Few of my mates went here as it looked as a welcoming nice shop, to our surprise the owners were very disrespectful, speaking they’re own language and laughing at us also while ordering they tried doubling the price and charging us 2X the amount it is meant to be and later on in the evening my stomach was killing, I had to go to hospital to get it checked out and found out they sold us nearly a year out of date milk horrible experience WATCH OUT THIS PLACE!!

Ordered in early October and the food never arrived. Just left it as an assumed mistake on their part as I have received previous orders before. Placed a recent order and the exact thing happened, no delivery or contact from the restaurant. It's impossible to contact them directly as all their telephone numbers do not work or are not valid numbers. Don't place an online order through their website as you likely just won't receive it at all.

Ordered one evening last week to then receive a text stating my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock ( assured we would receive a refund - still waiting). Ordered tonight as a treat for the children, 2 hours later and we've still not received the order. Zero communication from the shop and unable to contact them as no numbers work. Highly doubt we'll receive this refund either. Such a shame as up until now we've had no problems. Won't be ordering again! SCAM

Not worth it. Ordered online for delivery. ETA was 50 mins. After an hour and a half tried calling (all numbers are invalid). Finally drove to the shop when the driver actually called me complaining he had been outside my house for 10 minutes. He hadn’t at all as it took me a couple of minutes to reach the shop. My son answered the door to him and I heard him also complaining to my son he had been sat outside for 10 minutes. He had been there max 2, and hadn’t bothered to ring the doorbell. Food was cold and uninteresting. A real shame as it could be a great place if they got their act together.

The shops looks nice and if you order in person they make nice cookies and milkshakes. I would avoid ordering on line as I placed an order and never received it, did try calling but all numbers for the shop don't work so don't bother calling them. I was told I was given a refund which never appeared and I was told to ring the company that do their online order's. As they manage this can't understand why they didn't sort it as I ordered from them. Has potential to be a good desert place but if you are wanting a refund for a online order forget it.

We were visiting family in Walton and noticed the place as we drove past. I popped in to ask if they had any vegan ice creams as my son has a dairy allergy. They had a choice of 4 different flavours! I took my son the next day and he was absolutely thrilled to have a choice. If I hadn’t have called in to ask there is nowhere on the printed menu, website or app that says these options are available. The staff were helpful, portions a good size at good prices. As a parent of a child with allergies I would travel to somewhere that gave my son choices as it doesn’t happen often. I would highly recommend that you promote yourselves as having some vegan options!

The Shrewsbury Arms is one of those traditional pubs with lots of nooks, crannies and little snugs. Add a roaring, real fire and it is cosiness at its best. There were the ubiquitous tellies on the walls for sport but, in much more traditional vein, there was also a large selection of board games for those of that persuasion. We were happy enough just to enjoy our beers by the fire, which felt particularly luxurious on such a freezing cold evening. Service was nice and this is a really good pub.

My twin boys and grandmother visited Cadalders at Trentham estate today and as per the last 8 years went to purchase a child’s teddy cone ice cream each - when asked what flavor they requested the dairy free vanilla due to a lactose intolerance they were told that it was not possible to have a teddy cone with this ice cream type and only if they purchased a full adult cone! I am appalled that despite being challenged at the time the answer was “that’s the rules, feel free to eat a normal ice cream!!!” so you are prepared to make a child seriously ill or demand additional monies – either is unacceptable, unethical practise and you should be utterly disgraced to operate your business in this way.

Called in today for a lunch , usually I have a morning Cappuchino and delicious teacake but today went for a Cappuchino and Cheese and onion toasty which was delicious! Came with an ample pot of Coleslaw and salad Lovely Crusty bread, I also had a "small" glass of the House Ros which was one of the nicest I have tasted and fully complemented the meal.
