Terrible, dirty smelly toilets, dirty place. Bad food. Why on earth do people go to Nandos? Can't see what the fuss is about.

Nando’s is always brilliant in this one the staff were first class as well as the food having the extra bit of interaction with our 2 year old made it and even better meal than usual fantastic work team Nando’s

Visited for lunch for two adults, got seated quickly though the tables for two are a bit of a squeeze. Food arrived quite quickly after ordering and was the usual good standard we expect from Nando's and plenty of bottles of sauces available. Toilets were a bit dark and dingy but other than that no complaints, we would visit again.

I have visited this restaurant on a couple of occasions now and the food is always good simple food as expected with Nando’s, however the only downside about the Cheshire oaks branch is that the restaurant is far too small for the demand here, it can often take some time to get a table, up to an hour on occasions.

Owen m gave really good customer service and was really helpful, and seemed like he really cared about a problem I had with my food.

Shocking shocking service. Manger jasmine has no idea how to run a restaurant at all. Tables empty for over 20 mins but yet the outside is full of people waiting for tables. Then when confronted they don’t like it so asked us to leave. Very bad service.

The lady on the door is always very welcoming, polite and really good with the children. Foods nice, we like Nando’s because it’s a quick in and out service which sometimes we don’t have time to sit around.

This place is amazing honestly the vibe, the people and the food. Special thanks to Nell for making this an excellent experience with her brilliant customer service skills. Top notch food cooked to perfection will Deffo visit again!

Arrived at peak times on a warm evening but had a warm welcome and got seated fairly promptly. Online ordering was grief-free, although I still find the fact you have to navigate the busy aisles to collect your drinks and sauces a little annoying. Food was served quickly and tasted great.

Ignorant welcome staff, acted as if I had interrupted his conversation than ask for a table to feed my family. Escorted to a table where the staff had to be asked if they could wipe it as it was still full of food. It looks that not only has COVID gone here so has basic hygiene.

The food itself was lovely but seemed as though some staff didn’t want to be there. No enthusiasm or even a smile from the staff. An overall bad atmosphere.

Hi guys, Karen here, just reviewing this restaurant, if you can even call it that, i wanted to try Nando’s because my kids have been saying i need to be cooler so i thought i would give it a go and go down with the kids, and god help the future generation of this is the food they like! I went with my dearest friends from the launderette, wendy Janet and Susan, Susan left because she got the poos, and i was highly dissatisfied by the way we were treated, upon entering the restaurant, a dirty, shaggy haired youth greeted us with a small grunt, immediately we were put off, but we ventured forth into the poorly decorated and shabby restaurant. the food gave me the poos it so spicy and it burnt my cheeks off in the morning! The kids were not pleased with the smell! wouldn’t recommendBest wishes,Karen dearest.

Came in for food with my friend and her little girl. After seeing there was a big queue I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely brunette girl managed to swap a few tables round so it meant we wouldn’t have to wait long as she could see the baby was getting restless. However, the blonde scouse supervisor on shift didn’t quite have the same level of customer service. She was rude, abrupt and rather intimidating when speaking to us. Now I know that it’s not a 5* restaurant, it’s just Nandos at the end of the day but it takes 2 seconds to be nice, especially in times like these, how hard is it really? On the plus side, food was good as always!

Ordered a meal from yourself a tonight which was delivered with items missing from order when I tried to have it resolved was told I would enjoy received the items that were missing I would receive the money back to us a later date on deliveroo and was given 3 months to use it why would I want that ? If I don’t normally use them but had no chose as they are the ones that’s deliver your food. If I wanted the food that was missing I would need to reorder I would need to pay another delivery charge and service fee ?

Delicious food, nice staff, clean toilets, Covid-19 safe too you order at the table using a QR code.

That was in fact the best Nandos of my life. Everything was cooked to perfection, the halloumi was extremely impressive, which is difficult to do. Will definitely be returning soon :)

We scanned into the virtual queue and was told wait time 45 minutes so we waited in the pouring down rain 40 minutes passed then we received an updated message to say the wait had increased by another 55 minutes. Total waste of time! I went back to the restaurant and was told the first message was incorrect.

Great service and not stressful to book and order food . Due to COVID 19 most food place have made it so much more stressful just to order food. NOT this place it’s so so easy and there customer service is fantastic

Scanned the poster outside and awaited a text to say a table was free. Tables are laid out very well to accommodate social distancing. Friendly staff. And Wow!!! The food was excellent. Didnt have to wait long for it after ordering either. In fact, i have to say this is the best Nandos i have ever been too.

