One missing Nan and the Korai was extremely oily to the point it had to be drained out in the sink before eating it

Namaste is our new favorite. The food is amazing, always arrives piping hot and tastes fresh. There's never a long wait for delivery and the drivers are polite. An absolute gem.

First visit here and will definitely be back. Service was brilliant can’t fault them and the food was fantastic I do sometimes find chicken in Indian restaurants a little dry. Not here it was nice and soft good flavours with the pakora and the curry I had. Will definitely be back

Came here with a group of friend. Very nice atmosphere friendly staff and delicious food, the only thing that let our experience here down was the waiting between wanting to order more drinks and the time between courses for his quiet it was. Would love to come back here again and try out more of the menu everything looked amazing.

Chicken was tough as boots. Tandoori chicken covered in sauce and not dry as expected. Mixed starter was missing two bhajis from the photo. Sent Pepsi instead of coke. Ordered two keema naans and got one and a plain one. Disappointed.

the food here is always amazing and until last whenever had any issues with the delivery time, both occasions the time waiting was over 2.5 hours. The lady who usually delivers is lovely and it's not her fault, but please you clearly need more drivers. I don't want yo go elsewhere but thus is really putting me off.

Normally we love Namaste, the food is fantastic. But this is the 2nd time we have had an order delivered over an hour and a half late. We ordered at around 19:30 only for the food to arrive at 21:55. I highly doubt we will be ordering from here again.

Nine of us went to Namaste Prosecco Lounge this week and every single one of us enjoyed our meal. In fact our cousins said it was the best Indian meal they had had in years. The service was great too.

I asked for my food at 19:15 and assumed it would be late depending on what route/how many drop off there were. But instead the driver came 45 mins early? Just as I was about to leave the house to not return for and hour, not really happy about that as if I had know I would have just waited to order? Really a bit confused

Ordered £45 worth of food on a Tuesday night at 18:15…Food arrived cold, and soggy, at 20:35. Rang the restaurant twice, second time was told he couldn’t do anything as the boss was away, and asked if this was the best number to contact on for me to receive a call back in 10 minutes. No call came. Really disappointed, ate in a few times, done the brunches etc, but delivery is really poor. Not the first time this has happened. Delivery areas are clearly too large or they just don’t care anymore.

This was a birthday meal and it was absolutely fantastic. This was the best Indian food I've had in a very long time. It wasn't bogged down in grease like you see everywhere else, it was perfectly spiced and cooked. The service was phenomenal, some of the nicest waiters out there. They couldn't do enough to help me and my family celebrate tonight, they even made a dish that wasn't on the menu. I would absolutely reccomend you go here if you want a delicious meal that isn't going to cost a fortune. Thank you so much to all the staff that were there tonight and made it an amazing birthday celebration. 💜

Fantastic! Great venue, food is delicious. A party of 10 of us booked for a birthday meal and everything was just perfect. For some, a first visit but already making plans to return. Staff are absolutely amazing. They can't do enough for you and are so polite and attentive but also got great banter. We ate inside then moved out to the terrace for drinks and music - perfect. One of the best eateries in the area, im booked to visit again next week with another group and i can't wait!

I can't speak highly enough of this place, our first visit as a family birthday meal. Amazing food, amazing music and the best staff ever!! Seriously the best, friendliest service you could ask for!! They were also very accommodating to our requests and managed to alter their menu at the request of one of our party members. The prices of the food and drink are amazing for the quality you're getting. The staff made my fiancés birthday the best in years and we'll be back soon for definite. We went for the bottomless brunch and it didn't disappoint. Service was very attentive, Monty was wonderful and met all our needs. I had cocktails which were lovely and the small plate food was delicious. My friend wanted something other than was on the menu and they obliged. After our brunch, we moved to the outside area where there was a lovely atmosphere as there was a singer. Despite the rain we danced the remainder of the night. Great experience all round and would highly recommend. 5/5 ☺️

We hadn't been (stupidly) for a couple of years, but managed to get the kids looked after and it was as good if not better than I remembered. The service was spot on, very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent has the Happy Hour Meal which was starter, main, rice and nan, which, with a few poppadoms was more than enough. The food was presented lovely and tasted superb. Great choice also of mild through to spicey curry's. I had chicken tikka dhansak which was class, nice bit of heat but not into sweaty territory. We definitely won't wait 2 years to visit again!

