Ordered from here a few times, foods always 11/10, got a chilli curry tonight and asked for it extra spicy, was the hottest curry I've eat to date, but taste was still there, cant fault it at all, big up the chef

Ordered a bhuna was barley even a curry just vegetables with a tiny bit of sauce and the saag paneer the cheese size was shocking

Got a takeaway delivered for the family. It was disappointing. The seekh and lamb meat was overcooked and didn't seem fresh. None of us would get food from there again.

Tried it for the first time.Recommended by a friend.No doubt one of the best pizza iv ever had.The chicken tikka jelfarezi and egg fried rice was bangers.Will definitely go again.

Best go to place in town for midnight munchies and quick dinner, very welcoming staff with good hygiene standards. Food taste is even better than other nearby takeaways.

Forgot rice and chips, said it would take 10 minutes to bring it, waited 40 minutes for it, curry went cold, naan bread went cold, useless excuses over the phone being rude

Ordered a chicken kebab in a nana bread , large chips and a nana bread on the side aswell but instead of having a kebab gave us a pot of chicken for £5 and then gave us with the driest nana bread I’ve ever ate in my life. Not happy!

Extraordinary experience for me at a new place in a new city. Fabulous staff, delicious and aromatic food, fully hygienic and controlled environment. Even it was my first visit but still they allowed me to have a look how they cook all the things. Really enjoyed the time in that new town and the food which was delivered to me with so much love. I really used to like this place, their chicken tikka biryani was to die for. But recently its gone so down hill...The last two times I have ordered from here it's made both or us sick. Absolutely won't be ordering again...For food that tastes so good , you've got to question the hygiene.

Ordered 11.98 worth of food from this place through Uber Eats, we waited 2 hrs to be told they had cancelled our order.... to make matters worse we did not even get a refund.... well upset as we were isolating and had to wait a further 30 mins for a new order which was from Bollywood.... save your time and money and order from Bollywood and under no circumstance order from Bombay Spice unless you want to lose your money and go hungry. Shocking service. I will be making sure everyone I know avoids this place. Use Bollywood they are so much better. Hopefully the word travels and this place folds. Dont order from them and tell your friends not to either. Very disappointed 😞 cuatomer

Disgraceful. I ordered on UberEats, wait over 35 minutes more than scheduled time. I had to go there and ask for my food. Food wasn't nice at all, missing items, absolutely disappointing. Never again.

Very bad takeaway ordered a kebab when I opened it was hard and dry pizza was burnt phoned up staff was very rude waste of money would not recommend to anyone no customer service manors at all

Disgraceful place. Extremely rude staff. Ordered food, which took an hour and a half to arrive just for a kebab, then they got the order completely wrong so I rang them up to tell them for them to just deny it and start telling us to “do one” and to “f off” multiple times. Very rude, nasty staff. Do not order from here.

Gone downhill since they stopped doing curry. Staff can be rude and sleazy. Also lost points in food hygiene. Personally I wouldn’t eat here if I was given free food. Not when you have Bollywood 2 mins down the road.. with a 5 star hygiene. Save your money go else where...

Every time I had a kebab it been really good well worth the money

Ordered a takeaway the other night via foodhub and with an eta of 30-45mins. After 2hrs i asked foodhub why it’s not here and what can they do. They told me it upto the restaurant to deliver as long as it comes its fine even if it 6 hours late! Phoned the restaurant and got told it be out shortly after 2hrs. 2hrs 30 came phoned and got told traffic and he make it up next time. Won’t be a next time. Food came all cold and sweaty from where the condensation has bounced back made chips and kebab like wet toilet paper. Left negative feedback on FoodHub and guess what. They filter it and just show the 200+ 5* reviews from 2016. What a load of bol*oxs.

I had a long day in work so i ordered from foodhub and waited all night for my food to arrive witch it didnt. By the time i realised it took so long the place had already closed like i had no calls no messages on my foodhub app nothing so no i wouldnt advise anyone to go or order from here theres plenty other places in the same area 100 times better

Love this place ,delicious food

My mum placed a ordered to be delivered with Bombay Spice and she ordered enough food to share with me. The Chicken Tikka Masala tasted lovely and had a total of 8 good sized pieces of Chicken in it. The Rice, Chips, Naan, Popadoms and Onion Bhajis were lovely too.

Last 2 times ordering food has been late and a number of hairs in the food AVOID phone left of the hook to avoid having to deal with order been over 1 hour late

not happy with the service I’ve had today. ordered my food and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and then the order was wrong. rung the shop they said they’d deliver the right stuff in 5 minutes ended up waiting around 40 minutes for that so then all my food was cold. not impressed

dropped off the wrong order then took 50 minutes to bring the new order, food was ok. poppadoms tasted like pure oil too. delivery guy was safe though

Massively dissapointed with this place, used to be my go to takeaway, recently the food quality has massively dropped and they forgot my chips, won't be ordering from here again.

Been using this place as my regular Indian takeout for over two and a half years and they have never let me down once! Delivery is consistently on time and on several occasions they've been early, never once missed a thing off of my order. Lamb chops was gorgeous would deffinatly order them again however the chicken on the kebab had a weird taste to it so didn’t eat it all.Apart from that everything else was nice!

Our food order was wrong, I have phoned today to complain, the attitude of the manager was dreadful. They always phone when delivering to locate our house, everytime, they are hopeless. When I complained the manager hung up on me. We will not order from them again. When we pay cash we always give a tip. More fool us. What happened to customer service. Minus 5 stars
