I really enjoyed my nando's takeway dinner this evening it was very tasty and delicious I really enjoyed my chicken and chips they were very tasty and delicious I really like the sauce that comes with it They do the best food in the whole wide world I like having nando's sevenoaks takeways they are the best in the whole wide world The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful Enjoy reading another google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

Food is great, staff are lovely and so accommodating with children - especially Maalke!

I've been here multiple times, and I will come back time and time again. Staff are always accommodating, and the place is always clean. They try to seat as many people as they can without making it cramped and overcrowded. On my most recent trip, the atmosphere was tainted by the family of 5 next to us who were being generally disgusting and unhygienic. Not the Nando's teams fault, but please, can people stop belching and snorting at the dinner table. Additionally, we were still on our starters (we were a table of 2) when our mains were brought out. The waitress apologized and asked if we wanted her to take them back and wait. We declined and said we were fine to have them then and there. We aren't fussy but working in hospitality myself, I am aware of people who would find this an issue and that this is a staff problem. Make sure you check if the table is done before bringing out their next course

The food, service and atmosphere was really nice. The Nandos is situated within a mini plaza type place and the vibe is really nice. I came here with family all the way from London to meet our new born nephew and the whole experience was just pleasant. The customer service was really good and I recommend this Nandos 100%.

A worker here, Ethan, kindly helped my disabled grandfather and made him feel comfortable getting in and to his table although I assume he was not front of house staff he went out of his way, olives are delicious.

Yesterday evening I had Nando’s in Sevenoaks and it was superb. The food was fresh and tasted fabulous. The Customer service I received which was fantastic by my waiter Jodi she sorted any needs with no bother.

Special mention to 2 staff members Monkia (Manager) and Elian (Waitress).. had my elderly folks with us for a meal . The experience was very good and I really wanted to highlight the excellent customer service. These 2 staff members were helpful attentive and ultimately went over and beyond.. They are a credit to your establishment ! Thank you again !!!

at times in the past I have been stuck in the routine of religiously visiting and Nando’s twice a week, these days not so much but believe me I have eaten thousands of Nando’s over the years. It’s widely understood among my group of friends that sevenoaks and Aylsford, are the top locations in our vicinity. Never seem to get a bad Nando’s either of these locations. Today I visited sevenoaks At 3 pm so it was quiet. I was greeted by Eden to inform me that my meal of choice might take longer than usual (no problem). After ordering my food and waiting 15 minutes a member of staff approached me apologising about the delay and offered me a free side. I accepted (garlic bread). Now I Love my food. Possibly too much. So forgive me for being passionate when I say my meal today was categorically the best Nando’s I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the friendly and warm staff play this experience absolutely flawless. 11/10 having worked in the industry I know chefs/waiters/waitresses are often moaned at and have to endure multiple complaints whether true or false. I wanted to take the time today to congratulate sevenoaks Nando’s on dishing out some of the best grub I’ve ever had in this price region.

At busy times, you may have to queue for 30+ mins before getting a table. Nando’s has also got a lot more expensive lately, but the food is still great.

It is a good place to enjoy a good meal with a nice decoration, polite staff and good food.

Amazing service right before close as we did a last minute collection order after a long day they gave the same 5 star service despite it being a few minutes before close!

If you want to be disappointed come to Nando’s Sevenoaks. Your food will sit on the side til it gets cold, the staff are incompetent and just like to chat. The whole place is run down, the bathroom has holes in the wall so ur just waiting for a rat to come out. This place used to be good at best, now it’s a STAIN on the Nando’s rep. Get gone.

I ordered chicken butterfly, peri salted chips and coleslaw through Deliveroo and they only sent me the chicken. My wife and son’s meals were fine but my chips and coleslaw were missing. Deliveroo offered me £8 refund for my £17 meal and wouldn’t budge. And they refused to deliver the missing items.

If you go after 8pm food will be out of stock

Very nice to meet friends and have lunch. Service was quick and staff were friendly.

Encouraged to order from the website, products not correctly marked as sold out on the website so had a member of staff come and say they didn't have the sauce we had selected. Food arrived, sides are not with the correct mains. Random sauce flags on the food as well as the correct ones, server says "they probably just put the wrong ones on". Different server did the food check pretty late when we had basically finished the mains. Nothing bad, just the most aggressively "meh" Nando's I've ever had. And when a main and 2 sides are closer to £20 than £10 you're competing with some very good other food places.

GCSE results day, Nando’s offers a free side or starter, i went to order, i had the results in hand, all my mates got the offer from their server, however I got served by the manager - the manager asked for a form of id, which i had, and they didn’t take it. If you are going to promote an offer, stand by it.