Just been here tonight, I'm never one to leave reviews really, but after tonight I feel obliged to, this place is absolutely fantastic! From moment we walked in the experience was everything you'd expec and want. The staff are all great! Good laugh and helpful with everything, couldn't complain at all. The food was unbelievable, best indians I've had! I'll be back definitely, if I could rate 6 stars I would.

Had lunch here today for Father’s Day so nine of us altogether and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone in our party from 7 - 70’s was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Food was amazing and we had a mix of Indian and English dishes, atmosphere great but the staff really know how to make customers feel welcome and this wasn’t just our party as we heard them being just the same with other customers and this is what really made it so special. 100% recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return.

The most delicious Indian with the most wonderful service! Always managed to fit us is and serve us in a timely manor. The staff are so polite, funny as well as having their own individual characters. Drink are so so good as well cocktails with an India what an idea. Hope to see you very soon again! This place is a bit of a travel for me but worthwhile every time I have been the food is amazing would recommend trying this place

We are frequent customers of Namaste and there is a reason for that…it’s the best food in the area by some way. Whilst they cater excellently for the ’standard’ offerings, the seafood and specialties set this place apart. The scallops, prawns and mussels never fail to satisfy. The lamb is always mouth-wateringly tender and the flavours perfectly balanced. There’s no drinking three pints of water at night due to too much salt here. Service is attentive and personable. Our two kids love coming here and get sneaky extra chocolates that we aren’t aware of I’m sure!

Have visited 3 or 4 times now and a recent visit for birthday celebrations did not disappoint. Good friendly banter with the staff and owners, good service with the food arriving at our pace in between courses, great tasty food. Clean toilets. Highly recommended for family gatherings. This place does appear to be consistent in terms of quality of food and the service. What’s not to like and we will return.

Ordered takeaway for 4 people. Food wasn't nice at all. Everything was stale, not much flavor. Onion bajies I'm sorry to say, worst I've had. Never ever seen potatoes mixed in with rice. Will not order from here again.

This is one place I really won't rush back to. Both times I have been I have had the same experience. The gentlemen who does the meet and greet can't seem to get you seated quick enough (even if its at the wrong table). Twice he tried to sit me down with a group of people I stated we were not meeting. We didn't seem to have much timr when looking at the menu, baring in mind we were a table of 12. Again a bit party, I understand you would want people seated and orders taken for time reasons but the attitude of the gentlemen is just rude. He is quite snappy and abrupt. The food is nice, clay oven choices a little dry, wouldn't have those again. Once finished very quick to take your money with an added £40 service charge. Which in all honesty no tip would be worth leaving for the service. Both times I have been there has been a large group and it has been quite a considerable amount of wait for food to be braught out. Well over an hour both times.

Place Nice, ambience nice, service excellent, food glorious and so well presented and the waiters were very gentle. We all agreed we would be coming again.

Placed an order at 6pm on a Sunday, estimated delivery time was 7pm. Eventually this updated to 7.25 however the order didn’t actually arrive until after 8pm. I tried to call the restaurant while waiting to find out what was going on, but I was perpetually met with “user busy” and I had to dial 32 times to be able to speak to anyone at which point I was told it would be leaving the restaurant soon. When it arrived, some items were cold. Food wasdelicious as always but very disappointing service.

Excellent location, fantastic food, great service, extremely friendly - sadly as we left an employee (stood at the rear of the restaurant having a cigarette) with white/blonde hair, male, glasses with a ‘man bun’ hairstyle took exception to friends who were not ‘local’. When showing friends how ‘friendly the North is’ it is disappointing to have a yokel berate people (who are of grandparent age) who are Forces Veterans and only wishing to have a pleasant time. Again, great place, service and food but poor choice of employing this one inward looking and rude individual.
