Got a takeaway the other day both of us ended up with upset stomach and diarrhea

I am very disappointed! Rude service and very disrespectful. I visited this location and the team member while talking to me started to talk with other customers who were entering after me to then talk back to me and saying that they had no tables available and I should have been waiting 35 minutes minimum.. Despite the rude action which I can understand may happen in busy time under pressure.. I could see the upstairs room was completely empty and they were keep making people waiting to avoid further people on the second floor... I can also understand that this maybe is a silent organisation because they are always under staffed, however I am a loyal customer and that s why I believe it is very cheeky sending people away since you have many available tables upstairs. I believe they should have extra support and maybe coaching on how to manage the pressure of busy time and multiple customers at once...

Ordered 1 whole chicken, breast was very dry, my corn on the cob sticks was missing. The server arrived half way through the meal to check all was ok, by then we had made a start on the breast with lots of sauce so didn't feel the point in letting them know.

Got a table quickly. We ordered and the food took ages to come. It was cold and to add insult to injury the portion size was so small. Zero value for money. The worst Nandos I've been to.

Seems odd that it's always busy and you have to queue for ages to get a table (especially if you need a high chair), yet the entire upstairs is always empty.

The location was nice and cozy, we had to wait 2min for cleaning to have a booth instead of a regular table. The food was great and tasty. You can choose how the meat is seasoned and marinated. You have free sauces to choose from to get for your table. On the table there is a QR code that opens the menu and you can place the order online on the site and pay online or you can order at the bar to pay with cash. The chicken was very good and for dessert the Pastel de Nata was delicious.

Every time I come here the Chicken Livers are never in stock. Today was first thing in the morning which kinda tells me that they just can’t be bother to order or cook them for customers. The cashier told me that I had to order a quarter chicken or a starter to get my green rewards of 3 wings which was the wrong information to give out. This place is dying and needs some injection of life 🙏.

Great local restaurant with handy parking. Plenty of space inside and excellent service. Ordered my food through the website and arrived very quickly. Good quality and food came out hot unlike at other Nando’s I have been to.

Came in a group of 7. The food arrived at various times. We all ordered and some started to receive food. The last lot arrived with cold chips, hard rice and wasn’t acceptable. By the time stamp on the receipt, we had been waiting 30 mins and this was raised with the manager. Zero apologies or accountability from the manager whose reply was “2 minutes”. Just bad service by the team. Lack of communication. Seating took ages which would be understandable only if the serving staff communicated with each other. We had agreed with the hostess that a certain table would be for us once the diners left but was quickly taken by another server. Just bad all round. Best avoid and go to another Nando’s branch. By the owners reply to these reviews, they seem to take the stance of the manager “Zero accountability” aka zero improvements.

Hi my family visited Nando’s today and we could tell that it was one of those days that the food was not going to come on time It didn’t… after 45 mins the food arrived and was cold. We told the supervisor Kye who dealt with it perfectly. He remade our order again and did what ever he can to keep us happy. Hafeez was also a great polite helper. It could have been our worse meal but these two made sure it was completely the opposite. Well done guys

Good atmosphere and quick service, encouraged to order and pay via app but was told that it's also possible to pay at the counter. Food was very nice and well cooked and seasoned.

More than 45min and the food still not on the table. They focus so much on delivery and take out so the people in the restaurant are left out . Don’t eat here ever again.

Ruined by the criminal parking charge. Came shopped ate at nandos got fined 60 for staying 14 mins over 3 hours. .. never going this this trash again

The chicken tasted decent but seems to have less salt. The place was pretty cold and when asked were informed that's how it was. The main server was going about with a sullen look and there were no smiles or warm greetings. The person on the till was very good. The coke finished and for 20 mins it was not replinished. Overall for the money spend it was not a very enjoyable experience. Maybe a happy staff can change the atmosphere. The tables are also placed too close to each other.

No wonder Nando’s in Colliers Wood are left to chase flies out of boredom because their service is terrible with stubborn staff who insist on giving you chicken pieces that they like, rather than what the customers like. They just are lazy and tell you they’re so busy when they’re literally catching flies. So we all left without ordering so that they’re less busy and did them a favour. None of them are friendly and you feel like you’re a burden to them the moment you enter the restaurant. The so called manager was absolutely useless too. The place used to be our regular restaurant and never had issues ordering the same pieces before whether it’s packed or not. So seems like the staff today were not in the mood to do their job. Terrible and don’t bother going there and get them busy. They seem to be wanting to lose customers and close down the business. That’s what happens when you leave management to teenagers who don’t care. This is now additional. So we just went to another Nando’s and the manager there has told us, as customers we have the right to eat whatever piece of the chicken we like because we’re paying for it. She added that whatever we were told doesn’t make sense and there’s no such rule at Nando’s restaurants. So Boo to you Nando’s Colliers Wood. Booooo!!

