Food was poor, Mac and cheese had no cheese so just mac, wagyu beef sliders no way was that wagyu beef and the buns were completely stale and rock hard. And the chicken shich couldnt of been more basic if it tried. Poor effort

Food tasted and smelled off. Staff tried the food directly off my plate? What is that about? Then insisted I should pay for the food that is off once he has eaten off of my plate. Disgusting service, rude staff, poor quality and clearly out of date food. I had come off of a recommendation but clearly serving out of date food. I ordered prawns which were served in a bowl of tomato soup and lamb chops. My friend smelled my food and also agreed saying "you cant eat that, it will make you sick". The restaurant was empty with no atmosphere and there are clear reasons for that. If I could give no stars, I would. Obviously need to check the dates on your stock, something which should be done daily and check the temperatures on your fridges.

This was terrible. In fact terrible is being polite. The AUDACITY of the staff to eat off my friends plate to make a point that her food was not (which is most definitely was) gone off. How dare someone eat off a customers plate?! Who heard of such ridiculousness! Then to top it off the waited claimed he was the manager?! To add the final cherry on top, they expected us to pay?! PAY! After they ate off the plate and called us liars. Never in my life have I experienced such nonsense. Absolute joke! No respect for customers time or money! If I could send over the food authorities myself I would to make sure no one ever experiences the monstrosity that was the service we received!

Ordered the prawns which came served in a bowl of Heinz tomato soup? Then lamb chops with absolutely no flavour which stank like it died months ago. Smelt and tasted absolutely vile. The waiter/manager was rude and didn’t even let me speak! Kept telling me to order something else because he will still be charging me for the food. I’ve left feeling ill and I want to vomit. I wish I never gave this place a chance. No wonder there were no customers! The place needs closing down!!!

I have no idea what happened here. I watched the driver go half way to hainault and back. The food was cold and whoever packed it, packed the butter in the foil container with the omelette, so it not only melted but the tin foil container got squashed, so created a gap and everything was covered on grease when it arrived. Very disappointed

Always a lovely meal here! The decor is fab, food and cocktails always really good, service always super friendly just sometimes a tiny bit slow though this has massively improved in recent visits. Such a shame it’s often quite empty as it’s a real gem of a restaurant. Make sure you order the bread - it’s amazing!

We had a very nice lunch at My collier in Romford. It wasn't very busy today, perhaps it was a weekday. Sissy, the person attended to us was very helpful and efficient! We loved the food. The healthy fresh orange juice and the carrot juice were good! The bread was so soft and slightly spicy. It came with a very tasty aubergine, green pepper dish called Shakshaka. My main was a grilled chicken wings which came with a nice salad and some long grain rice. Instead of mixing all the vegetables together, they presented them separately, so that if anyone didn't like any of those veggies, they could leave it out and enjoy the rest which was garnish with a nice dressing.

Very poor experience, from options of juices thex had just one. Food wasn't seasoned well, very bad customer service, waiter barely noticed us. We wanted to pay in cash, they didn't had change. I am definitely not planning to come back after that terrible experience.

Had an early mothers day afternoon tea today. Food and service was perfect. Definitely recommend the afternoon tea, only £15 each and you get a glass of bubbly thrown in too.

The food was really poor, my wagyu burger tasted and looked like a burger van burger, my sweet potato fries were undercooked and bland. The food was rushed out and my wife’s meal had loads of oil coming out of it. The service was good, our waitress was attentive and polite. I wouldn’t recommend mycollier to anyone.

This was my 5th and last visit. Previously lovely food and service. Not so today. Myself and two daughters ordered sandwiches. After a hour or so my daughters’ food appeared along with bread! . At this point I was told my option was no longer available due to a menu change. A hour to tell me that.. I suggest you provide up to date menus to start with. I won’t be returning. Slow service is an understatement as even the drinks took around 45 minutes

Thoroughly disappointed with my visit today, especially after hearing about it. It was my first experience of dining at My Collier and it took an hour and 20!!! Minutes for the food to arrive, to be told that my mum's meal was no longer an option that they served, despite being included on each menu... Should this not have been shared with us when we put in our order? A very awkward and sad meal; where my mum was left with sweet potato fries for lunch, which she was understandably too upset to finish. Regarding another discrepancy with the menu, I did notice that the price of items differed from menu to menu (we were given 3!!! At time of arrival), which is a bit suspicious. Overall, an appalling experience and I will state that I will never be returning and will be advising friends and family of staying away too.

We tried the set lunch menu as it was the first time we had been to the venue. The food was good and the portions were large. The service was friendly and helpful.

This was my 2nd visit (having done lunch with family) and the first with the wife. Great atmosphere to the place and even though they were busy with a large Christmas party, the team kept up with service. The food was tasty and cooked to perfection. The wife liked it so much she wants me to bring her back again.

