I took my mum and 2 of my children for a meal here today. The food was brilliant but what stood out to us the most, was the service provided by Charlie. As busy as he got, he never seemed rushed, flustered or impatient. He was polite, courteous and offered help and advice when my mum wasn't sure what to pick. I'd recommend the restaurant for Charlie's service alone. Charlie, if you're reading this, thank you. Keep up the great work!

Luke and Gustavo really looked after us today, despite being short staffed and run off their feet. They made our visit really pleasant, they were super helpful and attentive, even after having to deal with some rather rude patrons. We will definitely be back, thanks so much guys

When we first went we thought the prices were good until we got our food. The portion sizes were horrendous ( an older kids chicken meal came with 4 peices of popcorn chicken a couple chips and a couple peas or beans )

Me and my gf were feeling flat before coming but your staff picked us from the minute we walked in from the lady showing us in then the lovely waitress from Hungary was amazing really friendly and turned our day around. Wish I lived closer just a nice atmosphere well done.

Lovely lunch date at Bella Italia today. Charlie and Annie looked after us really well (alongside their robot waitress!) Food was tasty and atmosphere was great.

The staff are very welcoming, polite, and attentive. Great atmosphere and service. Food is flavoursome and hot, well presented. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends near and far. Good value for money.

Friday lunch done with a good friend and a 5 yo. All 3 of us completely full and happy. Food beautiful, service by Abbie flawless. So cute, smiley and attentive. We left with a happy full belly and smiles on our faces. Oh and the discounts in Jan wow. Soooooo much savings 😁

We had a lovely meal at Bella Italia taking advantage of the £5 Pasta offer, we had previously gone on another day to the sister restaurant at Media City for my birthday. Our server Evelyn was very helpful and pleasant.

Both myself and my husband had a lovely meal. Very clean service was amazing. Yvette was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely definitely service with a smile 😊.

We walked in on Friday night 7pm, with no booking, we were welcomed in and asked to wait as they were really busy. We were seated and served by Abbie, she was very polite and attentive, food was served in a timely manner, it was hot and delicious, mushrooms starter and meatball starter were lovely, calzone and pasta mains were great too, all in all a great visit to Bella Italia Ashton under lyne.

The food was fantastic as usual. It's been made do much better since the old days (2 years ago)!

Lovely meal out. Kids ate for £1. Staff were lovely. So we're the robots delivering food. Only 4* as two of our chairs were practically falling apart. No idea why. Even asked for a new one and it got forgot about. That's just a one off hough. Can't fault the food or drink. Two of our large party are gluten free too and they always do lovely food here for them.

We Absolutely love it here. Always the place my children choose when they get the option. The food comes quickly and is hot. Staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist and an added bonus the robots make the kids visit extra special.

Really enjoy coming here and do so regularly. We've gone through most of the menu and have never had any complaints. Most of the staff are polite and attentive. Reasonably priced too.

We went on a Wednesday evening and it was quite busy but didn't feel crowded as it's a large restaurant.there were 3 of us and one of us is a vegetarian, celiac and lactose intolerant which is a bit of a nightmare sometimes when eating out. We were seated and the one of us with allergies was given a qr code that took them to a menu that I was suitable for them which I thought was a fantastic idea as it saves seeing what you could have if you didn't have intolerances. I've never eaten at a Bella Italia but was honestly surprised at the quality of the food, it was fresh and not mass produced and microwaved. I had a pasta dish which I forget the name of but they were like large raviolis and was delicious. Can't fault the food or service. I have to give a shout out to our waitress who was outstanding and made sure there were no mix-ups with the food and was attentive but not in your face Ewelina ( I'm not sure that's right) but give her a pay rise as you don't meet many people that are as good at their job as her. Will definitely be back.

I visit Ashton Moss quite a bit and have walked past this fine establishment many times. I am gutted I didn't visit here sooner. Instantly, we were welcomed inside by the staff, who were absolutely joyous and a pleasure to chat with. They were very understanding, talkative, and made great efforts to ensure that we were satisfied with our experience here. The overall atmosphere was gorgeous, to say the least. The place was filled with joy and well-thought-out decoration and excellent cleanliness. However, the absolute best part of our experience was the food. The taste, texture, and presentation of the food made me ascend to a whole other realm. In fact, the food was so good that I just had to meet and thank the chef that made it. I asked if this was possible and the waiter was super enthusiastic, understanding, and quickly brought the chef out to our table. The chef was a bright, joyous young man who had the most beautiful smile and is certainly going places in life. His name was Connor, and if you see this, I thank you so much for the incredible experience here and for making my entire year. I will definitely be returning more often, and I also want to thank the other staff, who were equally amazing!

I was really impressed with the service we got here. Ewelina was very friendly and we got to chatting about children (terrible toddlers) and Polish weddings! I asked a question regarding one of the ingredients and she was quick to find out the answer for me. She is a credit to the team and know how to deliver great customer service! I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because I got a splinter from the door on my way out! The food is generic chain food, nothing special so only 4 stars.

Came in late on a Monday night to a warm welcome from our server Charlie. Food was reasonably priced, and very delicious! The atmosphere inside was very chilled out, and a good temperature. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Ordered calamari which was just batter, no actual squid. Had this problem at a different Bella Italia too so might be time to change supplier. The robot waiter kept playing annoying music and the place had no atmosphere at all.

We called in for tea on 20th November.The food was superb and the waitress Ivett was brilliant so helpfull and courteous.All in all it was a great experience.Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order didn't receive the pizza phone 3 time really rude member of staff kept putting me through to a phone that no ones answer rung back and the guy said what are you ringing for i said ive just spoke to you 3 times this happened rude staff poor customer service should be a shamed will definitely not order from these people again so disappointed
