Mt Everest Nepalese Cuisine in Wirral

I have eaten in Indian and Tibetan restaurants around the world and the food here is on par with the best I've had. the choices were many and the beers are nice. service was excellent, it's a small place and it can be close proximity to other diners but overall a great place well worth a visit

Nepalese cuisine was good but the more familiar Indian dishes were disappointing _ lacking in hot chilli heat for the chicken Jalfrezi.

Went with my partner and her father, the food was really good; we all had starters and mains including the meat masala, chicken momos and kwati lamb, 3 empty plates and a great freindly service all for under £70 with 2 sides and 4 drinks. We'll definitely be back!

The meal didn’t taste quite as good as it usually does. Not sure how but it tasted more like a curry out of a jar. Not the best when previously it has been quite amazing.

Got a special occasion takeaway from them 28/11/24 and the food was superb. Arrived early which pleased us immensely. Respect given for an accurate hotness scale too - the Lamb Hariyali was gently warming and spicy but didn't have a chilli symbol. And was delicious. The garlic chilli chicken was beloved by my partner. Also shared a mixed starter platter and husband thought the seekh kebab was the best ever. High praise indeed.

We’ve had takeaway from Mt Everest but decided we should eat in tonight. Party of 10. We were not disappointed. Food as usual was fab. Service was fab. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We were astounded by this place - we absolutely can't find one thing to criticise. The service was excellent, very attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was great - a busy Friday night with nearly every seat taken, but the culinary smells and the décor were relaxing. Finally, the food - it was incredible. We both chose a non spicy main but our meals were full of flavour and the meat was so tender, the sauces were thick and tasty, the bread was cooked to perfection - I'll be remembering this meal till we can get back there again! Come down to Mount Everest - you won't be disappointed...

Amazing food great portion sizes

I recently dined here for dinner It was our first time here tonight. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, it was lovely cosy, place. Kids fish finger was not up the standard and quality. Awkward smell from fish fingers even it was over cooked..! Poor Child ended up eating mom starter..! Chicken Momos were over costed and it was too thick to eat.. the rest food was delicious.. in many ways it’s could better..!

Lovely place, staff are all friendly and the food is delicious. The vegan meals are nice and chef happy to make them more spicy if asked! Can be slightly expensive but totally worth it

Would choose this over most of the Indian takeaways in the area anytime. Not optimised for pick up, but fair enough as it clearly aims to be a restaurant first and foremost. Can't fault the food though, everything that we requested, and all to the highest quality. Tasted fresh, spicy and delicious.

This is the second time we have been to this restaurant, and we have not been disappointed. It's a small cosy restaurant but the food is excellent, very tasty, plenty if food and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend you try this hidden gem

Absolutely beautiful gem, only recently opened last year my partner has ordered from here a couple of times and suggest a late night visit tonight and I am so glad we did ✨ lovely ambient vibe and greeted with a smile, seated quickly and ordered our food. The food all came piping hot and so fresh, we was assisted by Rajon (if I have said that correctly) what a great addition to your team amazing customer service and such a lovely soul. We will definitely be regular eaters here now, although we arrived a little later just before close this was no issue to the staff and was told to take our time and not rush. Ordered two Kormas which were the complete opposite to what I fundamentally thought a korma should be, they had more spice than I was comfortable with and the rice was similar.

What an absolute find. We visited Mt Everest for my 50th birthday and had an incredible experience. There were 10 adults and 2 children and every member of the family had a brilliant meal. Rojon our server was an absolute star and couldn’t do enough for our table. We had a good selection and variety from the menu and every dish was excellent. It’s now our go to for curry style meals on the Wirral.

The staff are always polite and courteous. Most importantly the food is really delicious. Can't fault them

I visited recently during the week & it was really busy.....but they managed to squeeze us in with a smile. The food & the atmosphere was amazing & the wait staff very friendly & attentive. I had the freshest bhaji I've ever eaten & the Momo's [traditional Nepalese dumplings] were superb. We've been to Nepal & the food was just as good, if not better, than anything we ate in Kathmandu. Keep up the good work!!

We always go early evening so guaranteed a table as it's not too busy. The staff are soooo friendly and happy for you to take your time ordering. Very generous portions well presented, something for every taste. Never been to Nepal but this is great food. Love it

A unique offering of Nepalese dishes with some familiar Indian options in the mix. Did was excellent at a fair price. Service with a smile was a little slow but understandable being busy on Father's Day. Will definitely be a regular visitor.