Visited Sunday 13th Sept for a table for 6 (due to social distancing & tables being removed), it was explained that our wait could be over an hour as they only have 1 table to accommodate a party of our size & there was a family booked in before us - they didn't turn up so happy days, we were seated quickly :)The QR ordering code was explained really well, the food turned up really quickly & was delicious! This was my first visit to Nando's & as a veggie was a little nervous, I didn't need to be, the bean burger with halloumi was really tasty & I would absolutely recommend - even to meat eaters if you fancy a change!All the staff were super helpful & friendly & I felt Covid safe, I'm looking forward to going back :)

Our first time visiting a Nandos, and were very excited to see what the hype is all about. On arriving to the restaurant we were shown to the table and the waitress explained the qr code system. Worked well and drinks came straight away. Food came and was lovely no complaints there. Husband and daughters went to the toilet.. no toilet roll in the ladies and a filthy toilet in the men's which looked like it had been there for a while.. called the manager over and her excuse is oh we are so busy at the moment..and then saw someone taking some toilet roll in. Under the current covid situation the toilets should be spotless no excuses.Finished our food and waited 50 minutes for someone to come to clear our plates as we had to ask them and needed our desserts,a ridiculous amount of time we saw people come and go from the restaurant whilst we were there. Again called the manager over and she apologised but excuse of we have to put our plates in a pile and ask for our table to be cleared whilst members of staff were walking past us numerous times in that 50 minutes and also standing around talking, we were sat right by the kitchen. I have never heard of that in any restaurants that we have eaten out in.. this is a first.We won't be returning to Nandos in Cheshire oaks that is for sure. Sort your cleanliness and service out.

I’ve been going to this Nando’s for years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff on the front are amazing and even during current events always make you feel wanted. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

So arriving at this nandos chain there is a Scan QR system in place. The girls on the door are doing there best to inform that tables of 2/3 are going to be quicker then tables of 4/5 .. i can personally say that " ALY " is one of the good eggs. She's polite friendly and is happy to have a chat and explain how the rules are. The abuse I've seen of customers today because of the queue is nothing less then Embarassing. ..Either wait or go eat else where. .Anyways once you've waited anything between 20-60 mins. The food is lovely. The atmosphere is like normal. Thank you again aly

We went today and joined the virtual queue, it was nice and easy as I can read and have a brain unlike some of the reprobates giving the poor lady Ally who serves me with such care and attention every time I’m there such a hard time over the new system, swearing and verbally abusing her, she’s honestly lovely and I’d probs die for her, so read this and remember to not be scumbag, we’re in a pandemic and everyone is trying their best, we had a nice meal which came out quick and hot despite it being busy beyond belief, well done to all the staff at Nando’s (Mon 17th August) you’re doing fabulous and don’t let the idiots get you down x

It’s been our first visit since lockdown, all the staff were lovely and couldn’t be any better. The host of the night was lovely and explained everything exactly! Thank you for a lovely night :)

We ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the time we selected (2 hours before) and when we got there it wasn’t ready even tho they have had 2 hours to prepare and cook it , and when we eventually got it , it was Luke warm which we were very surprised as it wasnt even ready when we arrived

The virtual que app changes times so you can be waiting 30 minutes then it jumps to 70. We was shopping so we didn't mind waiting. It just isn't ideal. Also you order in the restaurant on your phone and pay for on the app so be aware you need your phone. Other than that the food was lovely. The restrictions put in place worked well even when the restaurant was busy. We really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The system they have in place doesn’t not work and is not worth wasting your time for. My family and I went and stood in the queue but as it was a virtual queue you needed to be informed about the code to scan however the women outside did not help us rather helped a group that walked up after us due to this we were made to wait while they got the table. We were obviously annoyed and the women went to get the manager who proceeded to say this was our fault for not joining the virtual queue when there was no explanation how to do this apart from the staff.

Such a busy place we waited an hour for our seat but it was well worth it, food was lovely and that cake very quickly can’t wait to come again

Visited just after new year. The whole retail park was heaving so we did have a 20min wait for a table. Food came out quickly. Not keen on the sundried tomatoes that they now put in the pittas. Food was tasty though but gutted to hear they've now got rid of the mango and lime sauce!