Decent food let down by slow service. The slow service is one of the aspect that this place should emphasise on improving since it's heading towards Xmas and this can help the business drastically. I'm not sure if they have only one or two cooks in the kitchen but it's quite clear they need more cooks to speed up the delivery of food. (The menu is quite big too). I seen other customers waiting for a very long time for their food (40min - other an hour) and we were waiting a long time too. Food is decent and the staff were quite nice and trying to do their best under the circumstance. If they can't have another cook, I would suggest either cutting down the menu or possibly have customers place their orders when they make their bookings so the cook will have time to prep.

Had dinner Friday evening, it was busy Great food. Service was a little slow, could have been a little more attentive.

Awful roast, left feeling unwell. Was drowning in oil and what I thought was gravy but heavily watered down. Food took 40 mins to arrive.

We visited yesterday as a group of 13 (9 adults, 4 children) for a birthday meal. The food was exceptional, all fresh and hot! Due to being a bigger booking, they prioritised the children’s food coming out first which was a brilliant thought! They even brought out baklava and ice cream and did happy birthday! Big shout out to the 2 wait staff (Sisi and Merlin) who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was unremarkable! Very friendly staff engaging well with us all. I am vegan and they ensured they asked the correct questions, and answered any questions I had well, and made adjustments to my meal to veganise it which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 for food, 10/10 for attention to detail, 10/10 for service! (We also had a wheelchair user and they were very helpful, holding doors open and checking if we had enough room to get about)

Absolutely no atmosphere. Waiting time for a sandwich was ridiculous and for a breakast was an age. We were 2 of 4 customers so why did it take so long ? Won't be going back.

Had dinner in there on a Saturday night and was very good. We had beef rib and wagu beef burger. It was very tasty and service was very good and we decided to visit the next day and had Sunday roast which was also very good. We had the beef and the vegetables were all very tasty. The atmosphere is very nice too. We also had cocktails too which were very good.

Iv eaten here a few times The food is 10/10 good portions, very tasteful, The service by Sisi was amazing very well, mannered and polite and attended to all our needs Not forgetting the cocktails are on point

I love their "My Collier" pancakes. I give it an 8 out of 10. They are almost as good as the ones by "The Breakfast Club" which I give a 9 out of 10(apart from the actual pancake taste which is very nice they use a special cream that I haven't seen done anywhere else). I like that "My Collier" adheres to my order notes in UberEats to NOT use chocolate sauce on the pancakes and to cut the leaves off the strawberries. The pancakes are well sized. If not for the calories I can order this for breakfast(11am though for more fasting power) and they are a good price too 7£ as at today.

Food is decent, but the price may be more expected. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. For a restaurant just next to busy roundabout with glass covers it's extremely calm and quiete. Liked the vibe. They do this dry ice thing. Normally, you get in more fancy restaurants, so that's a nice touch. Overall recommended 👌

This is next level resturant. Fantastic. The decor, the service but most importantly the food. WELL DONE. 100% I will be back. This place should remain the resturant to go too for posh food/date night/anniversary. The food is uncomplainable. See pictures

Excellent tasting food and quality, staff weren't as efficient as I'd like (no spoon for my pasta, didn't know what one of the desserts was when I asked). They didn't have the chocolate bomb which is one of the reasons I booked here but they did explain their menu is changing. Will come again for nice tasting food and cosy restaurant feels.

The presentation was lovely, the food quality was not acceptable. Sausages and bacon were burnt, smallest piece of bread i have ever seen (2), a tiny portion of beans definitely not for two, also mushrooms were so salty that were not edible. I was very keen to try this place, but was very disappointed.

Had a wonderful evening for my Birthday celebration with Family. We each enjoyed every course, food was amazing as normal, generous portions, everything is home made (Apart from the drinks, lol!) This was a first visit with all the Family, my 2nd visit & my fiancées 3rd visit here, it was quieter than normal when we arrived, but that didn’t bother us the slightest. They do lunchtime offers for £15 & highly recommend the Sunday roasts! Thanks to staff, see you again soon!

We visited last Tuesday for my husbands birthday and we really enjoyed the visit! The food was so sensational the chef done such a great job. I’m still dreaming about the mash and steak! The staff were really accommodating and friendly. They done a special touch for the dessert for his birthday which we really appreciate! The restaurant itself is clean and a nice atmosphere. Not a negative one but just for feedback the cocktails could do with some review. The food was so good it reminded me of central London restaurant type of food so it would be nice for the drinks to match that. The price is also great for what you get! We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend :)

We loved it! The food was delicious. I enjoyed my chicken burger and sweet potato fries very much. My husband had a steak. He is always fussy with his meat, but he absolutely loved it. The service was very good I can't wait to go back.

