Love this cafe, some really nice looking food, excellent coffee and the “duffins” are to die for. The milkshakes were kid approved. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wish we had this in our town! The place was clean and tidy. Highly recommended

I like that it's spacious and comfy. Small selection of muffins but quite tasty. Usual coffee selection and the expected customer service. They could improve cleanliness and possibly extend their muffins selections.

Lovely place in Broadway with decent food. A bit pricey, however and the couple of times I’ve been, had to go back up to till as something was missing from order. Nice place, but needs better organisation.

I had a lovely full English halal breakfast with a hazelnut latte. I’ve never had a halal sausage or turkey bacon before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The coffee was really well presented and tasted fantastic. No complaints here. The service was fantastic with all the staff being very friendly and amenable to my needs and the atmosphere was pleasant and unobtrusive.

I am a regular at muffin break . Enjoy having my drink here. The food is halal . Staff are so hospitable. They know my order so well. Large skinny latte extra 🔥

I tried this place because it said halal, anyways the food on display looks good, so we popped in shop looks good from outside but looks are deceiving, when you walk in you place your order an then you get seated the system is strange it’s like your being rushed to place your order because of people queuing the prices are overpriced, tables are small an close to each other not comfortable at all to eat food from. Tables not cleared after customers left, Cash or card accepted, paid parking on shopping centre car park. Will avoid until they sort themselves out. Poor management

Awful place! Expensive and low quality service and food. First of all I was charged for soya milk substitute, despite it saying on the menu that Soya is free. (Oat and coconut milk etc is extra, but it said soya would not be). I challenged this when I noticed, and the bloke behind the counter fobbed me off saying its policy to charge for additional milk. I pointed out the menu behind the counter, and it was just disregarded. I said they need to update the menu, and the bloke just shrugged. After waiting for our food to be brought over to us, a hair was inside the wrap. Its absolutely grim. Again I told staff and was just fobbed off. Awful service, awful prices, just generally an awful place. Avoid... seriously...

Good food, good people and good service. Before coming here I went to Costa but had to leave as they couldn’t accommodate my toddler’s special dietary requirements. I asked Hossain to make me a sandwich with just cheese (this was off the menu item) and he was so kind enough to make it. If he didn’t then my toddler would have gone hungry. Thank you so much Hossain.

Lovely place and food was nice. Just a few things that could make Muffin Break better is the staff being more aware of tables that need to be cleaned for new customers that want to dine in. The food also needs to be a little more warmer when being served as we had to ask to get the wrap reheated. There also needs to be more or better stock control so customers are not upset/irritated when ordering an item of the menu and it’s not available. Overall, the staff are friendly and the place itself is nicely designed.

the worker forgot to make my latté due to the bustling time I went in at, as he made up for it with a free muffin that tasted wonderful and my latté. I've been to this shop many times; this was a one-off situation, as the team didn't let me down.

Great Coffee Shop with good service and even better muffins. The food here is also really good and unique. Only reason its a 4 is because there was no halal options. Would love to have tried the Yorkshire pudding chicken tikka wrap! Coffee was great aswell.

Staff just let none customers walk-in and charge their phones without purchasing anything. When you speak to the staff about it they do nothing.

Lovely team, great food (breakfast bagels are extremely satisfying) and of course the muffins are good. But I originally came for a piece of the excellent cheesecake I found in the Harrogate branch, now I return regularly for the Turkish Eggs. Amazing!

I recently visited Muffin Break and had an excellent experience! The food was delicious, with fresh, flavorful muffins and rich coffee. I appreciate that everything is halal, except for the Red Velvet cake, which was clearly mentioned. The service was outstanding. Although Hussain didn't greet me upon arrival, he took the time to come over to my table to check if everything was okay, which I really appreciated. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, Muffin Break offers tasty treats and top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others!

The workers were so nice, greeted me and my daughter with a smile straight away and offered to bring our food to us. He was very polite and came to check up on us. The food was delicious. I’m glad that the service has improved from before!!

