We tried the strawberries kanafa pot the other day and it was amazing! Also have my usual cornflake tart and brownie always hits the spot and never disappoints. Highly recommend x

I had a really bad experience at this dessert shop. The staff was rude and showed no interest. The service was extremely slow, and dessert was not only poorly presented but also lacked any flavor. This was my worst experience ever at this dessert shop. I will gave zero out of ten.

Manager rang me and took his time to explain it was not off and how the business works it was a nice touch to ring and explain seems like they care about customers Ordered San Sebastián cheesecake and a milkshake . Milkshake was fine how it is everywhere it’s hard to get a milkshake wrong . Below is Why I’ve given 3 star but could’ve been 5 star easily if below is rectified Pros : -large milkshake for the price compared to other dessert establishments - delivery driver was really nice and helpful - San Sebastián cheesecake was homemade - they listened to my instructions to make it very chocolatey - delivery was very quick - milkshake looked very aesthetic if you’re into taking pics etc Cons : - I rang up to ask if San Sebastián is homemade . He said it was , I was sceptical and said most places I’ve rang such as lilys desserts it’s frozen comes from supplier . Anyway they reassured an in house baker makes it . When it came I could tell it was in fact homemade however it had obviously been frozen and then defrosted. I could tell From the topping which made that part of cake horrible but rest of cake was tasty . If they sold it fresh it would be 5 star cake and 5 star review - no spoon. I know mistakes happen but this would’ve been a big one if I wasn’t home and had access to a spoon. I order usually when out and about in car so without a spoon would’ve made it Impossible to eat . Even at home I got cosy to enjoy my food and then had to go all the way downstairs for a spoon All in all didn’t think was worth my Money but appreciate these guys do homemade bcs as a baker myself I see mass produced stuff in most dessert places so well done for that

We got the Rocher and Bubblelicious sundaes which were good but the white chocolate cookie dough with a luscious scoop of salted caramel gelato really did steal the show and I must admit I kept stealing bits of it. Highly highly highly recommended one of the best desert shop in stoke

Order cookie dough they were lovely however my milkshake tasted as if the milk was off. When phoned up the lady on the phone said that's not true however explained I wanted my milkshakes to be replaced she didn't want to assist until I asked for the manager then asked what flavour I would like once told she kept asking what else do I want even thought I explained the cookie dough were lovely. Finally she took the order for the milkshakes again and the delivery man came and asked for payment however he was very nice and I explained it was a replacement But I will not be ordering from here again

Very lovely dessert shop, I ordered Ferrero waffle was Fresh and delicious. Only negative, is the parking as no near parking slots around around the shop unless parking the car on the double line

Don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews. Took my mother out (birthday!) for a treat to this place and the food was delicious. Staff were really polite too. Ive been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

My little treat on a Saturday, My Desserts defo great place to visit. A nice crispy waffle with fresh sliced strawberries, bananas and belgian chocolate on top. Tasted amazing just what. i needed for a pick me up!! Not forgetting a delicious scoop of mint choc chip gelato on the side! 😍 The Latte was on point too sometimes u go to places and its made too milky and not much coffee, but this one was good and got a full size biscoff biscuit aswell, places usually only give the mini biscoff.. staff lovely and amazing service ! Of course eyes bigger then my belly lool Will see you all soon 😉🥳

Just had a delivery. Of a chocolate brownie & American pancakes. The brownie is absolutely shocking at nearly 8 quid!! Custard freezing the most smallest piece of cake! U have got to be having a laugh at 17 quid altogether! Avoid!!! Not happy one bit!!!

A fun place, in Hanley I think the only one where you can eat waffles and pancakes, but too sweet, but big portions.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star! Awful customer service. The manager in charge had a bad attitude and had the audacity to question his customers as to why they were asking for things like cutlery or ice cream which had been already ordered. I have never in my life come across such horrendous service. To add, the food was appalling - rubber crepes and a warm tasteless mocktail!

Nice desserts especially sundaes and cookie dough which are as large as full meals. Area is a bit shady at night.

