they were extremely nice!!!

I'm a regular customer to nandos always enjoyed the food. Very busy at times but just walked in. There was an issue with paying through the app that I ended up paying twice but got refunded pretty quickly it was dealt with.

I caught salmonella here just before a gig, was a really rough and unfortunately unforgettable night.

Don’t get the broccoli its such a small portion and it came cold

The food was fresh and cooked nicely. The service was good and served in a reasonable time. My friend has eating restrictions, and the manager patiently went through the ingredients to help her.

Sat here for an hour after ordering only to be delivered sloppy chicken, and the place is freezing

Went here on Saturday and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I anticipated that it would be busy and that there would be a delay in getting a table - that was fine. But my partner and I were seated at a table right by the entrance, where the door kept opening with guests coming in and it was freezing cold. Being at the front where staff greet guests, there were often groups of people waiting around right next to our table, practically leaning on our table and making us feel extremely uncomfortable and really putting us off our food as we felt so claustrophobic (and cold!). I went up to the tills to try and place an order for our food, and was left standing around for about 5 minutes, as even though staff kept walking past me, no one seemed interested in taking my order, and so I had to ask a member of staff after they walked past me for about the 10th time if I could please place an order. When our food eventually arrived, given the cramped conditions, not only did we have groups of people waiting for a table stood right next to us, but other guests coming and going kept brushing past us. We ate our food as quickly as we could as we were so desperate to leave. I honestly cannot say I ever want to come back here again, as it was the most stressful, awkward and uncomfortable dining experience we've ever had!

Awh man this place was amazing. It was my first time dining in this restaurant and let me tell you, the chicken here was incredible. I haven't been to many places that serve chicken but the boneless chickens served to me here were amazing. The staff were professional and helped me pick my food and the hotness level of it. I definitely recommend this place!

Found two long hairs in my food. The woman working in the kitchen didn't have her hair tied back or any hair net on. I was refunded the full amount.

Walked into a half empty restaurant, got sat at a wet sticky table. Being half empty I didn’t expect to wait 1 hour for my food to arrive. My food didn’t actually “arrive”, I asked the waiter where my food was who advised they were busy prioritising online delivery orders and my food was going to take a further 10-15 minutes, I’m sure they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. My food still had not arrived after the proposed time, oddly others around me were receiving their food having arrived after me. I said I’d been waiting long enough and I’d like to take my food to go the waiter said it would take the same amount of time but he’d “fast track” my order, I don’t know what he meant by that it wasn’t fast at all. Finally received my food in a takeaway bag luke warm/ cold, didn’t get any apology or empathy. I do love Nando’s, but this branch was awful and I would not return or recommend.

Visited the UK with my wife, 6 years after graduating uni, and wanted her to try Nando's as I enjoyed it quite often while I was studying. However I was greatly disappointed by how we were treated at this branch. Actually we feel we were discriminated against. We ordered at 5:11pm and waited for our order. We ordered 1 starter which arrived relatively promptly. However our main came about 20 mins after. Unfortunately it was the wrong order. They had made a mistake which is understandable. I let them (I believe it was the manager) know and they took the order back. I would like to highlight that we didn't receive an apology from them at this point. We waited a further 15mins and the order still hadn't arrived. So we asked one of the staff to check out order. Still no apology at this point as well. After another 15mins of waiting, food arrived, a total of approx 50mins after we ordered. Still no apology. We decided to not spoil our mood so we just ate the food. However, the thing that pushed me to complain in-person and write this review is that, they apologised multiple times (the manager and a staff member) and even offered free things to another English couple because they had waited 30mins... I am not writing this review to get free things as they had offered after I complained in person. Btw, when I complained, the staff member said he was busy... He only apologised when I mentioned we hadn't received an apology from anyone! Had they apologised and recognised us, I wouldn't be writing this review. I've had better experiences at other Nando's. I would not recommend this branch to anyone unless they re-train their staff.

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a well run Nandos! Occasionally there have been little problems like the fizzy drink machine not working well or food taking a long time, but never anything bad enough to stop me from coming here

Dirty cutlery, dirty sauce bottles mainly empty. Loads of staff but we did wonder if there is a manager around. Kala at the front door kept encouraging her colleague to tell people he must say it’s a 25 minute wait not 20 minutes. With free tables available (some dirty some sprayed clean), the amount of couples and small groups turned away with this deterring line was unbelievable. If this was our business we’d be fuming. Chicken was super dry, oily over cooked and lukewarm chops, boneless chicken thighs needed a lot of liquids to chew to get it down. Staff were flicking food up in the air and catching it, a team not taking their roles seriously and messing about. We’ve generally had positive experiences at other Nandos branches but this one is one to steer clear of.

