Visited so many times over the last couple of years! Always a pleasure, great food, fast service and lovely staff! The best nandos!

Ordered online today ( for 6 people ) directly through Nando's for a delivery. After about 15 minutes after the due time I phoned the store only to be told that the order cost was being refunded to me ( 5 to 10 day wait ) as Deliveroo driver had probably run off with my food!!! Apparently happens often on large orders and used to happen with Just Eat. I was shocked at his response and asked if they can re-cook and deliver my order. Answer was NO, but given a number to report my issue. Will never order from Nando's in the future...food is great but will it show up? Not going to take that chance again.

Great service in Nando’s this evening. The servers Ashleigh was lovely. Polite young girl. Irfan also cooked an amazing meal and was polite and friendly. Thank you Nandos!

Staff were lovely and the food came on time even though there was a big group of us. Would come again.

Eating in seems fine but whenever I make an online order from this Nando’s specifically they are never capable of having it ready by the collection time. If I wanted to wait in the restaurant I would make the order from the restaurant

Tried Nandos for the first time today, I was welcomed in & greeted by a friendly member of staff, she explained how to order & nothing seemed any trouble. The food arrived quick & was tasty. 5 stars to Beth the waitress she was great, I will definitely eat there again.

Me and my friends have tried so many Nandos restaurants throughout the years but Hornchurch remains by far the best! The food is cooked perfectly, portions are plentiful but most importantly- the staff are so lovely! The service here is the best, friendly and professional. I’d like to particularly mention Miguel and Cameron who are always so warm and pleasant!

Due to covid measures you have to scan QR code and order on website and put in card details to pay. If you want to use your nandos card to claim rewards/if you have nhs card for discount we were instructed to go to the till (only one person at the till at any one time) My friend who had nhs card went first and ordered. when she came back I got up to order and I could hear a couple of the staff members nattering between themselves questioning why she couldnt order via phone whilst seated at the table. When I got to the till the staff member said rudely "cant you order via your phone?"....I said no, I'm redeeming rewards.... Anyway overall staff quite rude for no reason, we were literally doing as we were instructed, loads of covid measures and social distancing in place (more than any other restaurant I've been to), food came quickly and was yum.

Nando’s is always good for a great chicken meal and as my my friend was vegetarian there was a good choice for her too. The service was quick and professional and staff were really helpful. The place was clean and not too busy for a Tuesday evening. Best place to park is in Sainsbury’s - 2hours free parking.

Visited here with friends as needed somewhere that did tasty, cheapish food and that was local! Didn’t disappoint. Welcome by staff was warm and friendly. Ordering was easy - as it always is in Nando’s. Our food arrived in good time, it was midweek and not too busy that evening. The halloumi chips were delicious as was the burger I had. I like Nando’s - no nonsense food.

We went to eat at Nando’s where we were welcomed with a warm smile before we were seated at a table. Service was very quick and in no time we were given our meals. The chicken was moist and tasty however my wife had a very small portion and a measly amount of chips (it wasn’t particularly warm either.) It was alright but not the best.

My Teenager and his friends had lots of fun here. Friendly staff and nice food and surprisingly busy for mid week which says a lot for a restaurant these days. Definitely worth a visit.

Have been to quite a few Nando's - this one was up to standard. The service was efficient and friendly and the food very good. You know exactly what you are going to get when you go into Nando's and the reliability of it is a good selling point.

Comfortable delicious food. Lovely staff. Was a little difficult parking and the one way system was an issue. Managed to park 2 hours in sainsburys. Thanks to the staff in Nandos

We visited Nando's in Hornchurch after work on Friday. As always, the food was lovely.I haven't been to Nando's for a while (though I used to visit regularly) and I was disappointed to find that they no longer appear to offer the Veggie Pitta on the menu (unless I just couldn't find it). It used to be my go-to menu item. This time I had the Olives to start (Nando's is the only place I like Olives!), Portabello Mushroom and Halloumi Wrap, Chips and Coleslaw for mains, topped of with a Sagres Beer.The value for money is always good.Please bring back the Veggie Pitta though!!! :)

The chicken was basic and quite dry, the sauce on top came off as soon as I started eating and the chicken became dry and tasteless. However, the sauce was nice and the spice was lovely. You could have nicer chicken if you bought the sauce and cooked it at home. 6/10.

