Every day, this store activates the Deliveroo and Uber Eats systems early. However, when drivers arrive to collect the orders, the store is either closed or the food is not ready yet—it’s still in the oven. Please make sure to switch on your Deliveroo or Uber Eats system only when everything is fully prepared. This way, drivers don’t waste time and fuel going to your store for nothing. Drivers spend their own money on fuel and lose valuable time when orders aren’t ready.

Went to Muffin Break for brunch - had the Eggs Benny which was really nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful (I go in most weeks).

Absolutely love this coffee shop, staff are amazing. My husband and myself come here nearly everyday. That are so welcoming, and always with a smile. Can not praise them enough

This is my usual go to stop for a quick coffee and bite. Staff are always very friendly and efficient. Can get busy around lunchtime as is situated in a shopping mall but many customers don't seem to realise that there is seating just outside as well as the in house. Staff work hard but when busy you may have a wait a little while for your stuff so not for you if you are an impatient sort. Decor is modern and functional, nothing special. Prices for food not cheap but not overly dear in these times.

Lovely place, we had coffee, hot chocolate, and a sweet treat each, and it was great quality for the money, couldn't fault it. Staff are super friendly, patient and helpful.

Been coming here almost 10 years, always been great service and great coffee, pistachio cheesecake is my current favourite, Staff are friendly and efficient, no plans to go elsewhere!

Salmon bagel was tasteless, chicken tortilla was quite bland, would not have hurt to spice things up with seasoning..

Very bad services, they suddenly stop serving breakfast because they cannot cope with the loading - too many customers！So one day, when they have too many customers, they may not offer you any coffee! What a joke, what a cafe! I also witnessed a lady returning a full plate is breakfast to them. She said she is a chief, she think their breakfast is trash. Bad services and bad food.

Very disappointed by our trip to Muffin Break. Salmon bagel was cold,doughy and had hot fish! Wrap was bland and soggy. Forgot the cheese scone.Staff was friendly and the coffee is fine but disgusted by the food served.

This is my first visit to a Muffin Break and the coffee and the cheesecake were lovely and the staff had a great friendly vibe. The only let down was the furniture was quite dirty with crumbs everywhere I looked. That was the only let down to a very pleasant experience.

I always loved their muffins but this time I had to take a friend there and he also loved the muffins along with the autumn pumpkin spice latte.

Recently purchased muffins via TGTG, they were absolutely gorgeous, very moist and cake-y. Each of the 4 flavours was a triumph. Definitely worth a visit if you need a sweet treat!

Great spot with friendly staff and amazing coffee! The food is always fresh and delicious, especially the muffins. Perfect for a quick break or a cozy sit-down.

The cake i purchased (red velvet) was from the spare back cake that was very clearly out of date. Utter vile. The cake itself tasted so odd, like it had taken on the smells of coronation chicken sandwiches from a shared fridge. The cream had a tang like it had gone off. So dry! Shameful. Photo shows the cake, the rest was spat next to it into a napkin so no i did not consume half of it. £4.10 as well! Robbery.

We got Biscoff cheesecake slices (eggless) and Belgian chocolate pastries. It was scrumptious. I would recommend you to try their cheesecakes.

Tried ordering some muffins via quote request as their muffin selection recently on justeat. Deliveroo and uber eats never has the m&m muffins Mars or nutella muffins. After corresponding and requesting a link to pay for the order I never received any response. Edit: not sure where to supply my email address to you as the response.

Both food and drinks are always great, a very reliable option for breakfast/brunch.

once again food was marked as delievered when i didn’t recieve anything, no attempted communication, i’m not using just eat again.

The iced coffee and muffin was lovely. However, my salmon bagel was hard, the salmon was grey and chewy and there was no cream cheese in it.

Coffee cup was impossible to get out the bag. Drink went everywhere.

Only critism is don't need much ice in Frappe.

