First time we’ve ordered from this takeaway but shall definitely order again as food was excellent! Close to home. It would be great if they started delivering at some point in the future.

Fantastic menu and food, always well cooked and delicious. I have been a regular customer of this establishment for 30 years as food consistently excellent. Lovely family owned business, always friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended

First ever Chinese takeaway from Nai’s Garden but it will not be the last. Loved that we were able to order at 5pm for collection later in the evening. Getting a text message to confirm the food was ready was a nice touch but the most important thing was the food. All of it (we catered for 10) was fabulous. The dishes were those you’d expect from any Chinese takeaway but the quality was a real treat. Comparatively priced with most others I’ve used - just under £150 to feed 10 people (starters and mains) with bits leftover.

From Nai's Garden we chose 6 dishes including Quarter Shredded Duck. Really good value at £39.50, lots of food with free Prawn crackers. We will go again.

Chinese is a takeaway we choose very rarely owing to the repercussions being you'll need to follow it up with gallons of water. Fancying something different, this place came up as the No1 Chinese takeout in Maidstone according to TripAdvisor. This place will not disappoint, however you won't find them on any final mile delivery services (Uber eats, deliveroo or just eat), instead you'll need to ring them or drop by to place the order. Not only that but you'll need to collect it yourself. Heresy I hear you cry. This is easily one of the best Chinese takeouts I've enjoyed because I didn't feel like a slug in a salt bath afterwards. Pork and beef dishes both delicious. If you place an order over the phone you'll receive an "SMS" (I said old skool right) once your food is ready. Costcutter next door to grab booze also. Win.

Used Nais Garden many times. Always absolutely delicious. Very likely the best in Maidstone. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I 100% can say that i have had people ask me where the best Chinese take away is.... and i promise you this; i tell them you will NOT find a better Chinese takeaway that Nais!. Ive had some when ive been away and nothing compares to the quality, the flavour, the service.... it truly is like fun time on your tongue! My brother comes home from london and the first thing we craves is a Nais Garden! Its a treat, its moreish, its perfectly cooked, hot and tastes brilliant. Im getting excited just thinking about how good it is. Nais Garden - DONT CHANGE! YOU HAVE CREATED PERFECTION!

We recently tried this Chinese as it had the best reviews in Maidstone and it did not disappoint! The food was served piping hot and the customer service was fab. We would definitely recommend this Chinese to anyone and will be returning in the future :)

Had a family birthday to celebrate and decided on a Chinese takeaway. Used this one on several occasions and never fails to impress. Food always hot and appetising. Thoroughly recommend it.

We had become unhappy with our usual Chinese take away and searched on line for another, checking out reviews. We decided to try Nai's Garden as it didn't seem to have any bad reviews. That must have been a good 3 years ago and we have never bought Chinese take away from anywhere else since. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is friendly and efficient. I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal from here, in fact nothing other than excellent. One thing I would stress is that you would be best to phone your order through, especially on the weekend, as the wait can be long at busy times. Worth it though!

Been going here for 15 years it is fantastic the food is always spot on the service is great and i would always ring your order through as the food is cooked to order.

Not a Chinese food kind of guy but my wife craved for some and we gave a shot to Nai`s Garden. Very impressed with how tasty it was and good sized portions. Definitely will try again.

I’m a regular customer of this place..., more than 7 or 8 years... the ladies working in there are very pleasant and polite they always have a smile in their face. Food is Amazing they use High quality of ingredients portions are great. Prices are good. The menu have many choices to pick from noodles, rice, seafood, starters etc.Highly recommend to try this place.

The food from this Chinese takeaway was excellent. We ordered 14 different dishes and all were piping hot and absolutely delicious. Extensive menu, friendly service and generous portions. Our first time here but would definitely use again.

Wow! The food is absolutely amazing. The special chow mein is lush with curry sauce. I’ve eaten many other dishes from here and they have all hit the spot. Well worth it as I can see that they take pride in making the customer want to come back.

Recientemente trasladado a la zona y han utilizado el jardín de nai 3 veces. Cada vez era perfecta, la dama en el mostrador es muy acogedor, servicial y educado. . La comida es increíble, no grasienta y perfectamente preparado. Probar las costillas en seco, chili son las mejores que he probado.

Después de leer las críticas entusiastas en Tripadvisor, decidimos este sábado por la noche a pedir comida para llevar. Nuestra primera impresión no era muy bueno, no obstante, que no tienen su propia página web, así que no pude ver su menú y los otros sitios web que lista Nai, cocina, como gritar también no ofrecen su menú. Afortunadamente no están lejos de donde vivimos, así que en mi camino a casa me fui hasta allí y nos recogieron un menú para decidir qué orden cuando llegué a casa.

Time keeping was ok but the food was a little bland. I hadn't used it for a long time and was disappointed . Also the menu seemed more limited than it used to be

Stayed at the Hilton Maidstone(See my review)the other month and was recommended Nais Garden by a member of staff at the hotel...Well,It was that nice i had to pop a review on here!The lady who took my order was very happy and helpful on the phone,took my order and apologised for not delivering my meal,She explained that she can concentrate on the cooking rather than worrying about deliveries.Well she was spot on,I ordered a special curry(Extra hot)it was just beautiful and cooked to perfection ,My wife ordered satay and again,she commented on how tasty it was.Quite simply,it really is the best chinese food i have tasted and let me tell you,i tasted a few!!!Coming down again next July and really hope your open when we are in Maidstone!!!Thanks again

Have Chinese meal at least once a month ,been visiting Nai, s ,for years ,when GLORIA owned it , still good food & service with current owner ,good friendly service ,freshly cooked food .

This is my local Chinese and I think it is the best in Maidstone. All the staff are very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't buy Chinese takeaway from any where else.

I have ordered from Nai's garden for a few years now, having tried many chinese takeaways throughout maidstone/Medway, this is by far the best.I recommend the crispy chicken and the satay sauce is amazing!

This is without doubt our favourite chinese place in Maidstone and we are lucky that it is very local to us.The staff are always really helpful and friendly and the food is fab and reasonably priced.I can highly recommend the Wall Siu Chicken!

We decided to give Nai's Garden a try after a few recommendations from friends.I'm happy to say that these were good recommendations!We've had about four takeaways from Nai's now...I have to say that it's becomea firm favourite for Chinese food in Maidstone.Not only is the food good, but the service is also very friendly, even when they are swampedwith customers on a Friday night.I especially like their 'Special Curry', it's packed full of flavour and well cooked ingredients.(I usually have then add some extra chilli's for good measure as I like a bit of extra heat).Definitely recommended!
