Waitress poured hot coffee into my lap and ruined my trousers. Customer care extended to offering me a piece of cake (which I refused). I guess I should have sued for compensation. Will not visit them again and don’t recommend them to other customers.

No good for us. No dog policy. Just wish they would put a sign on the door. The Lincolnshire Wold website lists it as dog friendly this is only the case if you don't mind sitting in a draughty dismal outside corridor.

I have to start that the food was very good and would recommend for that. However the service is so poor, we was on a table of 8 and when ordering we had to pay upfront and then if we had extra drinks again pay again. Then when ordering pudding pay again. This is such a poor customer service and such a hassle. It made it so inconvenient and made us not want to order more for hassle. This needs looking at as not ideal at all

A brilliant little cafe, reasonably priced. There were no tables when we arrived but the waitress said she would reserve us one if we came back in 30 mins. The food was lovely and was served fairly quickly. The service was fantastic. I was also really impressed with the children's menu, there was plenty of choice and our little man loved his gingerbread man, which we were able to take home for him to eat. He had a ham and cheese toastie and it was nice thick, 'proper' ham. The booster seats were nicer than a high chair as he was able to feel he was actually sat at the table. He also enjoyed colouring in the menu. We were staying nearby at a family members caravan. I'll definitely recommend the place to them and be back next time we are visiting. Thank you!!!

When we return for lunch we weren’t disappointed fresh ham salad sarnie with fries we both ordered this and again fresh salad proper ham and fresh bloomer cut to a perfect size with just the right amount of crust and soft white bread . We had a hot chocolate that was delicious and a pot of tea that you got over two cups out of . A perfect lunch we would highly recommend. And a nice treat for our wedding anniversary. Visited Saturday 1st July. Amazing cafe. Very busy and very well managed by curly haired lady. Even though flat out she made time to make us feel very welcome. She diplomatically handled a grumpy group on a near table. Excellent professionalism. Well done you!! Food took 15/20 minutes due to volume of customers but it was worth the wait. We were served drinks in the meantime and kept updated. Highly recommend this little cafe. But visit early to avoid disappointment as some menu items were selling out. No wonder why, it’s great!

Located at the busy intersection into Horncastle’s High Street, Myers’s location isn’t the most convenient. It’s worth the effort to get there though. Especially if you enjoy good simple fresh food like me! The Meyers brothers started the bakery next door in 1901. They added the Tea Room/Cafe....both businesses complimenting each other. All breads and deserts are made next door at the bakery...fresh and homemade. No franchise food here. They also have a small deli next to the bakery where they process their own meat. Everything served they have made or, as with bacon, purchased a slab and personally sliced. Charming and personable staff. Locals favorite. Order afternoon tea, enjoy the local’s commeraderie and laughter, pop next door and buy a fresh loaf before heading out. You’ll be glad you did!

Situated near to a busy road junction as it is, Myers Cafe felt and sounded unbelievably tranquil. Music played gently in the background as we found a table by the street window. We placed our order at the counter, and were served in a timely fashion. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant, customers happily chatting and giving a buzz to the place. We opted for quiche, two choices and either warm or cold, and a jacket potato, several choices, but the menu is broad and varied. Both offerings filled their plates. With ample tea to wash the meal down , the bill was about £16. All of the staff members offered support where needed and were all very smart and professional; tables were cleared and cleaned almost as soon as they were vacated. This was reflected in the general cleanliness of the cafe.

If they was unsure ( husband felt on ordering that there was uncertainty) they should have just said and I would have ordered water. But serving me the wrong drink is plain nasty. Ruined this weekend for me. Thanks guys. Now not sure if I recommend again or go again. Sad, sad , sad and avoidable.

Called in with my partner for lunch but despite only 3 tables in use (who already had their orders) we were pointedly ignored for reasons known best to the 2 staff in there. One of the ladies acknowledged us when we went in and then started clearing tabled which was fair enough. No signs up anywhere or menus on the tables and we therefore assumed, due to other customers eating hot food, that it was table service. The first waitress carried on at the far end of the cafe wiping the recently vacated table but the large blonde woman behind the counter (we were sat in her line of sight 6 feet away) went out of her way to ignore us walking by us twice and then immediately spoke to 2 young ladies that came in with a pushchair greeting them with friendly smiles, rearranging furniture for them before heading back to the counter (again past us) to fetch them (unasked) menus and then walking by us again at which point we got the message and left with her smirking thank you as we did so. Having never been there before I'm not sure what it was we did wrong but I hope the food is better than the manners of their staff who can only be described as pig ignorant!

Went into Myers as it was the first cafe we came to and we will DEFINITELY be visiting again. We obviously arrived at the right time because a few minutes after we sat down, the cafe was full. The surroundings were light and airy, very pleasant, the staff were all friendly. The menu had a variety of meals to choose from, and it was all quite fairly priced. We chose the Ploughmans Platter; it was absolutely delicious and a very generous portion - we got given a takeaway box for the food we couldn't eat. There was also a good range of cake to choose from. The lovely thing was you could purchase most of the items from the menu from the Myers bakery and deli next door. It felt like a real "homegrown" company and we really enjoyed the experience of eating here and then browsing the shops afterwards.

Popped in and glad we did, had two gorgeous paninis, a pot of tea, lovely hot latte and some delicious cake to finish off. Very nice welcome from the staff, the table was well set, clean and well spaced out. The food was presented very nice and the portion size was generous, just enough to leave room for the cake which rounded off a lovely meal. A very nice experience and well worth popping in, even if it's just for a drink, but it does get full very quickly and was busy all the time we were in there, a testament to how good the food is.

On a damp and dreary afternoon in January, Myers was just the place for a cup of tea. The staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient, and the cafe is well presented. My generously sized toasted tea cake was delicious and came with three pats of butter. The 'hits of the eighties' music that was playing struck us as a little unusual in a café, but as they were tracks of our youth we hummed along!

Unfortunately, the Dunes Complex is definitely not wheelchair friendly. There are disabled parking spaces in the car park. However, they were all taken, and some didn't have Blue Badges visible. Once in the Dunes Complex, there are 2 more ramps to consider, the 1st one is quite steep, and the 2nd one is less of a hassle. If a wheelchair user or someone who has mobility difficulties wanted to get to the stage, they would have to ask staff for a further ramp. To get onto the stage itself, well, there are narrow corridors that a wheelchair does not fit through, and there are no handles or any form of mobility aid.

Staying in Aby village for a week's holiday and had to try the local pub. Exterior looks a bit "tired" but don't be put off - inside it's friendly. cosy and lots of character. Excellent choices of dishes on the menu and "daily specials" board - we especially appreciated the choice of gluten-free options and Dawn was happy to go through each option in detail. Good portions and served hot! Very tasty and wholesome. Wide range of dessert options too and it was evident from conversations with other diners, that Dawn would also be happy to adapt these just to suit individual requirements. Obviously very deserving of the many awards over many years.

I ordered a Sunday roast delivery from here and it went in the bin as soon as it arrived! Everything was burnt to a crisp and absolutely disgusting, I would not recommend eating here at all! I've heard from a few people how awful the food has been there for a while now but thought we'd give it a go for ourselves. Avoid at all costs and don't waste your money here!
