I recently 19-09-24 ordered mutton kottu roti from this restaurant for takeaway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for my dish to be made medium spicy, but what I received was way beyond that so spicy that it was almost unbearable. The heat completely overpowered the flavors, making it hard to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, it left my stomach feeling upset not long after eating. It’s frustrating when special requests are ignored, especially when it affects the entire dining experience. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. not recommended for kottu roti fan👎 waste of money. I always order from here many times but never happen like this before, but this my 2nd order with in a month but both times disappointed.

On 23rd I visited for dinner with my friends to give birthday party of mine, we spent nearly 80pounds but it's not even worth of one pound. .worst food ever I have in uk. The meat is getting smell,fish is so smelly...the food is not fresh.. After having dinner we got diarrhea due to food.its not hygiene..dont choose these one please.

i came with my freinds on Monday after being recommended i was very impressed with the service it was full.silver service by a particular member of staff who i believe has started a few days ago... well done!! we will happily return and recommend also

We enjoyed the food here. Only the thing was cook came out asking whose food it's is, as there was only one waiter at a time. Food was good.

I visited this place last week with my friend. The ambience is warm and cozy. We ordered Gobi 65 and Mysore masala dosa. Both quality and quantity were doing justice to the food. Gobi was okay but the dosa was really tasty and big in size. The staff was attentive and helpful in choosing the right food. It is not far away from the station and bus stand which makes it easy to reach. I will definitely visit here again.

The bucket biryani was okay. And we ordered tawa fried fish and tandhoori chicken both were awful 😖. The masala didn't cook properly and the fish smells bad. And the chicken is not tasty as well. I don't recommend this restaurant. They are not cooking properly

We ordered tangiri kebab yesterday for 4 of us frnd, but when it came out on the table chicken was looking good from outside but it was totally raw😑😑😑😑. Which anyone can say it that it was raw n not cooked . So I made complaint to the girl who was taking the order and then she tooked ghe chicken to the kitchen and came back again saying we will replace this with new chicken kebab and will get it for you . Then in the mean time we finished out all of the main course they brought the same Tangirie chicken piece and said it is new . And when I saw it I felt so bad because they got me the same chicken back saying it is new chicken and still was not cooked . It was horrible experience at NAMASTE INDIA . Literally I can see the inner side of chicken was red in colour which indicates it’s not cooked n it was smelling something bad at the second time

Worst taste i ever had i ordered 2 times biryani from here i cant not even explain it was biryani or plain rice no taste at all if they dont know how to make biryani dont know about other india have best taste this name even doesn’t suit's this restaurant i never recommend anyone there

Overall experience at Namaste India London was good. The food, ambience and most importantly the staff was lovely.

Good food! We enjoyed the Kothu Paratha and had good starters. The service was slightly delayed and we ended up taking parcel for one item which was served very late.

The food was really good and affordable,I didn't expect this price in UK literally cheap, we 5 went to eat and the bill was only £55. Must try place for persons who are craving for authentic indian food. Service is very good especially bakiya and hema they were ensuring every minute about the preparation of food and when it will be served to our table. I wish one branch should be in leeds...

Food was delicious. I come here all the time when visiting eastham.

We went on the recommendation of a friend and the food was really nice. Just 2 people at the till however no complaints since the hotel wasn't busy. My only thing is when we entered there were some men at the far end drinking and we were seated very close to them as a family with kids. So didn't seem very welcoming or safe at first. However everything else was good.

Been a regular here, really like the food. Food is very close to Tamil Nadu style, and I usually get the Lamb Biryani, but other sides are nice as well. Staffs are very nice too, and usually get served by Bhagya there at reception. Always on time, and my goto place.

What an amazing experience with food. Brilliant service and tasty food. Nenjelumbu mutton soup and mutton chukka as a starter took me to Madurai. Few to mention are, all starters and mutton dum biriyani. Thanks for providing authentic native food.

Went for lunch an office lunch. We went when it had just opened. Service in the beginning could have been quicker but got better as the afternoon progressed. Starters were excellent.Main course portions were less but nice experience overall. Owner was very helpful.

We had our Charity's volunteers and staff thank you lunch. All of us enjoyed and great service and wow good. Great taste. Great ambience and thank you for giving us the ground floor ( basement) hall. We enjoyed it.

Listen Customers clearly - this restaurant ambience is pretty decent thastwhy I visited this Saturday 04/11 for the second time. Ordered Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Biryani, they served a poor biryani and the meat was smelling a lot. When complained, the owner is justifying that he also had the same Biryani and he could not understand that I have returned the food back just eating a portion of rice. Then ordered Chicken Chettinad gravy, Malabar Parotta single and 2 Idly - suspect they made the gravy with the chicken pieces that was returned from the biryani. They don't understand the food will impact our health, money does not matter here and after eating a bad food - what way it matters they did not charge money for the poor food??? The restaurant management should take this seriously and need to server the customer the best food, we are not animals to go n eat spoiled food. Lets not adjust every time we face this kind of issue in the restaurant, if we leave that its an one off case and these people try to take advantage on that to do anything as their wish. I have formally written a complaint to London Port Health Authority (LPHA) and hope they check the food quality of this restaurant.

