£5.50 for a warm apple muffin and pot of tea. Nice surroundings, really clean, has a toilet. Food and tea are great.

Only permitted seating outside @16:27. Inappropriate for me due to mobility issues. No empathy. Shame as the produce looked interesting/tasty

Very imaginative menu. The flatbread with salami and sweet peppers is a delight. The staff could not be more pleasant. Happy, smiling faces all round. My only criticism is the cost of a bottle of coke is £2.60. That's rather steep.

Very friendly staff and fresh items. The standout for me was that they also had Halal options which I was not expecting. Latte was on point too!

Really rude stuff when under pressure .Ordered 2 stuffing and turkey wraps and they were stone cold,only a bit warm on the outside.Coffee was nice but a bit cold as well.When sitting inside you feel like they put pressure on you to leave.Prices a bit higher than usual.Not a great place anymore

Paid for my take away coffee but then had to wait while the group of girls went round the back for a quick chat. The poor young guy appeared to be doing all the hard work, I had to ask if someone could actually make my coffee. The sandwich toaster I could see in the background looked filthy. Can see why they are constantly advertising for new staff, if I was the young guy I would have left sharpish!

Service excellent, food really good. Compliment the staff for being so polite. Kept everywhere clean and cleared tables quickly. No mess. A credit to you.

Yumilicious experience of my son's first bday. Anushy thank you so much for being so kind to make little one's bday special. Sandwiches and the cakes were amazing. Keep up the good work. Will surely visit next week again on our daughter's 3rd bday :)

My son loves coming here for brunch, his favourite is the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with a hot chocolate, mine is the warm ham and cheese croissant with cup of tea. The food is really good, the tea is great and the hot chocolate is lovely and creamy.

Horrendous café. Staff had no clue what they were doing. The manager was screaming and shouting. It was honestly off-putting. We ordered two drinks both took 25 minutes to arrive (a smoothie and a milkshake), there was only 6 other people in the café...Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

This used to be one of my favourite places to eat, but from this experience I won't be going again! The two members of staff that were working had no idea what they were doing. I asked for a coffee, pot of tea and 2 bagels, the server had to no idea how to use the till and kept asking what we wanted. I scanned my loyalty card to which I had a free birthday muffin, she then offered me a deal as they were closing soon buy 2 muffins, get 1 free, so I could get my free birthday muffin free! I then asked the manager if I was wrong on thinking the my free birthday muffin wasn't included in the deal and he corrected it as the server wasn't sure what I was asking. The manager then asked her what she was doing as the coffee and tea was sat on the side getting cold, so he asked her to redo them and served them to us instead. Overall a terrible visit.

There's some decent variety here between savoury bagels and wraps as well as sweet muffins. The price isn't bad, and every member of staff is friendly and patient. The bagels are made with good bagel bread, which isn't something to take for granted.

Lovely food, the staff made us very welcoming well done

I’ve come to here to eat quite a lot recently and I love it. I think the sandwiches are well made and put together. The staff are amazing also, Rupali already knows my order without me having to say what it is. And Afreen makes the best coffee. I feel very comfortable in there and this is now my regular spot. So shoutout the staff and and shoutout the food.

Came here for lunch, and the savoury options are good for a quick bite to eat. Mostly hot drinks, muffins and cakes, as the name suggests, but they are very tasty too! Cake can be warmed up upon request, and service was good.

I've been in here twice now with my partner and both visits have been great. We've been served by the same man both times (he was in today, but I don't know his name) and he's the nicest guy ever; the bagels and coffees are also consistently delicious. The prices are a bit high, so we only go occasionally as a treat, but it's a perfect visit every time.

We went to muffin break as a treat out. The lady at the the till for a start was a little girl off ish when I was perfectly polite to her. We asked the muffins to be heated. And I was certain that I saw her put her in the microwave. My dad was asking where some of the food was and the server said sharply, “yes it is coming.” The muffins were stone cold. The sandwiches came but the coffee still hadn’t arrived. The coffee arrived, finally. She was offish when she brought that over. The sandwiches were nice. We got to the muffins. Dads was ok. Mine. DISGUSTING! Tasted artificial, weird after taste and texture wasn’t right at all. I wouldn’t waste your money. I paid £25.00 including being sold two extra muffins a didn’t even want. They were an Extra £3.60 altogether! Very disappointed.

Muffin break kindly made us cupcakes for our wedding day and Annosha and Jawad went above and beyond to ensure the cupcakes were exactly what we wanted. We had a consultation with them to discuss what we would like and they were both so so eager to be making our cakes for our special day. Communication has been top notch. Because they were so enthusiastic we had no doubt that they would present us with beautiful and delicious cupcakes and they really lived up to our expectations and then some! Thank you for the delicious cupcakes!

Lad behind the till was so enthusiastic! It’s great when you can tell somebody loves their job. Upsold us a bit too 😉. Wish i got his name. Coffees were huge and tasty! A bit on the pricey side but will go back when i decide i need a little treat 🤭

I would love to give 5 stars but I haven’t been able to go for breakfast yet! Every morning I pass on my way to work at 8:30-8:45 and it is never open. The signs say opens at 8 but the shutter is always down. Wondering if it’s a typo and it opens at 9? 🤔

Went in today for bacon rolls and drinks, no bacon they now sell Turkey bacon ! I mean why , I also noted that anything with ham in is now Turkey ham ! I think it is new owners,they also didn’t want to take cash. It has definitely gone downhill from many previous visits. Such a shame as it was our favourite place of its kind in Norwich . We certainly won’t be back.

