Absolutely diabolical customer service!! There is a particular member of staff, she works on the counter and I assume she’s in some sort of management role as other members off staff seem to stare away and avoid eye contact out of complete awkwardness at the level of rudeness she seems to feel so comfortable to display , I don’t travel all the way from Kent to be spoken down too! The arrogance of this particular lady is on another level, and judging from other reviews, I’m not the only one that has encountered her ignorance. Genuinely I’m not one to leave such a distasteful review but her behaviour towards me on my most recent visit was beyond abhorrent, I’ve given her poor behaviour in the past the benefit of the doubt as I can only imagine how demanding the job can be but her attitude just cannot be excused anymore - maybe a course on basic customer service should be considered.

Great takeaway for Vietnamese food

The food is quite decent but the customer service is terrible, the girl on the counter is extremely rude for no reason, it makes me not want to place an order. If she does not want to work there get rid of her!

Really good food, very pleasant staff and it only took about 7 minutes for my food to be ready. Nice atmosphere but could do with some stools or something to sit while you wait. Definitely recommend the duck fries

Used to be the best Vietnamese takeaway but now the quality is poor, food doesn't taste fresh anymore. My fried wings were soggy, my loaded steak fries were chewy and the presentation so messy. The shop, used to get friendly service, im unsure if the original people still oversea things. It's a shame because it was my favourite takeaway now it sucks

Have tried chicken wings, duck fries and spring rolls sometimes. All of them are so good. They prepare every thing super fast and pack it nicely for delivery. Will be loyal customer for now

Amazing food, great service. Big portion for the price. It gets a bit smoky inside sometimes but you can always order pickup or wait outside.

I have walked past Nam Nam many times and finally decided to stop in. Ordering was simple on a touch screen. It allows you to personalise your meal. I didn’t want cucumber and pickled carrots which allowed me to remove, however the dish came with it anyway. I got a pork rice box and vegetarian spring rolls. I wanted the chicken rice box but this was not available on this occasion. The food was really tasty. There was a very short wait time from ordering to receiving the food. I will definitely come back.

Yum! Had a pork bahn mi today - it was excellent. If you're wondering where to eat them, you have Deptford or Southwark Park close by. Highly recommended.

My absolute favourite. I hope this place will go on forever. The pork rice box is just exceptional. The spring rolls are to die for and salt & pepper chips are so good too. Good portions and always fresh. Very nice packaging. These guys are doing everything well!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the girl at the counter, zero customer service, undercooked burger, complete disregard n ignoring of customer if you have a query or need assistance. Gave them a second chance n the same thing happened again get rid of the girl at the counter before this gets out of hand

Too good to go This app showed collect 9pm. I went to collect as I bought. Arrived this place and already closed 9pm. But why on app too good to go showed collect 9pm and it want. Very unprofessional and lack. It was wasting time travel to there . You need control this app. Very bad👎

Nam-Nam, my go-to spot for those "one of those days," is an absolute gem! While it may not be the healthiest choice and could undo weeks of gym work, the flavours are so incredible that none of that matters. So, when life's got you down, indulge in the guilty pleasure that is Nam-Nam. It's worth every calorie! My recommendation: Nam-Nam Garlic Noodles with Prawns and Lime Mayo <3

While the service is quick and friendly, the food is rather disappointing - almost the Vietnamese equivalent of greasy chips.

Ordered in store and it took me 40mins to get my food! Ridiculous!

First time customer and the food exceeded my expectations. Great presentation, very vibrant. Food was freshly made and very hot. Everything was delicious. Would recommend the prawn and squid on a bed of noodles. So Good!! Would definitely order again :)

Unreal Banh mi! I had the prawn but the beef, pork and chicken all had rave reviews from my friends too. The salt and pepper chips are great and honestly would return in a heartbeat. Staff are friendly and service was speedy. Super filling and good value for money too.

They now do self service and I find it hard to navigate through the machine :( arose from that food is okay can come across as dry and tasteless soo just ask for extra sauce, salt or pepper and it should help. I recommend the surfNturf

It's delish! Perfect for a quick lunch on the go or a snack. Fresh ingredients, attention for the little things like...proper banh mi texture. It's super quick and I don't think it's overpriced at all, it's London and it's dire times. Let small local businesses survive and thrive please, they work really hard.

Very nice salt and pepper squid, prawns. It’s unique and different but very nice. Surf and tuff with the steak super nice but a bit stingy with the prawns.

Starring this place! Veggie feast was AMAZING! fast service and delicious food. No dine in, but who cares… this kind of food you can just eat right on the street.

Takeaway only with customers using the supplied ipads to order on site. Wasn't much interaction with staff but they were friendly and helpful enough. We ordered the Chicken burger, steak and chicken topped fries, steak noddles and chicken rice. Food is reasonably priced but more importantly, tastes real good. All meats are tender and juicy. Portion size is good as well. We parked in the nearby Tescos as there is no on street parking. We will be back

A very interestingly interesting take on Vietnamese food. Kebab meat filled bahn mi with burger sauce, not really for me but if that’s your style have at it. The wings were alright I guess.

