I am a fan of Nando’s and this Nando’s is by far the WORST I’ve ever had and service experienced. As I walked in I had already spotted the shortness of staff which led to our drinks being delayed, my friend’s chicken wrap came filled with lettuce and hardly any chicken. When telling the manager Josh about the wrap he told us to ‘finish it’ and that the chicken was inside although it was clearly not. The food had no flavour and the staff were rude, nearly all of them had attitude. The restaurant was hot and stuffy, spotting other customers asking why the restaurant was so hot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Such a let down as Nando’s has high expectations for everyone. The worst £20 spent on usually my ‘favourite’ food. The staff and food has put me off Nando’s all together. TRAUMATISING EXPERIENCE

We dropped in for a quick snack. The restaurant was not busy. Table was I wiped, menu was on a scrap of soiled paper and too small to read without a magnifying glass. When questioned the waiter said that they were waiting for a delivery and couldn’t help us. The attitude was all wrong. We walked out, disgusted! We’ve never been to this branch before and certainly will not return!

Antipatic staff ,terrible system where you have to scan then enrol to the q and then ordering just after opening nandos account..what else for an average food at the best??? Never ever come back to nandos before they change this terrible system

I live around there so I love eating there. The food is great and the service as always very polite.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food is reasonably priced. Food was very tasty and decent portions. The place is busy but tables are not on top of each other so it does not feel crowded. We enjoyed our meal and would return.

Ordered QUARTER chicken, spicy rice and salad online from the Brent Cross restaurant. The delivered food was a joke. Quarter chicken was more or less a leg and incinerated on one side. The so calle spicy rice was bland and hard, the salad looked unwashed with brown lettuce leaves. Tiny portions for everything and lukewarm food. Paid £12 quid for a meal that would not even fill one person, let alone 2 hungry adults. Absolute joke! Over priced, thieving Nandos. PLEASE REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Meals barely tepid, chicken and the chips, one had hair in it. Not sure when or how they cook the food as it came out quickly, to say we were a party of 12, so no reason for it be cold. Worrying to say they’re serving chicken! When I commented on the food on the way out the member of staff laughed! I will not be returning, terrible.

Came for lunch, the Restaurant was fairly busy but not full. The waitress directed us to a table which had not been cleared off from the previous guest, so she quickly removed the plates and walked away, leaving the table very dirty. We then politely asked whether this could be cleaned up, the Waitress obliged, her looks could have killed and her facial expression spoke a thousand words. She also wiped down the seat for my wife, leaving it very wet. When my wife politely asked whether this could be dried up, she replied it will dry out on its own. By now we have had enough of her attitude and decided to walk out and go somewhere else. The waitress then pointed to a vacant, clean table and simply dropped the menus onto the table and walked away without saying a word. I went to order the food, which was nice as usual. But normally waiting staff will come to the table to enquire whether all is ok, but this particular waitress decided not to bother with such niceties and continued to make a long face towards us, and all because we had asked her to clear up the table before we can sit down, and we asked this in a very polite manner. With that kind of 'service', I will not bother with Nando's next time.

We waited ages for our order. People who came 15 minutes after us were served while we sat there twiddling our thumbs, so i had to enquire. It seems the chef lost our order, bless him, it is apparently the chef special in this outlet. Our meal was then hastily bungled up/put together and we were served barely cooked chicken that was impossible to cut and eat properly. We left it half eaten what a waste of money and our time. The table next to us was refunded because something they ordered was overly salty and the table next to that also had their order lost. Polite but utterly incompetent staff. On the positive side they know they are useless and refund with ease, god business surely. unfortunately we did not have the time to ask for a refund. I guess a Michelin star is out of the question for this dive but they do hereby get the golden turd.

Accueillant et plutôt bien , la nourriture est bonne , petit bémol il faisait un peu froid , mais c’était sympa dans l’ensemble !

I entered feeling pale and wan - spent from the overstimulation and bright lights of Brent Cross Shopping Centre... but I left feeling all was well in the world. Let's start with the decor. Not a stone has been left unturned when it comes to the culturally inspired accents, surprising colour palette and moody lighting. If I'd had one more Brahma, I'd have been transported to a Portuguese honky-tonk hideaway! I had never met this thing called 'pita bread', but I knew we would be friends forever. On to the main event - the chicken. Poultry raised in Brent Cross doesn't bear thinking about, but this one has been imported from more exotic lands - olé, amigos! 'Tis a thigh well seasoned. Miraculously, they make their own custard tarts, which is no small feat, considering the size of those clay ovens. One last note on the pricing - I was treated to a 20% discount by my lover, so I don't get your hopes up if you're single (the peas weren't cheap...) But I've said it before, and I'll say it again - Nandos Brent Cross is way of the future.

