Nancy’s Tearooms in Tonbridge and Malling

Went there for afternoon tea . Nothing really special compared to other similar places . Staff didn’t come upstairs to see if we wanted more tea and finally my granddaughter had to go down and ask . Toilet facilities were not great .

What a lovely tearoom with friendly staff and great food. Cheaper than other huge businesses like Starbucks but even more cosy. Wonderful.

Amazing beauty and the beast afternoon themed tea for my sister’s birthday. Staff were so accommodating to us despite there being a hen party due at a similar time. Very attentive especially to my 3 year old daughter. Food was delicious and we were able to take home bits we couldn’t manage to finish. Would highly recommend.

My wife & l often visit Tonbridge, my wife enjoys the many charity shops. There are also plenty of cafes & coffee shops. Nancy's is just off the high & is in a quite pleasent location offering excellent service, coffee, & cakes. There is some pay & display parking directly outside.

Went to Nancy's Tearoom for birthday afternoon tea for a gentleman I support in the community We were greeted warmly by the staff & taken upstairs to our table which had a crisp white tablecloth on . Our afternoon tea arrived in a timely manner & the staff were very helpful and asked if we needed anything else then let her know The sandwiches were fresh and very well presented along with the very yummy cakes You also a lovely pot of tea with bone china Well priced for what we received & so nice to be away from the noise Tonbridge high Street A little hidden gem near the river & perfect for a walk around Tonbridge parks & the castle

Absolutely fantastic experience having the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea for my daughters birthday and our anniversary. So many extra special touches - they had really gone above and beyond! The food was tasty and fresh and all staff were lovely and friendly. Would 100% recommend and will be back for a coffee and cake sitting in the sun ☀️

I took my mum for afternoon tea, which was lovely. A good selection of sandwiches freshly made, great scones and cake of our choice. Staff were fantastic with us and made a fuss of puppy which he loved. Really welcoming, thank you for helping build special memories, which in our current situation is so very important x

Individually boxed afternoon teas included tasty selection of fresh, homemade goodies, with ample inside to leave leftovers to take home afterwards. Excellent, friendly service too, from initial quick response to my enquiry via FB Messenger, through easy ordering, to being ready for collection at time arranged. Tucked away off the main high street, I hope more people find this little gem.

Fantastic “tucked away” Tea room. Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, covid safe and the food was delicious-especially the cake and scones. Highly recommend

We love visiting Nancy's Tea Room. It's a bit like visiting the family for a cuppa. Lovely food and such friendly service. We have a daughter who has Special Needs and no hesitation taking her there....the staff are so good with her. A couple of years ago they stayed open after hours to do a Birthday Tea Party for her upstairs....its her favourite place now.

A hidden gem just off the high street. I just had a cup of tea, but service prompt and friendly, somewhere to secure my bike. Treats for the peckish. I’ll be back!

In Oliver Twist Nancy was described as above. However, my reference is to the adorable, delicate sandwiches, scones and cream etc. that form part of the afternoon tea we enjoyed in this charming tearoom. We, as a group, booked an afternoon tea for four and found the service to be first class, the food superbly prepared and the price very reasonable. The venue is close to the high street yet suitably situated away the commercial centre.

Nancy's Tearooms is an excellent place to meet up with friends for a coffee or tea and the service is excellent. Lovely place to have a chat where it is not too noisy.

Great cream tea for the family and extra helping of cream. Very reasonable price for the south east too. Second visit to Nancy’s as well. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely lunch. Sandwiches were simple but tasty. Service was very friendly and cake (we had a lemon curd cake) was very yummy.

Lovely, friendly, welcoming and attentive service. We had an afternoon tea - sandwiches suited the kids but were a little “basic” for adults (cheese, ham, tuna), as someone else said a little salad in them would have been good. Scones were very dry. Lemon cake was delicious. Toilets could have been cleaner.

This used to be a public loo but thankfully it’s been revamped. Down an obscure ally so hard to find if you don’t know Tonbridge.. Not exactly scenic by the car park but almost in the park. Good soup and jacket potatoes. Cakes as well. Very ,very small . Interesting concept but a bit oddball.

My daughter treated me today to afternoon tea for my birthday. I have to say it was a most pleasurable experience! From start to finish the staff were amazing, they looked after us incredibly well. Even boxing up uneaten cakes for me to take home (there was so much there for two people!!) with a couple of extra pots of clotted cream for my scones. I highly recommend you visit this place for afternoon tea, very reasonably priced at £20.95 for two, and also after looking at the menu, everything is very well priced. I saw other meals going out and they looked amazing. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other things they offer! Thank you for a brilliant time. If I could give 10 stars I would!

This is a lovely little tea shop ,polite and friendly staff lovely and clean and warm . Delighted to find specialist teas recommend bacon sandwiches excellent bacon super tasty . Scones looked amazing however I was too full to try them !!

This is a perfect place to stop for a quick coffee or a light lunch. These lovely people provide a really homely feel and cater for all, from young Mums, OAPS, dog walkers runners or, like me, escaping from the office for a lunch hour.Well worth a visit, its a hidden gem.

Always friendly with a great selection of home made deliciousness! No factory rubbish to be found here, just fresh treats - take some home to enjoy later. Vegans are well catered for too.

Had such a lovely afternoon tea today with my mum and sister. There was so much food and it was all delicious, we will definitely be back. Only thing we would add was maybe a little salad in the sandwiches which would have made it perfect, but otherwise everything was spot on. Including the friendly staff.

I've been here three times now and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are all really lovely and helpful, the tea room itself is nicely decorated, the tea cups they serve your tea in are just delightful and the food is really good as well. Whether you are visiting or live in Tonbridge, please give this place a go - you won't be disappointed.

Very small and tucked away but worth finding if you want a really good cuppa and snack. Four of us had different choices and all were excellent and the service was fiorendly and helpful. could not have asked for more.
