Very sad to see another independent restaurant close. Use them or lose them! Restaurants like this support local suppliers and produce innovative food rather than the one size fits all that the myriad of restaurant chains microwave on the name of food!!!!

Service was excellent great attention to detail. Food was absolutely extraordinary. All in all best kept secret in Bognar. Unfortunately you will be missed but we will visit you at you new location in Arundel.

If you are in Bognor Regis and want to go for the best meal, place and service available, then I can recommend this place from first-hand experience. All were absolutely lovely and I'm so glad I read the reviews and booked here, without a doubt. The beef wellington lived up to its reputation. I make a very good one, but there's beat mine hands down. If I ever go back I'd be very pleased, I'm sure. Unfortunately, I live in London!

Had a table booked for 6.30pm on Wednesday night 5 adults and two children and as soon as we were seated the front of house Luis excelled we did not have to wait or ask for anything, the presentation of all 3 courses was faultless and the taste and balance of each dish clearly had been well explored, we will definitely return to this restaurant in the near future and I hope other people will enjoy the service and food that we did, well done to all the staff for making it a great evening and the surprise birthday dessert was the icing, keep doing what you are doing.🙌🙌

Great food, great service and, most importantly, the food is top class! Have been several times now for lunch and dinner and never disappointed. Not cheap but worth a visit. Only complaint would be it can be quite noisy at times.

We visited for Sunday lunch and were delighted with the friendly service, comfortable atmosphere and delicious food served using delicious produce simply cooked with a real eye for detail. Spectacular!

Shocking disregard of a nut allergy. Openly stated someone with a nut allergy was present and the first ‘starter’ to be served consisted of a ‘walnut loaf’, placed in front of the child with the allergy.

Came for lunch with my partner. We love mustards and have been many times before. We like the homemade bread you get, however this time they charged us for an extra slice which is the first time that’s happened. The food was delicious, although the potatoes on one dish was a bit salty! Had no time for pudding but always love the fondant!

I was hovering between a 4 and a 5, if I could give 4.5, then that would be spot on for our first experience at Mustards. Great food and about the right price for a fine dining experience. I have to say it was the best potato dauphinoise I've had. Sorry to say that service was slow towards the end as they got busy and we had to catch the waitresses eye a couple if times, I'd say they are lacking a good restaurant Maitre de to bring the atmosphere and service together to match the excellent quality of the food and the classic decor. One of the desserts was a selection of ice creams and sorbets, but unfortunately, no ice cream and just sorbets! we would definitely return, and we look forward to our next experience.

Food was mainly ok, overpriced for what it was and some dishes were better than others. Smoke salmon and scrambled eggs were ok. French toast was incredibly stingy, salmon royal was served on cheap over-toasted muffins. Aside from the food to attitude of the server was poor, clearly not happy with a few minor alternations and then made me feel bad for paying on AMEX when I had not been advised they don’t take it (and they clearly do!) if you don’t want to take AMEX, don’t. What’s the benefit in gilt tripping your customers afterwards?! Not awful but I won’t be rushing back
