Can't do coffee properly very sloppy service

Not rated the food as I asked for a toasted tea cake and was told they’d run out. Why would you run out of tea cakes on a Saturday lunch time? Went to sit down with my drink and all the tables were full of dirty pots. Ended up clearing and wiping the table myself. The staff seemed to be wondering about not doing anything. Terrible

Butterscotch oat latte is worth trying beautifully done by barista! First visit was worth the money. The lady Carol beautiful,kind and helping. Going to be new go to coffee place ❤️

Qued for 15 minutes only to be told they had ran out of breakfasts. A sign would of prevented such a waste of time.

Chose a pre-prepared cheese toasted sandwich and was told at the till that it would take 25 minutes to toast it. Really??? Poor show from M&S....I expected much better service than this. It was not even very busy....several free tables and no queue. Don't do hot food unless your staffing, kitchen and equipment can deal with it in a timely fashion.

Visited here 1st December 2023, dirty sticky tables, floor... disappointed as have been here a while ago and it wasnt this bad. What is really off putting is the Toilets here in M & S the smell is disgusting, putrid. Outside the men and womens and inside the womens toilets, It was like this on last visit. Realt unclean and couldnt get rid of that smell up my nose all afternoon. If you need to go, go somewhere else or take a gasmask! Gross.

Great cafe with great cakes and food. A great selection of cakes 😋

Nice cake, great products, there are cakes right at the door! Lovely looking cakes