What has happened to Nando’s Have not been here for a few years , I have to say it’s not the place it was , used to come couple of times a month with friends who have moved away now so the Nando’s visits stopped tooWe really used to love coming here , it was a great evening No friendly welcome as we enter , sit where we want , no offer of a high chair , miserable lady taking our order , just as miserable waiter brought the food , nobody came to ask if everything was ok , and quite honestly, £61 for a meal of the worlds most dry chicken , either we caught a particularly bad day , or it has gone very downhill Never felt so unappreciated as a customer , wish I’d have saved the £61 gone to Costco for a £5 rotisserie chicken 5 times better and spent the money on something else Shame as we used love it

We decided to have a lite bite after visiting the Blue Planet Aquarium nearby and descended on Nado’s. We were all Nando virgins and didn’t really know the ropes that in fact it’s all chicken with various strengths of Nando sauce. Anyway decided on the chicken thighs with some sides and a few bottomless drinks forget paying for full fat (the dreaded sugar tax) save money and go for sugar free as no-one checks what you are in fact drinking! After ordering it did not take that long to arrive. Hot and well-cooked and of course the choice of the Nado’s sauces. Hit the spot for our drive back to Wales. Wow , really busy restaraunt. Waited for a good 20mins to be seated fair doos to the manager he's got it organised and he calls you when a table is ready.Really good as it's a favourite at the mo with our girls. Good friendly service from the staff.Will return soon.The Berkhoffs

Stopped for lunch. We were shown to our seats straight away, by 12:30 customers were waiting to be seated.Our table was next to the staff counter and although staff were stood there chatting, it didn't spoil our lunch.Food was great as always, can't fault it.

Awful service. Waiter told us that that we’d have to wait if we ordered something big. We ordered two burgers to go which he said would take about 5-10 minutes.45 minutes later you can literally see the chefs pissing around in the back screwing up the orders. We see are delivery which they just need to put in the bag and it just sits there.Would’ve left but we had already paid. Food was average and very small portion. I was very disappointed as I love Nandos

We visited on the day after Boxing day - they were very busy with a huge queue of people waiting for a table. Luckily we got there early and walked straight in and got a table. The food was perfect and came in a reasonable amount of time. Staff friendly. Come on people, it's nandos what do you expect!

Visited this location with family of 6 after spending evening shopping at Cheshire Oaks. On entry was met by host who immediately stated that if we wanted full Chicken then we would be waiting 45 minutes. We were out for the evening and agreed to wait and placed an order for 2 full chicken with sides, boneless chicken thighs and sides and 2 individuals thigh pieces. Whilst we just enjoyed our drinks and the food began to arrive. The host left 2 single thighs and left. A few minutes later she brought over the platter of chicken and chips. We then we waited again and was served with the boneless thighs without the sides. I called over the waiter and asked that why it was taking so long to bring our meal together and as we wished to eat as a family why the meal has been delayed and brought to the table separately. She explained that she was waiting for the rice. We waited a few minutes and then the rice arrived clumpy and cold. I was appalled with the food. The boneless thighs had arrived luke warm and the only item that appeared freshly cooked was the full chickens. The chips were also now cold. I requested to speak to the Manager who approached us and simply could careless and just wanted to close the store. After explaining to her my concerns she aggressively asked, “ what do you expect me to do?” I was taken back by her attitude and asked her what she proposed to do? The food was inedible and she left saying i will speak to my team whats happened. She failed to return and my family and children had no choice but to eat the food at the sub standard quality. A waste of £60. On leaving the restaurant we became aware of the condition of the branch. Was shocked how environmental health or Nandos would allow such poor standards. When staff noticed that we were leaving they began smirking and smiling and sarcastically “ goodbye” and one member of staff commented, “ don’t come back”. Very hostile and confrontational environment if you decide to complain about the staff or service.

A very busy restaurant which has difficulty in serving meals and takeaways. Hence the service is haphazard, meals not delivered in their entirety and at times lukewarm. Friendly staff but more organisation is needed.

We have visited a few nandos now, but this has been the best one we’ve been to, even though we had a wait to get a table. Danny from the management team was great and couldn’t do enough for us.

My nephew bumped his head on the table and one of the staff was very attentive and came over with free ice cream, made it all better!

Drove 45 minutes to Cheshire oaks, decided on Nando’s.. when we arrive we were greeted nicely. We sat down on a table which could of done with a polish. We chose coke for our chosen drink which tasted flat so we mentioned the syrup might have gone, the waitress said the syrup had just been changed and that their coke may taste different, she refunded us £0.40 and got Fanta. Meal was standard, nothing special. There was dirty napkins on the floor near the tills. We ate our meal and we happy to leave, the atmosphere wasn’t great and it was overall cold.

