Top Chef in Bolton

Ordered 3 different meals here today plus chips and each one was delicious 😋 will definitely be eating from here again.

I ordered fish and chips and asked for the fish to be lightly battered. I think they used cement rather than batter as it was like a thick biscuit around what can only be described as the sole of a shoe. The fish was the driest fish I have ever eaten. Yuk

This place is overrated, was craving Chinese so bad and decided to try this place, ordered chow mein, the noodles are thin, food was salty, almost as good as ordering vermicelli. Very disappointed, l had to eatba sandwich instead. Waste of my money

Food is always excellent but I have had a wonderful service.. I called at 10.50pm for a delivery thinking they close at 11 but they close at 10pm. My guests would have starved but the young man kindly delivered freshly cooked food after the shop was closed for hour and half.I was too grateful for his service to deliver everything I asked. He is definitely a Top Chef.Thank you young man.

Food was hot and quick delivery, only problem was that there was far to much salt in the bbq spare ribs

The Chinese food is excellent and well priced

I have recently got food poisoning from this place and all I ate all day was their fish chips and curry so I would just be careful when eating here and if I am honest I would probably avoid it at all costs.

Started using recently, love the Chinese menu. Great tasting food, good service. Lovely family business, had some nice chats whilst waiting. Their gravy is that lovely dark meaty stuff that you can't get most places. Everything I've had has been tasty, except for the batter on the fish, but that's just a preference, nothing necessarily wrong with it. Portion sizes are good too. I'd recommend it and will be using again. Very pleased I've found a local Chinese chippy I like. (Salt and pepper chips gorgeous!)

So Disappointed Used this takeaway so many times and brilliant service and food is normally provided.Ordered last night and awful experience.Took over 40 minutes to deliver and chips accompaniment was awful.They had been precooked and were greasy and stale with a hard outer coating and burnt inside.Maybe warmed up twice or more.Always enjoy the Chinese food but seriously let down by side dishes.Won't be tempted to use again after this awful experience.Losing a major Chinese order by providing 2nd hand rubbish chips.Very very let down by Top Chef after supporting you for a long time.

Tasty food, good portions and excellent service well recommend

Always good food, great flavours and decent portion sizes. Recommend collection over delivery, can save a good bit of time. Salt and pepper wings are great here.

Ordered by phone for years always good. Just been in the shop for chip barm and pudding chips and gravy. Will never use again, asked if chips fresh told yes. Moving from one basket of pre Cooked chips to fryer and one scoop served and thrown in bag. Not asked if want salt and vinager or wrapped. Very poor and disappointed. Seen if for my own eyes
