Been there twice now when it says it’s open and it’s closed. Looks closed down.

Great, filling and tasty burritos. Good to eat in or, if it's sunny, sit by the harbour and eat your burrito.

Simply stunning food! Unfortunately wait times can be quite long during busy periods but it's worth waiting for!

Great spot to get a tasty and fast burrito. Service was very friendly and informative, letting us taste the sauces before making a decision. If we ever find ourselves out of food in the fridge and need something quick, tasty, and filling, we’ll be round again!

Decent food here, but the management have got it seriously wrong. We went in dinner time on Saturday and there was just one employee in the whole place. He was absolutely brilliant, but had to deal with a hoard of Deliveroo drivers, whilst trying to serve customers. He very kindly prioritised in store customers, but there was a wait and it didn’t make for a nice atmosphere with Deliveroo drivers coming in every minute and getting pissed off when he told them that it would be delay. He was clearly under alot of pressure and it wasn’t nice to see - even though he did deal with it very well. Management, your staff deserve to be treated with more respect and that means staffing the restaurant appropriately. Otherwise you’ll lose walk-in business, Deliveroo business and probably your employees.

Popped in last night with some friends after bowling. Fantastic service, the server was really knowledgeable and friendly, gave us some great recommendations. Burritos were hands down the best we've ever had in the UK, and that chipotle sauce is mindblowingly good stuff! If you like tex-mex, go here!!!

Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I felt ignored and unwelcome throughout my entire visit, which significantly impacted my overall impression of your establishment. Equally concerning was the quality of the food. I ordered a burrito, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. The taste was bland, and the ingredients seemed stale. I expected a much higher standard given the positive reviews I had heard about your restaurant. Moreover, the hygiene environment was subpar. The cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but notice several hygiene-related issues that were quite off-putting.

The member of staff was poor and no customer service skills at all. I even saw staff using the same cultery for meat and Vegan/Veggie food!!!!!! The worst experience ever!

Over an hour late, one burrito was missing chicken, tortilla chips were all smashed.

I booked this place for my friends 40th on Saturday. Esmeralda and her daughter were amazing hostesses. They were there for anything at all that we needed. Would highly recommend this place. The food was absolutely amazing too - win win! Thanks again - we had an amazing time ❤️

I found this little Gem today by accident wile walking around Harbourside if you didn't try them you have no idea what u missing out! What a fantastic food and what a fantastic peaople running it this what u need in Bristol real street food with quality. Went to this venue for a quick bite. The member of staff was poor, disinterested with no customer service skills. Ordered a quessidella this was not worth the money it was pulled pork barely any pork considered it to be poor value for money. Would not recommend and would not go sgain

Usually delicious nachos, however, I noticed when I got home that the dips were missing. They were quite dry as a result. Was really craving your house guac. Still 5* as I love My Burrito, hopefully can get some extra dips next time :) thank you

We found this little gem purely by accident but are very glad we did. Early Friday evening but no long waits for service. A really friendly man served us with a good smile and attitude. Fantastic tasty pork pibil and a sweet potato hotbox. Both really good portion sizes and very very tasty. One thing I was very impressed by was the man serving telling off the deliveroo driver who hadn't brought his box to keep food warm into the restaurant and asked him to go get it. No one wants cold food and great to see someone taking pride in their food, wanting it served properly. We will be back next trip to Bristol.

Delicious food, great friendly service and a perfect spot just away from the crowds to sit and people watch. Usually get the vegan burrito or hot box, followed by a beer and a vegan brownie, before walking down to the harbour which is only a stones throw away. Hidden gem. Also their chipotle sauce is to die for.

Best Vegan Chilli in Bristol!!!!! Amazing portions and something I dream about now I've left the city. It's a great vibe in the cafe and great space to get some work done as a freelancer, accompanied by some banging food!

One of the best brownies I've ever had (I got the chocolate orange flavour), I go back especially just to get it! Burrito was tasty too and homemade.

Best burritos ever! Filled with fresh, homemade ingredients and extremely fairly priced. Service was friendly and super quick, making this ideal for a speedy lunch. I highly recommend the Fuego sauce but it's not for the fainthearted!

Put a sliver of pickled salad, when I asked for more she add the smallest sliver as a figure nail and moved the wrap quickly and asked what salad. She was really grumpy, as if I ask asking for free food and she didn't have any. I'm a customer paying £11 for a Wrap, I would think giving someone a portion would be fair? Graham I know its your wife but you need to have serious talks if you want your bussiness to stand on it's own without being feeling done over. This is 2nd time now, I thought it may have been a one off?

Very rude and unapologetic staff. Making error and miss hearing us and then forcing us to to pay for something we didn't even get or eat. Management needs customer service training.

Best Burrito in Bristol, tried from many places but just from them can feel all the ingredients, plus sauces are spicy as Mexican food should be, the hottest sauce its like fire in burrito don't try without something to drink or you probably gonna die in pain😂😂😂

Came here on a visit to Bristol, Feb 2020. Was hands down the best Burrito I've had. Back today, 18 months later and what can I say? Still fantastic in every sense. Keep supporting this family business anyway you can!

There was 12 of us we went to this restaurant found a bug or cockroach whatever it was should I have not been there that was disgusting put us off the whole of our entire weekend we were all upset we didn’t eat for the whole weekend we were very sick

Arrived very, very late. Marked as delivered when it wasn’t so had to call the restaurant. Burritos arrived soggy and cold, and nachos were completely inedible - one solid congealed cold mass with soggy soft nacho chips.

Wow wee that's what a Mexican should taste like. Very nice ingredients and their own sauce is out of this world and they sell them so of course I bought one. Very friendly staff and a clean tidy restaurant. Will definitely be coming back again and this place is definitely a 10/10. Loved it 👍🏻🌶️

My previous order was pretty meh but we decided to give them another go. We ordered today and they cancelled our order 40 minutes after we submitted it with no explanation. They don't have live tracking so the first we heard about it was via talking to Uber eats chat service. Really poor service and a lack of class from My Burrito.

The burrito I had was filling but it was fully stuck to the paper it came in, which made it hard to eat. The guac was not great. But it came early and was definitely a huge burrito.

Delicious, high quality food. Generous portion size too! Good options for drinks and desserts. Food was wrapped well and hot. Only docked one star as the driver wasn't wearing a mask. Otherwise I cannot fault the service!

Always divine. The jackfruit burrito is so succulent and full of flavour... wow. The sweet potato veggie option is also delicious, I personally prefer the jackfruit as it’s lighter, but both are delectable. Really appreciate the fact that vegetarians have more than one choice!