First time of being here. We ordered 2 coffees and an egg and cheese bagel. It was freshly cooked tasted amazing. The place is very clean and tidy. Zak the young man who served us was very polite. The staff were on top of making sure the tables were clean and clear. I don't come into Bradford often but when I do I will make sure I return here again. Thankyou

The worst coffee ive ever tasted, I asked for decaf and it tasted like just warm sweet milk. Paid £3.70 - the funny part was they guy said Enjoy when he handed me the coffee. I dont think he knows how to make coffee. I really didnt want to give it a 1 star. But i was walking to work with a coffee i wasnt enjoying.

Really not good…… I have now tried this coffee shop on two occasions to give it the benefit of the doubt. Both times the coffee is barely warm and spilling over the sides. The food is shocking, if you don’t want to be ill, don’t buy.

I never usually write reviews but I am here to say that I am absolutely appalled with the customer service as I was so intimidated that I was forced out by the rudeness of staff I treated terribly . NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP. DISGUSTING. !! I was choosing my food and she rudely asked who was ready to order and she looked at me and I told her I’m still deciding sorry and she glared at me and my pride was wounded !! P.S WHY IS THE WRAP 4 QUID?!?

I’ve been three times now and each time I have had incredibly rude workers there who made me feel rushed and rolled their eyes every time I took a second to think about what I may want to order. When one man brought our tray to the table he pushed my bag to the side in such a rough manner it ended up falling and didn’t even apologise.

Ordered Coffee cake for Eid and had already tasted the Coffee cake but my family didn't So I Ordered the cake for the Eid and it was so delicious and so moist I am only upset about the price because its too Expensive but we enjoyed the cake and I was wondering if I could get discount because will be ordering the cake again might ordering 3 cakes of I get discount The cake was so delicious. In an ocean of coffee chains, most of whom who have questionable ethics, values and business practices, Muffin Break is a refreshing and irreverent option. Located close to the food court, this independent coffee shop has wonderfully attentive staff, a great coffee selection, reasonable prices and just fabulous muffins. I went here for a quick coffee with the kids and had a memorable experience. The snacks were delicious, the coffee was piping hot and not liability-fearing-tepid warm and the staff were polite and über efficient. Highly recommended and soul satisfying.

The service was very bad. The guy who served me had a sad face on all the time. 15 minutes before closing one of the guy came over to collect my glass that I'm still drinking. I said I'm still drinking it but he said the store is closing in 15 minutes so he won't even let me finish my drink. Me and my friend spend about £15 20 there but the service was very bad

Wow wow wow. The smoothest velvety flat white iv ever had. The most delicious warm soft and crunchy blueberry muffin I could have asked for, packed full of blueberries. Will be taking home an apple and cinnamon muffin and one of there beautiful looking duffins. Thank you

So ordered a muffin and Victoria sponge cake and tea. The cake was rock hard. The member of staff said they could warm the cake and it would be ok. Unfortunately the cake was stale. The muffin was not great either.

• used to love this place, especially the mac & cheese, but today's was overcooked. • then, the scones was dry, the frozen butter can't even be spread on it. • ALSO, most importantly, the female server with tattoo on her arm was RUDE + giving attitude! so, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Spraying chemicals in cabinet while food still on display, spraying glass cleaner round them, 8 customers walked because staff ignored them, to busy spraying food with chemicals!! Won’t be back utterly disgusting

I went there a few months ago. The Tuna Melt was a disgusting 'Tuna Dissolved' thing on my plate. Service was appalling, Tables were not cleared. Maybe it has improved, but I'm never going back.

Went for breakfast and they had non of the items that they advertise of every single table!! Full english-not available, pancakes-not available QR code to scan to order did not work. Was very disappointed. If they don't do those breakfast items then don't advertise them on each table.

