The best pizza in Yeovil 💯 Great taste Great service Recommended 💯

My go to when I’m feeling a kebab would never go to anywhere else. Food is good, staff are polite & welcoming.

Ordered 2 pizzas different toppings , honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had , may aswel of just made ourselves cheese on toast and would of enjoyed it more the cheese on the pizza was to much it didn’t taste great either , the pizza just didn’t taste of anything just cheese the toppings lacked any flavour even when i picked them off to eat on their own and seemed like the tomato sauce base was playing hide and seek if it was there at all. We had chips and I can say they were nice enough good job cause past one slice the pizza was pretty much in the bin , waste Of 30 odd quid not even cheap for the crap qaulity . Yeovil lacks a decent pizza independent place that is good consistently.

Where do I start. Bloke in there was amazing, had a lovely chat, spoke to suat and haktan, both lovely guys and would definitely go back, cheesy chips were unreal too. 100000/10

Absolutely 💯 best kebab!! First time ordering from Munchies last night on Just Eat. Hubby had mixed kebab and I had lamb shish kebab with mint sauce and salad with a pot of chilli sauce. We both demolished the lot as it was so Delicious!! ❤️

Very nice people, kind and caring. Looked after my wallet dropped outside with all valuables still inside. Excellent food that left me wanting more.

Usually I would drive to get a kebab but I've just got out of hospital with a herneated disc. I went on just eat and put my parents postcode in BA22, this kebab place was the only one that said they delivered. I've be stung with this before so checked on their own website it said the same. I ordered our food at 19:10, delivery time was 20:35. I waited till 21:10 as there was still no arrival of the food. When I rung I firstly spoke to a man who said where's your postcode, they come to you. Then after me several times asking where the food is a very very rude man came on the phone and said we don't deliver to you. I explained I'd checked just eat and his website and it states it does, but regardless where is my food. I was then told I've cancelled your order we do not deliver to there and then I had the phone put down on me. I checked my bank account there was no money in back in my account, so I called off my partners phone and the same rude man answered. I politely told him that my money was not back in to have the phone put down again. Luckily after 30 mins it was in, but based on these very rude individuals, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered food, but food never arrived and still charged when calling about this issue, they refused to assist and said they had left, when they could’ve either left the food on the door if they did even turn up in the first place, and that they wouldn’t refund, lost a very loyal customer because of this

Aye was the best Person i met i Thailand. She is the kind of worker you want in a bar/restaurant. Very welcoming, friendly, sweet. She remembers you. everything.

The food is good not amazing, if you order through just eat you have to spend £30 to get it delivered and the it’s a £7 delivery charge we are in BA22! Not worth it!

Good takeaway food at a good price

I do like munchies and never had no problems before but ordered delivery and it was over 2 hours late and barely warm. I paid cash and i didn't get the correct change. I rang munchies and I never got an apology or anything. Won't be ordering again unless they improve

DO NOT ORDER HERE! We rang to order a delivery, it came about 45 minutes which is acceptable as it’s a weekend. The burger bun was stale and rock hard and as I was eating my chicken Shish I found a hair in it. I rung them up to explain and they said if we’ve already started eating some of it then we couldn’t have a refund or replacement. I found the staff very rude and abrupt!

Staff here are rude, the portion was small, the kebab was a wet mess and when I complained the staff were rude and refused to replace the order. Just kept saying whats your issue. Stay away from Munchies. Check out Polats Place if you want a good kebab house. I will not be visiting munchies again. I can see by all the reviews this is how they treat customers. Avoid

Tonight I ordered for delivery an xtra large kebab with cheese, cos was 10 pounds. It wasnt xtra large, it was a small by the standards of most other takeaways in yeovil. The donner meat was very dry, the pitta was burried at the bottom of the container in a pool of salad juice, the salad and sauce made it so wet it wasnt edible. The cheese was only a very light sprinkling. I called up munchies and spoke to a memeber of staff and asked them to send me another one, keeping the pitta outside the container and for am ectra large portion and not a few dry bits of meat. The guy refused and said its not a big issue, next time you order ask for the pitta seperate and ask for more meat. I said that I wanted the bad order resent, but was told no. There are much better kebab places in Yeovil, customer service here is poor too.

Ordered food which came in time however when I bit in to the chicken it was raw they sent a driver out with money bk and he was ordered to take chicken bk but didn't send any fresh so ended up with no tea

The food was thrown at the door like a dog. A 5-year-old girl was waiting 4 meters away. The pizza box was also on the ground in the mud and rain. I will never order again. I threw everything in the trash. How can a 5 year old child make a delivery to you. And to leave food on the ground in the mud I do not know.

