There was a great Selection of food, reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this venue

We LOVE this place. Sam, Teresa and their team are warm, friendly, happy to see you and above all incredibly knowledgeable about food intolerances. They go out of their way to ensure the food you are eating is suitable for you and safe. It saddened me to read a bad review because I know it would have been fabricated. I'm coeliac and have never felt unsafe eating here. If you haven't paid them a visit please do, you'll start off as a customer and end up feeling like a friend.

Delicious food, great service, generous portions and good value for money. It is very dog friendly too - our dog Maisy was very happy to receive a freshly cooked sausage for her lunch!

Lovely cafe just opposite worthing seafront. Visited today for breakfast, staff were friendly and welcoming, lovely clean environment and the breakfast was spot on!! just what we needed for a day of shopping, Thank you Munch

Brilliant place for someone gluten free and dairy free like me. Never seen so many gf df options. Lady owner really helpful and took time to go through menu with me. Worth coming to Worthing just to visit here.

I eat gluten free and struggle to find a good lunch. Munch were brilliant. Chef even told me no tomato ketchup but mayonnaise as ketchup was not gluten free. My omelette and halloumi chips were delicious.

We were assured they could cater for a youngster with coeliac safely. They gave her a normal wrap instead of a gf one. AVOID

We went to munch because of the reviews and the fact the can cater for Algren’s my partner is dairy and gluten free and the lovely lady I believe to be called Samantha assured us that we would we well looked after , my Partner had the falafel wrap gluten and dairy free and he said is was amazing . We have been here 3 times in the last week because we know he can eat the amazing food . You can clearly see the owners and staff take pride in their cafe and so they should they are amazing.

My partner and I made an impromptu visit for lunch on Sunday. We were greeted by the friendly staff and the lovely relaxed atmosphere. My partner had the prawn and avocado chowder (which I sampled, and it was deliciously flavoursome and creamy), and I had a chicken wrap. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were perfect. They also had a great hot drinks selection. We were so pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem and will definitely return.

A hidden gem opposite the pier in the Royal Arcade.Eight of us with my coeliac granddaughter & my friends gorgeous dog visited for lunch today.We hadn't booked but were given a great table upstairs with plenty of space.The very friendly owner explained all the gf options available and so nice to have someone who totally understands the needs of dietary requirements. We all enjoyed our food breakfasts,paninis,omelette and gf sausage chips & beans for the little one 😊and ice cream with gf chocolate sauce😊So nice she could choose what she wanted to eat.Reasonable prices as well and some home made specials on the board that we would love to try another time. The dog was also spoilt and demolished the chicken she was given😅chicken or sausage choice for her 🐶We love coming to Worthing for the day and will definitely return to this lovely cafe.All the staff were very polite and friendly.Highly recommend to everyone as inclusive for all diets😊

A great experience, especially as they are truly dog friendly. Customer service was great overall, really friendly and the food/drink was wonderful. They actually asked if our dog would like a sausage or chicken breakfast and brought it over in a bowl. No idea if this was free or not but loved the overall experience.

Went here for lunch with family and were seated quickly despite it being busy, food was brilliant and well worth the wait. Definitely recommend the halloumi burger if its ever on specials again! Also delicious hot chocolates! Owner was super lovely and engaging too - have visited a few times now and will be our go-to place for future visits to Worthing as it never disappoints.

My wife and I popped into Munch yesterday morning for coffee. We were then tempted to share a breakfast bap. Both were excellent, so we returned for lunch. We shared a minute steak and onions sandwich and a chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich. Again, these were top notch The staff were professional, yet friendly, the retro 1970's decor fun and the whole experience was great. We don't visit Worthing often, but next time we do we'll certainly be stopping off at Munch.

We popped into Worthing for some shopping and stumbled across this absolute gem. I'm vegan and my partners mum is veggie, gluten free and has a garlic allergy. The lady who served us was fantastic. They are very experienced with dietary requirements and offered lots of suggestions for the best food combinations. The selection of food for both of our needs was exciting and delicious; a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be back......we didn't even get to the cakes so look forward to trying them in the future. Cute decor too. Thank you for everything you do to help people with special dietary needs feel valued and catered for.

We were greeted very warmly when we arrived. Very efficient service. My only issue was that my coronation chicken sandwich was a bit bland. Perhaps I’m just used to a bit more spice!

The second my wife and I walked in we felt right at home, with a warm greeting and directed to the perfect table surrounded by lovely decor things started off very well and that was before we had a look at the menu. So many things on offer and all reasonably priced. The food was delicious, my omelette was the best I'd ever had, my particularly picky wife said that her chicken, bacon & avocado sandwich was "exactly how I would make it at home (if I could be bothered)" - which is high praise indeed. The chips in particular were fantastic and the coffee was so good a second cup was practically obligatory. The staff were absolutely lovely. We don't visit Worthing nearly enough, but every time we do from now on, Munch Coffee Bar & Kitchen will be our first port of call.

We go to Munch’s whenever we are in Worthing and every time it has been excellent. Its a nice comfortable place with plenty of seating, exceptionally polite and friendly staff and a really nice varied menu at good prices too. Even at busy times the service is fast. Highly recommended.

This place is my mum’s favourite coffee shop in Worthing and so I’ve gone a couple of times with her and we have never been disappointed! The staff are so friendly it makes you feel so comfortable, I feel as though I could get a coffee on my own in here and be very happy! The coffee’s and milkshakes are amazing, my mum highly recommends the strawberry milkshakes and the crème brûlée latte is the best coffee I’ve ever drank in my life! Food is incredible! It’s always fresh and delicious!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

13£ for a steak and Stilton pie didn't sound to bad, so we tried it. The 2 inch pastry took up most of the room on the plate to be honest. The steak was really of the cheapest cut. The chips were sad and floppy. The carrots and beans were over cooked and also sad and floppy. The luxury hot chocolate was without luxury. No whipped cream, choc flakes or baby marshmallows. The place was clean and the young staff were friendly and smily. The toilets had room for improvement in my opinion.

My husband and I visited Munch together this week. In fact it was my husbands second consecutive visit in two days! I am so pleased we did! Firstly, we were welcomed by very friendly female staff, who asked what we would like to drink. The food was amazing, I ordered poached eggs (actually, I would add that they were perfectly poached eggs) on a toasted muffin spread with avocado. My husband ordered smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The food was hot and freshly cooked and really tasty . The venue was lovely and clean. I would thoroughly recommend Munch. We will return to sample other delicacies on the menu. Thank you to the lovely ladies who work at Munch and compliments to the chef.

If there is a more friendly, better value eatery in Worthing, I have yet to find it. There is always a warm welcome from the ladies, and the food is excellent. Where possible, everything is locally sourced and well prepared. Well done once again.

My and my sister stopped here for lunch with our 4 toddler children today and were welcomed warmly by the very friendly staff here.