Garlic chicken didn't had enough garlic, sides were pretty tasteless

Absolutely wonderful staff working on Wednesday 30th August 2023 around midday. Look after them well Nando's! Main meal and dessert was lovely!

Lousy service. A woman referred to as a manager was mistreating the delivery guys. I believe they are people and work as partners with Nandos! Very sad to see this situation, I hope it doesn't happen again. But I will not return to this restaurant. Slow and slow service. You guys should look more and improve service. Otherwise it's better to close the restaurant!

Manager was horrible other than that the waiter we had was lovely. I wouldn’t visit Colliers Wood nandos again.

Low quality cold food after waiting 25minutes for part of my order. And than they ran out of loaded chips. So i was given alternative i chose chips and peas, which never came. Too many workers walking around not caring about hungry people. Worst nandos experience!

Could do with tables being cleaned. Staff could talk less and actually work. Rater then standing in groups, the cutlery could use a good wash even better buy new ones or use wooden one with good quality. Oh, the chicken here is smaller than other nandos 😅

Good atmosphere and really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly our first experience there was a bit of a let down. But a proper solution was provided. Some food was at good temperature and others weren’t. All in all, will go back!

So many flies in the restaurant..Can contaminate food. Also I wait such a long time whenever I go to collect basic food like rice or chips…any easy 20-30mins tea for the simplest order! What takes so long..the Wimbledon branch are so efficient and quick!

Come to this branch often. Not sure what’s happened but the service and food was POOR. served us our chips and coleslaw and expected us to sit and wait til the mains we’re ready. I complained and they said the chips had only been out for five minutes. Am i meant to stare at them until their cold and our mains arrive? Not one apology for any staff about delay. When rest of food arrived 20mins later it was cold and chicken was dry. Not sure what’s happened at this place but won’t be coming back.

Nathan’s customer service was amazing, people like this gives me hope that good customer service exists. We need more Nathan’s in the world !

I have been here a few times before and all been good this time though the food I first ordered they didn't have so chose something else they didn't have that either. Service was ok.

Order first time and missing some food. Call them and they told me to wait for manager. Manager told me to wait and never actually talk to me. Call again and spoke with some lady and she told me she can't help and need to call deliveroo. No customer service at all.

Other nandos experiences have been better, atmosphere is very fast food and less dining style, music could not be heard loud enough as usual in other restaurants, would not be likely to return to this specific branch, but i do like nandos overall

I ordered a quarter chicken and once it came I had kindly asked the waitress to swap it with the thigh/leg part but she went on saying that they can't do that as there is a shortage of chickens or something so I said no worries. Later on a couple right next to us had complained about their chicken being too pink after having eaten half of the chicken and they were given a whole new chicken with the spice level changed aswell... How unfair was that ... Not just this our table was wobbly and we asked to move so we got moved and while we're eating another male staff with curly blonde hair comes up to us and says we have to move and can't sit there as it's reserved and I told him that the female waitress told us we can sit here so why are you saying that and he kept insisting and when I said we'll tell us where we should sit then he goes idk I just know u can't sit here as it's reserved!!!! Ridiculous behaviour so not helpful at all I wasn't happy with my experience today and I usually don't review bad stuff but today was just too much

Been to this Nando’s since it opened. Always been good, it’s our go to Nando’s. Popped in today to have my share of cheeky Nando’s. Damn was I disappointed , the food was bland, the chicken was charred. There is no flavour in my mouth! Service was no where to be seen. There wasn’t even salt and pepper on the tables. Bottomless drink , there’s only diet available. Tried to get a sprite and it came out brown? No tissue or plates until we ask. What happened to this place?! Everyone eating looks just as disappointed as me and the place was pretty quiet for a Saturday! If I can I give it a 0 star, I would. Very upset about my experience today.

