A nice friendly shop, supporting the locals, sit outside in the sunshine or sit inside, coffee is lovely, great selection of snacks, gluten free, vegan etc and light meals, always served with a smile.

This is just one of the best little independent places in Fareham and too many people walk by without realising it! Mandy, the owner is extremely friendly, as to are her staff all of whom are volunteers. The food is freshly prepared and the cakes, both home made and bought in by independent bakers are delicious. Vegan chocolate cake must be tried. Don’t keep walking past call in and have a coffee/snack whatever. You won’t be disappointed (and it’s far better than the pub chain opposite!).

Enjoy going in here but never get much opportunity. Mandy runs this to help teenagers get confidence and experience in the trade before they go onto other things. Menu is not extensive just light bites but it’s good and the service is excellent. Too many people walk past when they should be going in and having a coffee and slice of one of the excellent cakes on display.

Great business, lovely coffee and adventurous in providing vegan options. The quiche was really tasty and good value.

Mandy runs this with the help of her volunteers. She works so hard to keep it going and with so many other cafes and restaurants nearby she needs your support. The cafe is run to give those who need assistance with learning skills a confidence boost. It’s a small cafe doing drinks and snack plus the homemade cakes Mandy makes, all of which look delicious.

Only a small family run business. We are made very welcome by the friendly owner and her daughter. Good selection of cakes and the coffee in my opinion is the best in town, hot and very tasty

Very disappointed with the Restaurant. Didn’t stay in hotel. Didn’t get a meal either! Party of four decide to have lunch on Tuesday. Arrived just after 1pm in 2 cars so paid £2 each car for parking. Pub was very busy but the bar steward told us to use a table near the entrance door - and someone would come to the table shortly to take our order etc. NOBODY CAME. I went up to the bar again to buy some drinks and see what was going on. After the drinks had been dispensed and paid for, the same bar steward asked if we were eating? My answer was YES but I was then told that the wait for food would be 45 minutes to 1 hour! We were very upset to hear this and felt that there should have been some prior warning! We then decided to cut our losses and go elsewhere. By way of compensation, we asked if our parking tickets could be refunded? NO was the answer - this can only be done as a deduction from a restaurant food bill, which we obviously didn’t have! By now the bar steward was becoming increasingly RUDE. Our paid for drinks were still on the bar, untouched, but couldn’t be refunded either. The whole farce cost us £4 for car parking and £10 for the unconsumed drinks, and left us feeling very annoyed, hungry and thirsty. WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN and would advise others to give it a miss.
