Excellent service with best Nachos I've ever had is, and really a nice Shisha 😊

Clearly states on their website that kids eat free all day everyday apart from Friday and Saturday evenings, we went in at 12pm for lunch on Saturday and were told this isn't correct and needs to be updated. I said well as it clearly states on your website that this is the offer then are you able to grant it today and then update your website, the man talking to us said no and gave no reason as to why he wouldn't uphold the offer on their website and that on Friday and Saturdays kids aren't free. He was a bit rude and looked miserable so we decided to leave as Im not going to give a restaurant my money if their staff can't have decent manners.

Excellent service and the food was quick. Ribs were really good, beats any smokehouse! Love the decor too! Will definitely be back

Ordered take away from them via justeat .. Extremely disappointing Ordered 2 burgers No information whatsoever on how the burgers are served when ordering (ie. Sad piece of lettuce and an equally sad tomato- no pickles, onion- also included fries , peeled frozen ones so kinda stale and bad- no information on that and ended up ordering unnecessary extra fries. The beef patty was extremely wide( most places that know to serve burgers have 2 patties so they can cook properly a d adjust bite) This is a 5£ burger that they charge 16£ ..38£ with service for 2 very disappointing burgers Definitely not recommended

Popped in for a drink, great beer garden and little play park for the kids. Didn't have any food but what I saw and smelt seemed good. I remember when this was the Crown pub. So if I rated as that, it's a really nice pub with low beams, great atmosphere and nostalgic memories.

Best Mexican food ever, we have been here several times now. Amazing nachos, awesome fajitas, delicious quesadillas. Can only recommend.

Amazing food and service as per usual

Took them almost an hour and a half to serve the food after they have served the starter which was bland chicken wings and gambas. No follow up or whatso ever it just took them that long to serve the food. Ridiculous!!!

La comida era estupenda, a un precio bastante razonable y muy sabrosa - porciones son enormes. Tuvimos 2 x nachos compartiendo platos para 4 de nosotros para empezar que era un montón - 1 plato habría hecho 4 de nosotros! Chimichanga principal era delicioso. Calificación de un 4 ya que el servicio era muy lento. Era un sábado ocupado, pero a menudo nos pasaron por alto y hubo unos 45 minutos de espera entre el titular y el principal. Tuvimos que ir a pedir la factura y cuando lo hicimos vimos al personal en el bar en sus teléfonos, lo que fue un poco decepcionante, ya que habíamos estado esperando unos buenos 20 minutos para que alguien viniera a la mesa. Dicho esto, volvería de nuevo.

Fabulous restaurant, fabulous staff. Food was amazing, large portions for the price. Lovely that the original pub features have been kept in place. Very welcoming and highly recommend. We will be back soon!

More like Muchos No NO!!! What a sorry state of affairs!! Unfortunately my friends and I (5 ladies) had a very bad, all round, experience... All started with ordering drinks - they were a poor quality, there was a lack of options, we could only order 3 out of 8 cocktails from the menu due to the bar not having the ingredients to make them. When asked could they not go and buy the missing ingredient (cranberry juice) from the store I was told to just pick something else. One of the cocktails was so sour and they only offered to add syrup instead of replacing it I ended up changing my drink twice as all were of a terrible quality. As for the Main meal... my friends and I were looking forward to a succulent traditional Mexican dish but once again we were greeted with more misery that we could not even drown our sorrows in alcohol due to the lack of ingredients. Food was mediocre , I ordered peri peri chicken with rice, salad and tortilla chips however, once again something missing, no tortilla chips were provided. Yet another issue for the restaurant to supply what is on the menu. Last but not least..... the bill ... I realised when checking my bank transactions the day after that there was a 10% service charge, nearly £30 ,the staff never mentioned it when I paid. It states on the website that groups of 8 or more will have a 10% service charge added to the bill but not for a group of 5!!! Overall - I will not be returning to this restaurant as they clearly do not care for their customers.

This place is 100% one of my favourite restaurants in West Sussex. The place is clean, Service is great and the food is absolutely amazing for the price. Always fresh and comes hot. I’d choose this over smith and westerns any day!