This is the worst Nando’s branch you can visit to, 4.0 rating it must be because they are asking their staff to do surveys otherwise people are soo rude here and can spoil your whole mood basically i went to eat with my kids, one of my kid was eating and he vomited so i panicked and started cleaning his vomit but i noticed all the staff ran away for what? i really want to know either they have served us old food or they didn’t want to clean, its a shame you have food place and u have no manners never visiting again

Food was cold, and there was a hair In our dip. Staff did not really bother. People have not hair nets on and staff is running in and out of the kitchen. One of the staff had long blond curly hair and was playing around with his hair and then serving food. Not very hygienic. We were so disgust by their behaviour and service that we left without eating. Such a disappointment!

We went there today for lunch as Nando’s is usually a safe option as we have had some great experiences in the past. Today the customer service was horrible! The girl on the till made us feel so bad and was very rude, she was trying to rush us through the order even though there were no customers behind us. They didn’t have chicken livers, like usual ( which is our favourite part of Nando’s ) and as we were very hungry, we just picked something very quick… after all of that experience the toilet didn’t have any toilet paper, the hand dryer was out of order. Overall the worst experience ever! I feel sorry for some of their staff there who was working very hard and trying to give a good service ( the girl on the floor). Overall all the staff including the manager looked miserable which was sad to see considering we visited at lunchtime peak.

Overall we had a nice experience up until our boneless chicken platter arrived. As you can see in the photo, the chicken thighs are extremely burnt. I can't believe this was sent to our table! I've eaten at many Nandos and have generally had a fantastic meal, this is one time where the food that was delivered was not suitable for consumption. We called the waiter over and he sorted us out with new chicken thighs but offered no apologies. Business as usual I suppose. The mash potatoes were obviously microwaved but at least were tasty. The chicken breast was really nice and as usual the peri peri sauces were the stars of the meal.

Our service from one member of staff was outstanding. He was very polite and has given %100 service. His name is Nathan and he works in collier Wood nandos.

Always buy at nandos wimbledon but went to colliers wood as I was closer bought 4 whole chickens over the weekend they all tasted and look burned! Very disappointed ☹️ other sides were alright.

You asked me for a review, so here it is! (Literally, they bother you every time you show up to give them reviews!) Nando’s as a company and food provider is great, I have eaten at (different) Nando’s many times! But THIS BRANCH is what nightmares are made of. Staff members are rude, manager and boss are childish, rude and clearly racist. They love to discriminate people and don’t provide any good customer service. I’m very confused and honestly wondering how they managed to become manager and boss? Literally the lack of professionalism is hilarious and anyone who is thinking of eating, don’t! Disgusting people.

I ordered the Butterfly burger with Fries and garlic bread. The food tastes good but the chicken and garlic bread was a bit dry.

food is fine, staff are friendly and welcoming but the bottomless-fizzy drinks are all flat and too overly priced app. £4 per glass, just not worth the value but what can you do, you need a drink to go with that food so this definitely should be looked into!

Worst nandos ive been to. Food dry and overcooked. Went in to collect and after finally finding a staff member (girl behind the counter) asked for my food and she ignored me and started continued chatting up some man or the next 10-15 minutes

Staff with an attitude first of all. Unprofessional conversations between staff happening in front of customers. They will also skimp on portion size.

We ordered our Food at 8:11pm still waiting for our Food at 8:50pm only part of our Order was brought to us. I asked 3 people what the Delay was and everyone told me something different 🤔. I Even noticed the people that came after Us had their Food before Us. When I asked the Manager about this I was told because I had ordered a different Dinner from my Daughter and her partner therefore mine took longer to come (Seriously 🤔🤔). She (Manager) even told me they had all New Staff in that night ( What an excuse to come up with, could She have thought of something better) even the Corn 🌽 on the Cob didn't come the same time as the Main. Wasn't expressed at all. Very unorganised Restaurant. Was offered Free Chips 🍟 as a Reward!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW How nice off her 😤🤬

I ordered online and because the road was closed they didn’t deliver the order and tried to mark it as complete after the driver called me and didn’t let me explain how to get to my road or let me explain I could come and meet him further up the road to avoid him turning into the closed road , that’s not even the best part , when asked about what compensation should be awarded for the issue they told me I have to wait 48 hours while they review the issue