Nando’s has become a standard part of the UK high street/shopping centre experience - and the chicken is still better than any other ‘regular’ restaurant. UNFORTUNATELY, the Brent Cross branch we just left was filthy, the service was slow, the order was wrong and we were lied to by the staff. Laughing and joking with their friends, the staff had no time for us and (twenty minutes before it was actually due to shut), told us we had to ‘leave immediately, because the shopping centre outer doors were going to shut early’. Ordered breast with peri-peri fries, but - after a substantial wait - received a skinny piece of wing with regular fries. “We have run out of breast. You will have to wait half an hour - or you can have this”, we were told. Tables were filthy when we arrived - and had not been cleaned an hour later when we left. Absolutely, positively, definitely the worst Nando’s experience ever. AVOID.

Same great food as always, but the restaurant isn't that big and on the particular evening I was there (a Thursday in School Holidays) there was a queue, even though some tables were vacant. Took about 30 minutes to get seated, but the staff were offering nuts and olives to everyone waiting.

Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí el 20 de agosto y nos quedamos consternados y conmocionados por el grosero gerente. Cuando hablamos con ella sobre nuestras bebidas que nos habían cobrado de más, nos dijo que suponían que pedimos bebidas sin azúcar (¡porque son más caras)! Cuando finalmente obtuvimos nuestro dinero y comenzamos a irnos, ¡la vimos poniendo los ojos en blanco y decirle sarcásticamente a su colega que era "solo 40 p"! Encontramos esto sumamente insultante, ya que independientemente de la cantidad de dinero que nos cobraron de más, aún merecemos que le devolvamos el dinero. No volveré y espero algún tipo de compensación. El resto del personal estaba bien, al igual que la comida.

This was my first trial to eat at Nando's we were two adults and three kids after waiting for quite some time and our turn came up they kept passing us for couples or less than three. The staff did not give a penny or apologized appropriately that they can not find us tables. I wish I had a better first time experience in Nando's and the staff made it worse. Having said that I can not comment on the food.

Stopped off here after shopping, Was busy food was good, no toilets available in side there's seating up stairs but if u have a disability and can not get up the stairs then do not bother visiting as they also have no lift. This Nando's is not halal

We tried this place a few weeks ago. It wasn't busy at the time but the food was awful. Perhaps this is an example of a chain living on it's history?!

El pollo en es muy era tan bueno que todavía a pensar una semana después en casa en Suecia. Realmente nos hubiera gustado es muy aquí. Probé el pollo caliente con pan de ajo y mazorcas de maíz, que también era muy buena. El servicio fue rápido y el restaurante estaba muy limpio.

One can grab something to eat at Nando's, after shopping at Brent cross shopping centre. The service is quick and the food was warm and fresh.

Mi hija y yo junto con mi nieto fuimos para el almuerzo de lunes a mediodía. Teníamos un cochecito, que requiere un restaurante con espacio para un cochecito. Tuvimos una corta espera en la puerta para el personal encontrar una mesa adecuada. Que no muy largo, eran muy complacientes.

Después de las compras nos fuimos a comer algo. Un bloque trasero era Wagamamas así vine aquí. El servicio fue rápido y la comida estaba caliente y fresco. Sin embargo, teníamos que conseguir su atención varias veces para limpiar la mesa y pedir una bolsa para llevar sobrantes de casa de pollo. En general no está mal y es buena para tomar algo rápido.

Los bebés de poco no están permitidos en el restaurante. Se deben dejar cerca Puschair introduce, y bebés deben sentarse en una silla. Mi bebé no puedo sentarme, pero waitres pushair dijeron que cerca de mesa es muy peligroso. Es muy poco habitual en una nos sentamos muy rápidamente (colas de ser la norma) pero mover debido a la proximidad a un grupo bastante bulliciosos (pero no desagradable) de adolescentes. Una vez instalados todo salió bien según el estilo de la casa es muy alto.