One of the most beautiful and relaxing cafes I visited in Bradford. It is quiet, clean, and has some privacy. The staff who work is very nice and friendly. The prices are somewhat exaggerated, but the place in general is beautiful and worth a visit. I spent one of the happiest days of my life there and I long to visit it again.

First time going and went for breakfast. The food looks really appetising but actually didn’t taste anything special. Coffee was average. The place it self actually was clean and nice to sit in after doing your shopping. I just probably won’t come back with the food being average.

Poor customer service, poor food quality control, poor system & people management. I can tell the owner has no control over his or her business. It will definitely shut down before Christmas or this time next year. I wouldn’t recommend it as let’s call it ‘High price but low baller’. What’s funny is after reading each comment the reply is exactly the same by ‘Kim’ to which I’m sure she or he will also reply to me which the same ‘please press on this link’ blah blah. Clearly no care for the business, they are there to make the money and go home. I feel sorry for the investors, if there’s only one business owner then they need to go back to the planning board… quick.

Nipped in to grab some food to take away, ordered two wraps and two cakes both servers were unwelcoming and unhelpful, while she was heating up the food it was sticking to the grill and ripped one of the wraps, instead of replacing it she sprayed oil all over it and put it back under the grill. Got to the car to discover the cake order was complete wrong we only received one cake which was not the cake either of us had ordered, we tried to call the store to resolve the issue but there is no number to call unfortunately. The wraps were small for the price but quite tasty would have been happy if not for the issues mentioned above.

Well, they need a dedicated member of staff on clean up duty, as we walked in all the tables near the entrance seemed to have finished drinks and plates on them. They had "no non-dairy options" for my coffee as they had run out. No children option other than a huge glass of Apple juice. My banana and chocolate scone was nice, but had an odd taste, that I worked out was the butter, it might have been me, but it had a slightly odd taste I couldn't place. The family sat behind us, their cake was dry and the babyccino was missing hot chocolate or something, the server seems to argue back about it. they got a replacement cake but left shortly after coffee undrunk and cake half-eaten. Very disappointed. sadly, first visit and will more than likely be our last

It's a great coffeeshop, comparatively priced to other local chain retailers. Plenty of space to work and plenty of plugs/USB ports to charge devices too- which is always good to know. Atmosphere wise there wasn't much of one...

Food was absolutely lovely! Unfortunately the fridge was only stocked with water so it was limited with the soft drinks. Plenty of hot ones available however. I had a bagel for my breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Didn’t manage to fit a muffin in but I’ll be back soon enough! Staff were lovely and friendly. They ensured that tables were cleaned and things were presentable throughout the time I was there.

Olivia and Zaynah served me on my two trips today! Both were informative and served me very quick. I got a cake on first trip and a Biscoff milkshake on second trip. They served me close to closing time but were so upbeat and friendly. Will deffo return again

Ordered a breakfast bagel to go. The member of staff was very polite and welcoming however the way in which my food was cooked and then packaged was very poor. The egg was raw in some parts and there was no secure packaging in place to keep the food ifrom moving around in the bag, which meant that most of the egg yolk ended up at the bottom of the bag. I enjoy the sweet treats from here on a regular basis and no complaints there, however this was my first time ordering something savoury and to take away. Just a few minor adjustments and will be worthy of 5 stars

would be giving 0 if i could for the customer service me and my husband have received on 2 different occasions. on the first time we was told we couldnt sit on the back seats as they had cleaned them. the have no manners and also refused too serve my husband a muffin at 4:25. when i asked the girl why they wouldnt serve him she tried arguing on the time he came in it states they close at 5 which he showed her. she argued with me infront of customers. then taking her self in the back too continue speakin about me whilst i sat and ate with my children. just rude!

Was really excited about this place when it first opened, but I think the staff need more customer service training, especially how to behave when it nears closing time, as they tend to give the impression they want you out, I was served in a disposable at 4pm once, went to get a coffee today but walked straight past as staff were stood at the door with a bucket and mop, this was at 5pm, maybe directors should do anonymous flybys at closing
