Munchies Deli in Sunderland

Munchies is a place where value is king – but it's not at the expense of quality. I've bought many salads from here because they're fresh every day. In fact all food is freshly made each day. Many cooked items are done when you order rather than being stuffed under a heat lamp. I recommend the hot meals too, such as mince and dumplings and the various curries on offer. It's fantastic value and tasty, no matter what you buy. I used to use a cafe in a nearby business centre, but on finding Munchies I stopped. Why? Because of the freshness!

Fui allí para comer cada día cuando estaba trabajando en una de las organizaciones de la zona. El precio de la comida es excelente, el nivel es muy bueno y el personal era muy acogedor. En general un gran lugar para comer en el trabajo y cuando me volveré de nuevo cuando esté en la zona.

From walking in the door there was an immediate friendly atmosphere and if you have been in before the owner normally greets you by name and can remember what your order was , and can you believe the food is freshly cooked on site and delivers and of course tastes FAB , thanks to all at Munchies.

Eat here all the time and never had a bad meal! The breakfasts are lovely and you get a lot for your money! Also, The spicy coleslaw is the nicest I've ever had! 10/10
