Nailsea Fish Bar in North Somerset

We get our treat of fish and chips in here regularly and cannot fault it, we have tried a lot of chippies in a lot of places.around the country and this is consistent and very good, enough to keep is coming back every week. We get large cod and chips and always have plenty, the cod is very good, batter very good and loads of really good chips, best around as far as we are concerned

Service was very, very slow with no apology and the member of staff who was serving on the counter was rude and unfriendly, a bit of customer service training would be useful! If waiting for such a long time a bit of rapport and customer engagement would be nice, I was the only customer and staff member answered my questions with one word , one syllable answers! Food was ok.

Always a great service and lovely food. Reza and the team are fabulous … always have a smile and happy to help.
