Sit outside or in, stroll down Widcombe’s shopping area or over the road, next to the river, all the way to picturesque Pulteney Bridge. Relax. Or meet for a business meeting that can’t fail to go well. MUS is a MUST.

Located just at the start of Widcombe's attractive 'High Street' I enjoyed a nice coffee in the back room, up a few stairs. Managed to share a table and all in all a nice part of my day in Bath/Widcombe. Recommended.

Sat outside for breakfast having walked across from the large budget hotel across the road. Staff were really friendly and we enjoyed lovely coffee, porridge with honey and a toasted bacon sandwich. Would definitely return on our next visit to Bath.

Dropped in for a coffee one recent fine weather morning. Was greeted in an extremely friendly way, served an excellent quality macchiato and sat outside in the sunshine - very pleasant.

We nipped in for breakfast as it was very close to the Travel Lodge we were staying in and we wanted to do our own thing. Great food for me and my vegetarian partner too. Herbal teas and great coffee. This place is small but you can take out too. Well worth a visit.

Whenever we go to Bath this is now our favourite place to have breakfast. Very welcoming staff and the dog is always made welcome too! Lovely coffee. I had porridge last time and it was as good as I make at home. Lovely sausage sandwich and bacon, generous portions.

The staff are kind and friendly, they remember your order and ask about your day, it has a lovely warm atmosphere to brighten up the morning plus the coffee is fantastic!

Being a local there are less than a handful of Cafes that I'd go out of my way for a coffee and this is one of the very best. All the food is also equal to this but my 'go-to' is the fish finger butty, mustard one side / ketchup the other. Atmosphere is down to the customers as ever but the real key is that the staff make all the difference...By the way, you'll likely find yourself/selves staying a lot longer than lunch!

I used to come here once a week, but now I've upped it. The coffee is really good, the staff are chatty and smiley and the atmosphere is great.

Either my husband or I pop in every morning after dropping our son off for an early train at the station and the staff are always fun and friendly, the coffee is great and the freshly baked pastries are still warm. It's a great way to start the day as we always share a joke or a laugh with the lovely people behind the counter and some of the customers. I saw the team deal very politely today with an incredibly rude man who frankly deserved to be asked to leave - they showed great patience and politeness but told me he comes in every day to complain about something. I think it's a sign of great customer service to be able to deal with people like that and still keep a smile on your face. Great job, guys!

This was a nice find on a sunny morning! Really good coffee and helpful staff! The bacon sandwich was a little bit too crispy for my liking but was still enjoyable and my husband liked his ham & cheese toastie!

We were walking the canal circle from Sydney Gardens and found Widcombe along the way and a row of shops, including Mus.

This cracking cosy coffee shop can make a fair claim to the tastiest coffee in Bath: certainly the least pretentious. Proper coffee made using proper equipment, served up with a selection of light food - eg fresh sandwiches and cake slices and great bacon sarnies - and a friendly atmosphere. Lovely staff too, and lots of regulars, make for a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended - and just behind the railway station too, so convenient for locals and visitors.

This is a great place to go for a bacon sandwich and a lovely latte. Such friendly staff and so welcoming to the dog as well. Very fresh food, comfortable seating. Very popular

I visited Mus (pronounced "Moose", hence the logo) in late November 2016 and was immediately struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere. I had originally intended to have a quick coffee, but who can resist the smell of bacon, so off came the jacket; I was in for the long haul.

This is a gem on the outskirts of Bath. The service is excellent and the coffee is really good. I had a relaxing time here catching up with a friend, we enjoyed a coffee and a bacon butty which were both much better than anything I have had in 'chain'. The atmosphere was was calm and the place was clean. A great place to spend a lazy Sunday morning!

Amazing coffee, served by a real enthusiastic owner. Staff is lovely and the atmosphere is incredibly friendly, with regulars and locals always bantering over their cup of coffee and toast. A real coffee experience you will never get in the big chain shops.

What a great find - a small independent cafe tucked away in Widcombe. Friendly, welcoming staff and great breakfast. Don't expect a huge menu; the focus is on quality at a great price. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

This is an excellent independent coffee shop along Widecombe. They do it simple and they do it well. So expect great coffee, good pastries and paninis and an excellent atmosphere...really a delightful place just to hang out and chill. A delight

Mus (Moose) is a cracking little coffee shop doing simple things really well. Excellent coffee, lovely toasted paninis and quality cake, served up by nice and friendly people. The best in the area and a regular haunt!

Nice to find a coffee shop that is not part of a chain. This independent coffee shop was one of the few places open on a Sunday morning and with a couple of tables outside.