Worst dessert place I have ever been to looks ok from the outside don’t let that fool you that inside was so dirty flys all going around the Icecream staff was eating waffles on the front as they where trying to serve me I took my son and left this place needs closing down absolutely shocking

Ordered the MyDessert Special Waffle from here, guys the waffle was actually good like it was soft and still warm when it arrived. Bare in mind I live like 5 miles (12 minutes) away from the shop. I swear your deliver driver must be a rally driver😂😂😂 Keep up the good work guys!

- my strawberry delight waffle has 3 strawberries Went in for milkshake two months after the disappointing waffle The girl who made the milkshake had long acrylic nails no gloves worn- hygiene concerns… then another girl came to help her this one didn’t have long nails but just two seconds earlier she was cleaning the fridge doors and then popped up to help with milkshake then cleaned the top of the milkshake top with a yellow dusting cloth! I’m very concerned about food hygiene here

Don’t take liability for mistakes! Avoid Ordered desert which never arrived, after calling through to them to query the delivery I was advised they tried to deliver which is incorrect ad we have cctv at our door( no delivery was attempted) I was then advised by the incompetent lady that they could deliver the food again but it would be melted and cold and we would have to pay for the re- delivery! They also suggested they called my number numerous of times which is false not one calling on my cal log ( they also advised it was an 013 number which is not this area they tried to call) horrific little dessert shop and medusas are much better!!

Very bad service we came from Scotland the milkshake didn't come for ages then they gave a cheese cake instead of a red velvet. Very bad wouldn't recommend.

Worst place to get desserts delivered from. Will arrive melted and will receive wrong order. Management is the worst, act like children and steal money from you. Imagine paying so much money for them to get your order wrong and blame you. Disgraceful. Would have given 0 if I could.

Ordered from here a MnM milkshake for my wife and cakes nowhere does it state peanut on the menu for the milkshake my wife has peanut allergy so when we rang up to state this is dangerous it needs to be clearer tge lady at the shop just said I don't know what you want me to say its peanut absolutely disgusting this can be life and death with people with severe allergys just In it for the money cheap cake like it was from Kwik save out of a tin would not go back don't line the pockets of these robbers not concerned at all about safey

Second time we have ordered cheesecakes from here and they are sensational. We have tried a few places for desserts and most don’t taste anything like they should do but from here they are fabulous. Desserts look small but are so filling. Expensive but so worth it for a treat and a bonus We had a discount code. Would recommend the chocolate orange cheesecake and the lotus biscoff. Delivery time has always been spot on or early. The best desserts we have found in Stoke.

Ordered 3 different desserts, a sundae dessert, a waffle dessert and a gateaux dessert. Can’t pick fault with any of them, all three were delicious. Fast delivery, will definitely order again.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star if that was an option...Ordered 3 milkshakes at 9:20pm tonight, they arrived at 11pm at which the milkshakes were melted and watery on arrival, one was even broken and all over the bag. we rang my desserts up to complain about this which they told us we are liars and that they have a 25 grand machine which would stop this from happening? That would not stop a milkshake from melting no matter what you use. They told us that they would come out to our property to inspect them, they inspect them outside the house and Continue to tell us we are lying even though it's clear that they are watery and argue at our doorstep for over 20 minutes. Began to keep saying that we were wrong about what time the milkshakes were delivered(kept saying it had been over an hour when in reality it had been 20 minutes) even though I have proof of purchase and when they were delivered on my phone. They were told to leave the property at which he responded no. They then carried on to argue with us. They leave our property and they take the milkshakes back to "see if we could get a refund" they ring us on the phone and accuse us of threatening his staff and told us to come down and sort it and threaten him instead. He then said because I swore at him I was being threatening which i replied with "so because I've just swore at you does that mean I'm threatening you?" He then told us that we now aren't allowed a refund and are barred. I think this absolutely appalling and I will NEVER be ordering from here again, absolutely disgusting service from absolutely appuling staff...

