Probablemente una de las cosas más sabrosas que he probado en mucho tiempo. El personal fue excelente y el servicio fue bastante rápido considerando la larga cola. ¡Le daría a esto una estrella extra si es posible!

Pedí un kit casero para hornearlo tú mismo. Faltaba una masa para galletas. Me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente y fueron muy inútiles. NO HAGAS PEDIDOS A ELLOS.

Había visitado mi masa para galletas. La mejor galleta nunca. El servicio fue rápido. La galleta estaba deliciosa con muchas opciones para elegir. El personal era amable también. Definitivamente algo para probar para los amantes de las galletas.

Visitamos hoy por primera vez y estábamos emocionados de probar la masa de galletas, pero nos decepcionó el servicio del personal, la señora que tomó el pedido fue muy abrupta y no fue de mucha ayuda cuando preguntamos sobre los diferentes sabores, ella Solo nos apresuramos a hacer nuestro pedido. Masa de galletas era agradable, pero el servicio fue una decepción!

I have visited the London branch of My Cookie Dough before and the stall at the Bullring in Birmingham is to the same delicious standard! The young man at the stall was very friendly and helpful, offering his opinion on the different options when I couldn't decide. Eventually, I took his advice and chose the raspberry and white chocolate cookie dough. The cookie dough and ice cream were delicious; the perfect treat when out shopping! Their more indulgent cookie doughs looked very tempting as well, and I will definitely be back to try them!

I was so impressed the other day when I tried this stores cookie and Ice cream deserts. The service was speedy, friendly and well worth spend on my weekly dieting treat. Best of all the place is gluten free, it reminds me of Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream. I really enjoyed the cookies and Ice cream and would highly recommend

Why wouldn’t you get the option with a candy floss cloud??! This place is absolute heaven! You can’t sit down near it to eat which is annoying it otherwise everything else was great. A great selection of different cookie doughs. Definitely order an option with a side of candy floss!!!

Okay let me start with the food - the food is fine, nothing wrong with that. And for the most part the people working there are nice. But in all the times I've been there, tried to give them a chance, I think just once they actually got my order right. And I hit the point the other day where I just gave up with them so I won't be going back. Which is a shame, because the products are great. The first problem was I ordered the higher priced red velvet cookie dough back in September and instead of telling me that there was no cream cheese topping for it (which...if you don't have that, it's just flavourless cookie dough) they squirted a tiny bit of cream on top that was melted anyway by the time I ate it so it was a soggy mess that tasted of cardboard. Willing to give them another chance I ordered a cloud with my sister, asked for a nutella one. Instead I just got the original which was not what I ordered. And I didn't realise straight away so when I realised there was no nutella I couldn't take it back at that point. Frustrated I wanted to give them a third chance yesterday only to try and order a cloud and they turned around and said they no longer serve them, even though it was clearly on the menu still and this had not been mentioned anywhere on the website or social media. Not to mention I did leave a public message on one of their instagram pictures once to say about my disappointment the first time around and any company worth their salt would have got back to me simply as good customer service, but they didn't. It's just bad. You know it's bad when the experiences of getting the order wrong outweigh the times they got it right. I'd rather just go somewhere else in the future.

Great place for cookie dough! Friendly staff and very quick service. The cookie dough itself is amazing too! Would definitely recommend!

I love cookie dough, it is my favourite dessert and the convenience of getting it on the go is great!

Order came quick and was very tasty. Staff were extremely friendly. Couldn't ask for more . Will be returning !

This is the one place I go to for a cheeky desert or just a sweet nibble whenever I go into the city centre. Such lovely staff members and service was excellent! I absolutely love the ube shake and white cookie dough! :)

Went there for the first time and loved it, the workers were great and friendly. The service wasn't too long and managed to get my food in time. The cookie dough was also amazing and delicious, would definitely go back there again!
