I asked for no whipped cream on one of the frappes, guess what. I got cream. A third drink is missing completely, now I have to order again for my daughter because she was left without a drink. And will I have to pay for delivery and service charge again for your mistake? Yes.

Never arrived and lying saying it’s been delivered. Driver turned off location at the end of my road. Ordered 2 hours ago!!

Very noisy and toilets disgusting

Need a refund for the hot chocolate, had spilt in the bag and the bottom of the bag was soaked, cup only half full

had a missing item they must of been busy

ordered cisra ended up with kfc which I never ordered

It came late with my iced drinks melted and my toasted sandwich is cold.

Ordered carrot and walnut cake, got cheesecake

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie and got the complete wrong sandwich

Lids on drinks were not put on so ended up with no drinks

Love the place and the coffee and the one in gallows corner and south st are lovely.

Both Drinks had leaked in the bag , one lost over half the drink , the other over a quarter.

I’ve been to many branches and spent thousands with this company, Sadikas customer service is amazing and we all really appreciate the effort she puts into our premium hot drinks. Thank you

paid £0.50 for marshmallows, however they were absent from my coffee.

I ordered 3 coffees, two of them came half empty because the lids weren’t on correctly and they leaked everywhere when being delivered.

The hot chocolate was only filled halfway and the syrup hadn’t been stirred.

Drink was spilled with 50% missing

Was served by a young lady called Sarah (dark hair). Poor customer service! She was miserable!

Place is nice, staff appears so tired, rushing around and looks unhappy. You can't get even a small conversation or smiles from them. I had a mango frappe with bubbles on it but they gave me a small straw, I ask for a bigger straw and the lady didn't even bothered to look nor listen and just gave me the same size straw. Sad, as it was my favourite place to have my afternoon coffee.

Nice Costa. Needs more plug sockets in the seating area for laptops. Only one in the whole of the seating area. Signage within store telling customers about parking restrictions.

Poor quality, I'm drinking coffee everyday and I know what means a good coffee, defintly this shop is not doing by standards, they need to be trained again. This is my flatwhite, no creamy valvety milk, this is a latte!

Was horrible experience 😢 The waitresses fight between themselves because we went threepeople...myself, my wife and my daughter who has 6 years old, and they didn't let us seat together, even if was space enough ... in the end we're sat separated... my wife and my daughter together and me in another side of room. I get it is about social distancing but was space enough in one of the tables and one of waitresses didn't agree with. So bad experience.... the service was poor and the drinks make in rush because they've been busy at this time. However I Don't recommend anyone 🤷 😕

Not very big but convenient if your near by and need a decent coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful

I went at 5:20 today, they said it was closed, the website is writing at 8, the closing date is wasting time, it is very difficult to change the closing time

A nice place to grab a drink. It's inside Next so there's always lovely things to browse before or after you've had a drink and bite to eat. The service can be slow especially during peak times so be prepared to wait!

Best latte I've had by a long way compared to all other big brand coffee shops.

Ran out of Filter Coffee! Disappeared to get some then spent 15 mins talking in back room. Was cold when brought to table.

Free parking. Good coffee. I use this Costa a lot. The service sometimes seems a bit slow but the place is popular.

Not our first visit. But nothing has improved. A dirty environment. Short staffed and not exactly friendly. Coffee cups dirty, chipped teapots. I asked 2 members of staff for sweeteners and both of them felt the need to go and check the stock as if not believing me. A nice touch would have been for the woman to bring some to our table while she refilled the stock right next to us. Very disappointing.

Went to Costa earlier , was greeted with a bad customer service by the so called manager ? Was spoke to abruptly! Certainly no smile or made to feel welcome ! Was given the wrong coffee even though we asked for a different one to the one we were given ! And when we asked for the correct coffee was told no we asked for that one ! After a few times of saying we asked for a different coffee the manager said well have the correct coffee as it is the same price anyway ! In not a nice manner very rude ! Then didn't even give us a receipt , so the next person making the coffee was a bit confused ! So we had 2 correct her , then the manager served the next person after us then ended up.giving us their receipt & Lids for takeaway coffee ! So not at all happy with this so called service !

Really nice place to sit and have coffee and sandwich . Visited today around and two ladies behind counter were friendly and amazing. Great customer service. Floor and tables were clean.

The service today was very poor the two girls behind the counter were dull in the way they spoke to you wasnt a friendly feeling. Made my raspberry lemonde and only filled quarter way up and then just filled the rest with ice i had to quickly point out i didnt want that much ice and could i have more lemonade didnt even get looked at but did it with no smile not paying £2.90 for a quarter cup of juice thats just outrageous. Think these two young ladies need a little extra training on customer service

This is one of the coziest and swankiest Costas around with a nice beautiful view of the A12 and A127 including the Gallows Corner Roundabouts. Pretty relaxing experience to have a coffee and a sandwich in this Costa

Thursday afternoon it was great, one hour ago it was rubbish, staff very abrupt, impression was they didn't care, toasted sandwich was horrible, soggy on the bottom!

Good seating, staff and food. What else you want!