Waited an hour and a half for delivery (should of been 30mins) on a Sunday night! Not the first time they took ages to deliver. The driver didn’t even apologise for being late and practically threw the food at my partner and ran away, ice cream was also melted Evidently by the look of the reviews they need a new delivery driver

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! ordered my food at 9.15pm and only just received this at 11.50! not only was the food over 2 hours late but it also arrives stone cold. I rang the company and explained this to them and all they could suggest was for me to bring the food back to the shop and be issued fresh food and this is after I've paid for delivery and a service charge! I will not be returning or recommending this business to anyone!

They don't even deserve 1 star but it won't let me give them any lower. Disgusting service! The so called manager was so rude after waiting over an hour and a half for our desserts that we paid for on my card, we called to see where our desserts are we found out that they have been delivered to the wrong address. All as the manager said to us is let me talk to the driver and didn't care what we said to him.

Ordered a nutella crepe from here and a cookie dough and milkshake. Cookie dough and milkshake were fine however the crepe was awful like cardboard and way too much nutella on i called them and was told someone would call me back but they didnt and theyre not cheap so will just make at home next time.

Food is nice but service and delivery horrible, placed an order to arrive at 19:50 at around 19:00 and it's still not here 50 minutes past the scheduled order time and when I've rang they've said it's on the way and hung up

Had quite a few milkshakes from here and all have been amazing, except for tonight when all 3 tasted sour. Rang to inform them and was told the manager isn't in for a few days, so will have to wait and he will contact me. Not impressed at all, a complete waste of £16:45.

After placing an order for 2 crepes with Nutella, I contacted them to include strawberries. Anyway, the driver arrived with the original order so had to send one back. I then phoned them to explain that I asked for the strawberries but they didn't have that message on the system, so informed them I have returned one back with the driver and paid for both plus £1 to have it delivered (10 minutes away!!) The manager than phones to ask why I have returned one back with the driver so had to explain again upon which he just said that it is not their fault (so...a customer is wrong then!) Instead of resolving the issue he told me that I had to wait for an hour for this to be delivered and explained that he has done me a favour on this occasion. When explaining that I had already spoke to their staff and that there is lack of communication between them I was told to forget speaking to anyone, you are speaking to the manager. Yes, a manager whom doesn't know how to treat customers. Better go further to Manchester and eat at Moonlight, at least you get a topping for free - all for under a fiver!

Ordered at 21:10 and was delivered at 23:50. When it came they delivered the wrong milkshake, its not the first time this has happened. Will not order again.

Regular customer at this place. The menu is full of choices. The owner/manager is great any issues and will always help you with your issues. Their waffles and crepe are always prepared fresh and in big portions value for money. The shop is accessible for wheel chair users and there is plenty of seating areas. It has great atmosphere inside with love music perfect to go with freinds and family for cheeky dessert. Next door chunky chicken do amazing spicy Peri peri so it's really great to have a dessert shop next door to cool down that burning mouth!.

Lovely dessert shop, though they are very inconsistent. The first time I went here the waffles were so light and fluffy but the second time the waffles were just dry.

Awful service, delivery was 25 minutes late and we only ordered 2 waffles, if you can't offer prompt delivery (with a delivery charge of £2.50) why bother at all? I had an absolutely phenomenal experience. Whenever I revisit the place, I’m treated like ROYALTY. I ordered a Kinder Bueno Milkshake, and, what can I say? It was out of this world. The staff working there were friendly and approachable, the toilets are clean, so are the seats and tables. If you find that your table is dirty, just ask the staff and they’ll come right away. Best dessert shop in Staffordshire. I recommend that you ignore most of the negative reviews as they are just for orders. They may have had unfortunate situations. All I can say is, go to the shop and see for yourself.

Horrible place You walk in Sit down and no one approaches you for next 5 mins you walk to the counter and staff looks at you and ignore you. Also staff has a strange attitude as if they are celebrities and doing this as community hours for a punishment. However the only good thing was the girl who served us our ice-cream. She was pleasant and approachable unlike the rest of the celebrities doing community work. If you are spending money and want people to be obliged for your visit then go somewhere else where people are approachable and ready to respond even if they tell you to give them 5 mins. If you want to be treated like a worthless piece of **** then you are most welcome to visit them and they will make sure you are treated like one.
