Popped in the first time, great service and lovely food, had a takeaway.

A bit cold when it arrived. Less than a minute drive from chippy.

i have cctv of driver pulling up outside in an audi and leaving again without getting out of car saying food had been delivered when it hadn't, now my children are without their tea

food was nice and warm and delivery drive found my address quicker than expected

Was cold. Delivery fellas never use the insulated bags you provide. Always come to door carrying the brown bag food comes in from fish shop

Ordered at 4.30 as online said 15-20mins delivery. EST time changed 3 times actually arrived after an hour. Food flat cold and spam didn’t taste fresh. First and last order from here

Not only was the food late and therefore only lukewarm, it's pretty galling to have been asked to walk out to the kerbside to collect from the delivery driver when I've paid nearly £3.50 in "service and delivery" charges. If your drivers cannot deliver to the door, they're in the wrong job.

Fish was lovely and piping hot however chips were barely warm and peas cold. Having said that it was nice quality food. I enjoyed.

I placed the order at 1:35pm. at the time it said delivery would be 20-30 minutes. as the time went on I saw the ETA increase. 2:35 I called them to ask how long before I would get our order. I was told take it up with just eat. waiting on driver. I said I would cancel but couldn't find the option to cancel. during this time the order miraculously was out for delivery. food arrived at 3pm!!!! absolutely clap cold and grease seaping through the bag due to it being sat for so long. diabolical.

Unfortunately my food wasn't as good as usual. My scallop was stone cold and not quiet cooked and the £2.50 curry sauce was disgustingly thin - like water with some kind of curry powder added. Not impressed .

App said driver was round corner, he wasn't, received message to say it was delivered. we hadn't received it. Called shop, said they couldn't do anything. Managed to speak to delivery driver who said he was over road, clearly wasn't, when he turned up, food was freezing cold. wouldn't order again due to poor service.

Have ordered from them before and would recommend them to anyone. Food always hot on delivery. 5 star review

I usually really like Bierley Fisheries, but the chips hav been a bit iffy recently. Fish sausages sauces etc are all perfect as always but the chips just havent been cooked through properly. Please fix this as this is my favourite fish and chip shop

Chips dry and some lightly cooked some so dry inedible, fish to overcooked very disappointing to dry to eat !

So, the food never turned up. The driver called and he was at a completely different address, even though correct address was given and then told me he could bring the food but he'd charge me an extra £4, so someone has majorly messed up. Last time i'm ordering from here again. Shame too, as the food is nice and we were a regular customer. Hopefully my refund request will get processed by just-eat as it's near £30

We have just had two fish and chips meals, including drinks and sides. Absolutely delicious. The food was excellent it was red hot and delivered on time. First class service. Highly recommended

Delivery driver left order on wet doorstep, did not wait for door to be answered. Food very good(10) delivery not good(4).

Lovely food... delivery was absolute nightmare.. Language barrier couldn’t even talk the driver to find the front door... why are non English people with zero idea how an address system works employed to ride about with hot food ?

Our Last Visit Here Will Definately Be The Last! Fish Was Not Fresh, Chewy And Dry, The Chips Were Like Bricks Stone Cold And Warmed Up, Very Poor Quality Avoid!!

Chips were cold and scraps tea cakes margarine and squashed fish warmed up peas cold and for £2.50 for a very small pot I could have bought 5 tins had fish and chips from hear before and where good won’t buy again £31.00 for 3 fish 2 chips 3 tea cakes and 1 mushy peas most went in the bin

Poor amount of chips, hard scallop, no batter on the battered sausage, good curry sauce. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again!

Perfect. They just took the time and trouble to cook Fish, Chips and Sausages exactly as we like them. Better value than most establishments, too.

I would call it the best fish and chip shop in Bradford, + very friendly staff.

Couldn't rate the food has it was 2hrs late , rung the restaurant who said where shut but food turned up hour later, already claimed for refund.

I left a note saying to deliver to the front door with the porch light on & they went to the back door if it hadn’t been for my neighbour I wouldn’t have known it was there & it was cold not at all happy won’t be ordering from them again

Nice people cold soggy oily chips frequently like this as he cooks to many at once for the number of customers … cash only yet takes cards for delivery possible VAT FRAUD or else why would you ?

Kept changing the time, it was cold & the driver left it on my doorstep in the rain in a paper bag. He was already back in his car by the time I answered the door.

No problem with with delivery at all. The problem was the food was cold it wasn't even warm enough to eat I had to warm it up. The chips some were still undercooked.

Never experienced a fried Chicken and Mushroom Pie before and certain don't wish to again. As the delivery took ages to get from the chip shop to my house, it needed to be put in the oven to warm...