I love Nando's and their restaurant at the upper floor Brent Cross is no different in quality and standard. The menu is the same varied options typical of Nando's. I've had lunch here a couple of times and its always a good experience, in spite of the large number of customers, service is always quick and polite. I cant have enough of their corn on the cob and garlic bread. Not to talk of the juicy barbecue chicken. Yum!

If you like chicken, chances are you'll like Nando's! Here the service was quick and polite, the food hot and tasty and the atmosphere relaxed.

i went there today with a friend .for 30 pounds you get a rubbery quarter of a chicken .chips that are soggy .need i say more

First and last time I will ever dine in Nando. Our chicken came up cold and once they brought it back slightly warmer it tasted awful, I didn't ask for it to be hot and it was, and the Quinoa on the salad tasted burnt. A man came over to discuss this with us and explained they don't cook the Quinoa on site it comes it that way. Worst chicken salad I've ever eaten and because you pay up front they really aren't fussed about doing anything. Very poor quality food and service not much better.

Good food even tho not the cheapest but I absolutely love their mango flavoured frozen yoghurt.on the website it says that they have more flavours but not in this branch!

You can't really go wrong, if you have been to Nado's before its the same as any-other Nado's, which is all can be said for chain restaurants. Try to sit upstairs so your not on full view to the shopping public.

Being regular to brent cross Nando's as i m leaving near by, very good service might be a bit bussy in wekend what is normal for london.. But the food is great and the staff is also very friendly.

I am a regular nandos lover from Scotland to england I usually will look to see if one is close by. However, on this occasion two friends and myself had met for lunch. We got our orders placed quite quickly but one of my friends ordered a salad which came an hour and 15 minutes before the other two meals which were chicken butterfly wraps. Ok the waitress apologised and gave us free nuts which were very tasty it was just such a shame as usually nandos is so quick and efficient. By this time you can imagine my friend had finished her salad and my other friend and o were starving waiting on the food to arrive which then arrived colder than it should have been but we were so hungry we didn't complain. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this branch.

Very long queues which sort of discourages one from patronising at times. But the normal signature nandos is there. Very fast service but used tables belatedly cleaned up.

Enjoyable. Self service is a bit of a shlep but its ok. Food is good and relaible. Cant say more - hungry? go to Nandos

Bisogna ordinare e pagare alla cassa dopo di che si viene serviti al tavolo. Per posate, bevande ecc si fa da sè. Una volta capito come funziona il servizio è stato veloce e impeccabile. I piatti, a base di pollo, abbondanti e buoni. Prezzo nella fascia medio bassa (per Londra). Unico appunto la mancanza di birra alla spina (ma la Sagres in bottiglia è buona).

Went there today for a lunch with my kids. Gave us a table upstairs in front of busy service counter despite many other tables unoccupied. It took almost half an hour to arrive food. The staff were running like headless chicken. No clue at all what's going on the floor. Despite the delayed food no one bothered to say "sorry for delay". No toilets, No hand wash basin, No dessert counter upstairs. As a whole very disappointing experience.

Went there today. Had to queue for 9 Minutes to place my order, although there was one single person in front of me, already being served at the till. It took the inexperienced cashier full 9 minutes to take an order. After eventually placing my order, it took exactly 16 Minutes for our meal to arrive at the table, although I could see it lingering on the counter for quite some time, there was simply nobody to bring it to my table. Normally at Nandos, when eating, a member of staff will come to the table to check wehther all is ok, but today nobody bothered, and their 'chicken stick' was still on the table by the time we left. Extremely poor service, I have visited various Nando's all over the UK, but I have never experienced such bad service. Not so soon again!

Worse Nando's restaurant I have been in, waited 30 min for our food, I was not surprised when our food arrived very cold, I was sat close to the kitchen and food was sat on the counter for 15 to 20 min, staff walking by chatting, chef shouting at them to take food to tables. One member of the kitchen staff was shouting and swearing in Italian, I understood every word!! Shame on you!!!!

Franquicia muy conocida en Londres, no es un lugar a destacar pero no está mal. Si quieres no arriesgarte es un buen lugar, muchos platos a elegir y de calidad no está mal.

Well I am half-Jamaican so I love chicken (is that racist or just stereotypical?). What can you say? I actually don't know anyone who doesn't love Nando's. Vegetarian options are soooo good for a restaurant with a USP of CHICKEN.A natural go to if you don't know where's good and you're eating out in a new city.

Excellent food: spicy chicken wings, sweet corn, very good beer. Great atmosphere. Great menu. Freindly staff and quick service.
