Even without drinks or appetizers or dessert the price per person is around 15 GBP... This one is more like a restaurant than fast food... But Staff is only for bringing the order to the table. Everything else is up to you... So you have to order through the internet, bring napkins, forks etc Bring all the sauces... The taste is nice though

My wife and I went to the Nando’s at Ocean Terminal and were left disappointed. The staff were friendly enough but the fact an empty glass is brought over to you to get your own drink is ridiculous considering it’s a restaurant and not fast food. You also have to go and get your own cutlery and souces. The serving was tiny. I don’t remember the chicken being as small as that. Will never go back and can see why they are empty these days.

Abbiamo pranzato qui prima di visitare la nave Britannia. Il menù è ampio e vario, i prezzi sono abbastanza nella media. Il cibo è buono e lo staff è ok. Si può scegliere la salsa di accompagnamento e i contorni dei piatti. Si può scegliere il grado di piccantezza. Un'altra nota positiva è il refill delle bibite. Il mio compagno ha adorato la salsa LEMON & HERBS e i piselli alla menta e peperoncino. Ci siamo trovati bene e consigliamo questo posto.

I was recommended to download the app to place the order. The install caused a bit of trouble with another app, that I found out after I placed the order. I had to reinstall it, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the service was quick and helpful. The food was nice considering I went in to grab a quick bite here before getting on to the Royal Yacht tour, which is just around the corner in the mall.

Went with my family 2 days back and, we all liked the food. The food and the drinks were both great. The service could have been faster but, given the fact that it was crowded, we could understand the delay. Definitely worth a try.

Ended up at Nando's after a let down elsewhere. We asked if there was a window table-which there was, the downside to this was the windowsills are covered in plants, we wanted to to be able to take in the view, which was stunning when we stood up! Anyways service was very good, allergy advice on the ball. Good value all round

Last night I went to Nandos with my daughter, her partner and my grandson. The service there was the worst I have ever experienced. Drinks took over twenty five minutes to arrive and this only after we complained. We then had to remind them that we were waiting for food. The staff were sourly apart from one waitress and I think, the manager. The manager offered us free desserts, we had already paid for unlimited yoghurt but two of us took him up on the offer of brownie desserts which he said would be served in 15 minutes. Half an hour later we still hadn't been served the dessert, even the one we had paid for! I got the attention of a waitress who looked right at me, turned her head and walked off. Having waited long enough we told the waitresses who were standing at the front gossiping with each other that they should cancel the desserts as we were leaving due to the extremely poor service. Instead we took my very disappointed grandson to Ben & Jerrys for icecream which the lovely girl served with a smile and some extra big portions. Nandos Ocean Terminal this was our first and last visit.

Just had a delivery from this branch through Deliveroo. Something was missed off, it happens and I understand, but it was a pregnancy craving! The two staff members I spoke with on the phone were fantastic - excellent (and genuine) customer service. Deliveroo agreed to resend some of the order and the guys from this branch popped in surprise brownies. So kind. Thank you very much. (food was also delicious!)

I was not impressed. The open view kitchen was messy with rubbish on the floor. The waiting staff were slow and left food on the pass for long periods. The cooking staff used their bare hands to move my 1/4 avocado from a small plate onto one with my main. The staff were unfriendly and uninterested. I picked at the main and left it. I won't be going back.

Salí a almorzar con una hija y lamentamos haber elegido a Nandos. No había señales de que tuviéramos que esperar para sentarnos y no había personal, así que tomamos asiento. Un camarero apareció de repente y preguntó con voz ronca si queríamos una mesa. Señalé que teníamos uno y él dijo, nuevamente con una voz ronca y de una manera muy grosera que tenía que limpiar la mesa, en este momento se hizo un gran gesto con la mano sobre la mesa. De hecho, solo tuvo que quitar un plato y un tazón. Le pregunté si había un problema al que respondió "No" nuevamente con voz ronca. Es un miembro del personal que definitivamente se beneficiaría de la capacitación del cliente. No hay necesidad de tal grosería, todo porque un cliente tuvo la audacia de sentarse sin preguntar. No recibí su nombre pero tenía el pelo oscuro, la barba y las gafas.

