Nice place, spicy chicken, wine, what more do you need. I recommend.

I visited with colleagues and ordered off the app, everything came quickly and the food was great.

I have visited this branch many times and it took 20 to 30 minutes to reach there to pick up the delivery order. A while ago there was a ring bell 🔔 for informed the staff that driver is on the window for collection of order, but now they remove that ring bell and window remained closed all the time. All the drivers after reaching the branch, start knocking the window but the staff is not attending the driver and after 20 to 30 minutes they use to come at the window and they are saying that your order is not ready you should wait a minimum of 30 minutes more. If they don't want to serve the driver then they should stop working with Delivero and they should be closed the delivery section. There is one lady named Angela, she is very good and she behaves very politely with customers, if she will be a manager i think she will manage the branch very well. The weather is not good nowadays, how can drivers wait there for 1 hour outside. Urgent action required.

Really very disappointed behavior with delivery drivers. All the staff ignoring all the times to attend delivery drivers only one person Angela is very humble and polite we find in this store she care very well the delivery driver and in side costumers . Same like today 23th of November weather is very rainy but that don’t care drivers are outside at window knocking . Please if anybody is Loyal with with this section take a serious action . If this store can’t attend delivery section so close this section permanently don’t waste time and fuel for traveling till store. Waiting a serious action against this staff

Manish greeted us with a lovely aura and allowed us to pick where we sit. When we got our drinks we was unsure where the straws were and he must’ve heard us, kindly he came with straws for our table, we really appreciated this. After getting our food he presently asked us if everything is okay, he was really lovely! He is definitely a credit to this Nandos!

Good atmosphere food always fresh

Manish asked us to fill out a survey for him we couldn't find it, but I did want to leave a lil feedback to say he was lovely and really looked after us. Food was quick and superb.

We actually went there on my birthday and I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and serviceable. They even offered to sing me a happy birthday which I found lovely. Would really recommend this Nando’s if you cross it in Manchester, they made my day all the more special. Would also like to note that Francesca was really lovely and also another server that I didn’t catch the name of (she has brown hair and eyes and was wearing a braid). Thank you once again 🥰

Very disappointed with the customer service. We got told to take a seat as another family of four was behind us. As we were waiting, I saw the other four was seated before us, and others was also being seated. I went up to the guy who asked us to sit and he claimed he never spoke to us. Ok fine, He finally found us a table, we ordered our food. Then the food came without plates. The guy said, He will be back with the plates. Literally forgot about us. The boneless platter chicken was bit over n dry but with the help of the sauces..it was ok. Nandos is usually my favourite restaurant to go and eat but for Me, not this one again.

Ashton branch is hit and miss. When it’s busy the food is rushed and not the best quality but when it’s quiet the food is good. Portion sizes seem to be getting smaller. Staff are always helpful and friendly

Took my family out for a treat, unfortunately it was just another fast food outlet. It appears that most people set a very low threshold when it comes to.the quality of food on their plate

Although times are tough and it's getting a lot more expensive, it's still very tasty. service, location, atmosphere, everything was good. don't know if anythings changed in the sunset burger but it's not as sweet as it used to be. aside from that and the price, always a good place to eat

Got to say the food was fantastic, the chicken was cooked too perfection, so soft and succulent. I got the red powder from the fries in my eye, and it burnt like a mofo. The staff never seem to be happy here, but they do a good enough job. It's very clean, which is great.

Just want to leave a 5 star review for the most outstanding service given by Beck she goes above and beyond, nothings too much effort and gives the meaning of a service with a smile its name...because of this woman we have travelled from the other end of Manchester to visit this nandos, four times in 2 weeks, so accommodating, so friendly and so helpful to meet our needs absolutely outstanding thanks beck...the two Gemmas.

I visited this nando's today and i really appreciate the customer service from Arslan he really made us feel welcome , we had a problem with the food and he quickly helped by getting us the right order . he regularly came and checked up on us to see if we was doing good. was very respectful and understanding .will be visiting again

Great tasting food prepared very fast. I went for a chicken pitta with hot nandos sauce with rice and peri frys and bottomless coke zero - would recommend.

I ordered a loaded fries which is normally £8 and they decided to overcharge me and charged me £9.50 and the cashier apologised and offered to give me the money back, but the manager decides to come to my table and said because I got a glass of coke in the water glass I can’t have my money back which is outrageous! My mate also got loaded fries and found a drumstick sized bone in there food that made him choke and completely put him off eating it. We have all the receipts and picture proof of the bone. I am appalled and will not be turning as I feel the situation was not handled properly whatsoever.