Did a collection takeaway from here and disgusting! Red chicken/small portions & lazy presentation. Wrote a complaint and have heard nothing back. Shows how much they care for customers. Always something wrong when we come here and never satisfied. Waste of money for uncooked food. Chicken was uncooked and red. Mac and Cheese had the tiniest portion for an EXTRA £1!!! and the grilled chicken burger was a tiny fillet not a thigh. WASTE OF MONEY NEVER TO HIGH STANDARDS TRYING TO GIVE FOOD POISENING. This was collected at about 8:30pm so it was late and lazyness from the chef.

I don’t mean to be so harsh but the chefs really need to work on cooking the chicken for longer. Everytime we order the food it’s so undercooked with no skill. Honestly, it needs to be more grilled like the nandos way. Please grill it for a little longer.

Yesterday evening , we had the pleasure of dining at Nandu's Seven Oaks, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. The staff member who attended to us was exceptional in every way. Her name escapes me, but she truly deserves recognition. (Was on counter and taken the order). She was incredibly patient, always wearing a warm smile, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our visit. Her attentiveness was remarkable; she ensured all our needs were met promptly and with a great deal of understanding. Additionally, her knowledge about the menu and offerings was impressive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure every customer, including myself, felt well taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Nandu's Seven Oaks for their excellent service and will definitely be returning! Amazing 👏 👏👏

Beleive it or not, this was my first visit to Nandos! I was impressed by the easy ordering via my phone and the food quality. In this particular venue I did not like the see-through spiral stairs to the toilets which was very disconcerting on the way down.

Nice staff. No booking but online waiting queue. Really busy Nandos. Edited 15.06.2024 They can't manage orders at all. When you order or even pre-order, it is a huge mess. Today, they told us that our order will be delayed by 40 min. Two weeks ago when we had friends, they had delays for 30 min. Never again.

Great food but the restaurant is looking a little tired. Torn seating and sticky menus.

Why give a time for collection and then be 15 mins late?

What a lovely welcome home experience for my daughter who has been travelling for 6 months. Food great and service exceptional, great memory !

First stop after a long haul flight to the UK, greeted with exceptional service which made for a really enjoyable meal!

I have been numerous times to the Nando’s within Sevenoaks with my walking group, and we have loved each and every time. My granddaughter was telling me all about this lovely time she had with her girlfriends! 😜 She said the staff were ‘iconic’, this just screams positive! 😃 When I went they were very considerate about Fran’s aversion to tomato’s, which charmed the entire group. This sweet young man was patient while we all ordered, and boy did we take our time! 😆🤣 All round, the experience was delightful, though there were a few rowdy youths! Ha ha! We shall be returning next month, hopefully less teenages hanging about. 🤪

The workers are fabulous, they understood our youthful spirit and joined in on our silly jokes making us feel respected and loved. They were amazing, top notch staff specifically the man in the green shirt with a beard and he was very tall. He is now my friends idol and she looks up to him and aspires to have his mentality. They food was wonderful and the atmosphere was beautiful. 10/10 recommend, much love to the staff x

Had an issue with an online takeaway order where my money was taken but no order placed. The very kind manager George sorted the issue within 5 minutes which was appreciated during an already busy service. Thank you for your professionalism !! And delicious takeaway order !!

Great place as all Nando's usually are albeit very busy at times. This partucular branch at Sevenoakes is our favourite as the staff are particularly friendly. The food is the same at every Nando's you go to and Sevenoaks its no exception. Its one of the things we like about Nando's. You know what your getting and they dont often fail to deliver.

Surprisingly healthy food options including vegetarian and vegan. Choice of sauce heat strengths. Some nice outdoor tables too. Staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely delicious food the waiters were very nice came here with a friend for town delicious food nice atmosphere and the food can pretty quick too

Nando's is OK if you like over priced dry chicken. Not my favourite place.

Food quality and freshness needs improvement

7-Oct-23: Unfortunately this was one of the worst Nandos I've been to. Cutlery missing from pots and had to chase a couple of times to get any. Service was slow. The restaurant wasn't particularly clean. That said, staff are trying hard and were pleasant, and the booking system that texts you when your table is ready is good. I think they're just under staffed and / or requiring better management.

Not been to nandos for a while food was nice we had a sharing platter did have to ask for a few more fries as they were very much under par! Restaurant in places looked abit grubby could do with a good clean but never the less enjoyed our meal before a trip to the theatre .

Nearly one hour wait and then told they were just starting to cook my order after repeated chasing and reassurance it was on its ways. Opted for a refund instead as had enough and will never return again. Don’t eat upstairs as incredibly hot and stuffy.

Had a lovely trip to Nando’s, the food is always really tasty! Our server Lucy was really friendly and attentive, would definitely recommend going if you are ever in Sevenoaks !