The food was amazing, my cocktail was good. We were so full we didn't have space for pudding. Recommend. There's a few parking spaces. We went before dinner rush, might be worth pre booking.

Quite nicely surprised. Came here for lunch. Good was plentiful and pretty good. I had fish tacos. Service was decent and they put the fire on for us which was a nice touch. Kid friendly

Compra uno y cócteles todos los martes, pero cuando pedimos, nos dijeron que esa promoción no se realiza en diciembre... ¡sin t&c ni mencionar esto en ningún lado! Long Island tenía muy poco o nada de alcohol en él, así que £ 10 por una coca dulce fue decepcionante. La comida llegó rápido. Satisfactorio. Luego, llegó la factura y no habían eliminado nuestra comida para niños, que también es gratis con cada comida principal para adultos. De nuevo nos dicen que esta promoción tampoco se lanzará en diciembre. Entonces, tienen la osadía (mi mascota orina) de cobrar el servicio obligatorio! Tristemente, el dinero hambriento señorita - vender significará que no volveremos. Nunca.

Absolutamente terrible esperó y hora para una bebida, camarera fue muy grosero y no servicial! Cuando nos preguntaron cuánto tiempo esperar por la comida y nos dijeron que no podía prometer nada en ese momento nos fuimos con hambre y sed!

If you are looking for traditional Mexican food this restaurant is way under par with food and service . We had previously visited and had received great food and service so was very disappointed this time around. Expensive, for what was served and the service charge was automatically added, which shouldn't have been, as the service was poor.

What a little gem of a place Staff really great and friendly. Was here for daughter’s birthday meal. The food was great we had starters for mains we had fajita chicken,sea bass. Which was perfect and enchiladas. It was hot presentation was great and there was so much of it. We will definitely use again when in area.

Came here for a birthday meal with friends. It was a Monday eve and not particularly busy. From sitting down to being served the wait for our food was over two hours!! Disappointed when it arrived, the wedges with garlic mayo, were badly cooked like warm oven wedges and the duck rolls which were supposed to be like a tortilla wrap, were spring rolls, it was like eating crap party food. It was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had and the time taken to receive it was ridiculous.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews however felt I had to after our experience last night, we are very regular guests and actually friends of the previous management and previously muchos nachos was my absolute favourite restaurant, I always had the one same order every time, unfortunately last nights visit has ruined that for me and I now feel I never want to return, upon arrival we were made to wait 30 minutes before even being served for any drinks, this was obviously frustrating so we even went outside to smoke during this wait having just arrived! Eventually our order was taken which was 4 cocktails and my food being the Jack Daniel’s Texas burger and fries, usually this comes with lettuce, onion, aioli, red slaw, tomatoes and Jack Daniel’s sauce but I simply asked for no aioli, or tomato and requested that instead of red slaw I had jalepeno jelly on the side, this is a simple request that I have had an enjoyed on every visit. It was a long wait and my food arrived before any of our drinks which is not standard practise for a restaurant at all, the food arrived without the jalepeno jelly and had to be taken back to provide this and once returned and I began eating I noticed it had none of the barbecue sauce, no lettuce, no onion and was completely plain and not what I had ordered at all, I decided to eat it anyway due to being hungry and the long two waits! But was surprised when we recieved no check backs and the bill handed to us straight away, when leaving I made my complaint as 12.95 for a plain burger completely different to what I ordered is just unacceptable and the only gesture they offered was removing the £4 service charge! It was a very disappointing visit, the service has comepetely gone down hill with one girl waiting a full restaurant on her own all night you can expect it to go wrong. I feel let down by the service and the waste of time and money on that meal. I have given two stars primarily for the enjoyable cocktails but that’s it :/

My bike was stolen from outside by a drunk. The Owner of the restaurant took time to drive me around the local roads to try to catch up to them. Absolute amazing guys and great food

Such a nice authentic independent Mexican! Rare to find these days. Inside is so nice and would be a fun evening out with music and a great atmosphere. Food was unreal and so much choice! Love how they do different varieties of things such as a burger in a tortilla wrap. Would deffo recommend and come again! Food portion size was also really good! Deffo value for money.

