My Treats in Bristol, City of

This place is pathetic, I called up and made an order for collection, arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up only to be told that there was no order, the guy hadn’t even put my order through. Absolute time wasters, went to complain to the manager and he said he will speak to the guy that took the order (short man with long beard) and I see them laughing about it in the back. Will NEVER be returning.

We ordered 3 chicken in pitta, Firstly they overcharged on prices advertised online. As in pics. Secondly the food was burnt. We ordered peri peri fries but they gave us plain. The garlic bread is advertised for £3 they charged £4.50. So they are doing fraud on prices. When we took food back the manager was rude that this is how food should be. Very bad service and low customer service skills..

Need basic level of customer service because they have zero customer service and have no patience. Price are different in online menu looted the customer. And low quality food burnt pita nan .also we order peri peri fries and we get only fries When we tell them manager said we serve like this . I just had a 2 bite and my stomach is disturbed the whole night . Bad experience if you visit please give a review so people are aware the owner needs to make some good training for staff

I am their customer, sometimes I go there with my daughter and most of the time I order through Uber Eats .The pizzas are very similar to the pizzas in my country and even more delicious. Twister frise is Amazing. Their behavior is also very good. One of my favorite restaurants 👍

I ordered a brownie waffle with ice cream which was really nice. They also have a variety of food available like wraps and pizzas. Will be coming back again.

I order waffles and pizza from here for delivery and they send me chips and a chicken wrap (I’m vegetarian) I’m like,is it so difficult to tell the difference between them items to organise them properly

Food is great, sevice seems to be an issue, where you have to remind the man at till again and again to make sure he doesn't miss or forget anything. Hope they sort out this issue otherwise a very nice place for peri peri

We went in for dessert. Very dissapointing. We ordered: two cookie dough and ice-creams - these were undercooked, almost sloppy. One chocolate incecream - very poor quality, didn't even have half. One kit kat milkshake - only decent thing. The kids had the cookie dough, as they'll eat anything sweet. But at the bottom of the tray was a hair!? Too late to complain and do anything. I would not go back.

the waffles are great and really well reasonably price i highly recommend this place. i kept coming back for 2-3 weeks now. the only issue is that the ice creams sometimes don't match the taste but its still nice regardless.

Ice creams were not too good. I think maybe because its hot inside. Don't think take away kebab with ice creams inside is good idea.

It was good experience. Pizza and chicken were delicious.

If you looking for quality food this is the place to go. Especially the pizza is amazing. The owner is a very humble and polite man always greets you with smile and looks after the customers. Highly recommend 👌👌

Lovely food and friendly service

I usually order from Deliveroo. I love everything. Their desserts are banging. My favourite is the lotus biscoff doughnut and the cheesecake. To die for!

On flip side of that I went to my treat in Easton and they said cash only Really…. Pay your taxes 😡

Great pizza and chips - best in bristol for a takeaway. Good customer service - they messed up my deliveroo order but then corrected it by coming to deliver the correct food. Thank you

I came yesterday and I ordered small pizza actually it was so small and they charged me £6 . Anyway quality is not good no good

Fantastic food and great customer service. 🍗 clearly beats Nandos and love the square pizza's 🍕. The only pizza i don't get bloated after eating. i hope they continue to maintain their standards as they have done so far. definitely recommend

now, honestly speaking, I wanted to give six stars, or maybe even ten but i don't have the option here, so I'll give five... we came multiple times for iftaar here and each time, as a sweet gesture, we were given dates and water (extras) as well as the food we ordered too! today, we were given pretty drinks/milkshakes, samosas, pillaw rice, fruit salad and dates as a sweet gesture to break our fast, and we were genuinely so flustered 😆 the service is always impeccable, right from the start ... every employee hardworking yet very fast, kind and respectful too. so, the food we order each time is always higher than the standard, always unexpectedly ones up itself and does better each time^^ the wings definitely being better than nandos, for sure, and especially as spicy food, im grateful that I was able to experience these wonderful recipes with truly amazing flavours, always always perfect☆ The deserts and waffles are always so pretty and we were given deserts as pretty as the pictures on the menu, almost exactly the same!◇ The burgers too, just, everything is so perfect and spicy and everyone there was really really nice, it was so so wholesome:) Again, thank you so much to everyone today, and I hope 'My Treats' does really really well in the future too - it really deserves all the compliments it does, everyone is so sweet there, and we were all so happy 😇

Peri lemon and herb wings are banging, even better than Nando’s. Their chicken wings gave me the will to live again. Also rly decent pricing

Awful experience - deserves 0 stars. STORE COMMITTING UBER FRAUD. During the below experience the manager insisted I only request a refund via uber even though the store were at fault NOT uber. This is because the store will still be paid even if I get a refund from uber. Ordered food via Uber - 1/4 of the order arrived. called store, spoke to "manager" who said "I knew this would happen, the driver has left the rest of the food in the store, here it is I can see it but you'll need to request a refund from uber." We were very baffled as the store had not offered to re-send the remaining order even though it was made and in the store - it made no sense for the food to go to waste and for me to request a refund. I offered to collect the food at which point the manager changed his story to stating the delivery driver had taken the food- suggesting the driver has stolen the food?? or incorrectly delivered it. I asked the "manager" why he had lied initially and he said it was him offering good customer service and being polite. We were left with <1/4 of order, full payment being taken and no accountability by the store. Dont buy from here and fuel there fraud.

I had the peri peri wings. They didn’t taste very fresh. The supreme burger was actually alright for a frozen patty. Low score because they over charged me and are ripping customers off. I Couldn’t get a pizza as the machine was supposedly broken

Had My treats before really really nice...but this time I was really disappointed!!! My order didn't arrive !! Spent nearly £30 on food here...I made my order at 9:00pm lastnight ..had a message saying food is on its way ?? No knock on my door not even a phone call to tell me if they where lost or ar the wrong door ...fairly disappointed !!! Even sent me how was your meal and would you eat from here again loool I did t have my food in the first place cheers !!!! I will be getting my money back thank you !!

We ordered few weeks 2 milk shakes(Bounty and kinderbueno) via Uber eats. Was excellent. But 2 days ago we ordered(Bounty and milky bar) this Bounty was completly different.. Without chocolate on the Cup and less taste... It was bigger Size so maybe you add only water for extra cash.. Milky bar wasnt excellent as well. I contacted in this case with uber eats and give you 2-3 stars there as well.

The grill peri chicken was good and enjoyed the cookie dough with ice cream.

Very unprofessional went today to have food waited for 40 mins in que then later was told they are not taking any orders. Was very unproffesional from the guy who was shouting!!! And to add the person who was taking orders was only letting people in who he knew!!

Perfect Grill peri peri chicken, square pizza was delicious, nicely blande milkshake. Will visit again 50% off. Win win.

Shame about the service, it was very slow and seemed unorganised. It took a long time for my order to be taken, then even started. The milkshakes were great though and they had a really good selection. Would love to try again and am hesitant after this visit, will put it down to them being newly opened though so hopefully it will improve with time.
