Very nice meal served very quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. Menu good variety to choose from. Very good size portions, to big for me, can't fault the price where can you get 2 first class meals for £13.99. We certainly will go back and bring friends. Congratulations.

Venue fine, restaurant quite. The food was terrible. Got to e the worst steak meal I have ever had. About 40% inedible fat, swimming in grease with onions which were cold. The chips were OK

Went last night (6:30)& it was very busy with it seems just two staff, man behind bar who seemed to have patience of a saint & just one lady who took food orders working on her own. Our table was dirty & asked for it to be cleaned-we noticed that most tables were not cleaned when people left & others took their place. Pl note our drinks glasses were also dirty & we asked for wine glass to be changed. Food good but place needs good ‘deep clean’

I run a social Bingo group and organised a meal for 26 members. The Staff at the Mulberry are so accommodating and friendly. They managed our large group with ease, we had our Christmas Meal there in December and were so impressed we decided to return again. A happy day was had by all my lovely group. Well done to all the staff and of course the cook who manged to get all our orders right. They all deserve a medal with their patience.

Six meals ordered and not one arrived with the correct ingredients to match what we ordered. To mixed grills arrived with no onion rings Hunters gammon skillet arrived as gammon skillet without the Hunters topping. Two hunters chicken arrived without bacon cheese and bbq sauce Chicken signature burger arrived as plain chicken burger. No toppings at all. It was if whoever was cooking had no idea of the menu. Two stars given as what we had was ok , but disappointing experience.

My local, and love the menu and meal deals, so for a cheap meal for 2 you can't go wrong! Lots of space and social distancing and a lovely garden. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Lunchtime visit taking advantage of their 2 mains for £13 deal. Very helpful staff. Good selection of affordable wines and beers. Food, well cooked and presented Good value menu and pleasant atmosphere. Large garden at rear for the warmer days ahead.

Shocking food! From the point of ordering a sirloin steak to the sitting down to eat it makes me thing they just cooked an already cooked steak ! Chewy, burnt, and disgusting.

Great meal and friendly staff, especially Andrea. We had the sharing 24oz steak and camembert platter which was cooked to perfection with lots of sides included, great value. Will definitely be going back for more.

Been here a few times for food and drinks and has always been nice. Always had friendly service too from all staff but especially Andi who is always really welcoming.

Always come here with my mrs for food! Food is outstanding aswell as the service! We had a friendly service from a lady called andie who always made sure we was okay and our food was fine! Definitely will be coming back!

I have to say every time I walk passed this pub there is mess all around the outside of the pub surely someone could clean the outside area up every morning or evening there’s broken glass around the outside seats bottles and cans and general rubbish around the outside ! Please clean up the mess Im worried to take my dog outside because of all the broken glass

Typical chain pub. Lost a star rating for having Christmas decorations up in November. Good value but not quite as good value as Wetherspoon pubs.

We visited last night for a works Xmas drinks and food and was left extremely shocked at the waiters attitude while serving us ( he even swore ), when challenged that the cranberry sauce on numerous meals had been substituted for strawberry sauce, he asked the chef and the reply was the chef just laughed. If you are unable to cope with a large group then do not offer the ability to book one. Average. at best.

The bar was busy and with several noisy familes. Maybe normal for an early Friday evening. However we were a bit put off. We waited around 35/ 40 minutes to get our meals which we felt was too long. No info came from the staff about this time delay. May not go back. For us this twice now.

The best place around by miles! I love coming down here for an evening drink because the service is always fast and everything is kept to such a high standard. Harriett is a great member of the team and all the other staff always make me feel so welcome! My favourite day is Friday because they have a great deal on the challenges! Will never stop coming here.

My brother and I came for Christmas lunch again this year. The meal was of excellent quality and we really enjoyed it. The staff were so welcoming and efficient. The Covid 19 precautions were very good, our table was well distanced from others and we felt safe and relaxed.We thoroughly recommend the Mulberry Christmas lunch and look forward to coming to it again next year.

Given the current covid restrictions we felt that the lunch serring was covid secure.The staff were very friendly, appreciative and attentive.The staters and desserts were ok.We all had the turkey dinner. To be honest there was too much on the plate. Less and better qualty would have been preferred.Service was very good. Would return.

I've mainly written this review because of the phenomenal customer service we received from the deputy manager Craig. Took his time to explain covid rules and made us feel welcome and comfortable.May as well add, the food was actually beautiful and just added to the overall experience.Will be back there this week.Have to give props to Craig though.

Walked in and was asked if we like to order from the app or have a tab , we went for the tab , we sat and waited, and waited after 30 mins we decided to order from the app, 65 mins later we got a drink , some of the staff appeared to really not wanting to be there . The cleaning of tables was dreadful considering we are in the middle of a pandemic we watched one staff member spray the table cleaner and wiped the top of the table in about 2 sec flat not wiping the edges or even the chair tops . The staff had plastic face shields some were so filthy it was was absolutely disgusting 1 1/2 hours later we got our food which was ok . All in all not a very good experience and definitely not a place I would go back to

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me, especially when I couldn’t get an internet connection or change my chips for a jacket potato, but Min was very helpful and ensured my order was completed correctly.

Went to the Mulberry pub in Goring for the first time last week. Was a good venue with great people and great food. The pub itself was lovely and clean, social distancing measures were in place and clear. The guy that looked after us (Craig) was friendly, helpful and fun which made us feel more like locals than first time visitors. We'll definitely be coming back when lock down is over. Thanks to Craig for the heads up that we can use Just Eat to get that great pub grub delivered.

Despite booking a table for 6 just under a week before and co tacting the venue an jour or so beforehand confirming my booking and arranging a takeaway to collect whilst i was there, when we arrived we were told there was no table reserved for us they he was unaware we had booked!He then tried to seat us at a high table in the bar area, stating that was big enough for a group of 6. If you are drinking only, certainly not to eat. We left expressing our disappointment and managed to get a booking elsewhere.

Paul and Alison are now running the pub, and we had an excellent experience. It has been totally refurbished now & the pub is immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful.They adhere completely to the covid rules so we felt safe at all times.It is spotless and all staff wear masks and observe social distance.We have been going to this pub for years and I must say that this was our best experience thus far. We enjoyed it so much despite covid.Highly Recommened.

Nice to see a complete menu back! We popped in for a drink and decided to have lunch as our recent experience was really good. Medium rare steak was excellent and the chicken chilli mango skewer delicious. Even when the app played up, Alison sorted everything quickly and efficiently. Min was quick to clear the table with her usual charm and smile. This is really good pub grub on a par, and often better than some local restaurants at a fraction of their prices. The staff talk you through it step by step.Alison (who I think is the manager) is super helpful. Great service from her. Greene King should be very proud to have such a good staff member.
