We had excellent food here, we had boneless thigh with chips which was so tender and tasty. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend this !

Took my son for his 12th birthday and 5 of his friends to Bolton vaults. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They allowed the boys to sit together on one table and me to sit separately. I asked one of the young waitresses if they did anything for birthdays and she went and found another member of staff and sang happy birthday to my son and gave him a cake. They really went above and beyond and it was much appreciated. Will return x

I've not been to Nando's for a while, so I decided to go for some lunch there. I'm glad I did. The restaurant is in a nice setting in The Vaults, in Bolton Market Place. The food was delicious. We both had a main and dessert, and it wasn't too bad price wise.

We came here for tea before we went to the cinema. Good menu, great food and decent service. Cant fault anything, you should give it a try.

Good quick fast service. The young girl was polite and helpful. If you want a quick fast meal then, this is the place to go.

The usual good standard of food you'd expect from a Nandos. Delicious! Buuuuuttt.. Food arrived well before drinks. Drinks came without glasses. A few meals were forgotten and obviously only fired up once we asked - half an hour later. Trying to remember which dish we'd ordered was met with "well which one of you is it then...!?" Rude. Service generally nonchalant. Maybe a lot of new starters on the same night.. Happy with the food, just have to find a different branch.

Only our second visit to Nando's, we both had the Butterfly Burger, fries, and the huge coleslaw side. I ordered at the till from a very friendly helpful young fella. The food was fresh and of fair quality and it arrived promptly (friendly/happy waitress) despite the restaurant being very busy.

I ordered online using the website. No food arrived and they lied saying the driver tried to call and didn’t get through. Then later i was told they had input the wrong address. refused to offer refund and refused to deliver to correct address. The worst customer service i will never use nando’s again! the drivers are scamming to say the person didn’t answer when i clearly have screenshots to show no missed calls. total shambles.

asked for my daughters wings extra crispy which came out looking just about cooked , sent them back and they brought out new ones covered in sauce “not crispy” tried again 3rd ones the same the cook made the wings crispy but then continued to add sauce making them soggy AGAIN and more spicy for my child ! manager comes over to tell me that they are not soggy and told me thats how they should be ,if i am asking for crispy wings i should get crispy wings he offers no apology and had a bad attitude with his remarks , a crispy wing isnt covered in sauce how simple is that ! deffo not returning after coming here for many years hes put me of nandos all together

Food and atmosphere was very good. Would go again. The vaults is a great place and went for a drink afterwards. Staff are excellent.

Visited around 3x to this branch and it’s always hardly busy. The manager is lovely and has terrific banter, forgotten his name and the staff are really friendly and polite! We always get seated which is the opposite to the Manchester Fort location. We were only a party of 2 and seated immediately. However as soon as we were about to place an order the building had a fire alarm and we had to evacuate. We waited roughly an hour outside but on return the Nandos staff were very apologetic (which it wasn’t their fault anyway). They dealt with this effectively and another manager Danny was really kind and told us what options we had. We managed to get our food in the space of 20 mins which was brilliant as was told it would be longer due to fire alarm issue. The staff dealt with it very well and everyone still had a smile on their face. Served by Milee on checkout and she was fab. Amazing service and amazing customer care. Will come back again. Thanks to Danny for going above and beyond and to thanks to the branch

Excellent service. I wasn't 100% happy with my meal when it arrived. Spoke to the manager who was so kind and fixed things, I consider he did better than fix the meal.... he made my day! Now our favourite Nandos.

Got a voucher for Xmas so decided to use it whilst on the way to the light cinema. Picked a pretty busy time but got in and managed to get served. Service excellent. Food good.

The main thing that stood out was that this restaurant had not organised their ordering system properly. You had to use your own phone to order online and the app or website didn’t even work. We paid at the till instead however the till promptly crashed. Not a great ordering system. It seems these restaurants want your money but aren’t giving an effective service.

This is the first time I had been to Nando's. The host was very helpful, reserved us a table put up birthday balloons and took cake etc. Though no one said we need to go to bar and order so we waited a while before realising but the order was taken quickly and again the girl very friendly. Food arrived very quickly. Again we had to serve our own drinks, get sauces and cutlery. As a whole we enjoyed it but if like me when you pay to go out you want table service and not to feel have to be getting up every two minutes for more drinks etc this isn't the place for you. If it was table service and not serve yourself I would definitely go back but as it is now I will not be returning.

Having ate at various Nandos this is one the nicer ones. I ordered what I always order butterfly chicken with two sides coleslaw and peri peri chips all very tasty & I always opt for the refillable drink.