We stopped here on the way back from the beach. We sat in a garden. It was quiet, and chill. Food was very tasty and portions were of a very good size. Service was nice and helpful. I was pleased to see many GF options available. We left full and happy!

Always wanted to visit Muchos Nachos as it is a bit out of the way (unless you live nearby). We arrived Friday evening taken to our table, provided with menus and a separate gluten free menu, drinks and food order taken promptly. So far so good. The starters of garlic mushrooms and halloumi fries were great. We then waited and waited for our mains. No sign and the restaurant was getting quieter. It got to the point where I said if the food is not out in 5 minutes to cancel the whole order. Funnily enough our mains appeared instantaneously! But 50 minutes between starters and mains is not good enough. Mixed chicken and steak fajitas and a veg nachos plate were both excellent. The restaurant needs to sort out its service and in having a manager who doesn’t leave at 945 so that the young waiting staff can spend more time with their boyfriends than serving. But the food was excellent.

I was there for a funeral gathering , I asked for 3 teas as I could not drink as a designated driver. They had no" normal cups" they had run out ? so we were served in expresso cups , I paid over £2.00 for 3 mouth fulls of tea . It was rediculouse . I went up 2nd time and said could I have a proper cup this time, and hay presto a larger cup arrived , but no recompense for the previous drink . The food / buffet was average, but was not there for the food . Won't go back .

I’ve been going here for about 5 years and my family have been to the previous crown inn or whatever it was called before that. I have to say, it is an amazing restaurant and i couldn’t recommend it more. Excellent food and service and the general building is really nice. When I was younger, I did prefer the old playground but I can understand why they replaced it. Wether you were to just order drinks or a meal, I would recommend.

Great meal out with friends. Lots of choice on the menu, the burritos are particularly good! We went for a selection of food and shared between us, this worked great for us.

Food was delicious, good sized portions, nice atmosphere yet not too noisy so you have to shout. The service was prompt and attentive and all the courses came out in a reasonable time. Thoroughly enjoyed it and went home full.

Well, I just can't get enough of the chicken chimichanga, honestly so delicious I could eat 2 meals worth! Love their food. Thank you Muchos Nachos!

We had excellent meal and the staff very good. The only thing we didn't like was the 10% service charge added to the bill. as we like to tip the staff so challenged it. We tend not to go back when a charge is placed upon us. But it is very good food and i would recommend it.

We Had a starter, then a large plate of texas nachos with soooo much on it my wife had a chicken ciabatta. I have a big appetite and usually clear a plate easy, well I couldn't tonight! Big portion sizes really pleased overall had churros for dessert yum! I recommend this place and we will come again! You can ask for your food to be extra spicy too 😀

Visited with a large family group - food arrived quickly and was very tasty! Portion sizes were good, and there was an extensive choice on the menu. A little expensive, but worth it as a treat!

This restaurant has become my favourite takeaway treat. Despite living a good drive away the food always arrives hot and nicely presented in the boxes. It is truly delicious, the ingredients are of really good quality, the portions are big and the price is very reasonable. I was even cheeky enough to ask to swap one sauce that comes with a dish for another and they instead sent me both. Couldn't recommend highly enough and I've never even set foot inside.

Each time we eat here its amazing. Generous portions, very friendly and attentive service and really good pricing for the big portions of food. We shall return yet again, soon.

The food is great but slightly over priced. The waiters were miserable and took my son's food before he was finished. And then later took his drink before he was finished and it was his birthday! Nobody asked how our food was once. Will will stick to delivery in future as food just as good getting it delivered on Deliveroo.

From the beginning, I doubted that this Mexican restaurant would know how to cook delicious food… But the food was excellent! Hot, fresh, juicy! Portions were big. Chips very tasty. Salmon - perfect! The interior and atmosphere is very Mexican style.. Especially when the appropriate music was put on :) Only the parking is very small, only for a few cars.