Every time i have ordered there is atleast 1 item that goes missing from the list . I have complained and the answer is if its less than 5 pounds we can only re-fund this . Food quantity is also reduced on by half on weekends. extremely discouraged using Horn-church branch delivery service from nandos

I don’t often leave reviews on a Nando’s but felt the need after visiting Hornchurch today. I booked a table a week before for five, after ringing up on the off chance to see if I could book and they do for 5 people. Spoke to Martin who was great. Giving his name as assurance for my booking (he offered that up!) I got there twenty minutes early and Martin again as I walked through the door immediately used my name and escorted us to our booth. Great customer service, well done! Impressed

Friendly staff and the usual Nando’s menu. Everything runs like clockwork full of atmosphere and always busy.

We took our grandchildren to Nando's today, we ordered our food. When it came, I was very very disappointed with what we got. The kids all ordered 1/4 chicken and chips, my husband had the 1/2 chicken and chips, and I had a "chicken" caesar salad. Right, I had 5 pieces of chicken in the salad, no where near worth the £10.75 that I paid, the kids dinners, well, the sizes of the chicken I wondered if they were chicken, it was that small, my husband had 1/2 chicken, and again it was tiny. We all had afters, a chocolate brownie for me and two of the kids, I sat there with it for a while, waiting for the rest of it to turn up, again it was bloody tiny, husband and my other grandchild had frozen yoghurt which seemed better in the long run. At the end of the day, it's just bloody chicken, and the prices are very very high for what you get, and just average. I told one of the staff that I felt as if I had been robbed. Needless to say, Nando's will never get another penny out of me, it just ain't worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nando's is next to the Kings Head Pub, the food especially nice, we like the Spicy Chichen, the food is always nice people obviously like Navo's as it always seems full, a great eat.

My soms first visit at 3 years old and had a little nandinos meal, brilliant and friendly but should have more opition for childrens drinks

Table booked in advance and they accommodated us a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected. Host was friendly and helpful. The food is nice and good menu choice. Had a lovely time and pleased

I like Nando’s as a tasty quick lunch. As you can expect this Nando’s is the same as others in regards to the food. The waiting times can vary here so you could wait up to 20 to 30 minutes if they are busy. The restaurant is slightly more cramped than others. I can’t say much about the food! It’s on the can it’s a Nando’s! Service is pretty good so worth a visit.

I went on a saturday afternoon with 3 friends, and thought that we would have to wait ages for a table! I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated almost instantly. The restaurant itself was packed, so again, after ordering my food, i was prepared to wait for up to 30 mins.

This restaurant was honestly the best restaurant i have ever been to.

Still chicken, still tasty, still my Mum's favourite. Great service and value as usual. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Too noisy couldn't hear ourselves speak, was not happy about paying extra "tax" for the meal, not that impressed with...

Un grupo de tres, fuimos a este es muy de las siete de la tarde, el domingo por la tarde. El personal era increíblemente amable y servicial y nos sentaron enseguida. El servicio fue rápido y la comida caliente y fresco (no siempre es el caso en algunas ramas. . . sorprendentemente! ). El vino era precioso y no demasiado caliente (he tenido vino tinto que sabe como ha sido almacenado por encima de la parrilla). Nos ofrecieron algunas nuevas es muy salsa barbacoa para probar. . Fue delicioso así que sin duda comprar algunos. Aparcamiento cerca era gratis. Me gustaría comer aquí de nuevo si estoy en la zona.

Los servidores donde genial, la comida era la mejor que hemos tenido en todo el lugar es muy antes, pero apestaba de algas! ! Fui arriba a ir al baño y sentí alta! ! Si la gente siente la necesidad de hacerlo bien, pero realmente arruinó mi comida y disuade a volver, ya no quiero oler que mientras estoy comiendo. . . Si fuese un miembro del personal me pidieron a ellos. . . .

Siempre tienen un gran servicio cuando nos visita. Se pone muy lleno, así que recomiendo ir en un momento tranquilo si quieres charlar. La comida sale muy rápido y el personal es encantador y hablador.

We went there with our kids and friends and the atmosphere was nice, the girl that served us was very attentive and the food the usual good standard. The only minus was that the drinks machine needed to be a bit more clean as it look to messy and full of stains.

Such a nice place. Got a table straight away, and food came very quickly afterwards. Although the food came quick, it was hot and fresh and the staff were really nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.

