Nando's Beckton in Newham

Went with my family and had a 5* service from Euri, Alexandra and the team. Food arrived quick and was prepared fresh and was tasty. Will come again. Thank you

The restaurant has really improved interms of management and service as against the last time i visited, and most especially the young black guy at the door was very professional and helpful great customer service I think he's the security. I'll will recommend the branch for everyone I know.

The environment was truly delightful, the food quality and taste were exceptionally satisfying. The place is quite spacious and the outdoor view is lovely.

Requested for well done, unfortunately it was half done! Air-conditioning wasnt working, inside it was boiling hot! Toilet was shut cos it was broken. I cannot believe as a big chain how Nandos can keep open while the store wasnt in Operational conditions in terms of Health and safety. I was feeling shortage of oxygen!!!

Hey, I had a great day out with the fam, except for one small issue. The service and food were amazing as always, and Rohan gave us really great service, like he always does whenever I go to that Nandos.

Very busy for a Monday night. Not enough staff. Waited ages for our food. They forgot the wedges, and the wedges were cold!!

Nando’s is Nando’s. Always consistent, and was enjoyable when I went, clean place and the service was quick and easy. Nothing too special. But was enjoyable nonetheless

Visited Becton Nandos yesterday afternoon and I have to say, amazing service from staff members and food was just perfect. Loved it. Alexander was very helpful and provided us with a really good experience. The food was hot it tasted fresh, the mash, chicken, chips, sweetcorn it was all perfect. Becton Nandos is my favourite Nandos spot and I travel all the way from North London even though I have a nandos available to me not to for from mine. I have also tried a few Nandos places and still prefer Becton over the others. I've been here numerous times and will continue to come in the future.

Beckton Nando’s was quite busy, but the virtual queue worked perfectly – we had a table in 10 minutes. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Great experience overall!

Staff have really bad attitude and when told the manager the staff offered us out for a fight. The manager has so control over the staff what so ever. Tania the manager was really rude as well. She can see her staff offering us out for a flight and stood there. She didn’t do anything to make us feel comfortable or welcomed. Don’t go to this Nando’s. The worst Nando’s ever.

The last time I visited this establishment was Def my last time. Service was ok. But food wasn't edible. Ordered the boneless sharing platter. Food came out cold and dry. The plate looked like it was enough for my toddler the chicken breast was a tiny portion and so were the thighs complained about the food after paying £34 and all they did was replace the chicken breast . Way over priced . I get more for my buck at franzos . So Def a rip off.

Service improved a lot and moves quickly and efficiently. Food is great, hot and tasty. Clean environment even though always busy but app to table approach works really well.

Typical Nandos food, never a problem. Service was great, interior is spacious and location is nice with plenty of parking right outside the restaurant.

Large nandos based in retail park so benefits of a free and large car park. Bays in the car park are small however like most London car parks. Food was consistent. Large restaurant so a couple of sauce and drink spots which was great. All the condiments and consumables to wash and dry your hands were all present. Service from the staff was OK. Some may feel sick from the sight of my sauce covering on the pictures attached 😂 , others will respect it. 💪 Overall a nice nandos. Nandos hack for the sunrise burger: Order thighs for £4.95, a bread roll for £1 and get a free mayo pot. Whip them all together and save yourself £4 ordering their thigh burger by itself. If you go with the normal chicken burger it always comes out dry. New mac and cheese is tasty. Halloumi is a hidden gem on the menu.

Came here with my girlfriend and friends service was exceptional. I personally made a mistake when ordering the food and when I approached the member of staff called Kanimozhi she rectified my mistake with no issue. This level of customer service will make sure I return again.

Muhammad was extremely helpful and friendly on my last visit yesterday. I have been to this branch countless times and he has consistently kept a professional standard every time I’ve visited. Food was of good quality as per usual. Recommend the peri tamer if you’re a fan of a light barbecue flavour.

Everything was as expected but Mohammed (waiter) was exceptional. Super helpful and friendly.

A wonderful service was offered, the team always goes above and beyond my expectations. I went to the restaurant in the day and then ordered Nando’s to my home. It has been wonderful experience thank you to the Nando’s Beckton team for always being so welcoming, kind and accommodating!