We had a 30 minute wait in an otherwise empty restaurant . Have no idea why you can’t sit at the empty tables while you wait to order instead of waiting in a corridor. Food came and for the combined price of £30 the portions where very disappointing. No knives . Rice was dry . Salad was old. Shame because we were looking forward to a nice meal.

Amazing place :) first time at Nando’s and I’d totally recommend it however, I didn’t find the extra spicy sauce spicy

The chicken was as expected altough only warm becasue it was left plated on the counter with staff walking seemingly in a daze. Not overly busy. Serving chicken hot and training/supervising staff porperly is hardly rocket science!

A very fast food style restraunt suitable for quick-ish and tasty food. If you love chicken this is definitely the place for you. The quality of chicken was excellent and its good to be assured all meat is all British. The only slight disappointment was the chips which were standard oven chips and nothing special nonetheless still tasty enough. I particularly enjoyed the fact that soda drinks are unlimited and therefore keeps the cost of the overall bill down. The decor may need a little updating but isn't awful in its current state.

Just starting to get the Nando's experience and we visited this branch as we have never been before to this one. Fairly big but staff very friendly and welcoming. We opted for the boneless platter to share with 4 sides - chips/savoury rice/salad/coleslaw. All very tasty and fillling. Two lovely milky cappuccinos and we were very happy. Definitely return.

Waited 30mins for a takeout despite ordering an hour before. Service was poor no structure to what to do for takeaway. Watched my food sitting on the side and when i asked they said will just be another few minutes. Always poor service for takeaway.

Love this place. Staff always friendly and polite. Service is really quick. Perfect location to eat when going to cinema or bowling etc. Good value for money. Although its a shame they have scrapped the 10% blue light discount.

A total joke. No staff to greet you and the place smelt of out of date chicken. Avoid if possible. This needs to be a definite needs major improvement.

Ate here this day for my Birthday and as is always the case with Nandos, it was top quality. Great food, great prices, great ambience and more than reasonable waiting time. Also got my loyalty card upto Orange today so free buegee next time.

Attended yesterday 28th April (Sunday) with my wife and young daughter who likes her food plain ( as a lot of youngsters do). I arrived just before 4pm and the place was quite busy. I placed our order by 4.02pm and waited.... and waited, at about 4.25 a waitress came over and said they had no parmesan cheese for my wife's ceaser salad. They offered feta instead. As we were hungry my wife grudgingly accepted this, asking how long it would be as we had waited almost 25 minutes already. we were told it was just coming.

Dined here on a usy Friday evening. Service was slow to have order taken and for food to arrive - didnt seem to be very many staff on, 3 or 4 at most. The servers were friendly enough and the food was tyically Nandos - nothing wrong with it and good value.

We were over in Ellesmere Port for Gill's work. We had tried a couple of restaurants but they were fully booked. We arrived & were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We were taken to our table just about 20 mins after arriving & ordered our food. The rush had now subsided, but it was 30 minutes before our food arrived. Our food was tepid but as we were both very hungry we got on with it. No member of staff came to check if the food was ok, even though 3 young lads were mucking around at the entrance & other staff were hanging around the kitchen chatting. I am so glad we will not be eating here again.

The food is typical Nando’s, the service is good and the staff friendly, but the tables are literally side by side and separated by about 2 inches. They’re also tiny

Never been to Nando’s before and decided to go after a shopping trip with my husband and his family. Aly at the door was amazing she said 15 min wait at the door and we were seated within 6 and she explained the menu to us as we’ve never been before. It’s was very clean and nice and staff were helpful. It gets very busy in there as it’s self service a lot of it and you get your own knife and fork at the station and help your self to soft drinks. You go up to the till and pay for your meal prior to the meal and they bring it too you ! It’s like a luxury MC Donald’s service helping your self to sauces too.

The food at nandos is always very good, that is standard and I expect that now, the service I just had today was amazing, they were very busy but all the staff especially my waiter Freddy Riley (I asked his name what a sweetheart!!!) All the staff were very kind and professional. Really made me and my kids smile. Thank you so much nandos and all your wonderful staff. This store stands out for me in terms of customer service compared to other nandos. Here they just seem to have it right!