I am not really a big fan of Nandos. I have been twice and had bad experiences both times. Due to a bad experience at the Southwark branch, we was given a voucher for complimentary food and drink up to the value of £75.Due to this we decided to visit our local Nandos on Saturday.This is the 1st time ever, that I have been seated straight away, I usually wait up to half an hour so that was a great start.The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.The lady taking our order was professional and attentive, but also friendly which I really liked.Our starters were brought to our table by the time we returned from the till so this was really impressive.As soon as we finished these, our mains were brought out.The food was average Nandos food (as advised I'm not a huge fan anyway) but the service actually made me want to return.Finally we had desserts, which I couldn't finish and they offered this to me in a doggy bag.All the staff were so friendly and helpful in this branch, which is not something I have found in a Nandos before. They usually seems desperate to get you out.After always having bad feedback for Nandos, it was great to walk out feeling satisfied and prepared to return.Well done Nandos Hornchurch, you did great :)

Booked 2 tables for a birthday lunch for my daughter and the staff were great. They were helpful and polite. They chatted and were really friendly. The food was good too, plenty of it and a great price when feeding lots of kids!

We went on a Friday evening and it was busy and waiting time was 25 minutes. Service was absolutely fantastic. From the floor manager to couple more staff were friendly and courteous. Will visit this place again..

I go to this nandos quite regular and compared to others it's one of the better ones. Staff always friendly and helpful. Food arrives really quickly even when they are packed out. Food always hot. U may have to wait for a table at peak times but I suppose u could always pre book.

If you love chicken Nandos is the place for You, the best Nando's we have ever eaten in the staff are ALWAYS friendly and attentive and as soon as you enter their s such a good Vibe like stepping in to Mexico The food has always been well presented and Hot...only Once did I Not eat my chicken and this was soon rectified with a Voucher for when I next return... one of the best places to eat in Hornchurch..... Only let down is toilets are upstairs, but you can use the disabled if you ask x

Went with the Mrs after work, always really impressed with this store, generally the other Nandos I've been to have been swamped and either too busy or crowded. I've always found this one in Hornchurch to be perfect in both the size and how the store in ran. Only reason I marked the value slightly is because it can be quite easy to rack up £30 bill for 2 people, not extortionate but a little steep for essentially a chicken meal with chips and rice or garlic bread etc. Cant really complain as quality is always amazing, managers always smiling and making themselves available to ask about the menu or feedback comments about the restaurant. Just had to rate it 5 stars as the latest visit was busy but nicely spaced, fast service and fresh quality chicken as always.

It's great that you can beat the crowds by booking here. The staff were very helpful and, as always yummy food. We ordered a takeaway as well for a member of our party who was running late and that was good too.

Se trata de una cadena portuguesa que tiene por toda Inglaterra. Su único plato es el pollo asado, por lo que no hay otra cosa que elegir. Para mi gusto además muy seco y caro para lo que realmente dan. No lo recomiendo

This Nandos is in the High Street close to Sainsburys, the Post Office and banks. It has a reasonable seating area and service is good.

Went here with my daughter. Seemed popular with younger crowd but I personally thought the portions were not adequate. Food average.

realy like Nandos.new menu.so we wanted to try the Sunset Burger.plenty of chicken.but over powered by to much sauce.i had hot.and daughter had medium.sauce was thick.and overpiwered the food.bun was dry and small.not impressed.we had two side orders sweet potato wedges and chargrilled veg.could have been more of both.we were still hungary.just had diet coke one.and tap water.bill was 24 pounds.a lot of money for what we had on plate.we was both very dissapointed.as we both enjoy Nandos. the bun could be improved and sauce to much inside.still will eat in Nandos.staff were pleasent.

Went in tonight and was seated at the back aside a staff break table. They were noisy and didn't seem aware of other diners in the areaCouldn't wait to eat up and leave Food was warm only the mushroom was hot in my pitta, mayonnaise was quite a sticky taste in the lips Not the greatest time tonight, oh and it wasn't as if they were busy either.

Nandos Hornchurch is always relatively busy as the food and service are great. The staff are on the ball and will bend over backwards to get you a table as soon as they can. I've also waited next door in the Fatlin and Firkin for my table and been called on my mobile when my table is ready. I suffer with Coeliac disease which means that I cannot eat food containing or contaminated with gluten. I can honestly say that I have eaten hear dozens of times with absolutely no issues. Perfectly central location with great food and service. Well done Nandos, keep up the great work!

Lively restaurant in the centre of Hornchurch. Popular with younger crowd particularly those on a protein rich diet/ gym crowd. Friendly staff and efficient. The standard Nando menu and it delivers what it says. Tasty food served with a good vibe. Must use loyalty scheme to get value for money as on its own prices have crept up.

Not much need to go through the menu as I'm sure everyone is well versed with the variety of chicken offerings.What's really great about this place is the staff, every time I come here they are always super (genuinely) friendly.Martin always seems to have things at the entrance under control, especially during the busy evening rush. Only regret is that I understand the lovely Thelma is leaving for pasture new, I will miss her smiling friendly face. Good luck!