Will never be back again. Long wait for food not expected from Nandos as they have such as small menu based on 1 main ingredient which is chicken and 10 team members (6 counted on the kitchen) on Tuesday evening… we placed order for 2 mains (1/2 chicken and 1/4 chicken with 2 sides) at 8:32pm; food received 9:07 with wrong side. In 30 min of waiting from the kitchen came out only 3 plates and one Take away order- not surprised though as staff was joking and playing with each other behind the counter while hungry customers were watching behind their food. When we finished our dinner, waitress came over to check if we finally received missing item and after 10 min she came back with information that kitchen forgot about it and they will prepare it now. In the end Ive got my corn packed in take away paper bag so hot veg get stack to the paper and I wasn’t able to eat it at all. Anyway it tasted like old basement low quality veg not worth even £0,01. It’s really shame as it is only one restaurant in tandem centre where you can get some hot food but now I rather go next door and get sandwich from microwave for £5.

Had peri peri chicken, fries and corn on the cob. Tasted delicious. Service was A class. It was extremely busy but they kept it moving. Free parking outside. I used the disabled bathroom which needs a good clean. Bin full of used nappies.

One of the best Nando’s I have been, the young lady who cooked on that day. She was very good at getting it just right! Loved it and will be visiting again! 100 percent

Very bad management and when we got our food it was cold because they had left it by the counter for 30minutes. Out of all the Nando’s I’ve had, this has by far been the worst one yet. I would definitely not recommended it.

Have been going to this branch of nandos for over 5years and the food is consistently good, no complaints. 5Stars.

Failed to complete my order fully. Refund in 10 working days for only the item that was missed which also happened to be the main. If I ordered again would have to pay new delivery fee. What a joke.

Lovely staff when ordering and taking my money but when it comes to delivering food, they just let it sit on their hot plate for 30mins and no one takes this out to us (including the manager as I can see my own food from where we sit and everyone just walks past the food). No sense of urgency and it seems like they don't really care if customer gets hot food or not. Really disappointed with todays visit. No priority on duties!!! (Rather than take food out, manager goes elsewhere to clean small thing on the floor) What a lack of training of staff...

Ordered online, arrived at the requested time. Order came out 35 minutes late with little to no apology. Opened order at home and the items were wrong. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Delicious food but I still don't get why you have to go to the till to order and pay for your food which they serve then clear away a bit like a pub but its a restaurant I still go back anyway but when you're in a group it's hard to remember what everyone wants and how spicy they want it etc...

This was the worst experience in my life and felt very humiliated by the manager Daniel and the staff. They were mockingly grinning at us and made us wait around purposely not making our order. This kind of racist behaviour is horrible and no one should ever experience this.

We were 5 adults and 2 kids and ordered 2 family platters, 8 different sides and starters to celebrate a special event. We were promised 4 leg pieces on one of our family platters (after a long convincing). The staff was very rude and were grinning at our request. We felt very targeted. The manager (Daniel) was rude and kept telling that the food would take 30 minutes. Our kids (ages 4 and 2) were hungry and no sign of food. The customer service was awful and we felt very disrespected by the staff.

Ordered takeaway, was told it will be 10/15 minutes. Took over 30 minutes and when I I home there was two items missing out of the bag.

An absolute joke. We got taken on a ride - more like ride to the back of a car and dragged down the road. After waiting over an hour and a half for the food it came cold and incomplete. Very strange, were you out of ingredients or lazy? Or more respectably absolutely hanging. My sunset burger was more like a mayo burger minus the sunset with an Ill looking emaciated chicken. Half the promised ingredients and missing chips. I don’t get it. Sort it out guys it’s not the bargain prices it used to be either. I’m not in Jail I’m a paying customer

This is the worst expierience i ever had in Nandos... Waiten for 40 minutes to clean the table, while the other people got their seats and got their food. Asked 3 times at counter.. zero reaction.. Glases came uncleaned.. After long wait finaly someone came to wipe the table... 1 wipe.... this must be joke. Half of the ordered food didnt showed up. Needed to go and ask for every single meal to be added something.. awfull place. Wont recomend at all.

Always a good option for lunch after shopping in Colliers Wood. You get the consistency of a big chain like Nandos. Quite busy during the weekends.

Very slow service and long waiting times .The tables are quite sticky and don't feel that clean. Seating arrangements need a reshuffle. I will recommend a takeaway from here instead of sit down. The kids menu burger sauce is actually a bit spicy so beware.

Nice Nandos. Even gave us free chicken to take away. Would come again.