Came to nandos with my girlfriend normally go brombough one but we went to nandos in cheshire oaks this time and we had to wait for our seat next to the que which i coped with then the meal plater came out with lemon and herb on both chickens when clearly ask for it plain and when asked if i can have it plain girl and boy said it will take ankther 45 minute wait whuch at this point we left it and had to deal with it the chicken was dry half way threw the meal women came up to me and asked if everyrhing okay with my meal whilst i had food in my mouth and that made me uncomftable my girlfriend told me to complain there and then but im a quiet person so doing it on this

I and my family went to Nando’s Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village just before my son and his wife went back to Cornwall, they don’t have a Nando’s anywhere near them. My son is 6”4 there was also my daughter and her husband and my partner, 6 full grown adults ... we were taken to a round both to be seated with an extra chair as I am disabled the staff member asked is this ok and not thinking about having the meals/ plates and there being anough room!! We ordered our food my daughters meal came with a plain double pitta were we told the till person what we didn’t want on the pitta because when we say just mayo it always comes plain. The girl giving out the meals took my daughters pitta away with her evenly came back with it with a tiny amount of mayo on it, my daughter had to ask us all to move so she could get out of the booth, her meal went cold .. my partner an I had the meal platter there was no room on the table for our plates we were all squeezed up with no room; my daughter spoke to the manager at the tiil, no apology just put more mayo on the cold pitta... I asked to speak to the manager she came over Julia was her name I said “ I cannot eat my meal I cannot get a plate on the table “ her answer was you were asked if the table was suitable be for you sat down!! I asked why there was a full side of the restaurant with empty tables Julia replied it a booking. I said we tried to book and was told no bookings not even asking when for, the tables were empty when we arrived 4pm I know this as I put it on my disability badge we sat at the table 4.30 pm 5pm it was still empty I asked when the booking was for Julia said 5.30pm I said this is disgusting service the girl got me a chair and said put your plate on this I was gob smacked the manager Julia walked away not even an apology. I could eat my meal I was disgusted never have i been treated so badly in a restaurant asked to eat off a chair!!!! The date was 30/12/18 it was not that busy it was just the tables being kept empty made the time we had to wait.

This was our first visit to nandos, we were seated and had everything explained to us, once we had ordered our meals arrived promptly and was very presentable by the lovely young server lucie, she was very attentive and made sure we were happy before leaving, she checked on us midway through our meal and chatted to my children.

My husband and I absolutely love Nandos and are regular visitors. This particular restaurant isn't our local but we were in Cheshire Oaks Christmas shopping so paid a visit. This will be the last time, the service was terrible and the portion of food was beyond a joke.

We went to this restaurant while on a shopping trip at Cheshire oaks. Was really nice atmosphere. Staff where friendly and attentive. It was very busy but we did not have to wait for food. When we got our food it was hot and very nice will defo be back

Visited here this week and food was delicious! Very impressed that as I have an allergy the lady who served me on the till ensured my food was prepared separately. Always busy here due to the lovely atmosphere, food and staff :)

I go to Nando’s regularly with my friends and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We stopped here for lunch as I had some gift cards to use and my husband and grandchildren had never eaten Nandos so fancied trying it.

Been to many Nando’s , but found this one to be a little special. Greeted at the door, has to wait a little for a table . Food arrived and it was delicious. I had the butterfly chicken with chips and coleslaw. Highly recommend.

We visited this Nando's today (we've been here several times before) and the food was great as always. It tasted really nice, the portions were very good and the wait wasn't particularly long. However, the service wasn't anything particularly special and we've noticed this at this branch before.

Don't get me wrong the food was OK BUT they seem to cram loads of people in waiting for tables so lots of people standing around by the entrance and as we were sat there somebody was leaning on my chair!! Waiting area needs to be better

First visit to Nandos and I was impressed by the chain. The chicken was hot and spicy and there was a good choice of sides.

A group of 6 of us had a great meal here on Friday can’t fault it! Staff were great and worked very hard as it was very busy, food was lovely as always! Obviously a very organised work place! Will definitely return

Food is what it is, always nice! The staff in Liverpool are friendlier though. Yes it was busy but it isn’t an excuse to be blunt. Crack a smile and lighten up.

I had Butterfly chicken with creamy mash .

Went for a meal here with my brothers, who both ordered garlic bread. We waited a while for the food as it was busy, when the food came, the garlic bread was black on top... very burnt! My brother asked the waitress over and asked if he could have another, she took it out of his hands with no apology or response and walked back to the kitchen. We also wanted to return my other brothers garlic bread. We asked her back and said "we wanted to swap this one as well but you walked off" to which the waitress replied "Yes because i'm a bit busy THATS WHY"she was very moody and basically shouted at my brother. Very very rude and if i took her name i would have added it in!

Great food in this restaurant as always. Good atmosphere and got a table quickly. The only negative was the sweet potato wedges were undercooked but the rest of the meal was great! Recommend it!

