Fantastic staff and service on a busy Thursday night. The restaurant was packed and the food didn’t take long. We will definitely be back!

my first time in nandos not a good one .we arrived was seated within 5 min witch is OK we ordered from the app drinks and food the food came out took 15 min and we had to ask for our drinks witch should of been given to us before our meal. the bugers were nice the chips were cheep and not very good .the salad was OK apart from the lettuce that was brown and wilted when we spoke to the staff all they said was OK I will get them to throw it away no apology or I can get you some fresh. the vegan wrap my daughter ordered cam out she had 4 bites out of it and left it was dreadful. the customer service is not very good at all the food and drinks are well over priced we spent 70.00 in there where we could of gone to harvester fed the whole family for 65.00 with desert and free salad bar. all in all very unhappy with this place it was my first time ever in nandoes and it will be my last .

Let's face it. You're not exactly spoilt for choice in Bridgwater. So imagine our delight when we heard we were getting a Nando's. If you like a 'cheeky', then you'll like this one. I've been 3 times now, and it was exactly as it should be each time. The service was especially good - lovely staff.

Usually love Nando's, went thisaft and we were the only ones in there, as usual i ordered 1/4 chicken and my friend ordered fino pitta. When mine arrived it was a small chicken leg and my friends fino had 2 sparrow size thights and no onion relish...they forgot to advise they had run out of relish and offered free deserts as we felt it was inadequate for the price and not standard Nando's quality

This restaurant is under new management and after happily visiting regularly for a couple of years I can honestly say it is awful now! Please bring back the former manager/chef!! The food is either served raw (poached egg on toast) cold, completely over cooked and tastes like everything is cooked in vinegar. As a party of 10 our food was brought out over a 45 minute period which would have been acceptable during busy periods but we were the only customers in at the time. Unfortunately if I could have given a zero score I would have done.. we attempted to give them a last chance today but after yet another diabolical meal we will not be returning. There are far nicer restaurants in the town.

Awful ! Overpriced ... poor service ! No meals except pastries .... a sausage roll was £6.95 ! I know it's a National Trust and we are members I agree they do a great deal of good. However, with such a prime seaside spot .... loads of families on the beach ...they should offer normal seaside food and priced! We had a coffee and a slice of cake and it came to £20 for 2 of us. Families are struggling at the moment. I can't understand why they don't offer traditional seaside food like a bag of chips, ice creams, lollies, milk shakes etc. They have a prime spot with a captive audience as its the only cafe at Brean down. Felt very dissapointed it could be so much improved !.... prices are Ridiculous !!!!! Service is bad you order then go to another partcto collect , no please or thank you ! I think they love dogs more than people !

Having used Riverside regularly for over 40 years under different ownerships I was left disgusted this evening when I went to collect our pre-ordered takeaway, I waited at the hatch with my bank card in full view, the young lady behind the counter served everyone around me then totally ignored my self before walking back into the kitchen. I held my card up to her to indicate that I was waiting to be served but was still ignored. The final straw was when another customer came in and she immediately went to serve them and carried on ignoring me. I told her quite clearly to forget our order, she tried to apologise and make out that she hadn't realised that I was waiting but that was a feeble excuse having stood at the hatch for 10 minutes with my bank card in full view of her. The sad thing is that the food from Riverside is usually of an excellent quality and there is plenty of it - but if they wish to retain custom then their standard of customer service needs to greatly improve, locals talk to locals and Riverside would do well to remember that.
