Munchies is a place where value is king – but it's not at the expense of quality. I've bought many salads from here because they're fresh every day. In fact all food is freshly made each day. Many cooked items are done when you order rather than being stuffed under a heat lamp. I recommend the hot meals too, such as mince and dumplings and the various curries on offer. It's fantastic value and tasty, no matter what you buy. I used to use a cafe in a nearby business centre, but on finding Munchies I stopped. Why? Because of the freshness!

Fui allí para comer cada día cuando estaba trabajando en una de las organizaciones de la zona. El precio de la comida es excelente, el nivel es muy bueno y el personal era muy acogedor. En general un gran lugar para comer en el trabajo y cuando me volveré de nuevo cuando esté en la zona.

From walking in the door there was an immediate friendly atmosphere and if you have been in before the owner normally greets you by name and can remember what your order was , and can you believe the food is freshly cooked on site and delivers and of course tastes FAB , thanks to all at Munchies.

Eat here all the time and never had a bad meal! The breakfasts are lovely and you get a lot for your money! Also, The spicy coleslaw is the nicest I've ever had! 10/10

Thank you Allison and the rest of the team - for the nice welcome and great service. We really enjoyed my Jacket Potato (Tuna mayo and spring onion)with orange juice, Scampi and chips with coffee. Plates were cleaned!!! Love the the good qulaity of the food and great service. Keep it up!!!

Leechmere RoadIt asks you to pick when i was there every night but doesn't give that option Drinks rubbish been telling them for months even asked the new manager to sort the drinks out nothing done then complained again about flat rotten drinks then barred me think she wants me to just give her money and say it's best pub I've ever been in she is sadly mistaken

Unit 4Used to order at least once a week as loved the food but the last 3/4 times we’ve tried to order we have rang none stop for over half an hour but call fails and comes up “caller busy” as if phone has been taken of the hook. At first we just put it down to them being busy as it often took a while to get through but became ridiculous after a few times. Tried to order tonight and started ringing at 8:05 and rang over 200 times and didn’t manage to get through before they shut. When I messaged last week to ask if they were having issues with their phone they never even bothered to reply. Such a shame as like I say we love the food but don’t think we will bother trying anymore, how they make money to stay open or surprising when they can’t even answer the phone.

35 Noble StreetThe app stated the food had been delivered which it had not. I called the restaurant whose mailbox was full. Waited and 10 minutes later the driver turns up with the food with no explanation as to why the food was marked as being delivered 15 minutes previously. The food was cold. Very disappointing. Will not order from here again.

1 Mill Pit, Wylam Place Shiney Row, Houghton-le-Spring EnglandDefinitely different from your average takeaway, we got the mega box which was great value with various meats and sides. Pre ordered and was ready on time. Great service and food prepared with love.
