Everything was perfect the service was very good nice time between courses, the food was done as requested a very enjoyable evening

Its okay. I found the starters disappointing. The mains were alot better.

Fantastic first time here with gorgeous authentic Thai food and hospitality. We had a table for 4 and found the waitress very friendly. We had a starter each and mains with sides and it cost just over £90 for great quality and good portions. Would recommend and come back.

Too many bamboo shoots in the green curry and not as creamy as usual.

Well that was disappointing! I’ve always wanted to eat here but never had the opportunity, so this evening thought I would get a takeaway. The fried pork wantons were all wanton wrapper and hardly any pork at all. When I’ve had Thai food before it’s been light and aromatic. This was really quit bland.

Fantastic meal as always, friendly allergy aware staff. Love the Drunken Duck, spicy and tasty.

Not been for a while. But decided to enjoy a relaxed Anniversary meal with my husband Perfect location, Staff extremely efficient Food was devine, flavours were delicious and fresh Highly recommend.

Wow unbelievable really authentic Thai cuisine I recommend the pad ka prao and pad Thai with prawns this is the best I've tasted in the UK and I've been thailand over 4 times great place if you haven't been you should check it out. Thanks blue sapphire

Been to eat in here a few times and has been lovely so the fact they charge you the same as sitting in we thought why not it’s lovely. It came not half as nice as sitting in was bland and small portions and slightly cold we had to warm it more for the prices we paid I expected better

Visited 5/1/24. We have used this place many times over the years. We hadnt been for sometime and last time felt the normal superb food and service had dipped slightly. Still good but not quite at the usual high standard. Last night it was back to its superb best. We had the set menu A. the mixed starter platter was great in particular the chicken satay sticks were lovely juicy chicken. The three mains were all excellent. The thai red curry is awesome, the beef in oyster sauce superb. Im baffled by the one star reviews and would question there authenticity. Service was superb. Definitely back to its best. Great value too. Dont forget its BYO alcohol.

Disappointing. Had lots of Thai food before and this is below average, expected way better for the price. Very expensive compared to other places. Can easily get something a lot cheaper and nicer. Not disgusting but certainly disappointing and not special. Won’t be ordering again.

An excellent place to explore Thai cuisine. Great food and friendly staff. A relaxing environment to enjoy a good meal.

Disappointed after eating here tonight. Our starter was nice - mixed starter for two but the main meals were average at best and seemed to be heavily seasoned with white pepper? We had a side order of salt and pepper chips which were served in a bowl which had a fairly large chip in the porcelain. Disappointed as I had high hopes after our starters but it went downhill. Staff were very friendly though.

The fact that the restaurant didn't have an empty table while we were there emphasises its popularity and based upon our visit for the first time on Saturday 28th October, it has to be because of the quality of the food and service. We were served quickly, the food was tasty and hot and the young waitresses were very attentive in their duties. It didn't bother us that it wasn't licenced. We just took a bottle of wine with us and paid the one pound per person corkage fee which worked out much cheaper than buying restaurant wine. My partner thought that cost wise it was more expensive than other Thai restaurants we have been to. Whether that was the case or not though is immaterial when you consider how satisfied we were with our evening.

We had my brother’s 30th birthday here and the staff were amazing! They let us put banners up and they brought the cake out with candles, plates etc. The food was excellent and we were all happy with our meals. Highly recommend.

Tastiest Thai I’ve had outside of Thailand

Most of the food was delicious, but the crispy wantons look disgusting, they just looked like a single prawn thrown in some pre-made pastry that is all ripped and shredded, I'd appreciate if you refunded me for those, they are still here in the paper bag, I'll happily bring them back for you to see, along with a photo of what they should look like!

We asked for authentic Thai food as sometimes it feels like we are missing a lot of flavour compared to what we have had in Thailand, but today the food was bang on, amazing flavours and just the right amount of heat - Kap Khun Krap. Steve

It was a little bit cold but nothing that a quick zap in the microwave can't fix.

The flavours of each dish we tried was absolutely phenomenal and flavoursome, very authentic taste! Pad krapow with rice and also the noodle was amazing and the pad prik poa was so tasty and spicy I loved every bite. I cannot wait to try other dishes! The gentlemen who served us was al very knowledgeable and helped us with picking our dish so thank you for a great day my family loved the whole experience 👍

This restaurant is great for amazing food, if your looking for authentic thai food this place is the one for you. We had a variety if dish and I could not fault anything from starters to main. I have travelled to many cities for a great Thai food and this place is now on my top list! worth every penny!!!!

Ordered a takeaway here for the first time. Lovely food, fresh and tasty. The only negative is the takeaway prices are the same as eating in. The pad Thai was delicious and reasonable price,however, the pad khee Mao was priced the same but was only a small portion that needed a side dish so was quite pricey. I would recommend eating in but not as a takeaway as seems a little overpriced for the portion size.