First time trying this coffee shop, To be honest with you I didn't like it at all, The coffee was a basic one,I couldn't even finish it, the cake was definitely not fresh and far too sweet. The service was alright,the lady didn't seem professional at all, the atmosphere nothing to complain about . Expensive low quality food. I definitely have a better experience.

Hygiene is very poor watching the ladies that work there handle money and food wearing the same gloves even picking things of the floor touching the surfaces with the same gloves again and again its pointless wearing gloves if they keep cross contaminat touching a meat sandwich then muffins then making coffee touching the card payment screen all with the same gloves

Such a shame food and drinks were nice but service appalling. Ordered my drinks and a piece of cake, took a number and sat down and waited and waited and waited, after my husband went up a second time to find my numbered tray which was 3/4 complete had completely disappeared a young boy got a new tray ready for us, apologised, and offered a complimentary muffin, unfortunately my cake slice order was not on the tray so that had to brought to us. It just seemed like a total disorganised mess in there and I definitely will not be going back.

The food arrived on time. Unfortunately the three milkshakes had all fallen over and made the bags wet and were therefore only half full, we took a photo of them as evidence. The turkey Yorkshire wrap was burnt and therefore didn't taste very nice. The Nutella doughnut was nice.

Milkshakes were tiny and had no flavour, the panini was extremely dry and bland and I received the wrong wrap..

the food was lovely and i even got a free slice of cake. i will definately order again. my one suggesyion would be more cream cheese in the salmon wrap. there was so much lovely salmon but i could taste any cream cheese. great job over all

Very imaginative menu. The flatbread with salami and sweet peppers is a delight. The staff could not be more pleasant. Happy, smiling faces all round. My only criticism is the cost of a bottle of coke is £2.60. That's rather steep.

Really rude stuff when under pressure .Ordered 2 stuffing and turkey wraps and they were stone cold,only a bit warm on the outside.Coffee was nice but a bit cold as well.When sitting inside you feel like they put pressure on you to leave.Prices a bit higher than usual.Not a great place anymore

Paid for my take away coffee but then had to wait while the group of girls went round the back for a quick chat. The poor young guy appeared to be doing all the hard work, I had to ask if someone could actually make my coffee. The sandwich toaster I could see in the background looked filthy. Can see why they are constantly advertising for new staff, if I was the young guy I would have left sharpish!

Service excellent, food really good. Compliment the staff for being so polite. Kept everywhere clean and cleared tables quickly. No mess. A credit to you.

My son loves coming here for brunch, his favourite is the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with a hot chocolate, mine is the warm ham and cheese croissant with cup of tea. The food is really good, the tea is great and the hot chocolate is lovely and creamy.

Horrendous café. Staff had no clue what they were doing. The manager was screaming and shouting. It was honestly off-putting. We ordered two drinks both took 25 minutes to arrive (a smoothie and a milkshake), there was only 6 other people in the café...Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

This used to be one of my favourite places to eat, but from this experience I won't be going again! The two members of staff that were working had no idea what they were doing. I asked for a coffee, pot of tea and 2 bagels, the server had to no idea how to use the till and kept asking what we wanted. I scanned my loyalty card to which I had a free birthday muffin, she then offered me a deal as they were closing soon buy 2 muffins, get 1 free, so I could get my free birthday muffin free! I then asked the manager if I was wrong on thinking the my free birthday muffin wasn't included in the deal and he corrected it as the server wasn't sure what I was asking. The manager then asked her what she was doing as the coffee and tea was sat on the side getting cold, so he asked her to redo them and served them to us instead. Overall a terrible visit.

There's some decent variety here between savoury bagels and wraps as well as sweet muffins. The price isn't bad, and every member of staff is friendly and patient. The bagels are made with good bagel bread, which isn't something to take for granted.

ONE OF THE BEST CAFES IN NORWICH SO MANY VARIETIES Of CAKES AND FOOD. IT SMELLS SO FRESH THERE AND I HEARD THEY MAKW EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN ANS NOTHING PRE MADE WHICH IS SO GOOD AS WELL. I LOVED MY COFFEE LOVE THE SERVICE 10/10

I’ve come to here to eat quite a lot recently and I love it. I think the sandwiches are well made and put together. The staff are amazing also, Rupali already knows my order without me having to say what it is. And Afreen makes the best coffee. I feel very comfortable in there and this is now my regular spot. So shoutout the staff and and shoutout the food.