The kids love Nandos! Had a meal here after school one night - not for the first time either! The food is lovely and what you would expect from any Nandos, but as normal the wait for food is slightly tiresome over 45 minutes. Would keep coming though for the lovely sweet potatoes wedges and the speedy salad!

Called in for a spot of lunch! Food came out hot, presented well! Staff friendly and helpful! Only downside was the restaurant was a bit on the cool side

Went for some quick food before the cinema. There was only literally a handful of tables in. We ordered red pepper and halloumi starters and waited well over 20 minutes, despite how dead it was, staff seemed to be more concerned talking between themselves. Usually in other Nando's I've been to, starters like these are usually pretty instant.

Just as good as any Nando’s I have been in, you just know what to expect every time. This one can get very busy so I would probably book if you can.

This is my favourite Nando’s, particularly because Aly is such a lovely member of staff. We come here a lot and she’s so friendly and helpful. It’s a nice atmosphere and a great location - highly recommended!

The meal itself was nice and plenty of flavour. I had the butterfly chicken with hot sauce and some fries. The fries, they were average. I probably could have managed the extra hot sauce as the hot sauce didn’t seem to have any kick to it. This place is let down by the price. Very overpriced for what you get, and £2.70 for a soft drink. £2.90 for a cloudy lemonade which was poured out of a shop bought bottle. Would have been nice to have home made lemonade. Overall not bad food let down by portion size and price.

Hi, you cant really go wrong with a nandos, you know what you get. Cheshire oaks was clean, polite staff and quick but nothing extra special or extra poor to write about. just a good quality nandos.

The product was fairly standard but our initial waitress was taciturn bordering on rude. Not a great experience from a chain that delivers better. Oh, and the place had run out of ketchup!

Ordered a takeaway via website picked up food at the time stated. The server was very polite, even though I mucked up the order he sorted out quickly with a smile, will be definitely back.

I visited with my family which includes 2 disabled people. There were seats for us whilst we waited for table and as there were 5 of us we were seated in a circular table. Once we started seating we realised that this table was not suitable for our disabled people but rather than waiting for another table for potentially another 20 minutes we accepted it. Once our party was seated it was fine however when the food arrived there was not enough room on the table for the platters that had been ordered and our plates and our drinks. We had to empty the platters and hand these back. The food was of the usual excellent quality and all orders were correct. They had 7 vinegar bottles with no lids which therefore couldn't be used a day they did not have a full selection of peri-peri sauces. Good visit, but not great. We had problems getting our disabled people out from the circular table. In hindsight it would have been better to ask for 2 tables to be pushed together to accommodate our party.

Nice Nandos with sky glass roof. Nice atmosphere. Busy but well run. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was as good as always. Happy all round :)

I love Nandos and enjoy eating in there different branches. It was my first visit to this branch. The food is of lower standards when compared to my previous visits at different branches. The chicken didn't have the usual strong taste but the staff are...

23rd March 5pm went to nandos as that was the restaurant of her choice. Food fantastic but the service even better. To all the staff on that day thank you.

My husband and I visited on a busy Friday evening.When we arrived we were told there would be a 10 minute wait.This wasn’t a problem and we were quickly offered a table, but it was so close to the door and it was very cold and windy outside so we asked for a different table, which was quickly sorted.

A great Nando’s. Staff friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean including the toilets. The food was extremely tasty. Great children’s menu. Just wish they provided either smaller glasses for children or plastic cups, the glass ones are tall and I worry every time my son picked his up. Highly recommend and will visit again next time we are in the area.

I like going Nandos, however on my last visit it was frustrating to stand and wait 20 minutes for a table when there were at least 4 tables clean and available and 3 others that just needed cleaning and would be ready. Food as always was nice but it was frustrating to wait so long. Maybe they were short on staff that night?

Never been to Nando’s before so didn’t realise they only served chicken and vegetarian food. It was busy so had to wait quite a while for the food to arrive. All freshly cooked but basic. However the prices were reasonable.The Portuguese custard tarts were delicious and cooked on the premises. Only went because we had a gift voucher but are in the older age group so probably not our scene. However for young families a popular choice.

We had never been to a nandos before so we're unsure what to expect. The food wasn't bad but to be fair it was overpriced for what we had. Probably wouldn't visit another nandos as it wasn't anything special and at £26 for 2 it wasn't really worth the premium price.

Being a regular at this restaurant all over the country, I had a dinner here with friends. What can i say. great food and great service