Glad to have a nandos near our town. We came on a Sunday. Restaurant is small compared to London branches. Pretty laid back, chill, and there were enough seats for everyone. Easy ordering with qr code. Portions are getting smaller like all the other nandos, but we were full at the end of meal. Will be back if ever need another nandos fix instead of going to London.

Definitely upped their game, food was a good portion size and very tasty. Good menu choices and lots of veggie options too as well as the popular chicken Nandos is well known for! Place was getting busy while I was there but staff still attentive and friendly.

Servers are friendly and polite but are either run off their feet or just not quite attentive enough. This is the second time we’ve had to chase where our food is, and today the meal was delivered and told our sides would be with us shortly, only to never arrive and have to chase. They’re often out of certain items on the menu which is really strange, but the kicker for me tonight was the state of the ladies toilets, which only one out of the two was useable as one had no seat… Neither toilets had loo roll in the dispenser and instead had rolls on the floor or shelves, wasn’t super well maintained so just disappointing. You don’t expect masses from a Nandos but I would expect clean functioning toilets.

Food was good . Very busy . One of the better nandos venues usually .

Appalling long wait. Took about 50 mins to serve the food. I appreciate they are busy however 3 group of customer who was there after us got their food first. My daughter who had food allergy was ill due to long wait of not having any food. One of the staff was rude who I believe was the manager was not very pleasant. Unbelievable!

Fantastic meal. The restaurant was super busy when we arrived with a group of school boys. As soon as they left their table was tidied and cleaned quickly. We were seated quickly and our food arrived fast and hot.

No complain about food. The table was very sticky. We asked the waitress to change our table. But she has cleaned it again. But when she was cleaning the table she spray the cleaning dispenser on the table with us and my baby. I had to protect my baby’s face with the menu card because the soap was sprayed to our faces as well. At the end the table was still remain sticky. Nando’s wake up on this health and safety issue.

Severely understaffed that was obvious, empty tables needed clearing away was made to wait to be seated . Then told certain items would be a wait to cook , we ordered alternative items ,but still had very long wait ,we saw our food sitting on the pass , we had to stop the overworked waitress to get it, it was cold ! . Felt sorry for one waitress trying to deal with uber drivers takeaways and the steady flow of walk in customers , saw one other waitress not doing much to help . Probably just a blip but needs a stronger manager , one wasn't seen just young staff bad experience, oh and the value is now not good gone up alot .I would have made a complaint, which I rarely fo but no one to complain too!

A bit crowded and noisy but the staff was brilliant, very helpful and polite. We came in on a Saturday around 2pm.

Lack of Service. Got up and walked out! Now I'm not your usual Nando's client, was shown to a table and 15 minutes later nothing happened...... My daughter subsequently tells me I should have found the till and ordered; but if you don't know and you're not signposted what do you do? I got up and walked out. Poor customer experience!!!!!!

Great food and a lovely place to eat.

Food was nice, prepared really fast. Staff were helpful and friendly, one spotted it was my daughter's birthday and bought her a surprise pudding which was a really nice gesture. Not too busy when we visited either.

Attempted a table for 3 … Was seated in an entire area surrounded by tables full of filthy rubbish , no less than 7 tables surrounding us , heaving with rubbish. Plenty of staff on, not busy, no excuse Went to Wagamama’s across the road and have a lovely meal and great service 👍🏻

i went when it was a little busy so that's why its 3 and not less, we had a 30 min wait which was fine, got to the table and it was dirty and sticky, i placed my order and about 30 mins later it came, at this time we asked where our glasses where as they had not turned up, i also noticed by order was wrong and missing parts, had to wait for this to get sorted, at the end we want some brownies as they are shown on all their menu, the only thing they had on the app was ice cream, when asked about it was told they dont sell anything else, yet why then dose it show everywhere you do cakes, brownies and more.

Poor experience. They didn't have any butterfly chicken or chicken thighs in stock, which is a large part of the menu. They also then didn't have any broccoli too. Would not recommend.

Three of us had lunch, I was let down by them not selling coffee since the covid lock down, the staff didn't know why. I brought one from Costa instead and came back with it! For the price I expected better quality and quantity. It did taste OK.

Nice layout of dining tables, not too cramped, spacious. Lovely friendly greeting soon as we entered the restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean utensils, glassware, table and menu. Not sticky or dirty from grease stains and sauce. Thank you.

Good food. Nice decor and atmosphere, only thing preventing 5 stars was the chips, clearly cooked in dirty oil, unsure if it was filtered?

Went for a lunch meeting …. The food was ok the portions were very small the could increase the sizes a bit. The service was ok…. Only I felt they were rushing me all the time to finish my food and were not busy since was after lunch time.
