We love it here, I'd advise going early for lunch or making a table reservation as it can get really busy some days. You won't be disappointed with the food, it is all outstanding, fresh and homemade.

Court yard located cafe in the Old stables. Busy place but we'll organised. Good selection of food and cakes. Ploughman's are good. Only negative are the chocolate cakes. They're ALL dark chocolate and quite bitter. Booking necessary if going at a popular time. Dogs now welcome inside. Horses welcome outside......😀 Toilets tired and need a little TLC. Its a lovely location. Bakery now established and open later in the week.

Lovely setting, nice long walk to get there (parking available if you drive) eat in or there is outdoor seating & take away service available. Been a while since my last visit, prices have shot up, but I suppose they have everywhere. Very busy today had to sit outside.

Such a lovely place the staff are really helpful and the quiche delicious. It was busy when we went but the staff helped us find a table.

Sorry but I don't think the food here is as good as it used to be and especially considering the inflated prices. Myself and a friend were disappointed with our meals today. We chose the Roasted Veg and Cheese quiche which was okay but had virtually ZERO vegetables in it so it wasn't as advertised. We had the salad with it which is coleslaw and a bean salad plus a general green salad. These again were okay but there is no choice of different deli salads like there used to be before. The service and atmosphere is good here but I don't think we will be rushing back again soon. I don't think you get value for money anymore.......

Wonderful cafe in the stables of Strelly Hall. Best full English breakfast that I've had in a long time - quite expensive but it's worth it. Plenty of parking. Lovely craft shops and an art gallery to look to round. Fast service and friendly. Can get busy on Saturday morning.

Only ever had great experiences here. Food is served fast and is a great selection of appealing light bites as well as consistent and tasty kids options. Also a lovely selection of dog treats, ice creams and cakes.

A lovely place to come for a snack and a drink, old world feel in a converted stable yard. Little shops around the cafe after for a peruse.

Lovely place, very affordable food and drinks, with plenty of choice. Although it was busy, we were able to find a table. Can get a little noisy as the adjacent dog exercise area means dogs are welcome and they sometimes like to join in with the chatting.

A beautiful café set in the old stables of Strelley Hall. They are now decorated very well with comfortable seating in the old stalls. Further seating for food weather is very plentiful outside as well. I had the Ploughman's platter which with a shared bowl of skin on fries was all very nice and presented very well. The staff were also very efficient and helpful.

I only had a pot of peppermint tea ☕ & a fresh scone with clotted cream and jam because the food was too expensive for a village cafe 😮 & the location isn't ideal if you don't drive. I went with ladies ex school leavers, & next time, we'll be sticking to a more realistic location to dine & that's a lot cheaper. It's not like we couldn't afford to buy, but we just couldn't justify the prices 🫤

The Mulberry Tree Cafe is situated in a village. To travel there is not ideal if you don't drive. I looked at the menu at home on my phone before I got there, & found the café's food was very expensive 😮 l just ordered a pot of peppermint tea & fresh scone with clotted cream. I was also surprised 😯 that the café's toilet was mixed sex toilet which l don't like 😖 Wouldn't go there again.

This really is a top cafe, lovely outdoor seating, great food amd drinks menu and plenty of parking.

The place is cozy and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, very clean tables and toilets. Many choices in the menu and they serve the best fruit scones and quiche in town 🥰

The Mulberry Tree Cafe is part of the old Strelley Hall stables. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The public use it everyday even though it is off the beaten track because of its reputation for good dining. At times it may pay you to book a table before the day of visiting as booking on the day is before 9.30 am. As a down side they do allow DOGS i my opinion dogs should not be allowed near food. There are a few gift shops nearby for you to browse in, plus an old style sweet shop, gallery and a teddy bear repair shop. Enjoy the experience you will not be disappointed

Was taken here a few weeks ago and now have been back a couple of times and in the next month will be there at least another three times. It's just so relaxing to catch up with a friend the food is excellent and value for money.

Excellent food and drinks in a super nice hidden part of Nottingham

A great little spot if you've come for the bluebell woodland walk. The courtyard and building (old stables) are lovely and the cafe serves a brilliant range of cake, ice-cream and light lunches.

We took popped in during our hack out with horses and enjoy mocha and a bacon butty. Just the job.

We sat in what was once stables and it was lovely. Nice service, lovely coffee. What a great place after a walk with our dog.

Never been before, good food, lovely surroundings with snowdrops out in the fields.

Despite being ridiculously busy today, we had to wait half an hour for a table for 4, the staff were really busy but still friendly. Our food came out quite quickly after ordering and was delicious. I think some people were taking the micky taking up table space. 3 men had a glass of water between them and still took up a table for 4 despite the huge queue but in fairness to the staff, they weren't rushed off so.... think next time I'll ask two more friends to come then I'll be able to book a table. Lovely to see that dogs are allowed in too. Coffee best in Nottingham BTW

The cafe was very busy when we arrived with only 2 high chairs avaliable, but when our food and drinks arrived, the waitress kindly advised that 2 lower seats were now available, which greatly helped my elderly companion.

Never even knew this exited...but my friend got me to meet her there and we has a lovely latee and amercano and thr vegan jaffa cake was delish. We did have to brave the flood but worth it.

Great place for coffee, tea and as I now know lunch. Really good homemade soup (choice of three!) and my wife loved her jacket potato.

Hot and sticky so we sat outside. Coffee was great service very good. They have added a couple of shops in the Courtyard so we nipped and had a look . Very nice but pricey

Fabulous place to go for lunch, offering a wide variety of choices suitable for many dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. Situated in the hidden village of Strelley as part of the Strelley Hall estate, the cafe is based in what was originally the stables, and the features have been well preserved. Portions were generous and mouthwateringly tasty. Very good value for money. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Car park is free of charge.

We had a fabulous lunch here with friends on a Thursday lunchtime. The cafe was quite busy but the food and service was good. As it was a hot day we sat outside and still had a choice of tables. The car park was quite spacious but there were still several spare spaces, including blue badge if required. Recommended.

Food was delicious. Generous portions. Service was fast.

Unfortunately, the only nice thing about this place was the surroundings. The tea and savoury scones were very nice. However, the cakes were quite average in taste, the soup had very little flavour, and the decaf tea had no taste. The service was incredibly poor right from the beginning; we weren't welcomed at all, with our waitress instead telling us "not to eat off the menus" condescendingly when there were no plates on them at all. We were not asked once served our meals if we were getting on alright, which would be expected somewhere like this. They also missed a item off our order for which there was no explicit apology, and our cutlery was essentially thrown on our table. Though I do not use these terms lightly, we all found that there was an air of bigotry towards our table, as there didn't seem to be any other people of colour at the café at the time. For these reasons, I would not recommend this café to anyone, and would suggest visiting the hall for a walk round instead.

Been here many times , very nice,but went for breakfast, a few weeks ago, had bacon sandwich, sadly bacon very dry, and bread was a bit dry too!! Won't òrder again.

I and my 2 friends are frequent visitors to the cafe,We wish the meals were smaller?The menu had smaller meals for the likes of us.Could you look at your menu and offer smaller meals for older people.We came on Monday the waste was awful.The soups are no longer appetising.thank you for listening

A lovely venue for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon tea. A repurposed stable block, it retains the original stalls for quaint indoor dining. Lots of outdoor space in the courtyard and a few craft shops to encourage a wander. It's dog friendly (inside & out), & has excellent disabled facilities. A great place to spend a relaxing couple of hours.

I gad a great bacon, brie and cranberry toasted sandwich which I would recommend 👌
