Amazing food, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. The mocktails tasted refreshing and sweet. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience Lebanese food and hospitality at a higher level!!

This restaurant was absolutely out of this world. I particularly enjoyed the Mezze as you can get a few and try new dishes. I have tried many Lebanese restaurants in the past and this by far takes the number 1 spot. Extremely authentic and fresh food. Dont miss out!!!!!!!

Stopped over for a shisha it was very quiet. Although the service was very slow the shisha was good and friendly staff. I would go again to give them the benefit of doubt.

DELICIOUS meal at Nana’s! The service was wonderful, courteous and attentive. I’m a big big fan of Lebanese food and these guys did a great job. We had the hummus, the fool, the chicken Shawarma and a lovely, lovely dessert. Restaurant and facilities were both very clean. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Food was mid, smaller portions than what you expect at a Lebanese restaurant. Service was ok nothing special- however they did not mention about extra charges on sauces and also didn’t split the bill with card machine. The restaurant itself was set up quite nice but no one was in side on a Friday evening so was abit dry

I went there after looking at the reviews. There were four of us, and all the dishes we ordered were too salty. When we commented to the owner, they said the chef doesn’t like putting salt in the dishes. We ate them as we didn’t want to waste food, but we will never go there again.

Ate here twice whilst staying in Watford. Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurant very clean. Highly recommended the hummus and the wraps. The restaurant doesn't sell alcohol only soft drinks but you can take your own.

I have been to this place many times and I must admit that it is a well run family business. The people are very generous and thoughtful. Special thanks to the owner, to dani and to the new waiter. They have all been so kind. Expectional service from the waiter and the food is top quality. Would highly recommend it.

Went to watford for work from Spain and my Manager and teammates bring me to this place to take some food and shisha after work. It was a lovely experience, nice food and the owner very kind. The prices are very competitive

Perfect place to eat good Lebanese food, good atmosphere to relax smoking shisha and enjoy with family or friends. We followed recommendations from our friends and ordered hummus, various types of bread for dipping, the typical Lebanese gratin cheese and lamb. The waiter who served us is called Dani and he is very pleasant, he is attentive to the diners at all times and takes care of every detail. It was a good experience at Watford. The railway station is very close to the place. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.

My wife and I popped in for lunch and couldn't believe it had taken me so long to visit, the food was amazing I had the shwarma and my wife had a mixed kebab and both cooked perfectly and delicious 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 soft drinks with tip was 60 quid so also very reasonable I highly recommend

Danny's shisha service was exceptional! The flavors were rich and vibrant, the shisha were clean and looked cool like Elon musks rocket, and his friendly demeanor made our evening truly unforgettable. Five stars!

Have lived in Watford for 12 years and visited this place for the first time today. Amazing food and great service and had the best hummus and baba ganoush ever - freshly made at the restaurant. The hospitality was amazing - I will definitely be visiting again. My entire family absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. Highly recommend this place for food and hospitality.

We got there and the atmosphere was quite dodgy not very welcoming. There was 7 of us and we all ordered food and drink and one of the girls didn’t get a drink throughout the whole time being there even though we had told them. We ordered a fresh mango drink and too our surprise it was Rubicon mango juice straight out from the cartan. The burgers and chips meal was horrid. The burger buns came super cold and there was this funky after taste which I couldn’t stand. I ended up just eating the patty and some stale lettuce. Didn’t touch the soggy chips - wasn’t fresh and no salt on it. The other thing that annoyed us was the fact we could see the workers shoving the chips back into the fridge that was RIGHT infront of the order desk . Just felt super unprofessional and didn’t feel right. The chicken shawarma was good though. This is not an authentic Lebanese restaurant. Serving Aldi sauces garlic mayo dip that had too much added garlic into it. Tomatoe ketchup and chilli sour source. The pitta bread tasted store brought. Would not recommend and never going there again. Very disappointed

Lovely Lebanese food served quickly and warmly. We had our dinner here after touring WB Harry Potter Studios nearby. I would rate it almost as good as similar food you can have in Dubai / Abu Dhabi, except the Kunafa, which was ok-ok!

My wife and I visited Watford recently to scout out Harry Potter tour logistics. We love Middle Eastern type food and chose Nana's. We were there at lunch on a Saturday and it was very quiet in the restaurant. Server was not overly friendly and felt like we were bothering her. We were only ones in the restaurant so should have been different. Food was solid. BYOB which was nice touch (with small corkage fee).