Ordered tea and a milkshake. Cup for the tea was dirty. Asked for a clean one. Server took the cup away and brought the same one back. I think she'd wiped it but same stains still visible. I don't think we'll be coming back here. Young man who brought the milkshake to the table was very polite.

Definitely not value for money. The food that is offered is good, provided you're eating in and it's hot. But the prices...crazy. Also seems the staff are struggling, not sure.

Lovely spacious seating great for wheelchair access. Great food and drinks on offer. Beautiful cakes. Loved this place, fully recommend it to others, must try this place.

Went if for a coffee was told only paper cups available when clearly there was proper cups on the coffee making machine and then was kinda left with a very poor attitude and no help we always used and supported during lock down will not use again I don’t expect to be spoken to like that really disappointed

Beautiful latte and cakes. Also do snacks great food, great sitting area, spacious and clean clean toilets.

Usual a good place to have a hot chocolate. But today I was disappointed as the hot chocolate was cold. And one of the staff was very rude when I asked for a new hot chocolate as it was cold.

Okay place to eat but little pricey 3x Panini roll & 3x Flat white £31. Tables where sticky but there is limited choice in the mall to sit and eat as food hall closed.

Placed a deliveroo order for breakfast this morning - smoked salmon bagel, cranberry tea cake and a latte. Smoked salmon bagel - was charged 50p extra. There was cream cheese just on one side and other side was dry and a bit of salmon, nothing else and tasted sour. A bit of salad would have been nice Cranberry tea cake was a mockery to cake 🍰 was more like a dry bun 🥯 🤷‍♀️ Latte was okay! Thought will treat myself to a nice breakfast Friday morning but totally disappointed ! Not ordering again Muffin break!

Absolutely awful. Went in 4pm Saturday and ordered only to be asked would we mind takeaway paper plates and cups as closing soon...and also could we sit near the door as they shut at 5 and was winding down. We agreed, however, the next customers were allowed to sit further back in the establishment and were served their food and drink with china plates and cups! So discriminating and after mentioning this to a server, we were patronisingly told..."I will see if I can get you a free muffin!" Absolutely appalling service with over priced food served on paper plates and cups. Immature staff and a lack of decent customer service. The exterior looked inviting but, as they say,...you can't always go by looks alone! Never again!

ordered and paid at till, took a number and sat down, order arrived with in 5 mins, coffees, sausage roll and chicken Tikka flat bread were piping hot and cut in half, they must of known we were sharing, will be visiting again when next up the city

if you want a change from the usual coffee shops this place is good, varied menu sandwiches/cakes/buns etc all fresh and served to your table, coffee I had was excellent as was the mrs hot chocolate

Poor food, lousy coffee. Noisy, mainly due to the staff banging & crashing the equipment. Dreadful !!

First thing I saw from the bar is messy. Moka is plain, can't taste coffee or cocoa. The croissant is not nice either, should let the cheese more melting to make ham and tomatoes taste nicer.

I like the food here but not when they toast things without asking. Twice I’ve bought of them Once a smoked salmon cream cheese bagel = toasted . Totally ruined the fresh salmon Another was a salami flat bread. Again toasted without asking. Ruined the salami. Both fresh meats snd fish were half cooked half fresh. Disgusting A tenner not worth it. Please ask! Or don’t do it. Also give an option for toasted or not or state your going to do it anyway on your takeaway options via delivery or just eat. Eeew

Muffins were OK. Slow service even thought it was closing time, there were no other customers, I still stood a bit and there were 2 people at the counter, one just looked at me and walked away and the other was busy counting. but the muffins does the job.

Disappointing, had the salmon bagel, to begin it didn't remotely resemble what was advertised, the salmon looked like a paste and contained fish bones. For what I paid this is disgusting

Not about the service or food! But the one who interviewed my daughter. Ridiculous! How can you message my daughter and ask all the question of where she lives and how old is she and then tell her if she can work for you and then ask her to come next day only to tell her that she can’t because of where we live. How can you ask her to come after knowing where she lives and then tell her you can’t hire her because of that! Such a direct discrimination and insult! Waste of time! I have reported you to the government!

Smoothies are pre-packaged so can't take out ingredients you may have sensitivities to. Server came to table to drop off food with fask mask worn around chin. When we went it was after lockdown restrictions had lifted but if you're required by your employer to wear them at least wear them properly!

Bacon roll was so hard I couldn't eat it so I returned it to be told that it would be replaced with a bacon sandwich but that it was a complaint that had been received before in which case why had the problem not been addressed? Muffin was not very special either. Not a happy experience and one that probably will not be repeated.

Not about their product or service. My son recently had an interview here for a part time job. He was interviewed off and on as the manager kept leaving to serve customers. He was then told if he was to be offered a position he needed to relocate as there were no buses for a 6 a.m. start. Relocate? It is a low paid part time job! I was upset, not at his not getting the job, but the logistics could have easily been sorted before any interview. Waste of a day for my son, and he is on a cooking course. I suspect there is poor man-management at this place, and my son agrees it is probably best he does not work there. Poor man management is correlated to poor customer service.

Nice light muffins, could eat every day without feeling like I've made a pig of myself (apple crumble muffin is the best). I wouldn't, however, recommend the savoury items, since they are always far too under filled.

This place was great! It was lively and i loved the service. The only problem is that its quite expensive but it is amazing food!