Today we at this Nando’s. 4th time now with a big group. Everything we come here we never leave disappointed. Today the service was exceptional, very helpful staff and edna was very kind and generous.

I went to this nandos on monday evening around 9pm. It looked like it was a friday or Saturday thats how busy it was. However, Rohan and Mo (mohammed) was brilliant he helped out with the problem in my order and got the issue resolved. I have to say customer service was on point here unlike some other nandos i have been to. Coming to the food the food was also good and nice and hot spot on. Keep up with the good work guys will deffo see you soon.

What can you say about Nandos, pretty much same as all other Nandos. The down side of this place is that it's only accessible by a car as its located in a retail park. Which is surrounded by motorways and carriageways. The service is again same as all other Nando's where you order at the counter and food is brought over.

Tania and Rohan gave me and my family an amazing experience. Their customer service was above and beyond. Tania is such a lovely character with a great personality. She made sure we were cared for and was just amazing. Thanks for a great time you guys :))

Nando’s is Nando’s!, not much else to say! Apart from that the ice machine never works. Lemon and herb sources way too zesty. But mainly the food is halal. Saw someone eating plain fries , I was speechless. 🥲

Coming into the Place I was greated by Salvador. Brilliant guy as he helped us get a seat as soon as possible and as we waited he kept us updated at all times. Kani at Nandos was brilliant. She was poliete and served us very well. Edna helped with looking after our area of the floor and she always had a smile and made us happy. The service today was brilliant there was 11 people today joining me for dinner. We ordered a lot of food and we expected to wait long. But the food arrived within 5 ro 10 minutes which was great as i had children with me today. Overall the food never disappoints here and I come here regularly and its not missed a beat. But today was a class above the other day. Will be back soon to enjoy a great meal with the family.

The Quality of the food massively drops, it’s looks like Nando’s do not bother any more standard of the food. Specially they used to serve. Restaurant looks very clean and tidy. Also staff was helpful. Everyone have their on taste and experience. But at this moment I would prefer to make any comments. Because may be the day we visit restaurants running out of food stock etc.

I recently dined at Nando's and received exceptional service from our waiter, Edna. She was friendly, attentive, and offered great menu recommendations. When I needed a phone charger, Edna quickly arranged for another staff member to provide one. Their prompt assistance and dedication made our visit memorable.

Well it helps with a big car park! Nandoes is my go to when nothing else seems to make sense! the chicken thighs to the sunset burger to the full platter its all good! i always get it made every saucey and well done so it comes out even better!

Very good food and amazing service. We were served by Kanimo who was super nice and also helped us with take away.

I had a fantastic time with my family at this Nando's branch. I found it to be a very relaxing place where you can chill and share some nice food with your family. I would also like to personally thank one of the staff named MD, he was really friendly, looked after us and explained us the items on the menu. Normally, restaurants trade off customer service in exchange for nice food, but in this Nando's I can say that both food and customer service have been really fantastic. I obviously 100% recommend this branch. Lastly, I can also say that all the items were reasonably (very well) priced, which is something that you can't say for many restaurants. Please keep up with these standards.

So I scanned the qr code to book myself in for my family. We waiting total of 15 minutes and then on the app it refreshed again so we had to wait another 5 minute which is fine. We requested for the seats at the end of the shop that has a sofa looking seats. We was refused it even though my child was sleeping. I was rudely asked by ‘Tania’ where is your buggy? I didn’t bring my buggy out that day, instead what tania did was try seating another family of 3 on the table that I requested for as a way of trying to explain to me that she doesn’t want to ruin her 2’s and 4’s. She was ok with me sitting separately from my family, I had to explain to her I wanted to sit with my family. They also got my order wrong and expected me to be fine with it. I got served by Barbara at the till. My chicken has come looking half cooked with abit of sauce all over it.

This is ideally located by the exit of the retail park. Plenty of parking. The food is good, same as all other Nando's. Service is pretty standard. Staff were polite, but nothing special.

Very good food Service was brilliant Stephan was very quick and efficient. He ensured we was happy with our food and checked up on us whilst we ate. I will be coming back again.
