We called here for food tonight on the off chance they would have space to fit us in, they did! We really enjoyed everything, food was great and Mollie was so accomodating, super friendly and really made our experience 10/10. She is a really credit to the team, thanks for looking after us :)

We went on a Wednesday evening and it was quite busy but didn't feel crowded as it's a large restaurant.there were 3 of us and one of us is a vegetarian, celiac and lactose intolerant which is a bit of a nightmare sometimes when eating out. We were seated and the one of us with allergies was given a qr code that took them to a menu that I was suitable for them which I thought was a fantastic idea as it saves seeing what you could have if you didn't have intolerances. I've never eaten at a Bella Italia but was honestly surprised at the quality of the food, it was fresh and not mass produced and microwaved. I had a pasta dish which I forget the name of but they were like large raviolis and was delicious. Can't fault the food or service. I have to give a shout out to our waitress who was outstanding and made sure there were no mix-ups with the food and was attentive but not in your face Ewelina ( I'm not sure that's right) but give her a pay rise as you don't meet many people that are as good at their job as her. Will definitely be back.

I visit Ashton Moss quite a bit and have walked past this fine establishment many times. I am gutted I didn't visit here sooner. Instantly, we were welcomed inside by the staff, who were absolutely joyous and a pleasure to chat with. They were very understanding, talkative, and made great efforts to ensure that we were satisfied with our experience here. The overall atmosphere was gorgeous, to say the least. The place was filled with joy and well-thought-out decoration and excellent cleanliness. However, the absolute best part of our experience was the food. The taste, texture, and presentation of the food made me ascend to a whole other realm. In fact, the food was so good that I just had to meet and thank the chef that made it. I asked if this was possible and the waiter was super enthusiastic, understanding, and quickly brought the chef out to our table. The chef was a bright, joyous young man who had the most beautiful smile and is certainly going places in life. His name was Connor, and if you see this, I thank you so much for the incredible experience here and for making my entire year. I will definitely be returning more often, and I also want to thank the other staff, who were equally amazing!

I was really impressed with the service we got here. Ewelina was very friendly and we got to chatting about children (terrible toddlers) and Polish weddings! I asked a question regarding one of the ingredients and she was quick to find out the answer for me. She is a credit to the team and know how to deliver great customer service! I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because I got a splinter from the door on my way out! The food is generic chain food, nothing special so only 4 stars.

Came in late on a Monday night to a warm welcome from our server Charlie. Food was reasonably priced, and very delicious! The atmosphere inside was very chilled out, and a good temperature. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Ordered calamari which was just batter, no actual squid. Had this problem at a different Bella Italia too so might be time to change supplier. The robot waiter kept playing annoying music and the place had no atmosphere at all.

We called in for tea on 20th November.The food was superb and the waitress Ivett was brilliant so helpfull and courteous.All in all it was a great experience.Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order didn't receive the pizza phone 3 time really rude member of staff kept putting me through to a phone that no ones answer rung back and the guy said what are you ringing for i said ive just spoke to you 3 times this happened rude staff poor customer service should be a shamed will definitely not order from these people again so disappointed

Decided to pop in for lunch with sister. I’ve had mushrooms to start with, followed by carbonara and finished with brownie. Sister had meatballs to start with, then mushroom risotto and finished with tiramisu. The food was great! Every bit of it was nice and tasted amazing! Well done chefs! The waiting staff was very polite and accommodating! We were served by Gustavo and a lovely Polish lady! Will definitely visit again!

Standards really gone up from the last time we visited service from Irtaza was on point great guy nothing was too much but overall, no complains food is always on point also

Stood waiting to be seated staff member looked at us and walked away, I understand it may not have been their job but a hello or someone will be with you soon would have been fine. Lady who did finally seat us ignored us whilst she sorted out a food delivery person, again an acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Nice table and decor, our waitress didn't seem very happy but took our order quickly, the chap who served us our food was lovely and friendly. Food was nice. Wouldn't rush back.

Irtaza was a new member of staff but was very courteous and helpful. Although my daughter wanted her dessert plain he ensured this happened. We also loved the robot!

This place don't not even deserve a star it's is vile me and my partner ordered from yourself for a at home dinner we found a hair in our food and the member of management I spoke to was shocking she put the phone down on me as I was putting a complaint in suggesting that the staff wear hair nets if they already don't as I work in the food industry myself absolutely shocking i will never get food here again.

We were a big group with widely varying tastes but there was something for everyone. There wasn't one dish that didn't satisfy. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient.

The service was excellent. I loved the garlic bread with caramelised onions. My favourite. Wasn’t so keen on my buttermilk chicken burger as it had been deep fried and there was no mention of that on the menu otherwise I wouldn’t have picked that. I had a pizza last time and that was really nice.

Not impressed even with the serving robots, which probably should tell you all you need to know about where the management team are heading with this weakening franchise. The cost for calzone, Spag bol, Rissoto, Pizza, drinks and 3 deserts £120. Never again.