Visited this Nando’s with my cousins and had a brilliant time. Food was amazing and the customer service was 10/10! Specifically a member of staff called Billy, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He even joined in one of our TikTok’s! Was a great guy and was so cheerful, he made our day. Really recommend this Nando’s to dine in!

Booked a table online when arriving no table was available due to double booking fine ok then we ordered food which was under cooked let’s say actually raw

Dry chicken and Luke warm fries. This used to be a place to go after a visit to the cinema/ bowling ect, but now ad it's become so much more busier, I feel the food as gone down hill.

Came here for the first time and was disappointed in the food. The chicken came out dry. When we mentioned it to the manager he came and had a look at it, poked his fingers around the chicken and then said, that feels moist enough to me. It really wasn’t, and I presume he thought we should just eat the food after he had poked his fingers around in it. He did then offer to replace that particular piece of chicken, but again the chicken was dry. Looking around it appeared that a lot of people were being served quite dry chicken. Probably won’t go back to this Nandos, the one at Manchester fort is miles better.

Absolutely disgusted by the member of staff named Samantha who claims to be a manager. She was rude to me and my friend when visiting and making comments on our personal appearances but was fine with the customers behind us. Extremely prejudiced lady! I usually love nandos but will not be going to this branch ever again. Staff should learn customer service values and be trained to a better standard. Absolutely appalled.

We dined in on Sunday 26 May. We brought my mother who’s not very well and eats very little. Unfortunately part of her order - a mushroom - was served stone cold. We returned it and upon replacement it was worse than the first time. It transpired that it hadn’t been cooked. My mother was getting upset as she wasn’t able to enjoy her meal. When we complained the manager Ryan came to see us at our table, apologised profusely and offered anything we wanted (off the menu) on the house. We ended up ordering some desserts which were delicious. Overall the meal was very enjoyable and this was for a big part because of the exemplary customer service that Ryan and his team provided. They were all attentive, very polite and friendly. Ryan checked in on us regularly ensuring everything was alright and making us feel very welcome. Considering how the evening could have turned out, we had a really enjoyable experience. Only if all restaurants had a manager like Ryan!

Was greeted and sat down very quickly. Nas was lovely as I noticed some food on the seat, they quickly cleaned it before I sat down and Annie noticed food took some time and checked on where the food was, when we got the food she did a check back to make sure everything had arrived. Another wonderful visit at Nando's and never disappoints. Would definitely come back and recommend if you want flavoursome food and definitely worth the money.

I regret to inform that the current waiting time is very long, exceeding 30 minutes.

I've mostly ordered for collection and food has been prepared on time. Very rarely, I've to wait for more than 5 minutes. The atmosphere is great and I'm looking forward to dining in.

We’re regulars at Nando’s, so have been a a good few branches. I have to say the manager here at Ashton was lovely, we were a group of 14. We were not waiting ages for food, the service was amazing, we asked for a few things after our food was delivered and the staff were quick to assist us. An amazing team here. Well done all. visited Nandos on 11/04 with my family for my mother’s birthday meal and family from wales and Portsmouth we’re down with us too to join us for their first nandos and the staff there are disgusting, the behaviour was appauling. When we first arrived we were greeted rudely by the staff member Beck. She spoke down to us and told us we are unable to be seated or served even though there was multiple empty tables and enough space, the manager Alex was then called over who again was very rude. He too said we can’t be seated but could if we was split into 3 groups which made no sense considering how many spaces were available. We were also told they close in an hour but were able to seat us at 9:30 which made no sense considering that was an hour after we had arrived. Beck was very condescending and rude and Alex was disgustingly rude. We then decided we will order take out. While order take out our cousin confused one of the members of staff with one of our family members saying ‘oh there he is , he’s just speaking to the manager’ and we said that’s not him he’s outside and we just laughed at how she got confused. We then got up to order and as we were in the queue Alex then came upto us and said we were being refused to be served and kicked out. We were very confused as we had not done anything and he had then accused us of pointing at staff members and laughing. This was disgusting as we would never ever do something like this. He would not let us speak and kept telling us we had to leave and get out and nothing was going to be done. I said how disgusting it was to be accused of laughing at staff members, what kind of people do you think we are. He did this in the middle of the restaurant for everyone to see making us feel humiliated and this is something I did not expect from nandos. He raised his voice and was very aggressive and patronising. As someone who is taller than me he enjoyed standing infront of me to show he was taller than me to intimidate me and this was very patronising and disgusting I felt the need to take a step back. The way I have been treated and spoke to was appalling. After this experience with nandos I will be telling friends family and posting about this on social media to make people aware of how Ashton Moss nandos treat people and how Nandos staff treat people. This was humiliating and disgusting and I feel embarrassed about this. This is my local nandos and this made me feel very under valued as a very loyal and regular customer. I would have never expected this from a manager or front of house staff. Absolutely disgusting. This experience has completely ruined my mothers birthday meal and you ruined her whole day. She left upset and honestly I left in tears after the way I was spoke to by management Alex.