The banh mi was really good and super fresh! However, I was quite disappointed by the springrolls. I expected the spring rolls to be like on the pictures posted on Google. Instead I got small spring rolls that looked and tasted like the frozen ones you can buy in the supermarket. I would have taken something else if I would have known…

Nam Nam daaammnn they’re good! When you want for new and exciting Asian options in the neighbourhood you can’t really go better than Nam Nam. Their baguette sandhwich meals are wholesome and tasty. Clearly the shear volume of great reviews is a testament to their success.

Nam Nam is so delicious. I’m a vegetarian and I went in one day and asked if it was possible to make a banh mi with tofu instead (it’s not on the menu but I asked anyway!) the team there told me they can make it no problem and it was honestly SO YUMMY! Thank you to them for going out of their way to do this for a veggie 😁 also the veggie spring rolls are super tasty! Love walking past and seeing how busy it is and smelling the amazing food. Thank you!

Hole in the wall kind of place that serves up interesting menu. Service was even polite and efficient. Sadly the food was way way over salted and meat a bit burnt which meant that you could not taste the lovely herbs like lemongrass anymore. Vietnamese food is supposed to be light, fresh and aromatic?

Extremely pricey and not worth the quality. We paid close to £14.5 for noodles with grilled chicken with 3 pieces of prawn in it. The customer service was so terrible that I wouldn’t even bother coming back. Too oily and nothing special about the noodles in the least as well. They are take away and the prices have gone up massively. If this is what they are going to continue, I don’t see a path for survival. I would suggest the management to work on bettering the quality of food and reorganise the service staff.

Food is really delicious and very reasonably priced! I have tried a number of dishes here and could recommend all I've tried so far - the meat is tender and super tasty, in particular their pork! Really love their Pork Banh Mi and Salt & Pepper Prawns!

Sooo delicious!!! Freshly made and piping hot! Next time I’ll catch an earlier train to have the Banh Mi :> == And I did, and it’s as good as they’ve promised. The toasted baguette is soft with a crunchy crust. The beef is tender and well seasoned, and filled all the way down. Next time I can omit the salad sauce though.

Insanely delicious Vietnamese food. Wow! Definitely coming back. My favorites were the garlic noodles with tofu, pork and rice, and the salt and pepper squid. So so good and great value. Service was great as well. Thanks so much for a great dinner

My go-to neighbourhood takeaway. Really delicious food, some dishes aren’t authentically Vietnamese but extremely tasty nonetheless. Always busy, you can smell it from Surrey quays station

I pass through this restaurant every single day, they are most of the time busy with their takeaway which is a very good sign. Today I decided to give it a try, ordered the prawn and squid signature dish, with rice. 2 pieces of prawns, 4 pieces of squid and 10kg of rice. I found the proportions totally out of order, not good value for money. For the same price I could have gone to the Chinese restaurant near by, order a salt and pepper stir fried squid with some jasmine rice on the side... and sit on a table. I would have gotten a bigger portion for a cheaper price.

Been twice and loved it both times, you can smell the smokiness from the streets before even entering the shop. The cooks and counter lady are always chatty, friendly, and efficient. With the bun cha hanoi, the rendered fat from the grilled pork imparts a smokiness to the noodles and veg, the tangy nuoc cham enlivens the dish. Each bite is as moreish as the last. Hope to be back to try the banh mi or duck on fries!

Oh my... Okay as a foodie, I am rather particular and always hungry, Nam Nam does not disappoint!! The level of the customer service and the reasonable pricing, of what is absolutely delicious food means this food stop a MUST in your food map 🤤 Note:- the Salt and Pepper wings are lush!!!

I've just eaten a Nam Nam burger from here which for £6 was exceptional. Lovely cooked chicken, fresh chilli and coriander on the salad. Highly recommended, one of the best takeaway food and delicious flavours I have encountered and with a friendly service.

Banh mis are pretty okay - the bread is tasty and meat was well seasoned/cooked (I got the pork) but the veg wasn't pickled enough and the chilis not spicy enough in my opinion. Also the sauce is a kind of sriracha mayo rather than pate and mayo. They had also ran out of a lot of stuff by 1.30 on Monday.

OH MY GOODNESS! Absolutely fell in love with the Bahn Mi 😍 it was so delicious, meat was so flavoursome and the roll was not soggy at all (I ordered through Deliveroo). The spring rolls were nice as well and nice change to getting smaller ones like you do list places 😋 Definitely will be ordering again 😎

Good tasty quick food but major price hike from initial prices.

It used to be our favourite take-away place in the area when they opened. With time they have significantly increased the price but lowered the quality of the food. The last time I have ordered noodles there was too much soya sauce and oil. Had to throw most off it away as it was not tasty. I really hope they will up their game again.

nam nam absolutely deserves their 5 star rating. some of the BEST food I've had in london. the quality of the meat it so good, I hope that never changes. and the flavors are incredible.

Their grilled meat baguettes are really good easily 5/5 star - it's nice have good Bahn Mi locally. However their fried noodles are super greasy, I mean almost like the noodles are swimming in oil at times, that was the sour note of our takeaway.

I've loved this place since it opened. The food is amazing for the price. However I'll stop going if the young lady at the counter doesn't change her attitude. She yells all the time and puts me in such a bad mood, it's a put off.