Four of us went on a Wednesday about 7pm,very busy as usual,the man who greeted us was very friendly and with only a short wait a table was vacated and quickly cleared and cleaned.Usual routine,choose what you want from the menu,if you like chicken your laughing,it's Nando's after all,make a note of the table no. then order and pay at the counter.We didn't wait long for the food to be served,which was the same as every other Nando's we've been in,very good.Certain drinks,coke etc are pay once with unlimited refills,friendly staff here,we'll go again.

Quick service and chicken was fresh. Staff were friendly and efficient. Can't fault them really! Would come again for the peri peri!

A little pre-show meal was my first experience of Nando's and will probably be my last. The place was very busy and felt overcrowded. Only one of our two meals was delivered to the table at first and that seemed to have wrong item on it but I couldn't be sure as staff had whipped the menus away as soon as we ordered. Not wishing the meal to go cold one diner began eating before the other order arrived. Then two sheepish staff arrived to explain they thought they had the tables muddled up and we'd be given the wrong meal. The correct meals arrived shortly and were mediocre at best. The noise level was obtrusive, seating filled every gap and the whole place lacks any ambiance conducive to a nice meal. Won't be making a return visit.

Chicken is legendary. So are Meg, Scott and the lovely Portugese lady whose name I've forgotten! Probably best to avoid at early tea time if you are a courting couple...

Great location right on the high right next door to a great pub. Friendly staff always get seated reasonably quickly, good service with a smile. The half of chicken is great value for money always consistent in quality . Mediterranean salad is excellent! Take away service is also good

Friendly, helpful staff. Only wanted a quick lunch time snack, so settled for houmous and warm pitta bread with roasted vegetables and two coffees. Staff helped us with orders etc. Nice atmosphere inside, not too noisy and plenty of tables.

Tried to get in an hour before closing time (admittedly on Boxing Day) but were told they were only doing takeaways because it 'takes longer to cook if we eat in ' ! We went to Wildwood Restaurant where we were welcomed.

The chicken is as good as Nando's can get, very very tasty with lots of sauces to spice it up. However, this particular branch is a bit small and can get very busy. Better to visit at not-so-busy times!Nice and friendly staff!

Had been shopping but popped in nandos for lunch, very enjoyable, the chicken was cooked just right.

Food is good as always, but this particular branch can get congested and busy. Visited on a Monday night, nearly 20min wait to be seated then of course que to order your food then further wait for food to be served! Better of going to the Romford branch if you can get there which is 10min down the road!

Just like any other Nandos really. As most places in Hornchurch it was decorated nicely, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It's quite small in there and some tables are quite close together, but that's the only thing I could think of as a negative on our first visit to this branch.

Myself and my family regularly visit our local Nandos and must say have never had a bad experience, considering they are a chain they know how to get it right at Hornchurch, we always find the staff happy, welcoming and professional, the premises is always clean and the food extremely tasty - well done Hornchurch Nandos, keep it up guys!

I came here midweek after browsing the many eateries in Hornchurch and decided on this one I was seated by a very lovely, polite and friendly young man called Liam ... He's actually a credit to Nandos and nothing was too much trouble for him he seemed very genuine when he spoke to me. The menu is very busy , there's alit going on . There's a range of different spice heats going on in one section of the menu from plain to super spicy . Then you've got to choose what you actually want , then choose if you want it with one side ( one price ) 2 sides ( another price then actually choose the sides from another column . You then have to go up , order it then pay there and then. Cooke t your own cutlery , napkins and condiments. I didn't expect Michelin starred fare , good job really as it wasn't , The chicken butterfly breast was very dry , hard In places like it had been left under hot lamps , ( there are hot lamps there so this might have been an accurate description ) and was nothing at all to write home about . A bit of a let down The chips were hot, again nothing to write home about they did the job but weren't very exciting.The coleslaw was probably the best bit about it. The whole meal I found was Overpriced for what it was . The only good thing is the drinks are refillable and one price . I needed more than one drink as the dry chicken made me a little thirsty .. It's a chain , there is nothing more to add and nothing more to expect . I wouldn't rush back to eat and there are much better places to eat at lower prices that are considerably better.

My partner and I have visited this eatery many times without problem.We choose Nando's as a convenient place to have a pre-show dinner before going to the Queen's Theatre to see one of their many excellent productions.On this particular visit, however, the butterfly chicken contained a lot of bones making it inedible.I mentioned this to the manager but was not offered replacement food or a credit.I've never had a problem with this place before but find the response from a senior member of staff unacceptable.I can only hope if Nando's management read this I might get a SATISFACTORY solution.