Really poor! Used to be good pre 2020 but we heard a rumour the old owners were back so we decided to give it another go (it wasn’t the case). Prawn starter battered with onion rings???? Swimming in grease. Rib starter cheapest meat poorly cooked. Ordered talapia which was deep fried and had the texture of leather! Really disappointed and won’t be back!

Pad Thai was a small portion and not worth £12! Dry and tasteless, chicken skewers were dry too

my sister and I visited last night I have never had tai before, so I was very impressed, delicious food fantastic service and lovely atmosphere, so overall I would definitely recommend it.

Delicious authentic Thai food, kop khun mak krap

The food was amazing, loved how you can make the food as spicy as you want. The service was brilliant, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is pretty small but is also quite cosy, but the bigger table is right infront of the door, considering many people have big meals here, this table is probably used quite frequently; this makes any on that table pretty chilly, and smell the smoke from people outside.

Amazing restaurant quality food. Will definitely be going in for a meal sometime. Just delicious!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Blue Sapphire. We went for the set meal for two which consisted of a great Thai mixed starter followed by Sea Bass boiled rice and assorted dishes. This was followed by Honeycomb Ice Cream. The meal, service and the whole experience was out of this world. Highly recommended. PS take your own wine

Bish, bash, bosh. Well, it was anniversary time, so we decided to try somewhere that's been on the radar for a while Blue Sapphire Thai Cuisine in Denton. I'll start off by saying parking for any of the Denton restaurants is a nightmare! Anyway got there at opening time and got a table before the inevitable rush. Drinks ordered, two mocktails as they don't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own for a corkage fee. The drinks were great though, very fresh and tasty. We ordered the starters and shared the mixed platter and I had a bowl of Tom Kha Gai, and both were absolutely superb. Again, super fresh, great tastes and bang on. Mains were vegetarian Pad Thai and Tamarind duck with egg fried rice. Both dishes absolutely smashed it out of the park. The duck was especially worth a mention as it's easy to make a mess of it, but no, they didn't here. Anyway, overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. Only deducting a star because the dessert choices as my other half said, were utterly tragic. A rehash of the dessert menu offering items like Thai mango sticky rice or coconut pudding etc would get that extra star. Try it, you won't be disappointed. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

The best authentic Thai food in Manchester!! We go here all the time food is exceptional and the staff are really friendly.

Really fancied some Thai food for me and my mum, never ordered from here before. ordered a panang curry with egg fried rice and Thai fish cakes, the food was exceptional, nice and hot really tasty good sized portions. I know where to go for a good Thai meal now. ☺️

Visited many times here, came in January and thought the food wasn't as good as previous visits, decided to visit again to give the benefit of the doubt and sadly won't be returning. Quality and taste is not what it was, 4 of us dined and All of the same opinion and we all had different Such a shame as we have recommended this place for years

There was a large group of us had to pre order but all food came out together all hot and fresh

watered down sweet chilli sauce and curry. Been several times before not upto usual standards. no need to make sweet chilli sauce watered down both had it in our starters dissapointing not much salad on plate either 6.50 and 3.50 for prawn crackers, I get food price increases but dont feel I got value for money on our visit. Curries were not as normal hardly any veg in there. Also now 1.00 corkage in drinks, which is fine but need to update website. I feel its under new management didnt recognise any of the staff.

Ordered takeaway via Deliveroo. Green and Red Curries stank and tasted SO strongly of fish sauce and shrimp paste. They were completely inedible. The other dish we ordered was very, very average too. £35 wasted.

I've eaten here many times now and have to say one of the best Thai's I've eaten at. Everything is so fresh, fragrant and so flavoursome. The staff are lovely and attentive and eating inside is a very nice relaxing experience.

Excellent food once again, will definitely be back soon.

It's a byo so don't forget your beer/wine. However the food is excellent, the surroundings are very nice but the staff are amazing. We had a set menu A which was plenty of food for 2 that we had enough left for lunch.

Worst take away food EVER. Curry was like water. Chicken full of fat. Flavourless. Tempura prawns were not tempura cooked they were deep fried & dripping in grease! Threw majority of it in the bin!

We have eaten Thai food in Thailand, visited many Thai restaurants in the Uk and tried most in the Greater Manchester area. Blue Sapphire food is superb. Go for set menu A if you are a couple, completely delicious food. Great vibe, lovely friendly staff and so bloody cheap. BYO booze so set menu A is a Huge mixed platter starter and then 3 main dishes with rice - £42 bill. No where can beat that.

Absolutely perfect Thai cuisine! Staff could be more attentive to finished meals as plates left on table a little too long but not going to mark down on stars as the food is excellent!!

Very disappointing.... take away portions are very small..in tiny plastic trays that are half full and seem to be microwaved instead of properly cooked.. shame.. it used to be very.good a few years ago... but not now...