Came here for lunch, and the savoury options are good for a quick bite to eat. Mostly hot drinks, muffins and cakes, as the name suggests, but they are very tasty too! Cake can be warmed up upon request, and service was good.

Food was really lovely, especially the Duffin. The only thing I would say if the bread was on brown malted, seeded bread. I think that should be said on the menu what type of bread it is as the pictures aren’t clear that it is.

I've been in here twice now with my partner and both visits have been great. We've been served by the same man both times (he was in today, but I don't know his name) and he's the nicest guy ever; the bagels and coffees are also consistently delicious. The prices are a bit high, so we only go occasionally as a treat, but it's a perfect visit every time.

The amount of halloumi in the bagel and how thinly sliced it was seems a bit tight. I couldn't actually taste it over the other fillings. Other than that, I'm not hungry anymore so job done.

We went to muffin break as a treat out. The lady at the the till for a start was a little girl off ish when I was perfectly polite to her. We asked the muffins to be heated. And I was certain that I saw her put her in the microwave. My dad was asking where some of the food was and the server said sharply, “yes it is coming.” The muffins were stone cold. The sandwiches came but the coffee still hadn’t arrived. The coffee arrived, finally. She was offish when she brought that over. The sandwiches were nice. We got to the muffins. Dads was ok. Mine. DISGUSTING! Tasted artificial, weird after taste and texture wasn’t right at all. I wouldn’t waste your money. I paid £25.00 including being sold two extra muffins a didn’t even want. They were an Extra £3.60 altogether! Very disappointed.

Muffin break kindly made us cupcakes for our wedding day and Annosha and Jawad went above and beyond to ensure the cupcakes were exactly what we wanted. We had a consultation with them to discuss what we would like and they were both so so eager to be making our cakes for our special day. Communication has been top notch. Because they were so enthusiastic we had no doubt that they would present us with beautiful and delicious cupcakes and they really lived up to our expectations and then some! Thank you for the delicious cupcakes!

It’s saying my order was delivered but i have not received the item, at first it took a while for a delivery driver to be assigned and the delivery times got changed from 8:25- 8:45 then to 8:35- 8:55 so I tried calling the resteraunt 5 times them emailed just eat explaining the situation told me there were no drivers available I go back on to the order to look for an update and it says it’s been delivered which it haven’t

The bread is stale the bacon is not cooked food is missing and this is terrible don't give me yesterday's food ever again you don't want yesterday's food I just paid £17 for yesterday's bin you should have give it to the homeless last night

I would love to give 5 stars but I haven’t been able to go for breakfast yet! Every morning I pass on my way to work at 8:30-8:45 and it is never open. The signs say opens at 8 but the shutter is always down. Wondering if it’s a typo and it opens at 9? 🤔

Went in today for bacon rolls and drinks, no bacon they now sell Turkey bacon ! I mean why , I also noted that anything with ham in is now Turkey ham ! I think it is new owners,they also didn’t want to take cash. It has definitely gone downhill from many previous visits. Such a shame as it was our favourite place of its kind in Norwich . We certainly won’t be back.

Ordered tea and a milkshake. Cup for the tea was dirty. Asked for a clean one. Server took the cup away and brought the same one back. I think she'd wiped it but same stains still visible. I don't think we'll be coming back here. Young man who brought the milkshake to the table was very polite.

Definitely not value for money. The food that is offered is good, provided you're eating in and it's hot. But the prices...crazy. Also seems the staff are struggling, not sure.

It’s not a good idea to put butter in with hot packages. There should have been serviettes too.

Lovely spacious seating great for wheelchair access. Great food and drinks on offer. Beautiful cakes. Loved this place, fully recommend it to others, must try this place.