Esta fue nuestra primera visita a un Nando's ya que paramos para almorzar después de visitar Britannia.El restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío cuando llegamos y nos sentamos, ya que no había personal alrededor. Un camarero visitó nuestra mesa y explicó cómo funcionaba el sistema.Seleccionamos nuestra comida fuimos a la caja para ordenar y pagar y comenzamos nuestra espera. Después de aproximadamente 30 minutos, pudimos ver que el área de servicio estaba llena de platos de comidas preparadas (probablemente más de 20) y no había camareros para llevar la comida a las mesas. Uno de nuestro grupo fue al mostrador de comida para preguntar si la comida iba a ser entregada y, de manera abrupta, le dijeron que estaban muy ocupados.Cuando llegó la comida, la calidad, para ser justos, era buena, aparte del puré cremoso (estaba lleno de grumos) y un plato estaba tibio, lo que elevó la calificación de 1 estrella a 2.Cuando el servidor vino a preguntar si la comida estaba bien, dijimos "no" y él no sabía qué hacer o decir. Le sugerimos que se lo dijera al gerente, lo cual hizo. El gerente llegó, se disculpó y dijo que estaban muy ocupados (no estaban cuando llegamos), con poco personal y que el tiempo normal de entrega de alimentos era de 30 minutos.Cuando observamos que el servidor no sabía qué hacer cuando nos quejamos, ella dijo que era nuevo y que no podía ser entrenado en todo desde el primer día.Ciertamente no regresaríamos aquí y, para ser sincero, dudo que visitemos otro Nando's.

Vinimos aquí el domingo a la hora del almuerzo, ya que éramos un gran fan de los restaurantes nandos. Nos sentamos bastante rápido y ordenados rápidamente. Dos lados para mis amigos que es vegetariano no estaban disponibles. Pedimos un lado de aceitunas que eran un tazón medio lleno sin guantes de ajo, trozos de champiñones o aceitunas negras pequeñas.Los platos principales tardaron mucho tiempo en salir. Chips luke caliente y pan de ajo simplemente caliente y cocinado.Teníamos una vista clara de la zona de la cocina y podíamos ver comida sentada en el calentador y el personal de pie hablando. La única vez que los vimos con vida fue cuando dejaron una comida y tuvieron que limpiarla. Muy mal servicio, comida decepcionante y una representación negativa de nandos.

Visitamos hoy para el almuerzo. El pollo estaba muy bueno como siempre, pero las papas estaban un poco frías.Estaba muy brumoso afuera, así que realmente no podíamos ver por la ventana, pero era agradable sentarse en la parte exterior del restaurante ya que no se sentía tan apretado como adentro.

Me encanta que Nando esté allí, lo he dicho. Entonces, ¿son diferentes? Sí, lo son y uno sigue dando un gran servicio al cliente. Hoy, en la terminal marítima de Nando, luchaba por beber mi Sprite ya que acababa de ser el dentista. ¡No había pajitas disponibles por razones ambientales, supongo! ¡Mi servidor Josh hizo un esfuerzo adicional y encontró una pajita de metal en la parte posterior! ¡Brillante! Gracias Josh pajitas de metal que sabia.

We were visiting The Royal Yacht Brittany’s and were ready for a meal but having been recently diagnosed with Coeliac eating out has been an issue until Nando’s. We asked to see the menu and straight away they fit the Nsnaget who explained what they could do, wrnt through their information manual and when we ordered our food a member of staff who would be looking after our order went through things with me again. All members of staff were so helpful and made this such a good experience. We will be eating at Nando’s again. A big thank you to everyone.

Visited here as a family of four with two small children. We were served promptly and the restaurant itself was kept clean and in order. We didn’t have to wait long for our food only issue was they forgot the feta in one of our salads. On explaining this they gave us a full refund for the salad and were very friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely gorgeous and we all enjoyed it despite the little hiccup. I would highly recommend using here.

This restaurant is just five minutes away from my office and we go there very office with colleagues and families. I’m a quite regular visitor. The food is tasty and service is very efficient. My husband loves the place too. One whole chicken with 4 regular side dish ( 2 large fries, one salad, and one rice) only cost us £19! This is also the only halal Nando’s in Edinburgh. There is toilet inside and high chair available for kids. I go there quite often by myself, half chicken with 2 side dish only cost for £10. Really good value for money.

Came for quick bite to eat with family. Ordered nandino chicken strip meal with chips for my 8 year-old & fillet strip prego roll with chips for our 10 year-old & a boneless sharing platter for 2 with chips, corn on the cob plus a salad .Where to begin , restaurant not especially busy so expected to be sent food in good time. Took ages , in fact table that was seated well after us had their food served well before us . Never mind , just one of those things that happens. When we did get our order everything was luke warm and daughter's chicken was dry and chewy needless to say she left most of it on her plate. Son's fillet steak was so dry and tough he gave up on it and just tried his lukewarm chips. Server came over and I told her everything was luke warm and she offered us a replacement plate of hot chips . Fine. Our sharing chicken platter consisted of tepid rubber chicken with slimy skin sitting on a bed of anaemic flacid chips. All in all a most memorable visit for all the wrong reasons. Hand on heart can only say would be delighted to recommend to someone I truly wanted to get my own back on.

We attended on a Sunday lunchtime at 12.15 and there were only two other people in the restaurant. My partner is a vegetarian and we each ordered a main and two sides. After 10 minutes a waitress approaches to say the vegetarian main and one of the sides is not available as they have ‘ran out’. After looking through the menu an alternative main and side is chosen, however that second choice side was not available either.