Decided to try My Collier for the first time with 2 friends yesterday and was VERY unimpressed with the service and more importantly the lack of attention to detail. The service was really slow (despite us being one of the only occupied tables in there), and the music was incredibly loud (so loud that my friends and I couldn’t hear what one another were saying) The most shocking thing of all though, was that when the food did arrive, AND I’d took a bite of it, I realised I had been served food which contained an ingredient that I am intolerant to - chilli/spice! When the server asked me if I had any allergies before taking any of our orders, I had made this very clear to her, and I reiterated this when I ordered, asking for the dish WITHOUT chilli flakes in, yet I was served a dish with this in which I find very alarming, as this could have made me unwell. So if you have an allergy/food sensitivity/intolerance and you’re thinking of coming here, I would think twice about it.

Came on time. It tasted fine and fresh (and they followed the notes for the eggs, but not for no bacon request). However, the mushrooms were a minuscule portion and very salty! Sourdough was burnt. Less salt, following ALL the notes and larger portions for veg would be appreciated.

Enjoyed the food. Was disappointed with warm beer served in a hot, straight from the dishwasher glass. I’m also slightly concerned that the toilet cubicles open directly into the restaurant………… perhaps there should be some kind of room divider in place.

I went for an impromptu dinner and loved the food. We ordered starters to dessert everything. Each dish was gorgeous. We were served by Shree and he was prompt cheerful and fabulous.

First time here for breakfast. Service was great and food was lovely. I ordered the American pancakes which were so fluffy, with bacon, maple syrup and eggs (any way you like them). I will be back to try out lunch and dinner 😁. Good luck MyCollier!!

Nice new restaurant in Collier Row at the roundabout. I had a Wagyu Burger, which was very nice indeed! My daughter had a nice bowl of pasta that she said was excellent. So, five stars! Would definitely go there again.

During my first visit, I experienced slow service. After being seated we waited around 10+ minutes before someone came over to us to take our order. However, we were eventually served by a very friendly waitress. She was very helpful and she apologised for our long wait. The meals we ordered - steak, roast potatoes and a My Collier breakfast was very good. We will definitely be going back!

Thought give it a try..only people in there "3 of us" took 15 minutes to complete our drink order. Then 25 minutes more for the breakfast.. 1 breakfast they totally got wrong. Expensive for what we receive... a bad experience.

We were excited to see a new place opening a short walk away, and went in to try it for breakfast. There was no one else in there, so the server was of course attentive and she was also very sweet. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. My husband tried the brioche French toast, and it was a burger bun with whipped cream and a bit of fruit. I cook French toast some weekends and it's proper, this was not, and it was not worth the money. I had the Turkish breakfast and while it was tasty, the presentation was odd. I can't see us rushing back here, and that's a shame given it's so close!

My partner and I went here yesterday to celebrate my birthday. The staff were lovely and the food & cocktails were delicious. On top of this, my partner brought a cake and lit it for me at the table and when one of the staff noticed, they started playing a birthday song for us and even asked if there was any specific song requests afterwards. Such a lovely experience.

Went there today for breakfast / brunch. Food was… nice’ish, (some elements cold) but completely let down by service. The waiters need to learn how to serve, listen to customer requests and actually provide a service. A smile would also be more welcoming than begrudging mumbles…! Not great to leave your customers hanging for half an hr before taking orders, and at least take drinks orders first perhaps? There was only one other table occupied so not busy at all. Nothing worse than waiters collecting finished plates whilst others are still eating. Just leave the whole table to finish first, it’s good restaurant manners. Staff need training before we will return.

I ate lunch here yesterday with a friend. We were quite disappointed with the wait. We thought we could be done with food and all in 1.5 hours so she could head back to work but ended up spending 2.5 hours. The food took forever to come out even though the restaurant was empty and it was just 2 of us who had placed orders. Waiter kept saying 5 minutes. Comes back 10 minutes later and says 5 minutes more. When the food eventually arrived, it was nicely presented and looked lovely until my friend took a bite of her lamb ribs. Absolutely bland. I had a taste. I think the chef didn't learn about seasoning at culinary school. Then my linguine was such a small portion, too. When it came to paying the bill, the waiter made me touch my card too many times, citing invalid transaction because she couldnt work the machine properly. So we part paid in cash. Got home and discovered I had also been charged multiple times on my card so we ended up coughing up more than our bill. The waiter was kinda cheerful, but she didn't know what she was doing half the time. Upside is that the ambience and interior decor is nice and easy on the eyes. I want to say I'll visit again despite all the above but I really don't like food that's not seasoned so we'll see.