I love #nandos but can you please wash the sauce bottles. Otherwise Park Street great place Didn't 2020 tell us anything about spreading stuff ...

Small Nando’s, given proximity to city centre. Long wait to get in, and no desire to separate tables to accommodate more people. Food came out and chicken was still raw, but ok on return.

The loyalty scheme is a scam. Every time we visit they've changed the card and all loyalty points lost. And don't even try phoning customer service about it.

I ordered late night takeaway on a Monday, first time I’ve ordered Nandos as takeaway, I was impressed by the member of staff dealing with my order, they were very switched on and got it sorted quickly. Good work.

Wir hatten für uns etwas zum mitnehmen Bestellt, uns wurde gesagt, dass es in 10 minuten bereit sei. Als wir nach 15 minuten kamen war noch nichts bereit. Zuhause angekommen war der „Large“ Rainbow Slaw nicht grösser als die reguläre beilage. Im allgemeinen war das essen gut aber die Preis -/Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht.

Easy location. Food was usual Nando's fare. Place was busy. The service was fine.

Ordered through Deliveroo last night and ordered with a bottle of medium peri peri sauce, the store weren’t able to provide it as they were out of stock in which they were so kind to try contact me (was my bad for not picking up) but they did send a garlic peri peri sauce with a note attached! (to my discovery, the garlic per peri is way better than the medium anyways 😋). What an amazing team Nando’s park street have, deffo the best in Bristol, y’all should get a raise 😉 upon that the food was AMAY-ZING as always, Thanks a lot team Nando’s!

Had a mix up with my order caused by Deliveroo but these guys were super great about it, sending me double the door I ordered in the first place! Obviously nandos is generally great but this 5* is specifically for the service & the team at Park St for their courtesy & commitment to customer satisfaction.

Great chicken wings although it is a little bit expensive and small.

Got very very horrible service here today and the waiters would not even see sense in moving a white couple on a table that was meant for a group for six of us I guess cause we were a black family. We had to huddle around a table and no attempt for them to move us worked. I would say anyone should avoid this place if you can. The toilets had no tissue and one the toilets wasn’t even functioning at the ladies when my wife tried to use the place.

Very good food- had multiple meals. Very good options. The online ordering was a bit tricky!

Nice place off the busy road to grab a Nandos! A relatively small restaurant, compared to other Nandos and the toilets are up a number of flights of stairs.

Love Nandos good value and so tasty

Even though the food is really good the staff were extremely irrational and they were enraged by our presence. We were asked to order on the QR code and as the QR code didn’t work we went to order at the till. The lady at the till then said “The table you are sat at is reserved for someone else” even though we had been directed to that table and you are not allowed to book / reserve tables in Nando’s. This shows how the lady just didn’t want us or couldn’t be bothered to take our order. This is just upsetting.

Space a bit small for bigger group but otherwise very good food as usual..

As regulars to Nandos, we thought we'd try this one. We were the second customers after opening, yet waited 40 minutes for our food. The food was generally good, fries a little off compared to our usual venue. Coffee machine not working and had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get frozen yoghurt as they hadn't checked the machine was operating properly. Disappointing really.

Never had a problem with any other Nando’s before we’ve always been satisfied with our food. This evening went to collect our order from Nando’s park street and was pretty disgusted with my experience. Our chips tasted stone cold, stale and rock hard!!! garlic bread the same! Tasted like someone’s leftover cold food! That they couldn’t finish. My chicken was chewy, hard and disgusting! Chucked all of the food in the bin what a waste of time and money! Our order was for 4 people and everyone’s was the same! so for paying just over £60 I don’t think this is acceptable.

Poor customer service. Staff behave as though they are out to fight 🤔 On the plus side food was good.

My first Nando’s ever so I guess I am objective 1 - burgers were good “Spicy rice” Could have been spicier, I expected more tbh 2 - staff were lovely No complaints about that 3 - And if they ask you if you can help them with a customer survey, accept it! I earned a 15£ voucher for my next order :D 8/10 would come around again

No Mayo, no fanta and empty ketchup bottles. Food expensive for the bad quality it is. Beer served with fizzy drink glass so have to drink it out the bottle otherwise it’ll go flat. The 2 males running food were very friendly

Arguably the best Nados we have been to. Good atmosphere, perfectly cooked and spiced chicken, food well presented, app worked well and genuinely customer interested friendly staff.

Visited on a sunny, busy Friday night. Still managed to seat us as a family of 5 quickly and friendly staff.