Taking some friends who are planning to visit India, introducing them to South Indian cuisine. The food is delicious, and everyone enjoyed the variety. The staff were very friendly and food was delivered in good time.

Really had a worst experience today . We ordered tandoori chicken, chicken lollipop for starters chicken is very dry and lollipop has not taste. Also we ordered fresh juice which isn’t freshly squeezed juice it is full of water and little bit of fresh fruit taste. For mains we ordered 4 briyani which was no taste full of spices.The lady who served us was very friendly but I really didn’t enjoy any of the meal. This is the first restaurant I ever heard who serve chicken briyani without egg.Won’t come back to this restaurant again.

Service was excellent and food I'm rating 4 star because the gravies are different taste in different times. (Visting) otherwise biryani, grill chicken mutton devil are excellent. But chilli chicken ill rate 3 star.

Went for my girlfriend's mum's 60th birthday and this was honestly a great dinner. Food was exceptional, from the starters to the mains to the tea at the end and the service was brilliant. The team ensured everyone had the right food, drinks were coming regularly and the AC was put on to keep us cool. Would highly recommend, easily some of the best Indian I've had in London!

The food looked very very tasty. The taste was 3/5 for us. We enjoyed the dal makhani more than anything. The Malabar paratha was very well done. The veg gravys we ordered were medium spice according to the waiter but it was a little spicy. Some of us were feeling the heat. Overall a good Indian meal in east Ham. They surprised us by giving yummy mint chocolates with the bill. The cost was approx 7.5£ per person, which is very reasonable. ( we were a group of 5 and we ordered three gravies, Malabar parathas, tandoori roti and raita)

Really Appreciated the food quality and quantity. But now a days service is pretty bad..

Ordered kadhai paneer(4/5), phulka(5/5) and egg biryani(2/5) Service is 3/5 because it took a lot of time for my food to come. Prices are reasonable. Advice - Eat what is usual.

As this was the only restaurant via Fork in the area, we decided to go there. Food was good, staff were alright but the place was not as clean as expected. The wall we set next to had black stains all over. Also there was an unpleasant smell. Could improve in terms of maintenance. Juices were very watery and tasteless but masala tea was amazing. The price we paid was reasonable.

Best palce to eat foods with taste of Tamilnadu style in east ham. Because I tried the curry it give the feel when i eat in india. You the bill for taste. So the prices is high but comparing to other india hostels in east ham, the price is worth for the taste

Best authentic south Indian restaurant so far in my experience in the UK. As good as you get in cities of TN and Kerala.

They have wonderful choice of Indian food items for lunch. Very tasty and they have both veg and non-veg options. Their starters are too good and had fine dining experience overall

Telephone ordered food well in advance of pick up. The day before. Was asked to collect food order at 1.30pm. Arrived at restaurant 1.40pm to find my order was not ready. Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to be given my order. I walked out of the restaurant at 3.15pm! Another customer was waiting 45 minutes before arrived and was still waiting when I left the restaurant! The food containers did not have the proper quantities. The chicken and lamb bucket biriyanis did not have enough meat pieces nor any egg. Very dissappointing! Restaurant should have anticipated New Year Day crowds as every restaurant in Manor Park was spilling out with people and queues!

Leaving 4* reviews due to 2 x dishes where by I understand its made slightly different from other restaurants I've been too. My lamb biryani was really nice and was not overflowing with cardamoms etc but it was lacking meat! Mixed platter was nice but the kebabs had a different spice smell of being filled with cardamom. Prawn curry was absolutely 10/10!!! Overall we all enjoyed our food but as being Asian ourselves we understand every different Indian restaurants have slight differences in cooking.

Good ambience...Waited for more than 30 mins for my lamb briyani and definitely it's not worth the wait ..taste and quantity was okay, but the lamb pieces were not that great..they provided raitha and sambar for this ..never seen sambar with briyani. There is no egg as well for 8.25£

Great food! Especially South Indian recipe. Must try items, Guntur chicken and Thanjavur Salna. Friendly staffs. Highly recommended. One of the best South Indian non vegetarian restaurant in London.

Not a review person but here I am writing one. Had a chicken koththu parotta here and I’m not even exaggerating but it was the best I’ve ever had. Not even back in Tamil Nadu I’ve had this taste. Didn’t expect it to be this good. Very good quantity as well along with its decent prices. Absolutely worth it. Definitely eating here again. Do not miss.

This is the first time I decided to try Lamb Kotu Parotta and the spice was on point here. It was like eating egg bhurji (spicy Indian scrambled eggs) but with finely diced lamb and the parotta chopped into little pieces within the dish.

Very very bad experience.very law and last quality service. I never suggest any one to eat over here. Even we order beer 🍺 but glass was so dirty so we have to drink with direct bottles. And after order we waiting around 50 mins for our food and than after we got the food but half we got and for half we have to go again ask how take it long! Than they realise we order other food also. And last I am just go outside without my dinner. Very very bad experience never ever come again and I request other also don’t go for food here. Staff ask me for last order at 22:30 and we order before 22:15 but we got order at 23:05 so disappointed. If possible I just want to zero star this restaurant.
