Nando's in Kensington and Chelsea

Amazing staff and service. Very welcoming. Came here with two friends on a Friday night for my birthday. Staff are exceptional. Iva and Puria took care of us and I even got a free birthday cheesecake, very unexpected but so thoughtful and kind of them!! The staff also came around and wished me a happy birthday. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and staff are quick to assist and check up on you. They really go above and beyond. It’s just a lovely atmosphere. Food served quick and hot. We tried the new mac and cheese side too (delicious!!!). Thank you all for your hard work and exceptional customer service. It really makes a difference. Will definitely be back soon!

We didn’t have to wait at all for a table, and the food was amazing. Messy, but very tasty. Their sense of humour was also great.

Called here to eat whilst out and about. Very small very clean and staff were lovely. Got a table right away, got food within 19 mins can’t fault it.

The wait staff who were all ladies were super Sweet and very caring. The food was great and the service made it even more memorable!!

Our first time at abandons…. Sad to say the time it took to get seated 45 minutes. Not worth it. Hostess was friendly, but the restaurant was understaffed. Food was ok but not worth the wait.

There was a long, slow queue to order food, but to be fair the staff were efficient. The food then arrived fast, which was surprising considering the place was absolutely packed. I am vegetarian but there were 3 hot choices for me (including 2 burgers) and also salads obviously. I had called to try and book but was told this wasn't possible which is a shame, we nearly missed the event we were going to afterwards because of the time it took to order. Overall tasty meal though and nice, friendly staff, I wouldn't go on a Saturday evening though unless I had to (also very noisy due to young children in groups)..

Amazing food and only minute away from the hotel we stayed in. Great staff and were welcomed with a smile. Huge area downstairs but we preferred to stay upstairs, quite live and was busy. Had the Vegan option and was amazing. really loved the food

Fuimos porque estaba al lado del hotel donde nos alojábamos. El personal del lugar no te pregunta si ya conoces el lugar o es la primera vez que vas. Así que una vez nos dieron la mesa y nos soltaron las cartas encima, nos quedamos esperando más de veinte minutos. Nuestro inglés era nivel medio así que pensamos en preguntar si nos iban a tomar nota o como se hacia. Tienes que hacer el pedido a través de una aplicación o bien, levantarte y pedírselo al personal en barra. Al ver que tampoco ponían interés en que les entendiéramos tanto en el funcionamiento como en lo que comer, decidimos pedir cualquier cosa. Estaba bueno, pero caro para ser un sitio de comida rápida.

Came to this nandos after visiting the natural history museum, walked in and was standing around looking for someone to tell me where to sit. Told we would have to wait 10 minutes for a table which was fine, waited less than 5 minutes to be told a table was ready upstairs. When we went upstairs there was loads of empty tables available, so couldn't understand why we had to wait 10 minutes. We sat down and ordered through the app at 14.45, 15:00 other people arrived and were seated and got there food before us. (They actually thought we had already eaten) 15:20 was when we finally got our food after I had to ask what was happening with the order. When the food came the chips were burnt, garlic bread was cold it just wasn't worth eating. My poor 7 year old son was hungry so had no choice but to eat it. Given the area you would have thought this would have been excellent however turns out to be very poor, if I had know KFC, Burger King, Gail's etc... were around the corner I wouldn't have spent my money there.

Excellent branch run by a fantastic manager, I eat here for two reasons 1) halal 2) The manager He runs this branch so efficiently and always ensures a pleasant evening for me and my family. Service is always fast and easy. Highly recommended.

Very slow service and poor management,. The food came cold after one hour delay. Seems they forgot to serve our order after 3 times notifying! Not all the items came as should ask about the missing items each time. Very bad experience with this branch unfortunately!

Really upset, we have eaten here many times. Tonight we were asked to sit downstairs, with many couples and a large 12 persons table. We ordered at the till before everyone else as my brother in law is diabetic, after being told 10 mins , 30 mins later .we watched as 5 tables were serlved before us whom had ordered after us. We decided to leave after waiting 50 mins to be told by the manager we told them we noted the wrong table which was incorrect. The manager was rude and said we had turned the food away!??? I enjoy Nandos have visited many outlets. However this particular restaurant is poorly run and the manager is rude and not a good reflection of what the chain strives to be. We shall not be back and unfortunately not recommend this Nandos. 😔

Restaurant is clean in a good location and staff are friendly. Food cooked well and arrives hot. Good service - would definitely eat there again as reasonable price and good value.

As I am staying nearby, this became one of my eating place. I am not a spice person so I always order plainish - means no chilli and I always order the chicken thigh off the bones. Food is passable, not fantastic and I found the flavoring somewhat salty. Glasses are not readily available, u have to ask for it to get drinking water.

