We order from here every couple of weeks. The curries are really nice and great value on the 2 curry set menu

Have ordered the phal and Naga dishes last couple of weeks absolutely loved them pleasently hot yet full of taste and flavour with different rice's as well will definitely be ordering again

Had many a curry from here and normally spot on, but today it was absolutely awful. The grease was everywhere. Sorry to say whoever was the sheff needs to be removed or replaced. It's a shame as love the food from here, but after tonight I will be giving it a wide birth for a while

I have ordered many times from here but sadly not again..I ordered chicken madras chicken as tough as old boots and no taste! The puri bread was disgusting and thrown it in the bin! Chickpeas also no flavour or taste. Sorry but I will definitely not be ordering from you again.

Great food as always.. order from here every Saturday without doubt and not had a bad dish at all working my way through the menu best up to now is shashlik kharai.

I had to do this review quickly while it was still fresh on my mind....... First time ordering, set meal for two, poppadoms, red onions, mango chutney and mild sauce, Onion bhaji, samosas, Tikka masala, lamb Tikka naga, rice and naan..... Poppadoms fresh, crispy. Red onion's great standard, mild sauce generic run of the mill. I don't do mango chutney so I can't mention this.... Starters. Lovely Onion bhaji's! No stale microwaved messes like 90% of takeaways try sending out to people. Fresh, crisp batter but still moist onions, lovely spice mix!... Samosas!.... Just WOW! WITHOUT a doubt the best samosas I've had all year (and I eat a lot of desi and BIR food). Perfectly spiced and seasoned keema filling, with a perfectly crisp pastry! Mains. Mrs loved her Chicken Tikka Masala. I can't comment on this, as it's not my type of curry. But she said it's the nicest she's had in a long time! Lamb Naga. A really unique take on a naga base compared to other venues! A light fragrance of possibly mint to it? Slightly sweet on the tongue. And a beautiful Bangladeshi kick of naga pickle! All served with fresh salad, lemon and picked chillies. Pro's: All around the best delivery we've had in a few months. Generous portions. Best samosas I've had all year. Stunning naga base sauce. Speedy delivery l. Just all around a great experience. (Constructive) Cons: The naan bread was good. But it was a generic naan mix you can get most places. The lamb in my Naga was on the slightly chewy side. Maybe pre-cook a little low and slow to avoid this? But still edible, and the sauce made up for it. Would I order again? 100%

Food was so tasty, arrived piping hot and they kindly threw in some free poppadoms & mango chutney, the chicken tikka in my main was tender and full of flavour! Delivery time was quick and even arrived a bit early, bag was packed well (no oil leaking from curry tray) and the delivery man was happy & friendly. I think I just found my new go-to for a curry!!

Normally food would be 5 stars but the last 2 times i have ordered the rice has been a bit soggy and the sauce from curry is a bit thick

Usually order from here when I fancy an Indian but tonight was awful. Rice was totally different the naan bread tasted stale and the chips weren't so tasty.

We have ordered on a few occasions from Mumbai Kitchen and the food has always been delicious, hot and delivered on time (sometimes before the stated time). Tonight we thought we'd try something different so we ordered the curry box. There was loads of food (it filled a pizza box). There was everything in the picture plus 2 curries, 1 rice and a can drink (we haven't even touched the curry so that's tomorrow sorted too). If you like pizza and enjoy it spicy, I'd recommend the Mumbai special. The set meal for 2 has always been great, my husband especially likes the onion bharjis starters Thank you for a great service.

Tasty food at reasonable prices. We ordered last night. It's the only place I know that offers afghani style curry- I highly recommend! Only slight criticism and reason for 4/5 stars is that the lamb was very tough and chewy next time I will opt for chicken.

Not impressed at all food was with me in 30 mins from top of Langley to green st..... Only says 1 thing to me RUSHED!! LAMB=TOUGH AS OLD BOOTS! CHIPS= FAR TO MUCH SALT. NO MANGO /ONIONS = DRY SMASHED TO PIECES POPPADOMS!! EVEN A SMALL INDIAN BUSINESS LIKE BOARSHAW TANDOORI PUTS THIS GAFF TO BITS!!

We ordered the set menu for 2 (takeaway) and got poppadoms, starters, mains, veg side, rice and naan. Thoroughly disappointing. The meat in one of the starters and one of the mains was chewy to the point of being inedible and the rest of the meat was very dry. Both curries and the side were bland and uninteresting. The naan was ok. Nice little selection of dips with the poppadoms but unfortunately the poppadoms themselves were smashed to smithereens by the time we received them. Don't know when I've had a more disappointing Indian takeaway - can't recommend at all, I'm afraid. Very reasonably priced, but that's probably the only positive thing I can say. Clearly you get what you pay for!

Have the best experience with Mumbai Kitchen every time I have ordered, the food is always fresh and flavourful. My partner cannot eat onions and Mumbai staff went out of their way to come to the house prior to delivery, to check for allergen information- as my old number was entered when ordering. Most takeaways wouldn’t bother with this but they have the best customer service. Mumbai Kitchen will always be my go to curry place, best in Middleton/Manchester!