Staff particularly the supervisors/management are rude and don't have the customer service skills to run a restaurant clearly! But other than that the food is always great cant fault it. Ashton nandos used to be my favourite but ive noticed over the last year the staff don't seem to care.

Food was really nice, served up hot and quick. Service was good. The only problem is it's really expensive now and is no longer attractive. More like prices you'd pay at a decent pub for food. It's around £16 for a whole chicken with no sides. This is over the top really.

Always like Nandos, but we visited about 9pm on Easter Sunday, and the staff were atrocious. One waiter dropped a menu on top of my friend's meal and didn't even stop to say sorry, and then another sprayed my food with table cleaner while cleaning the table next to us. Please train your staff better!

I recently visited Nando's and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs for Ramadan, ensuring we had a comfortable and welcoming environment. Clean, fast, halal and hot food, the service was fantastic, definitely alot better than the one at Manchester fort and Trafford centre, we went at a busy lunch time and everything was great!

Just popped in for a cheeky Nando's. 5 Adults. Got a Booth, no problem, apart from it facing the men's toilets, eweeeeeee really! Anyway you can't use your Bluelight Card without your NHS ID card, it's Saturday I'm not working, I have alot of other ID, anyway rules are rules. Now the food, it was bloody lovely, not going into details it's Nando's!!!

Over rated and quite overpriced. There's more to life than just chicken

My regular nandos but it seems to have gone slightly down hill. I only care about the drink :) almost £4.00 for a coke and its always flat and taste like soda water for the last 6 times weve been.

Lovely service and atmosphere, it was a shame that the chicken was overdone and dry. I was really looking forward to my meal too as we hadn't been to Nando's for ages.

I always love it here and the staff are very good to my kids as well. Sometimes, as parents it is terrifying to take the little kids out to dinner but the staff are really patient with them.

When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by Nas, he took care of us until we found a table which took about 10 mins. He was very cooperative and helpful. The food was so delicious. There were absolutely no problems at all with the food and the service. The restaurant was very clean despite being extremely busy. The kids menu was a win and we will definitely be going back again soon. Thank you!

A very busy place. But good atmosphere

To be honest this place no different then any other nandos. Which in hindsight just goes to show the consistency of all nando's restaurants. (This is a halal nandos).

Arrived at 8pm on Saturday as a group of 3 to be turned away and told they’re not seating anyone when the restaurant closes at 10.30? Absolutely ridiculous and a group of girls were seated right before us.

Manager Beck couldn't of been more helpful and professional about a food discrepancy, thanks for your help. If I had my own company you will be getting poached. All the best.

Great food. There was a problem with the smoke alarm which delayed the food but the Manager Scott managed the situation really well. Well done Scott.

Not great to be honest. Food very average and the bread was definitely passed its best. All in all it may be good for the younger people but there are better and cheaper alternatives for the over 50s.

Took a group yesterday it might be just me, but I felt like I was paying restraunt prices for fast food experience. Having to get my own cutlery and condiments. Not for Me

I love Nandos, but the chicken portion are smaller than used to be. So may think twice about going again.

Ordered a vegan wrap, it said on the menu that there would be 2 but instead came 1 wrap cut in half to make it 2, not even enough to fill an infant. The woman came and later explained what the menu meant. I paid 13 pound for this and explained I wasn't happy and after she explained she said sorry about that and walked off.. had to order chips which then came to 20 pound, really not happy with the service.

I enjoyed the food and the staff were nice and I didn't feel like someone was sitting on my table eating with us as some tables are a bit close.

Pretty great, seemed like the kitchen was very busy or maybe a little bit understaffed so things took quite a while, however you can't knock that onto the staff as they were all lovely and helpful, maybe more of a prompt to management that they need to account for busy nights such as Fridays.

It used to be better when our team cooked the food. I was disappointed after 4 years without eating Nando’s. Also if you want a chicken thighs burger is better to make it yourself from scratch and cheaper, and if there’s 2 of you even better. Grab a portion of thigh with your sides, get two Portuguese rolls, two cheeses, ask for mayo, lettuce and tomato, it’s free, and done. Ask chilli jam or perinnaise if you wish, you’ll see how you’ll save money.