This nandos has to be the worst nandos I’ve ever been to. The staff were useless. We were queueing for ages for a seat and people who arrived way after us were being seated before us. When we finally managed to get a seat it was stuffed in a corner with a booth where I couldn’t ever get into the seat and there was no space.

Being on a calorie controlled diet the chicken with 2 side was very appropriate and tasted good. There ice was excellent and the staff were very helpful when additionalold water was required.

Ristorante vicino metro High Street Kensington, molto organizzati e gentili. Cibo buono con pollo alla piastra e vari contorni. L porsioni si possono scegliere da 1/4 1/2 o pollo intero. Ottimo per una cena veloce e non impegnativa. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Four of us went here for a birthday meal after visiting the Natural history museum. It seemed really busy when we went in and was told a 10 minute wait for a table, but after 2-3 minutes were were offered a table upstairs. We ordered our food downstairs at the bar and waited approx 15 minutes for the food to come out. There wasnt any knives and forks available so had to ask for some. When the food came Oh it looked so lovely, shame it was cold and had to be returned, another 10 minute wait and the HOT food came out, I cut up the cold food so we knew it was a fresh made portion. The staff seemed rushed off their feet and the manager wasnt the friendliest of people, you could tell the staff felt uneasy around him. We asked a waiter for some peri peri salt but it never came. Soft drinks were refillable serve yourself, the machine ran out and we couldnt be bothered to wait any longer for it to be sorted as the staff were serving meals so we only had one glass each.

Trajo la familia visitar Londres para el fin de semana. Tengo que decir que el servicio fue excelente. Aunque el restaurante estaba lleno, nos muestra a una mesa de inmediato y el servicio era rápido. Hicimos nuestro pedido y la comida llegó rápidamente. Fue muy agradable y no me puedo quejar. El personal era amable y servicial. En resumen una visita fantástica y sin duda volvería otra vez.

Frango no churrasco muito bem confeccionado. Cerveja portuguesa. Preços acessíveis para Londres. Atendimento muito simpático. Estranho só o facto de termos de fazer o pedido ao balcão depois de termos mesa. Possibilidade de escolher o nível de picante que queremos na comida.

Estaba bastante lleno cuando llegamos para el almuerzo, esperamos unos 10 minutos para sentarse y una vez que pedimos la comida no tardaron en llegar. Personal muy amable y extraordinariamente buena comida. Hay un aseo en la planta baja para un fácil lavado y tienen así los inodoros en el nivel inferior. No es caro para lo que te dan.

Looked forward to visiting one of the London Nando's during our 2 day London trip (went to the o2 location last year and regularly visit Leeds West Yorkshire based branches), picked this one due to its location on the walk between Olympia and our hotel at Earls Court - very unfortunate, the inside of the premises is dire: dirty floors, dirty walls, sticky grubby tables tops; was given a table with a 'lovely' view of cleaning products (next to the stairs), food was luke-warm

Pedí medio pollo para mí y una hamburguesa para mi hija y dos coca colas. Me entregaron vasos directamente de los lavavajillas para una bebida fría, pensé que era mala elección. . . Tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para que enfríe antes de poder utilizarlos. La comida era servida, todo parecía estar bien. Me comí la parte materna del pollo se cortan la pierna y encontró que estaba crudo, sin cocer. Llevé al mostrador dijo que estaba crudo y el servidor decía que salsa? Repetí sus primas, de nuevo a la pregunta, qué salsa! Entonces ella añadió otro me volveré a cocinar. Fui y me senté. Una camarera llegó preguntó si estábamos acabados, me dijo que no, mi comida era crudo, Entonces ella dijo algo más? Le dije que no crudas. Ella trajo a otro camarero que me preguntó si quería más, dijo que no había primas escanda la palabra. . . Entonces nos preguntamos por mi dinero, me dijeron pollo casi cocinado. . . Dijo no, gracias. . . . No volveré, parece idioma inglés y cocina es un problema. . . También preocupado por salmonella. . .

Split a whole chicken. Just enough food. Endless drinks. The sauce is great and has great flavor with just enough kick. If you dont like hot, stick with mild or less. The slaw was very good too.

Restaurante portugués en Londres! Qué sorpresa tan agradable que era el lugar. Era nuestra primera vez en un lugar portugués y estuvo muy bien. Tuve la mariposa pollo con salsa de tamaño, estaba perfectamente preparado y tenía una gran patada picante. Las patatas y el maíz eran bastante estándar, pero el pollo es excelente. Este lugar merece una parada!