Authentic, delicious and amazing Lebanese food... @nanaswatford is a beautiful, cozy and a very friendly family-run restaurant in Watford. This is top notch good quality with the authentic taste on each item. We ordered kibbeh, falafel, spicy wings and hummus for starters, followed by chicken shawarma platter and lamb meshwi with rice, 2 Cokes for us and a strawberry milkshake for the little one. Everything was spot on, tasted perfect and the vibe was just right about the dine-in area, the smiling and respectful people and also the ambience. The owners run the place, from preparing the food, to service and they take pride in everything they do, which is highly admired. 10/10 on everything! Must visit recommended!

The portions tiny for what you pay and the meat tastes absolutely awful. Honestly a rip off and regret ordering from here!

I had the lamb/chicken/beef set (16£) and it was decent. I chose rice for the set menu, but as expected, the rice did not suit Korean tastes. If possible, I recommend fried potatoes. Lemon tea (3£ / fresh lemon) was also delicious. (+ a spoonful of sugar) The serving man was so friendly that my satisfaction level increased.

I come here regularly with my girlfriend for date nights and we always have a great time. We go to the shisha lounge at the back which is very well decorated and has a perfect music playlist to enjoy whilst eating. The shisha is well priced and good quality and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend the chicken shawarma!

Always a pleasure to eat at Nana's. Food has such depth of flavour and plenty of options. Nearly always go 'veggie' but chicken and calamari are tasty too. Been lucky to eat at many restaurants home and abroad over the years- Nana's falafel are still the best!

Was heading for pizza but past this place and menu looked good. Great food and staff attentive, food was lush, im a meet eater but Vegetarian Mousakka was insane in my opinion.

If i could give 6 stars i would. Very clean restaurant, service is as fast as it can be for food made fresh. One of the best shawarmas ive ever had. If you come here, try the Knafeh it will astonish you. Customer service is 10/10. Ive been here 3 times and not once have i been disappointed.

Fantastic food, service and value for money! We were immediately made to feel welcome. With the guidance of the owner we selected a number of different mezze to share. They all tasted great and really complimented each other. The decor of the restaurant may be simple, but we could not fault the food and service. Taste over tablecloths any time! We had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner and will definitely return next tine we are in Watford.

My favourite restaurant in Watford. The atmosphere is cozy, complete with the soothing notes of Lebanese music and tasteful decor that immediately sets the tone for an enjoyable meal. Starting with the baba ghanoush and calamari, I found the flavors to be authentic and satisfying. The baba ghanoush comes with sliced pitta bread and is my favourite dish on the menu. For the main course, I opted for the chicken wrap with salad. The portion was generous, and the blend of flavors was both hearty and delicious. Wrapping up the meal with baklava was the perfect sweet. A classic treat that didn't disappoint. The reasonable bill that came to £20 per person. It's rare to find a restaurant that offers such a genuine taste of a cuisine at such an affordable price point.

We came as a group and as such we had to have a set menu which wasn’t an issue. The starter was good, in particular the crispy chicken wings. Unfortunately the main course, which was a mix of chicken and lamb kebabs with rice, was incredibly salty. I don’t mind a bit of salt but it was too much and a bit of a disappointment. Will come back as I suspect it was a one off.

It was a Friday night but food took a long time, was barely warm and not Upto the usual standard

It has arrived one hour 18 minutes late. I phoned the restaurant and they told me it was the fault of Just Eat. Abysmal.

The food was okay. The restaurant was empty around 7pm. The table setting was poor, except you like artificial flower pots and old cutlery (fork and knife) that doesn’t match on a serviette. We had starters and main but the waitress told us to keep our cutleries after the starters so we could use them for the main. I found it surprising seeing we were the only ones at the restaurant and our plates were being cleared. The milkshake was watery but tasted nice. Food was affordable. The restaurant didn’t look like the pictures, maybe because we didn’t go upstairs to the shisha lounge. There’s no parking space, you’ll have to look for a spot in the inner roads. I’ll say my experience was a 5.

My partner tried the grilled vegetables with rice. It was not too good, not too bad, but the portion was so small and poor. I tried the soup, but in the app, it doesn't even say what soup it is; it turns out that it is a blended soup with unknown vegetables or ingredients. Unfortunately, overall, it was a bit disappointing.
