Order Never came within 50mins. Called both numbers and they both invalid Unsure how to reclaim my money back from them. Disappointed as was looking forward to the order

We were visiting family in Walton and noticed the place as we drove past. I popped in to ask if they had any vegan ice creams as my son has a dairy allergy. They had a choice of 4 different flavours! I took my son the next day and he was absolutely thrilled to have a choice. If I hadn’t have called in to ask there is nowhere on the printed menu, website or app that says these options are available. The staff were helpful, portions a good size at good prices. As a parent of a child with allergies I would travel to somewhere that gave my son choices as it doesn’t happen often. I would highly recommend that you promote yourselves as having some vegan options!