Terrible Buisness. States they are open till 1am when I have phoned up several times to place an order at 11:30 and no one can be bothered to pick up the phone. What liars lol

Useless doesn't even cover this pathetic excuse of a takeaway, gave them another go as my partner really wanted food as she's about to give birth and they have let us right down, would reccomend them if my life depended on it

finished work last night walking home thought I would get something to eat never tried munchies and will never eat there again had a mixed kebab walked home which takes 10 minutes got home food was warn after eating it all felt fine next day however was a different story woke up very bad stomach pains went to toilet 3 times and if that wasn't enough was sick aswell so don't think it's a good place to get food from

I was reluctant to place a negative review as before lockdown we never had a problem. However our last 3 orders have been wrong. I rang them to make a complaint to be shouted at because I wasn't making an order. When I was passed to someone who could understand me, I was told their budgets were tight, he was losing customers by being on the phone to me and he couldnt help me. Such a shame that their loyal customers cannot be prioritised. No customer service, and nothing to rectify losing our custom. Hopefully I will be able to change my rating and review when their budget is not quite so stretched.

Shocking customer service! My wife placed an order through just eat. Which arrive early to be fair. However I would've happily waited,that extra time for an edible product.The delivery drive left the order on the door step which is no problem, I answered the acknowledged the delivery and proceeded to bring in our scran. I paced the boxes on the side and noticed my pizza box had cheese ouzing from the side of the bottom half of the pizza box. Upon opening the lid it was obvious that the pizza had been dropped of some kind of tram had happend to my dinner. So immediately I called the shop to explain what I was delivered. The abrupt person on the line basically gave me a load of waffle and It came down to the delivery drivers word against mine. All I was asking for was a replacement pizza and in a but shell was told no chance. Unacceptable behavior and a never to return customer. Save yourself from being robbed, go else where.

OK so I ordered from muchies a few weeks ago, unfortunately they got the order wrong and the response I got when i called was there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone on me.... So today I decided to give it another try so I called to place an order the guy ask for my address so I told him only to get a response I don't deliver to your address you complained so after you complain we don't deliver to your address no more then hung up. I call back to defuse the situation only to be treated with disrespect. I will never order form here again I advise to anyone ordering from munchies don't complain otherwise you'll never get another delivery.

Few weeks ago Im stopped in Yeovil on my way to London and took some food from Munchies. Kebab was like undercooked and chips bad quality. Not fresh salad! When I come back with complaint and try show to staff what I mean kebab staff was angry to me.

chicken burger was cold and the buns were burned, i got half full black burger, kebab was ok, the chicken wrap, wasnt even wrapped. really disappointed. what a waste of £20

Rubbish food, bland, way too much mayonnaise in the chicken burger it was physically swimming in it! Chips were gross, pizza bread was disgusting, chicken kebab was just thrown in and just looked a state.

Best in Yeovil Trust me I have tried all kebab shops in Yeovil. Muchies is the best special home made chilly sauce Loving it Superb....

Doesn't take card and the staff were unhelpful, I might have caught them on an off day.

Ordered £20 worth of kebabs, all of them were child portions with very little meat. Rang up to complain and they wasn't interested in doing anything about it. Will definately not going there again !!

I've never had a bad experience with munchies. They have always been kind and helpful to me. I've been in there and they have always been happy to talk. I've only had one problem with a meal and they were quick to send out a replacement and even gave us a 1.5 litre bottle of coke which may only be worth £1 but still showed they were sorry about the mistake. Since then there have been no issued.

Don't know why everyone is complaining. I think they are exceptionally good for their food and price. They are efficient with their delivery and the man who works behind the counter is really polite and very pleasant to speak to. Their kebabs are at the right level, not loads of grease but not dry, and their pizzas are the best I've had anywhere. Would 100% recommend them. I've been having my deliveries from there for pizzas and kebabs

I ordered a donner kebab last night, I walked 30 seconds to a 1 minute later and unpacked it, and the whole thing was swimming with grease, it was unacceptable, I called them the day after, and explained what happened, and they said why didn't you call on the day, I explained I had work at 5am the following morning and had to sleep in order to be in full working potential, I called them less than half an hour ago, and explained the whole situation, And they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me, I subsequently rang them straight back and asked them why did they hung up on me? They gave me a lot attitude which was disgusting! They said there's nothing they could do and hung up on me again! I AM NEVER GOING TO MUNCHIES AGAIN, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,

After waiting around 45 minutes for our food, the delievery driver called the number we gave them saying that they couldn't deliver to us, when given directions on a diversion route he refused to go that way and insisted that I get my motobike out at 12 o'clock at night. As im riding in the rain getting soaked through hoping that the water doesn't get into my phone and ruin it i get to the store. Once there I collect our order of Garlic Bread, a Spicy Pizza and a Donner Cobab, they left out the cheese pizza that we also ordered and paid for, this I didn't realise until I arrived back home with the order I thought was correct. So after being soaked to the bone and having to ride to collect our food that we paid extra to be delievered after asking specificly if it too late to order for delivery they refused to refund us the £4 extra that we paid and instead gave us a 1.5l bottole of pepsi that anyone can pick up in tesco for £1. Also ontop of all that we get home and open to start eating our food to find out that it is STONE COLD! Will never be ordering from here again and would strongly advise everyone to not order here either enless you're willing to be messed around by a delievery driver.