Nando's is pretty standard across the board, so you know what your getting. The only thing I find with this Nando's is due to the large volume of takeaways (and there is always 4 or so people waiting for takeaway) that we have found we wait 25-30min for dinner over the normal 15min we find in some of the other restaurants.

This Nandos is always heaving whenever I've been in, sometimes decided against it because they have 40mins+ wait for a table! The staff seem to work very hard though and are very upbeat. Once you order it never takes too long for the food to arrive.

The food is like any other nandos, the restaurant could do with a re vamp and the presentation of the food isnt great, but it still tastes nice!

Well - it's a Nando's, isn't it. No surprises. It is a place to stoke up or to try as a novelty (as I first did) but I would not rush there for a social outing. If it does what it advertises, then good luck to it; and this one is clearly popular.A helpful waitress explained the procedures to me and the presence of the chicken head on my table, but the food delivery was slow from the kitchen, and was not particularly hot when I got itThe drinks are expensive and of poor quality - but the management seem to be given no discretion here, so I cannot blame them for this.

Awful.... really disappointed!!!! If you want a quick meal and not fussed of the way it presented.. this is the place to come. It was packed and tight for room.

In reality, when you review one Nando's you are reviewing them all, I used to love going to them before they became popular with Teenagers, and this one seems to have more than its fair share. This visit, I watched our chicken sit for over 10 minutes before being served, we did get fresh chips, but luke warm chicken with hot chips is a strange combination, they wont care, their core business is now the teenagers and business is good! Shame for the minority of others tho....

What i like about Nandos is that you can have your food spicy or not great as the with hates spicy food i love it also the sauces come in various strengths of heat. The custards are to die for try one but not when i want one as they run out very quickly would recommend this restaurant to any one Love it, Love it, Love it.

As said, this nandos although the same as any other, is very nice. Good value and even though you order yourself the lines go very quickly. Love the sauces, the chips everything really. I normally either have a chicken sandwich, or 5 chicken wings (medium sauce, with chips). The refillable drinks at 2.25 are also amazing value!

Went to this restaurant Valentines Night and had a very enjoyable time. To be fair we only went here because we could not get into our first choice in Hornchuch, but this was an excellent 2nd choice.We have eaten here many times, and always had good food and good service, although it does hurt paying about 6 quid for pint of Portugese beer I pay a pound for when we are in the AlgarveThis time there was a wait, but the electronic pager they give you works in the pub next door so you can get some cheaper drinks whilsat waiting.

Nandos is great. I go here at least once a month and the food is always the same high quality. If your looking for a great value meal as a couple or a group then this is a perfect place.

Nando`s is fantastic, the food was superb as was the service, went with a party of six had to wait ten minutes for a table, always a good sign.Being a fireman also got 20% off the bill, same for nurses and police just take your id when ordering.

Nando's is dynamite...what a find...we ALWAYS go when visiting our daughter in Hornchurch...wish we had one in Philadelphia...GREAT chicken, fast service, always crowded with contented customers and try their egg custards for dessert

Nandos is great wherever you go but the service in this branch is DEFINATELY worth mentioning. They all work very hard and have paid attention to mt previous needs regarding disliking chicken on a bone. I am a loyal nandos customer always. I do have Afew things I could complain about but most have been rectified. Food had rarely been bad or overlooked. It's reasonably good value for money; but it's ashame they changed the loyalty cards.

Lovely decor, quick service. They are child friendly. They also do takeaway which seems very popular.

The Hornchurch Nandos is excellent alot better than Romford. Depending on time it is usually very busy, especially with teenagers but still good for a quick meal. Staff are friendly and exactly what you want from a Nandos

I love Nando's sauces and the help yourself choice. A good way of trying a new taste. Always welcoming, dog friendly (outside) and efficient service. Chicken is excellent, chips are obviously frozen and awful For that price I would expect hand cut. Coleslaw is sludge on a plate. Stick with the sweetcorn as a side, overpriced but delicious. As a foodie I do put all this on my feedback forms to the restaurant! Loyalty cards can turn out to be good value if you eat there frequently but to be honest, once the novelty has worn off I think there's better quality and value to be had.

Though its better looking from outside and i like the layout in this nando's better than other ones i've been.I always like a bit of nando's, i hope to upgrade to the hottest sauce one day, its an ambition of mine.Half a chicken, coleslaw and chips,pitta bread on the side, bottomless drink about 12 quid, you can't whack it.