Went to go try this place with my Mum for dinner. I don’t think it’s a place I’d return to, but it was nice to try. We ordered battered halloumi sticks for a starter to share, truffle fries as a side to share, an arrabiata pasta, chicken shish, a mocktail and a green and mint tea, came to £58 something. The things I wanted in the beginning they didn’t have, and it was quite a few things; no pancakes (pancake day), no milkshakes, no chicken burger and there was something else that they didn’t have, which was really disappointing. And you can’t change anything on the menu neither. All the things they didn’t have was either ran out or stopped serving at 4PM, but it doesn’t state on the menu and so there was a lot of going and coming from the kitchen to check. A couple came in after us and got theirs menus before us, as they sat down. We had to ask for ours. The toilets (for females) is literally right next to diners, so you can hear quite clearly if someone is using the toilet. The service was very slow and it wasn’t that busy that evening. Don’t think we’ll be returning, but they maybe having an off day..?

DO NOT ATTEND THIS RESTAURANT!!! The food was not cooked properly and the service was poor, we waited 30 mins for our drinks to arrive, 30 mins just for an orange juice! That’s after trying to the get waiters attention to even be served waiting for 20 mins. After we finally started to receive some food, the beens were cold and and hash brown was over cooked, a pile of Leaf just dumped on the plate and after asking for my eggs to be cooked well done they come out undercooked, this is not the quality of service and food, you should receive!!! The manager was stuck up and not interested in our feedback and just offering to apply a discount that so she didn’t have to deal with our complaints and concerns! The music was far two loud and we couldn’t even hear each other conversation. Finally I would not come back here or recommend this restaurant👎🏻

I had lunch with a colleague in this brasserie. As soon as we entered, I liked the elegant atmosphere and the kindness of the owner who welcomed us. Wide menu i chose a traditional breakfast while my colleague had their collier's breakfast. Satisfied

Fabulous evening… the staff went above and beyond to think of everything, and added extras that really made our Mother’s Day evening special. The food was delicious… we didn’t leave a thing! And so reasonably priced too. We had a superb evening and will DEFINITELY be going back. Well done My Collier… you deserve the success and see you very soon.

Just had Mother’s Day lunch with my family. There were 10 of us who sampled most of the menu between us - everything was delicious! Hot, crispy fried halloumi, tender and salty lamb ribs, medium-rare to order ribeye steak, delicious chicken shish to name just a few. Finished with some tasty baklava and chocolate brownies. Service was attentive, vibe was relaxed and family friendly (we had three kids with us). I’d read that the portion sizes were small but they definitely aren’t, we all agreed we ordered too many sides and were stuffed! All the mothers felt spoilt and we’re all chuffed to have such a nice new local restaurant.

after waiting an hour for food it turned up stone cold and below average. hot drinks were cold, cold drinks took 45 minutes and service was atrocious. all the food orders were wrong and no substitutions were offered. Food was overpriced for the standard. Overall 0/10 and a shoddily run establishment. Our family, friends and everyone i know will be informed to never go/return to ‘My collier’

I have been to My Collier 3 times, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I can honestly say that I have not been impressed any time that I went! I tried different times of going and different foods to see if it was just teething problems for being newly opened but I think the food is very expensive and not impressive! I firstly went for lunch with my husband and daughter, my daughter ordered waffles which they didn’t have so she had pancakes which were nice but both me and my husband had a sandwich which came with nothing else (crisps, chips or even salad) it was very expensive for the fact you only got a sandwich! Second time I went for dinner with a friend! We wanted a cocktail and were told they don’t sell alcohol which was disappointing, the starter was just ok but we both ordered a burger which was a bit cold and what ruined the evening even more is they had no heating and everyone in the restaurant was sat in coats! Both me and my friend had to wear our coats while eating dinner! We went to order deserts but were told they didn’t have what we wanted again! Today we went for breakfast for Mother’s Day (12 of us) we had to ask a waitress to come over and take our order as they took so long! The music for a Sunday morning was SO loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk! We asked about 4 times for it to be turned down! We ordered our food and drinks and it took soo long for the drinks to come! The teas were all warm not hot! When the breakfasts all came 45 minutes later there were so many problems that we were constantly complaining! All the breakfasts came with bowls of cold beans, 1 breakfast came without bacon, 1 breakfast came with under cooked eggs which we asked for well done eggs! 1 breakfast came with no beans at all! When we asked for the beans to be warmed, they didn’t come until the breakfast were finished with! The only reason any food got eaten was because everyone was so hungry as we’d waited so long! But a lot of food didn’t get eaten due to either being cold or not very nice! The sourdough toast is a joke it’s 1 very small piece of bread (not toast) also cold! And surprise surprise when my daughter asked for waffles yet again they didn’t have them! We complained as it was really not a great experience at all and we were ALL very disappointed! They offered to take off the £20 service charge (which is so cheeky that they even added that) and £30 off the bill, which to be fair I wouldn’t have paid anything for the food that we received! I have given My Collier a few chances now but I will not be going back again! Very disappointing!
